本发明属于手机 app 领域,提供了一种语音识别点餐的方法以及点餐系统。
背景技术
语音识别技术,也被称为自动语音识别( 英语 : Automatic Speech Recognition, ASR ),其目标是将人类的语音中的词汇内容转换为 计算机 可读的输入,例如按键、 二进制 编码或者字符序列。与说话人识别及说话人确认不同,后者尝试识别或确认发出语音的说话人而非其中所包含的词汇内容。
语音识别技术的应用包括语音拨号、语音导航、室内设备控制、语音文档检索、简单的听写数据录入等。语音识别技术与其他自然语言处理技术如机器翻译及 语音合成 技术相结合,可以构建出更加复杂的应用,例如语音到语音的翻译。
城市越大,人们工作的节奏就越快,中午的午休吃饭时间基本上就是 1 个小时,还有一大群宅男宅女,不愿意出门,也不愿意自己做饭,对于以上这些人群来说,外卖点餐已是生活中不可或缺的行为之一。对于外卖点餐,可以说绝大部分的人都不陌生,只要打个电话,饭菜直接送到家,这样的服务给人们提供了很多的便利。但是在点餐高峰期,由于点餐人员较多,而接单人员基本上都是靠手写来记录点餐内容,这样总会导致一些错点、少点、多点等等的错误发生,也浪费人力资源。
综上,需要针对电话点餐时靠人工手写记录点餐内容容易出错的情况,提供一种通过预设菜品与语音的匹配关系,当用户通过电话点餐时,自动识别用户通话中的菜品信息,并记录,简化了点餐员记录菜品的操作,防止漏记用户所点菜品,提高点餐效率,提高用户满意度。
技术问题
本发明实施例提供了一种语音识别点餐的方法,目的在于针对电话点餐时靠人工手写记录点餐内容容易出错的情况,提供一种通过预设菜品与语音的匹配关系,当用户通过电话点餐时,自动识别用户通话中的菜品信息,并记录,简化了点餐员记录菜品的操作,防止漏记用户所点菜品,提高点餐效率,提高用户满意度。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的:一种语音识别点餐的方法,包括以下步骤:
记录菜品匹配的语音信息;
当用户通过电话点餐时,检测用户语音;
当所述用户语音中包含所述菜品匹配的语音信息时,自动记录用户所点菜品。
本发明实施例还提供了一种点餐系统,包括:
记录单元,检测单元,匹配单元,其中:
记录单元,用于记录菜品匹配的语音信息;
检测单元,用于当用户通过电话点餐时,检测用户语音;
匹配单元,其输入端分别与所述记录单元及所述检测单元的输出端连接,用于当所述用户语音中包含所述菜品匹配的语音信息时,自动记录用户所点菜品。
有益效果
本发明通过预设菜品与语音的匹配关系,当用户通过电话点餐时,自动识别用户通话中的菜品信息,并记录,简化了点餐员记录菜品的操作,防止漏记用户所点菜品,提高点餐效率,提高用户满意度。

在步骤 S100 中,记录菜品匹配的语音信息。
在本实施例中,记录以下菜品匹配的语言信息:'腌菜炒肉'、'红烧肉'、'白菜汤'。
在步骤 S101 中,当用户通过电话点餐时,检测用户语音。
在步骤 S102 中,当所述用户语音中包含所述菜品匹配的语音信息时,自动记录用户所点菜品。
在本实施例中,当用户打电话点餐是所描述的点餐内容为:'红烧肉'、'白菜汤'时,系统将自动记录,并显示出来。
本发明通过预设菜品与语音的匹配关系,当用户通过电话点餐时,自动识别用户通话中的菜品信息,并记录,简化了点餐员记录菜品的操作,防止漏记用户所点菜品,提高点餐效率,提高用户满意度。

其工作原理是:记录单元 21 ,记录菜品匹配的语音信息;检测单元 22 ,当用户通过电话点餐时,检测用户语音;匹配单元 23 ,当所述用户语音中包含所述菜品匹配的语音信息时,自动记录用户所点菜品。
本发明通过预设菜品与语音的匹配关系,当用户通过电话点餐时,自动识别用户通话中的菜品信息,并记录,简化了点餐员记录菜品的操作,防止漏记用户所点菜品,提高点餐效率,提高用户满意度。

    记录菜品匹配的语音信息;
    当用户通过电话点餐时,检测用户语音;
    当所述用户语音中包含所述菜品匹配的语音信息时,自动记录用户所点菜品。
  2. 一种点餐系统,其特征在于,所述点餐系统包括:
    记录单元,检测单元,匹配单元,其中:
    记录单元,用于记录菜品匹配的语音信息;
    检测单元,用于当用户通过电话点餐时,检测用户语音;
    匹配单元,其输入端分别与所述记录单元及所述检测单元的输出端连接,用于当所述用户语音中包含所述菜品匹配的语音信息时,自动记录用户所点菜品。
