Abstract
La présente invention se rapporte au domaine du logiciel téléphonique et fournit un procédé de commentaire de plat basé sur un code QR, et à un système de commentaire. Le procédé consiste : à enregistrer des codes QR correspondant aux plats et enregistrer un terminal d'informations d'évaluation correspondant aux codes QR; à recueillir des informations de commentaire d'utilisateur conformément à des informations de balayage de code QR d'un utilisateur; et à envoyer les informations de commentaire d'utilisateur au terminal d'informations d'évaluation correspondant aux codes QR. En mettant en correspondance un code QR selon un plat et en recueillant des commentaires de l'utilisateur sur le plat, la présente invention rend plus pratique pour le restaurant de recueillir des suggestions d'amélioration pour aider le restaurant à améliorer la qualité du service.
