Description

一种电话接听技术的权属信息提示方法以及眼镜 技术领域
本发明属于可穿戴设备领域，尤其是涉及 一种电话接听技术的权属信息提示方法以及眼镜 。
背景技术
知识产权在现在的产品和服务中越来越重要，其中主要包括著作权（版权）、商标权和专利权，这三种权利都能为权利人带来巨大的经济价值。
但与著作权、商标权不同的是，专利权的权利归属比较难以为用户所认识和辨别。比如：一个培训教材或者一部电影里面，会明确的将'版权归特定人所有'的字样告知给用户；商标也以其显著的字或图的特征，在与其他标样区别的同时，也代表着商标权人以及商标权人生产的相关产品。但专利则不然，除了如'滑动解锁'等有限几个专利外，用户很难看到某一专利就知道该专利的申请/权利人。
这种情况所带来的严重后果是：
1 、专利权的保护难度大，一项好的技术出来后，马上就被复制；
2 、专利权/申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差，因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权/申请人的联系。
综上，为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请（名为《 一种自动接听电话的方法以及眼镜 》 ），让该本人的专利申请价值最大化， 特提出一个解决办法。
 技术问题
本发明实施例提供了一种电话接听技术的权属信息提示方法 ， 目的在于 针对当前蓝牙耳机佩戴不便、智能化不高的缺陷，提供一种结合蓝牙技术自动接听电话的方法 ，并同时保护专利（申请）权人的利益 。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的：一种电话接听技术的权属信息提示方法，包括以下步骤：
记录用户手机蓝牙信息接收端口以及电话接听提示方式；
判断是否接收到所述信息接收端口发送的电话接听提示；
若否，保持原样；
若是，通过陀螺仪判断用户是否需要接听电话；
若否，关闭语音提示；
若是，接听电话，同时向用户推送专利信息。
本发明实施例还提供了一种眼镜，包括：
记录单元，拨入判断单元，接听判断单元，接听单元，专利信息推送单元，其中：
记录单元，用于记录用户手机蓝牙信息接收端口以及电话接听提示方式；
拨入判断单元，其输入端与所述记录单元的输出端连接，用于判断是否接收到所述信息接收端口发送的电话接听提示；

该发明通过眼镜内置的蓝牙模块和陀螺仪，使该眼镜既可以连接手机、通过眼镜内置的骨传导耳机提醒用户来电，也能够通过用户的头部动作判断是否接听电话，不需要用户动手就可接听或拒绝手机来电，使用户在驾车或者做饭等双手无暇的时候也能够接听电话，并同时保护专利（申请）权人的利益。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白，以下结合附图及实施例，对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解，此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明，并不用于限定本发明。
图 1 是发明实施例提供的一种电话接听技术的权属信息提示方法的流程示意图，为了便于说明，只示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
在步骤 S101 中记录用户手机蓝牙信息接收端口以及电话接听提示方式。
在本实施例中，以用户 A 的眼镜为例，该眼镜有蓝牙模块，记录用户手机蓝牙信息接收端口以及电话接听提示方式，使眼镜能够连接手机，并能够在手机有来电的时候通过语音提示用户。
在步骤 S102 中，判断是否接收到所述信息接收端口发送的电话接听提示。
由于该眼镜连接手机，当手机有来电的时候，眼镜通过配置的骨传导耳机语音提示'张三有电话拨入，请问是否接听'，该耳机通过眼镜腿接触用户头部即可传播声音，不需要耳塞，便于佩戴，而且旁边的人听不到声音，具有私密性。
在步骤 S103 中，若没有电话接听提示，保持原样。
若没有电话接听提示，说明当前没有来电，保持原样。
在步骤 S104 中，若有电话接听提示，通过陀螺仪判断用户是否需要接听电话。
当有电话接听提示，通过眼镜内置的陀螺仪，通过陀螺仪判断用户是否需要接听电话，用户摇头代表不接听电话，用户点头代表可以接听电话。
在步骤 S105 中，若用户不需要接听电话，关闭语音提示。
若眼镜的陀螺仪判断出用户摇头，说明用户不需要接听电话，眼镜关闭语音提示。
在步骤 S106 中，若需要接听电话，接听电话，同时向用户推送专利信息。
若眼镜的陀螺仪判断出用户点头，说明用户可以接听电话，接听电话，用户通过眼镜配置的骨传导耳机接听，通过眼镜上的话筒与对方通话。

接听判断单元 23 ，其输入端与所述拨入判断单元 22 的输出端连接，用于通过陀螺仪判断用户是否需要接听电话；
接听单元 24 ，其输入端与所述接听判断单元 23 的输出端连接，用于关闭语音提示，或者接听电话；
专利信息推送单元 25 ，其输入端与所述接听单元 24 的输出端连接，用于向用户推送专利信息。
其工作原理是：记录单元 21 ，记录用户手机蓝牙信息接收端口以及电话接听提示方式；拨入判断单元 22 ，判断是否接收到所述信息接收端口发送的电话接听提示；接听判断单元 23 ，通过陀螺仪判断用户是否需要接听电话；接听单元 24 ，关闭语音提示，或者接听电话；专利信息推送单元 25 ，向用户推送专利信息。

    记录用户手机蓝牙信息接收端口以及电话接听提示方式；
    判断是否接收到所述信息接收端口发送的电话接听提示；
    若否，保持原样；
    若是，通过陀螺仪判断用户是否需要接听电话；
    若否，关闭语音提示；
    若是，接听电话，同时向用户推送专利信息。
  2. 一种眼镜，其特征在于，所述眼镜包括：
    记录单元，拨入判断单元，接听判断单元，接听单元，专利信息推送单元，其中：
    记录单元，用于记录用户手机蓝牙信息接收端口以及电话接听提示方式；
