Description

一种自动拍照并传输的方法以及眼镜 技术领域
本发明属于可穿戴设备领域,尤其是涉及 一种自动拍照并传输的方法以及眼镜 。
背景技术
每个人大概都经历过这样的情景:想抓拍一瞬间,但等把手机或者相机拿出来,要拍的景色或人物已经一去不复返了。而这可能是家里孩子的一个小表情,也可能是几只海鸟飞过海面的一瞬间。这些瞬间无比珍贵,但却又很难迅速抓拍。
还有一种情况,写美食博客的用户都知道,一边满手面粉或者正在忙着炒菜一边拍照是一件多么狼狈的事情,之间不停下来洗十回手都拍不明白整个做饭步骤。相似的情况还包括开车的司机需要抓拍某一个路边场景、上课的学生需要拍下黑板板书等。
当场景会一闪而过、或者用户双手无暇拍照时,有没有一种自动拍照的办法?厂商推出快速拍照的手机,即无需点亮屏幕,只需直接同时按压手机音量增加和减弱按键,便激活摄像头并拍照的手机,该方案虽然减少了点亮手机、打开相机的步骤,但一方面无法完全正确的取景,另一方面仍旧需要几秒钟的操作时间,并不能完美的抓拍某一瞬间,同时还需要依赖手工操作,不能够完全解决问题。
而假如用户佩戴一款有摄像头的眼镜,同时该眼镜能够通过追踪传感器追踪眼睛的动态,需要拍照时,只要让传感器感知到用户的眨眼,拍照眼镜就会自动为你拍下照片,既解决了取景、瞬间抓拍的问题,又解放了用户的双手的问题,实现了边做其他事情边拍照。同时,眼镜可以通过内置的蓝牙模块,将拍好的照片传输至用户的手机,用户可以稍后查看和筛选,存储符合要求的照片,则实现了解决方案的闭环,为用户带来较大方便。
综上,针对于当前照相机无法较好的抓拍瞬间场景、照相需要手动操作的缺陷,需要提供一种通过跟踪眼睛动态自动拍照并传输的方法。
技术问题
本发明实施例提供了一种自动拍照并传输的方法 , 目的在于 针对当前照相机无法较好的抓拍瞬间场景、照相需要手动操作的缺陷,提供一种通过跟踪眼睛动态自动拍照并传输的方法。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的:一种自动拍照并传输的方法,包括以下步骤:
记录激活摄像头的方式,记录用户手机蓝牙接收端口;
判断用户是否通过眨眼激活摄像头;
若否,保持原样;
若是,触发快门开关拍照,并将拍摄到的照片传输到所述手机蓝牙接收端口。
本发明实施例还提供了一种眼镜,包括:
记录单元,判断单元,拍照单元,其中:
记录单元,用于记录激活摄像头的方式,记录用户手机蓝牙接收端口;
判断单元,其输入端与所述记录单元连接,用于判断用户是否通过眨眼激活摄像头;
拍照单元,其输入端分别与所述记录单元的输出端以及所述判断单元的输出端连接,用于触发快门开关拍照,并将拍摄到的照片传输到所述手机蓝牙接收端口。
有益效果
该发明通过眼镜内置的追踪传感器,追踪眼睛动态,在用户需要拍照的瞬间,拍下视野内的景象,并能够通过眼镜蓝牙传输模块将照片传输到用户手机,从而解放用户的双手、实现极速拍照,同时可以将照片传输至手机,实现了照片向移动设备的传输。

本发明的实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
图 1 是发明实施例提供的一种自动拍照并传输的方法的流程示意图,为了便于说明,只示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
在步骤 S101 中记录激活摄像头的方式,记录用户手机蓝牙接收端口。
在本实施例中,以用户 A 的眼镜为例,记录激活摄像头的方式为:眼镜通过内置的追踪传感器追踪眼睛的动态,用户需要拍照时候的眨眼方式与普通眨眼不同,其闭眼时间更长,眼球活动方式更为集中,当用户眼睛为此状态时,便认为其需要激活摄像头拍照;同时需要记录用户 A 的手机的蓝牙接收端口,用于拍照后通过蓝牙将其传输至用户的手机,本实施例仅以手机为例,其他带有蓝牙功能的移动设备(如 Ipad 等)亦可。
在步骤 S102 中,判断用户是否通过眨眼激活摄像头。
根据现有技术,只需通过眼镜内置的追踪传感器追踪眼睛的动态,眼镜内置的芯片通过算法判断用户是否通过眨眼激活摄像头。
在步骤 S103 中,若用户没有通过眨眼激活摄像头,保持原样。
如果用户没有通过眨眼激活摄像头,说明用户当前没有拍照意图,保持原样。
在步骤 S104 中,若用户通过眨眼激活摄像头,触发快门开关拍照,并将拍摄到的照片传输到所述手机蓝牙接收端口。
如上一步骤中,当判断出用户通过眨眼激活摄像头,激活其配置的摄像头,触发快门开关拍照,记录下用户视野内的图像,并通过蓝牙连接所述的手机蓝牙接收端口,将照片传输至用户 A 的手机,便于用户 A 查看和存储。
该发明通过眼镜内置的追踪传感器,追踪眼睛动态,在用户需要拍照的瞬间,拍下视野内的景象,并能够通过眼镜蓝牙传输模块将照片传输到用户手机,从而解放用户的双手、实现极速拍照,同时可以将照片传输至手机,实现了照片向移动设备的传输。

记录单元 21 ,判断单元 22 ,拍照单元 23 ,其中:

判断单元 22 ,其输入端与所述记录单元 21 连接,用于判断用户是否通过眨眼激活摄像头;
拍照单元 23 ,其输入端分别与所述记录单元 21 的输出端以及所述判断单元 22 的输出端连接,用于触发快门开关拍照,并将拍摄到的照片传输到所述手机蓝牙接收端口。
其工作原理是:记录单元 21 ,记录激活摄像头的方式,记录用户手机蓝牙接收端口;判断单元 22 ,判断用户是否通过眨眼激活摄像头;拍照单元 23 ,触发快门开关拍照,并将拍摄到的照片传输到所述手机蓝牙接收端口。

  1. 一种自动拍照并传输的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括如下步骤:
    记录激活摄像头的方式,记录用户手机蓝牙接收端口;
    判断用户是否通过眨眼激活摄像头;
    若否,保持原样;
    若是,触发快门开关拍照,并将拍摄到的照片传输到所述手机蓝牙接收端口。
  2. 一种眼镜,其特征在于,所述眼镜包括:
    记录单元,判断单元,拍照单元,其中:
    记录单元,用于记录激活摄像头的方式,记录用户手机蓝牙接收端口;
    判断单元,其输入端与所述记录单元连接,用于判断用户是否通过眨眼激活摄像头;
    拍照单元,其输入端分别与所述记录单元的输出端以及所述判断单元的输出端连接,用于触发快门开关拍照,并将拍摄到的照片传输到所述手机蓝牙接收端口。
