Description

人脸识别匹配照片时的信息推送方法 以及手机拍照系统 技术领域
本发明属于电子信息领域，尤其是涉及 一种人脸识别匹配照片时的信息推送方法以及手机拍照系统 。
背景技术
知识产权在现在的产品和服务中越来越重要，其中主要包括著作权（版权）、商标权和专利权，这三种权利都能为权利人带来巨大的经济价值。
但与著作权、商标权不同的是，专利权的权利归属比较难以为用户所认识和辨别。比如：一个培训教材或者一部电影里面，会明确的将'版权归特定人所有'的字样告知给用户；商标也以其显著的字或图的特征，在与其他标样区别的同时，也代表着商标权人以及商标权人生产的相关产品。但专利则不然，除了如'滑动解锁'等有限几个专利外，用户很难看到某一专利就知道该专利的申请/权利人。
这种情况所带来的严重后果是：
1 、专利权的保护难度大，一项好的技术出来后，马上就被复制；
2 、专利权/申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差，因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权/申请人的联系。
综上，为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请（名为《 根据人脸识别搜素照片的方法以及手机拍照系统 》 ），让该本人的专利申请价值最大化， 特提出一个解决办法。
 技术问题
本发明实施例提供了一种人脸识别匹配照片时的信息推送方法 ， 该发明通过在每张照片上出现的人脸设置姓名标签，从而让用户能够根据照片中的人来迅速删选和搜索照片 ， 并同时保护专利（申请）权人的利益。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的：一种人脸识别匹配照片时的信息推送方法，包括以下步骤：
当用户照相并保持照片时，识别照片中的人脸，并判断所述人脸是否存在姓名标签；
若该人脸与之前照片中存在姓名标签的人脸相同，则将该姓名标签作为当前照片的标签；
若该人脸与之前照片中存在姓名标签的人脸不相同，则提醒用户对所述人脸设置姓名标签；
当用户设置姓名标签后，将该姓名标签设置为当前照片的标签 ，同时向用户推送专利信息 。
本发明实施例还提供了一种 手机拍照系统 ，包括：
识别判断单元，第一设置单元，提醒单元，第二设置单元， 专利信息推送单元， 其中 :
识别判断单元，用于识别照片中的人脸，并判断所述人脸是否存在姓名标签；
第一设置单元，其输入端与所述识别判断单元的输出端连接，用于若该人脸与之前照片中存在姓名标签的人脸相同，则将该姓名标签作为当前照片的标签；
提醒单元，其输入端与所述识别判断单元的输出端连接，用于若该人脸与之前照片中存在姓名标签的人脸不相同，则提醒用户对所述人脸设置姓名标签；
第二设置单元，其输入端与所述提醒单元的输出端连接，用于当用户设置姓名标签后，将该姓名标签设置为当前照片的标签；
专利信息推送单元，其输入端与所述第二设置单元的输出端连接，用于 向用户推送专利信息 。
 有益效果
该发明通过在每张照片上出现的人脸设置姓名标签，从而让用户能够根据照片中的人来迅速删选和搜索照片 ，并同时保护专利（申请）权人的利益。

 本发明的实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白，以下结合附图及实施例，对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解，此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明，并不用于限定本发明。
图 1 是发明实施例提供的一种人脸识别匹配照片时的信息推送方法的流程示意图，为了便于说明，只示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
在步骤 S101 中， 当用户照相并保持照片时，识别照片中的人脸，并判断所述人脸是否存在姓名标签 。
在本实施例中，以实际拍照为例，当拍完照需要保存照片时，根据照片中出现的人脸分别识别并判断是否存在姓名标签，比如识别出张三或者李四的姓名标签，或者识别后的另一个结果是什么姓名标签都没有。
在步骤 S102 中，若该人脸与之前照片中存在姓名标签的人脸相同，则将该姓名标签作为当前照片的标签。
根据识别出的结果，如果存在姓名标签 ，则将该姓名标签作为当前照片的标签，比如识别出张三，则将张三作为当前照片的标签储存 。
在步骤 S103 中，若该人脸与之前照片中存在姓名标签的人脸不相同，则提醒用户对所述人脸设置姓名标签。
如果在人脸识别的中未发现有姓名标签， 或者识别的姓名标签与照片人脸不相同时 ，则说明照片中的人脸在以往没有设置姓名标签，则提醒设置一个姓名标签，方便筛选和查找。
在步骤 S104 中，当用户设置姓名标签后，将该姓名标签设置为当前照片的标签 ，同时向用户推送专利信息 。
如上一步骤中，当设置了姓名标签后，以后筛选和查找时直接通过人脸识别即可，如果再次拍照储存照片时也会按照以往姓名标签直接储存。
所述专利信息包括但不限于：该技术的专利申请状态，该技术的专利申请 / 权利人、该技术的专利申请号、专利申请日等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的，可以根据专利申请的授权与否，向用户动态推送：正在申请专利、已获得专利授权等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的，可以根据专利申请权 / 专利权的转让情况，向用户动态推送：该专利的当前相关的权利人。
所述专利信息的推送方式，可以采取小框显示、语音显示等让用户能够感知的推送方式。
该发明通过在每张照片上出现的人脸设置姓名标签，从而让用户能够根据照片中的人来迅速删选和搜索照片 ，并同时保护专利（申请）权人的利益。
图 2 是本发明实施例提供的一种手机拍照系统的结构示意图，该用户推荐系统包括 ：
识别判断单元 21 ，第一设置单元 22 ，提醒单元 23 ，第二设置单元 24 ，专利信息推送单元 25 ， 其中：
识别判断单元 21 ，用于识别照片中的人脸，并判断所述人脸是否存在姓名标签；
第一设置单元 22 ，其输入端与所述识别判断单元的输出端连接，用于若该人脸与之前照片中存在姓名标签的人脸相同，则将该姓名标签作为当前照片的标签；
提醒单元 23 ，其输入端与所述识别判断单元的输出端连接，用于若该人脸与之前照片中存在姓名标签的人脸不相同，则提醒用户对所述人脸设置姓名标签；
第二设置单元 24 ，其输入端与所述提醒单元的输出端连接，用于当用户设置姓名标签后，将该姓名标签设置为当前照片的标签 ；
专利信息推送单元 25 ，其输入端与所述第二设置单元的输出端连接，用于 向用户推送专利信息 。
其工作原理是：识别判断单元 21 ， 识别判断照片中的人脸 ；第一设置单元 22 ，根据识别判断单元 21 判断的存在姓名标签的结果，设置当前姓名标签为照片标签；提醒单元 23 ，根据判断单元 22 判断出的如果以往无姓名标签的结果，提醒设置人脸姓名标签；第二设置单元 24 ，根据提醒单元 23 的结果， 将该姓名标签设置为当前照片的标签 ；专利信息推送单元 25 向用户推送专利信息 。
该发明通过在每张照片上出现的人脸设置姓名标签，从而让用户能够根据照片中的人来迅速删选和搜索照片 ，并同时保护专利（申请）权人的利益。

  1. 一种人脸识别匹配照片时的信息推送方法 ，其特征在于，所述方法包括如下步骤：
    当用户照相并保持照片时，识别照片中的人脸，并判断所述人脸是否存在姓名标签；
    若该人脸与之前照片中存在姓名标签的人脸相同，则将该姓名标签作为当前照片的标签；
    若该人脸与之前照片中存在姓名标签的人脸不相同，则提醒用户对所述人脸设置姓名标签；
    当用户设置姓名标签后，将该姓名标签设置为当前照片的标签 ，同时向用户推送专利信息 。
  2. 一种 手机拍照系统 ，其特征在于，所述 系统 包括：
    识别判断单元，第一设置单元，提醒单元，第二设置单元， 专利信息推送单元， 其中 :
    识别判断单元，用于识别照片中的人脸，并判断所述人脸是否存在姓名标签；
