  1.  6.00質量%以上10.50質量%以下のLi、
     0質量%以上15.00質量%以下のAl、
     0質量%以上5.00質量%以下のCa、
     0質量%以上3.00質量%以下のZn、
     0質量%以上3.00質量%以下のR、
     0質量%以上2.00質量%以下のMn、
     0質量%以上0.10質量%以下のFe、
     0質量%以上0.10質量%以下のCu、
     0質量%以上0.10質量%以下のNi、並びに
     残部のMg及び不純物からなり、
     前記RがY、La、Ce、Nd、及びGdからなる群から選ばれる1種以上の希土類元素を表し、
     前記R及びMnの合計の含有割合が0.02質量%以上5.00質量%以下である、
     空気電池負極用マグネシウム-リチウム合金。
