一种自动拍照的专利信息推送方法以及眼镜,涉及可穿戴设备领域,该自动拍照方法包括:记录激活摄像头的方式(S101);判断用户是否通过眨眼激活摄像头(S102);若否,保持原样(S103);若是,触发快门开关拍照,同时向用户推送专利信息(S104)。上述方法通过眼镜内置的追踪传感器,追踪眼睛动态,并判断用户是否通过眨眼激活拍照功能,在用户需要拍照的瞬间,拍下视野内的景象,解放了用户双手的同时,实现了极速拍照,并同时保护专利权人的利益。

Description

一种自动拍照的专利信息推送方法以及眼镜 技术领域
本发明属于可穿戴设备领域,尤其是涉及 一种自动拍照的专利信息推送方法以及眼镜 。
背景技术
知识产权在现在的产品和服务中越来越重要,其中主要包括著作权(版权)、商标权和专利权,这三种权利都能为权利人带来巨大的经济价值。
但与著作权、商标权不同的是,专利权的权利归属比较难以为用户所认识和辨别。比如:一个培训教材或者一部电影里面,会明确的将'版权归特定人所有'的字样告知给用户;商标也以其显著的字或图的特征,在与其他标样区别的同时,也代表着商标权人以及商标权人生产的相关产品。但专利则不然,除了如'滑动解锁'等有限几个专利外,用户很难看到某一专利就知道该专利的申请/权利人。
这种情况所带来的严重后果是:
1 、专利权的保护难度大,一项好的技术出来后,马上就被复制;
2 、专利权/申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差,因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权/申请人的联系。
综上,为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请(名为《 一种自动拍照的方法以及眼镜 》 ),让该本人的专利申请价值最大化, 特提出一个解决办法。
技术问题
本发明实施例提供了一种自动拍照的专利信息推送方法 , 目的在于 针对当前照相机无法较好的抓拍瞬间场景、照相需要手动操作的缺陷,提供一种通过跟踪眼睛动态自动拍照的方法 ,并同时保护专利(申请)权人的利益 。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的:一种自动拍照的专利信息推送方法,包括以下步骤:
记录激活摄像头的方式 ;
判断用户是否通过眨眼激活摄像头 ;
若否,保持原样 ;
若是,触发快门开关拍照 ,同时向用户推送专利信息。
本发明实施例还提供了一种眼镜,包括:
记录单元,判断单元,拍照单元,专利信息推送单元,其中:
记录单元,用于记录激活摄像头的方式;
判断单元,其输入端与所述记录单元连接,用于判断用户是否通过眨眼激活摄像头;
拍照单元,其输入端与所述判断单元的输出端连接,用于触发快门开关拍照;
专利信息推送单元,其输入端与所述拍照单元的输出端连接,用于向用户推送专利信息。
有益效果
该发明通过眼镜内置的追踪传感器,追踪眼睛动态,并判断用户是否通过眨眼激活拍照功能,在用户需要拍照的瞬间,拍下视野内的景象,解放了用户的双手的同时,实现极速拍照,并同时保护专利(申请)权人的利益。

本发明的实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
图 1 是发明实施例提供的一种自动拍照的专利信息推送方法的流程示意图,为了便于说明,只示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
在步骤 S101 中记录激活摄像头的方式。
在本实施例中,以用户 A 的眼镜为例,记录激活摄像头的方式为:眼镜通过内置的追踪传感器追踪眼睛的动态,用户需要拍照时候的眨眼方式与普通眨眼不同,其闭眼时间更长,眼球活动方式更为集中,当用户眼睛为此状态时,便认为其需要激活摄像头拍照。
在步骤 S102 中,判断用户是否通过眨眼激活摄像头。
根据现有技术,只需通过眼镜内置的追踪传感器追踪眼睛的动态,眼镜内置的芯片通过算法判断用户是否通过眨眼激活摄像头。
在步骤 S103 中,若用户没有通过眨眼激活摄像头,保持原样。
若用户没有通过眨眼激活摄像头,用户当前没有拍照意图,保持原样。
在步骤 S104 中,若用户通过眨眼激活摄像头,触发快门开关拍照,同时向用户推送专利信息。
如上一步骤中,当判断出用户通过眨眼激活摄像头,激活其配置的摄像头,触发快门开关拍照,记录下用户视野内的图像,存储与眼镜内的存储器。
所述专利信息包括但不限于:该技术的专利申请状态,该技术的专利申请 / 权利人、该技术的专利申请号、专利申请日等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请的授权与否,向用户动态推送:正在申请专利、已获得专利授权等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请权 / 专利权的转让情况,向用户动态推送:该专利的当前相关的权利人。
所述专利信息的推送方式,可以采取小框显示、语音显示等让用户能够感知的推送方式。
该发明通过眼镜内置的追踪传感器,追踪眼睛动态,并判断用户是否通过眨眼激活拍照功能,在用户需要拍照的瞬间,拍下视野内的景象,解放了用户的双手的同时,实现极速拍照,并同时保护专利(申请)权人的利益。
图 2 是本发明实施例提供的一种眼镜的结构示意图,该用户推荐系统包括:
记录单元 21 ,判断单元 22 ,拍照单元 23 ,专利信息推送单元 24 ,其中:
记录单元 21 ,用于记录激活摄像头的方式;
判断单元 22 ,其输入端与所述记录单元 21 连接,用于判断用户是否通过眨眼激活摄像头;
拍照单元 23 ,其输入端与所述判断单元 22 的输出端连接,用于触发快门开关拍照;
专利信息推送单元 24 ,其输入端与所述拍照单元 23 的输出端连接,用于向用户推送专利信息。
其工作原理是:记录单元 21 ,记录激活摄像头的方式;判断单元 22 ,判断用户是否通过眨眼激活摄像头;拍照单元 23 ,触发快门开关拍照;专利信息推送单元 24 ,向用户推送专利信息。
该发明通过眼镜内置的追踪传感器,追踪眼睛动态,并判断用户是通过眨眼激活拍照功能,在用户需要拍照的瞬间,拍下视野内的景象,解放了用户的双手的同时,实现极速拍照,并同时保护专利(申请)权人的利益。

  1. 一种自动拍照的专利信息推送方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括如下步骤:
    记录激活摄像头的方式 ;
    判断用户是否通过眨眼激活摄像头 ;
    若否,保持原样;
    若是,触发快门开关拍照,同时向用户推送专利信息。
  2. 一种眼镜,其特征在于,所述眼镜包括:
    记录单元,判断单元,拍照单元,专利信息推送单元,其中:
    记录单元,用于记录激活摄像头的方式;
    判断单元,其输入端与所述记录单元连接,用于判断用户是否通过眨眼激活摄像头;
    拍照单元,其输入端与所述判断单元的输出端连接,用于触发快门开关拍照;
    专利信息推送单元, 其输入端与所述拍照单元的输出端连接,用于向用户推送专利信息。
