Description

汽车仪表台遮光罩 技术领域
本发明属于汽车配件技术领域,尤其涉及一种汽车仪表台遮光罩。
背景技术
随着经济的发展,汽车已逐渐由奢侈品变为生活必需品进入了千家万户。出于安全及舒适性的考虑,现在的汽车一般都需要贴防爆防晒膜。防爆防晒膜由聚乙烯等塑料材质构成,与玻璃相比,属于光密介质,折射率更大,光线通过时,更易于反射回来。因此汽车的前风挡在贴膜后会出现反光的现象,特别是仪表台颜色较浅或者放置浅色及白色物体时,更为明显。在日光照射下,前风挡防爆防晒膜反光产生的倒影会阻碍视线,严重影响了行车的安全。
现有的仪表台遮光罩均采用纤维等材料的绒布,经过裁剪缝制而成。汽车的仪表台很少是平面设计的,往往会有很多弧线或者凹凸的设计,这样缝制而成的遮光罩很难做到完全贴合,因此往往还需要增加一些双面胶进行贴合性修正。另外,考虑到整体性,绒布一般会采用较为厚实的材料,以免褶皱或者变形。
这样设计的遮光罩存在以下几个缺点:(1)做不到完全贴合,有空档;(2)需要双面胶粘贴,双面胶一经使用很难干净的撕掉,损坏原车的整洁美观度;(3)厚实的遮光罩,占用空间,使得车内空间更显局促、压抑。
实用新型内容
为了解决现有技术中问题,本发明提供了一种汽车仪表台遮光罩,能够避免反光对驾驶员的影响。本发明通过如下技术方案实现:
一种的汽车仪表台遮光罩,所述遮光罩包括遮光罩本体和固定装置;其中,所述遮光罩本体采用轻薄环保材料制成符合至少部分中控台上表面形状的凸凹面;所述遮光罩本体的向光面为不易反光面;所述固定装置设置于所述遮光罩本体边缘。

作为本发明的进一步改进,所述固定装置包括固定插条,所述遮光罩本体借助于所述固定插条插接到中控台的缝隙中实现在中控台表面的固定。
作为本发明的进一步改进,在所述遮光罩本体至少延伸覆盖到空调出风口或音响喇叭处,所述遮光罩本体对应空调出风口或音响喇叭处开有透孔。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述透孔为格栅或网状的孔。
作为本发明的进一步改进,在所述遮光罩的透孔周围的背面贴有深色纱布。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述遮光罩本体的两个侧边均沿同一方向延伸设置有槽形的分叉。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述遮光罩本体朝向所述分叉方向的端边上设有两个固定插条。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述汽车仪表台遮光罩的材料为PVC、PPVC、PE或ABS。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述遮光罩本体的不易反光面为表面进行麻纹亚光处理、喷涂哑光漆、橡胶漆或者植绒处理。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的汽车仪表台遮光罩具有以下优点:轻薄,不占空间;采用PVC等材料,环保节能;散射性能好、避免反光;仪表台缝隙插入方式安装,稳固不易滑动,不用双面胶,易更换,且不影响原车的布局;一体成型,贴合性好,不易褶皱,外形美观大方;即使高温照射,遮光罩整体变软,也会下塌在仪表台上,局部发生形变,进而更加贴合。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明及具体实施方式对本发明进一步说明。
本发明的汽车仪表台遮光罩的第一实施例的正面(即向光面),如附图1所示,包括遮光罩本体1和固定装置;所述固定装置设置于所述遮光罩本体边缘。
其中,固定装置包括固定边沿2,所述遮光罩本体借助于所述固定边沿2插接到中控台的缝隙中实现在中控台表面的固定。
固定装置还包括固定插条3,所述遮光罩本体借助于所述固定插条3插接到中控台的缝隙中实现在中控台表面的固定。
遮光罩本体1的两个侧边还可包括沿同一方向延伸的槽形的分叉4。
本发明的汽车仪表台遮光罩根据原车模具,可采用吸塑的方式,整体成型,制成一个外壳罩在仪表台上。固定边沿2,固定插条3,槽形的分叉4可根据车型的不同来设置。针对雪佛兰科帕奇车型,如附图7所示,在遮光罩本体1的周围,吸塑时留出一段埋入部分,即固定边沿2,该部分整体插入汽车的仪表台缝隙内进行固定;在遮光罩本体1的周围一次冲压留下两个固定插条3,将所述固定插条3插入仪表台缝隙内进行固定;在遮光罩本体1的两个侧边均沿同一方向延伸设置有槽形的分叉4,该部分整体插入汽车的仪表台缝隙内进行固定;此种固定方式更加牢固。固定插条3所在位置根据车型的不同来设置,针对雪佛兰科帕奇车型,其与该车仪表台对应部分的缝隙是深槽,该位置因模具限制没有办法设置固定边沿2,因此在此处设置单独的固定插条3,而其它周边位置在不受模具限制的情况下,均设置成固定边沿2,增加遮光罩安装的稳定性。
如附图2所示,本发明的汽车仪表台遮光罩的第二实施例,图中开孔的位置5是与汽车上光敏传感器对应的位置,根据车型的不同来 设置,需要在制作时冲压开孔,使其露出,不能遮住。
如附图3和附图4所示,本发明的汽车仪表台遮光罩的第三实施例,考虑都仪表台上有些需要通风、透气或者有喇叭孔的地方,在第一实施例的基础上,将遮光罩上与通风、透气或者有喇叭孔的地方对应的位置进行打孔处理,开孔部分6可以是格栅或网状的孔。
如附图5所示,本发明的汽车仪表台遮光罩的第四实施例,为了避免因打孔造成仪表台上该位置部分反光,在遮光罩的背面贴上深色(或者黑色)纱布7。
本发明所述遮光罩本体应用PVC、PPVC、PE或ABS等轻薄材料,节能环保。即使高温照射,遮光罩整体变软,也会下塌在仪表台上,局部发生形变,进而更加贴合。
本发明所述遮光罩本体的向光面进行麻纹亚光处理,喷涂哑光漆、橡胶漆,或者植绒处理,处理后外表面变为一个不易反光的深色表层,最大可能的向各个方向散光,避免光线反射。这样做成的遮光罩具有以下优点:(1)轻薄,不占空间;(2)采用PVC材料,节能环保;(3)散射性能好、避免反光;(4)仪表台缝隙插入固定方式安装,稳固不易滑动,不用双面胶,易更换,且不影响原车的布局;(5)一体成型,贴合性好,不易褶皱,外形美观大方;(6)即使高温照射,遮光罩整体变软,也会下塌在仪表台上,局部发生形变,更加贴合。
附图5是汽车仪表台示意图,为未安装任何遮光设备的原始状态,中间浅色亮条8(附图8所示的产品所盖住的部分)易在挡风玻璃上反光,形成倒影,影响视线。附图6是以附图5的仪表台为原型,采用环保材料吸塑成型的本发明的遮光罩的立体视图,遮光罩的向光面进行麻纹或者植绒处理,散射光线,避免反光。附图7是安装过程示意图,本发明的遮光罩吸塑件轻薄,可以轻松插入仪表台缝隙中。附图8是安装后效果图,本发明的遮光罩与仪表台形成一个整体,既避免了反光,又美观大方。
上述是实施例的附图都是局部非整体仪表台遮光罩设计,附图5中的该型车的仪表台有一部分反光严重,因此,针对该局部进行了遮光罩包覆设计。如有些车型仪表台整体反光都比较严重,可以进行整体仪表台设计,用遮光罩包覆整个仪表台。
本发明能够改善驾驶环境,外形美观大方,同时,节能环保,具有设计制造方便,应用方式简单,便于推广。

  5. 根据权利要求4所述的汽车仪表台遮光罩,其特征在于:所述透孔为格栅或网状的孔。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的汽车仪表台遮光罩,其特征在于:在所述遮光罩的透孔周围的背面贴有深色纱布。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的汽车仪表台遮光罩,其特征在于:所述遮光罩本体的两个侧边均沿同一方向延伸设置有槽形的分叉。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的汽车仪表台遮光罩,其特征在于:所述遮光罩本体朝向所述分叉方向的端边上设有两个固定插条。
  9. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的汽车仪表台遮光罩,其特征在于:所述汽车仪表台遮光罩的材料为PVC、PPVC、PE或ABS。
