一种测量心率的方法以及自行车,属于运动设备领域,该方法包括:记录各年龄段按照不同锻炼目的对应的心率区间(S101);读取用户的年龄和锻炼目的,并显示对应的心率区间(S102);持续监测并显示当前心率,判断是否处于上述心率区间(S103);若是,保持原样(S104);若否,闪烁显示当前心率(S105)。该测量心率的方法以及自行车通过自行车左、右手柄上放置电极来获取人体心电信号,监控用户在骑车时的实时心率,并读取用户的年龄和锻炼目的,得出对应的心率区间,与该实时心率对比并在自行车手柄中间的液晶屏显示,起到指导和提示的作用。

Description

一种测量心率的方法以及自行车 技术领域
本发明属于运动设备领域,尤其是涉及 一种测量心率的方法以及自行车 。
背景技术
自行车爱好者通过骑车锻炼身体,人们锻炼的目的不同,有的是为了练习耐力,有的是为了锻炼心肺功能,有的是为了减脂,有的是为了练习冲刺能力,而以上锻炼目的是与骑行者的年龄、体质挂钩的,并不能够单一按照骑行速度去判别,而是要结合心率更为科学。
因此很多用户购买了心率手表或者心率带,心率手表价格昂贵,性价比较低,心率带虽然价格不高,但要佩戴与胸口,有不适感。
我们都知道现在跑步机已经普遍配备有心率监测设备,其原理是通过跑步机左右手柄上放置电极来获取人体心电信号,通过测量心电信号中两个相邻R波的时间间隔即可得到训练者的心率信息。由于用户在骑行时候也要将双手放置于自行车手柄,如果将此技术应用于自行车,那么将会对用户带来极大的方便。
综上,针对于当前自行车骑行者需要佩戴其他设备才能够获取实时心率的缺陷,需要提供一种结合自行车监测设备测量心率的方法。
技术问题
本发明实施例提供了一种测量心率的方法 , 目的在于 针对当前自行车骑行者需要佩戴其他设备才能够获取实时心率的缺陷,提供一种结合自行车监测设备测量心率的方法。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的:一种测量心率的方法,包括以下步骤:
记录各年龄段按照不同锻炼目的对应的心率区间;
读取用户的年龄和锻炼目的,并显示对应的心率区间;
持续监测并显示当前心率,判断是否处于上述心率区间;
若是,保持原样;
若否,闪烁显示当前心率。
本发明实施例还提供了一种自行车,包括:
记录单元,读取单元,判断单元,提示单元,其中:
记录单元,用于记录各年龄段按照不同锻炼目的对应的心率区间;
读取单元,其输入端与所述记录单元的输出端连接,用于读取用户的年龄和锻炼目的,并显示对应的心率区间;
判断单元,其输入端与所述记读取元的输出端连接,用于持续监测并显示当前心率,判断是否处于上述心率区间;
提示单元,其输入端与所述判断单元的输出端连接,用于闪烁显示当前心率。
有益效果
该发明通过自行车左、右手柄上放置电极来获取人体心电信号,监控用户在骑车时的实时心率,并读取用户的年龄和锻炼目的,得出对应的心率区间,与所述实时心率对比并在自行车手柄中间的液晶屏显示,起到指导和提示的作用。

本发明的实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
图 1 是发明实施例提供的一种测量心率的方法的流程示意图,为了便于说明,只示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
在步骤 S101 中记录各年龄段按照不同锻炼目的对应的心率区间。
在本实施例中,以用户 A 的自行车为例,记录各年龄段按照不同锻炼目的对应的心率区间,其逻辑为:最高心率 MHR=220- 年龄,读取了用户的年龄即可得出其最高心率 MHR 。根据不同的运动目的,分别有:热身心率 =MHR*(60-70%) ,即最高心率的 60%-70% ,为低强度运动,主要目的为燃脂、增加新陈代谢、脂肪代谢、体重控制,减脂心率 =MHR* ( 70-80% ),中等强度运动,主要目的为有氧、燃脂运动、中强度训练提高有氧能力,耐力心率 =MHR* ( 80-90% ),强度较大,主要目的为有氧运动,提高乳酸容忍度、增强高速运动持久耐力,冲刺心率 =MHR* ( 90-100% ),主要运动目的为提高最大冲剌速度,增强神经肌肉系统,适用于运动员或极佳身体状况的用户。本实施例中用户 A 年龄 30 岁,得出其最高心率为 190 次 / 每分钟,锻炼目的是提高耐力,那么其对应的心率区间为 152 至 171 次 / 每分钟。
在步骤 S102 中,读取用户的年龄和锻炼目的,并显示对应的心率区间。
根据现有技术,只需在自行车左、右手柄上放置电极来获取人体心电信号,通过测量心电信号中两个相邻 R 波的时间间隔即可得到用户的心率信息,该实时心率在自行车把手中间液晶屏显示。
在步骤 S103 中,持续监测并显示当前心率,判断是否处于上述心率区间。
持续监测并显示用户 A 当前心率,判断是否处于上述心率区间 152 至 171 次 / 每分钟之间。
在步骤 S104 中,若处于上述心率区间,保持原样。
如上一步骤中,当判断出用户 A 当前心率为 166 次 / 每分钟,处于上述心率区间,保持原样。
在步骤 S105 中,若不处于上述心率区间,闪烁显示当前心率。
当判断出用户 A 当前心率为 140 次 / 每分钟,不处于上述心率区间,闪烁显示当前心率,提示该心率不处于耐力训练所要求的心率,要求用户与液晶屏上的的目标心率比对并调整运动强度。
该发明通过自行车左、右手柄上放置电极来获取人体心电信号,监控用户在骑车时的实时心率,并读取用户的年龄和锻炼目的,得出对应的心率区间,与所述实时心率对比并在自行车手柄中间的液晶屏显示,起到指导和提示的作用。
图 2 是本发明实施例提供的一种自行车的结构示意图,该用户推荐系统包括:
记录单元 21 ,读取单元 22 ,判断单元 23 ,提示单元 24 ,其中:
记录单元 21 ,用于记录各年龄段按照不同锻炼目的对应的心率区间;
读取单元 22 ,其输入端与所述记录单元 21 的输出端连接,用于读取用户的年龄和锻炼目的,并显示对应的心率区间;
判断单元 23 ,其输入端与所述记读取元 22 的输出端连接,用于持续监测并显示当前心率,判断是否处于上述心率区间;
提示单元 24 ,其输入端与所述判断单元 23 的输出端连接,用于闪烁显示当前心率。
其工作原理是:记录单元 21 ,记录各年龄段按照不同锻炼目的对应的心率区间;读取单元 22 ,读取用户的年龄和锻炼目的,并显示对应的心率区间;判断单元 23 ,持续监测并显示当前心率,判断是否处于上述心率区间;提示单元 24 ,闪烁显示当前心率。
该发明通过自行车左、右手柄上放置电极来获取人体心电信号,监控用户在骑车时的实时心率,并读取用户的年龄和锻炼目的,得出对应的心率区间,与所述实时心率对比并在自行车手柄中间的液晶屏显示,起到指导和提示的作用。

  1. 一种测量心率的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括如下步骤:
    记录各年龄段按照不同锻炼目的对应的心率区间;
    读取用户的年龄和锻炼目的,并显示对应的心率区间;
    持续监测并显示当前心率,判断是否处于上述心率区间;
    若是,保持原样;
    若否,闪烁显示当前心率。
  2. 一种自行车,其特征在于,所述自行车包括:
    记录单元,读取单元,判断单元,提示单元,其中:
    记录单元,用于记录各年龄段按照不同锻炼目的对应的心率区间;
    读取单元,其输入端与所述记录单元的输出端连接,用于读取用户的年龄和锻炼目的,并显示对应的心率区间;
    判断单元,其输入端与所述记读取元的输出端连接,用于持续监测并显示当前心率,判断是否处于上述心率区间;
