本发明属于电子领域,尤其是涉及 一种停车场客户车辆取证方法以及证据存留系统 。
背景技术
当今社会,停车场无处不在,尤其是酒店宾馆等,会提供免费停车位以供客户使用,以此来招揽客户。但是我们也经常会看到这种情况,有的客户会赖皮,说车辆入停车位时还好好的,但从停车场出来就被刮伤了,要停车场赔偿,给停车场造成困扰和损失。有的停车场也会扯皮,说客户在驶入停车场前,车身就已经有划痕了,使客户感动非常委屈无奈并承担经济损失。这些都是由于监控的数量、效果、角度、精细度等原因造成,要做到提供有力的证据非常困难。
综上,针对于当前停车场监控不利,发生车辆刮擦等事故时,不能提供有力证据明确责任方的情况,需要提供一种停车场车辆取证的方法。

技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的:一种停车场客户车辆取证方法,包括以下步骤:
记录预设的拍照地点;
检测所述拍照地点是否有车辆驶入;
若否,保持原样;
若是,开始拍照。
本发明实施例还提供了一种证据存留系统,包括:
记录单元,检测单元,拍照单元,其中 :
记录单元,用于记录预设的拍照地点;
检测单元,用于检测所述拍照地点是否有车辆驶入;
拍照单元,其输入端分别与所述记录单元的输出端以及所述检测单元的输出端连接,用于当检测到所述拍照地点有车辆驶入时,开始拍照。
有益效果

图 1 是发明实施例提供的一种停车场客户车辆取证方法的流程示意图,为了便于说明,只示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
在步骤 S101 中,记录预设的拍照地点。
在本实施例中,以酒店停车场为例,由于刚进车库或取停车卡时,车辆往往减速或者停车,所以这些点可以设置为拍照点。
当车辆驶入拍照地点,进入步骤 S102 ,检测所述拍照地点是否有车辆驶入;若否,则进入步骤 S103 ,保持原样;若是,则进入步骤 S104 ,开始拍照。
根据现有技术,检测的方式可以用红外线感应的方式检查。同时在拍照地点,可以根据车辆前、后、左、右、上、下六个方位角度设置相机拍照位置,做到取证更全面。
该发明通过在汽车驶入停车场时,就留下车辆的外观证据,从而一旦车身存在刮擦,就可以明确事故责任方,从而避免双方抵赖扯皮。
图 2 是本发明实施例提供的一种证据存留系统的结构示意图,该用户推荐系统包括:
记录单元 21 ,检测单元 22 ,拍照单元 23 ,其中 :
记录单元 21 ,用于记录预设的拍照地点;
检测单元 22 ,用于检测所述拍照地点是否有车辆驶入;
拍照单元 23 ,其输入端分别与所述记录单元 21 的输出端以及所述检测单元 22 的输出端连接,用于当检测到所述拍照地点有车辆驶入时,开始拍照。
其工作原理是:记录单元 21 记录预设的拍照地点;检测单元 22 检测所述拍照地点是否有车辆驶入;当检测到所述拍照地点有车辆驶入时,拍照单元 23 开始拍照。
该发明通过在汽车驶入停车场时,就留下车辆的外观证据,从而一旦车身存在刮擦,就可以明确事故责任方,从而避免双方抵赖扯皮。

    记录单元,检测单元,拍照单元,其中 :
    记录单元,用于记录预设的拍照地点;
    检测单元,用于检测所述拍照地点是否有车辆驶入;
    拍照单元,其输入端分别与所述记录单元的输出端以及所述检测单元的输出端连接,用于当检测到所述拍照地点有车辆驶入时,开始拍照。
