但与著作权、商标权不同的是,专利权的权利归属比较难以为用户所认识和辨别。比如:一个培训教材或者一部电影里面,会明确的将'版权归特定人所有'的字样告知给用户;商标也以其显著的字或图的特征,在与其他标样区别的同时,也代表着商标权人以及商标权人生产的相关产品。但专利则不然,除了如'滑动解锁'等有限几个专利外,用户很难看到某一专利就知道该专利的申请/权利人。
这种情况所带来的严重后果是:
1 、专利权的保护难度大,一项好的技术出来后,马上就被复制;
2 、专利权/申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差,因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权/申请人的联系。
综上,为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请(名为《 一种骑车时测量心率的方法以及手机 》 ),让该本人的专利申请价值最大化, 特提出一个解决办法。
技术问题
本发明实施例提供了一种心率测量时的信息推送方法 , 目的在于 针对当前自行车骑行者需要佩戴其他设备才能够获取实时心率的缺陷,提供一种测量心率的方法 ,并同时保护专利(申请)权人的利益 。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的:一种心率测量时的信息推送方法,包括以下步骤:
记录自行车蓝牙发射器信号,记录各年龄段按照不同锻炼目的对应的心率区间,记录心率提示方式;
读取用户的年龄和锻炼目的,并显示对应的目标心率区间;
读取并显示自行车内置的心率监测设备的数值,判断是否处于所述目标心率区间;
若是,保持原样;
若否,根据数值与对应心率区间的高低关系提示用户,同时向用户推送专利信息。
本发明实施例还提供了一种手机,包括:
记录单元,读取单元,判断单元,提示单元,专利信息推送单元,其中:
记录单元,用于记录自行车蓝牙发射器信号,记录各年龄段按照不同锻炼目的对应的心率区间,记录心率提示方式;
读取单元,其输入端与所述记录单元的输出端连接,用于读取用户的年龄和锻炼目的,并显示对应的目标心率区间;
判断单元,其输入端分别与所述记录单元的输出端以及所述读取单元的输出端连接,用于读取并显示自行车内置的心率监测设备的数值,判断是否处于所述目标心率区间;
提示单元,其输入端分别与所述记录单元的输出端以及所述判断单元的输出端连接,用于根据数值与对应心率区间的高低关系提示用户;
专利信息推送单元,其输入端与所述提示单元的输出端连接,用于向用户推送专利信息。
有益效果
该发明在自行车左、右手柄上放置电极来获取人体心电信号,同时通过手机连接自行车发出的蓝牙信号,可以读取自行车监测到的心率数值,并与用户的目标心率区间对比和提示,不但可以让用户直观的掌握自己的心率,也通过对比和提示,对其的骑行锻炼起到指导作用,并同时保护专利(申请)权人的利益。

在本实施例中,以用户 A 的手机为例,记录自行车蓝牙发射器信号,用于与其连接;记录各年龄段按照不同锻炼目的对应的心率区间,其逻辑为:最高心率 MHR=220- 年龄,读取了用户的年龄即可得出其最高心率 MHR 。根据不同的运动目的,分别有:热身心率 =MHR*(60-70%) ,减脂心率 =MHR* ( 70-80% ),耐力心率 =MHR* ( 80-90% ),冲刺心率 =MHR* ( 90-100% ),适用于运动员或极佳身体状况的用户。本实施例中用户 A 年龄 30 岁,得出其最高心率为 190 次 / 每分钟,锻炼目的是提高耐力,那么其对应的心率区间为 152 至 171 次 / 每分钟;记录心率提示方式为:语音提示'当前心率过高,请降低运动强度'或者'当前心率较低,请增加运动强度'。
在步骤 S102 中,读取用户的年龄和锻炼目的,并显示对应的目标心率区间。
读取用户的年龄和锻炼目的,并显示对应的目标心率区间,本实施例中用户 A 年龄 30 岁,得出其最高心率为 190 次 / 每分钟,锻炼目的是提高耐力,那么其对应的心率区间为 152 至 171 次 / 每分钟,以上信息显示与手机屏幕,手机可以放置于自行车手柄中间的支架,便于用户查看。
在步骤 S103 中,读取并显示自行车内置的心率监测设备的数值,判断是否处于所述目标心率区间。
根据现有技术,只需在自行车左、右手柄上放置电极来获取人体心电信号,通过测量心电信号中两个相邻 R 波的时间间隔即可得到用户的心率信息,该实时心率通过自行车的蓝牙模块传输至手机,并在手机屏幕显示,并判断该实时心率是否处于 152 至 171 次 / 每分钟之间。
在步骤 S104 中,若实时心率处于所述目标心率区间,保持原样。
当判断出用户 A 当前心率为 166 次 / 每分钟,处于上述心率区间,保持原样。
在步骤 S105 中,若实时心率不处于所述目标心率区间,根据数值与对应心率区间的高低关系提示用户,同时向用户推送专利信息。
当判断出用户 A 当前心率为 140 次 / 每分钟,不处于上述心率区间,手机发出语音提示:'当前心率较低,请增加运动强度',指导用户提高运动强度。
所述专利信息包括但不限于:该技术的专利申请状态,该技术的专利申请 / 权利人、该技术的专利申请号、专利申请日等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请的授权与否,向用户动态推送:正在申请专利、已获得专利授权等信息。

    读取用户的年龄和锻炼目的,并显示对应的目标心率区间;
    读取并显示自行车内置的心率监测设备的数值,判断是否处于所述目标心率区间;
    若是,保持原样;
    若否,根据数值与对应心率区间的高低关系提示用户,同时向用户推送专利信息。
  2. 一种手机,其特征在于,所述手机包括:
    记录单元,读取单元,判断单元,提示单元,专利信息推送单元,其中:
    记录单元,用于记录自行车蓝牙发射器信号,记录各年龄段按照不同锻炼目的对应的心率区间,记录心率提示方式;
