Claims (37)
- 一种复合防爆阀,其特征在于,包括至少两层防爆膜及位于所述至少两层防爆膜之间的阻燃结构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的复合防爆阀,其特征在于,还包括基体;所述基体上设有泄压孔,所述至少两层防爆膜分别安装于所述泄压孔的两端;所述阻燃结构设置在所述至少两层防爆膜之间的泄压孔内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的复合防爆阀,其特征在于,所述防爆膜为压控防爆膜。
- 根据权利要求3所述的复合防爆阀,其特征在于,所述压控防爆膜的开启压力0.1-2Mpa。
- 根据权利要求4所述的复合防爆阀,其特征在于,所述压控防爆膜的开启压力0.2-0.8Mpa。
- 根据权利要求1所述的复合防爆阀,其特征在于,所述防爆膜为温控防爆膜。
- 根据权利要求6所述的复合防爆阀,其特征在于,所述温控防爆膜的开启温度为100-200℃。
- 根据权利要求7所述的复合防爆阀,其特征在于,所述温控防爆膜的开启温度为100-150℃。
- 根据权利要求2所述的复合防爆阀,其特征在于,所述至少两层防爆膜包括安装于所述泄压孔的外端的压控防爆膜,以及安装于所述泄压孔的内端的温控防爆膜。
- 根据权利要求2所述的复合防爆阀,其特征在于,所述至少两层防爆膜包括安装于所述泄压孔的内端的压控防爆膜,以及安装于所述泄压孔的外端的温控防爆膜。
- 根据权利要求2所述的复合防爆阀,其特征在于,所述基体下端形成台阶状的底 部安装台阶,一层所述防爆膜安装在所述底部安装台阶内;所述基体上端形成台阶状的顶部安装台阶,另一层防爆膜安装在所述顶部安装台阶内。
- 根据权利要求6所述的复合防爆阀,其特征在于,所述温控防爆膜的周沿形成安装部,所述安装部内嵌有骨架,所述温控防爆膜的中心部分设有开启区域。
- 根据权利要求12所述的复合防爆阀,其特征在于,所述开启区域相对于安装部整体压薄或逐渐减薄。
- 根据权利要求13所述的复合防爆阀,其特征在于,温控防爆膜的材料为非金属材料。
- 根据权利要求14所述的复合防爆阀,其特征在于,温控防爆膜的材料为PP、PE、PPO、PET或PVDF中的一种。
- 根据权利要求15所述的复合防爆阀,其特征在于,所述骨架为碳纤维骨架或记忆合金骨架。
- 根据权利要求12所述的复合防爆阀,其特征在于,所述温控防爆膜的安装部厚度为0.2-5mm。
- 根据权利要求15所述的复合防爆阀,其特征在于,所述温控防爆膜的安装部厚度为0.5-2mm。
- 根据权利要求12所述的复合防爆阀,其特征在于,所述温控防爆膜的开启区域为十字形形状,所述开启区域的厚度为0.02-3mm,宽度为0.3-10mm。
- 根据权利要求19所述的复合防爆阀,其特征在于,所述温控防爆膜的开启区域的厚度为0.05-0.15mm,宽度为1-5mm。
- 根据权利要求1所述的复合防爆阀,其特征在于,所述阻燃结构的内部具有空隙。
- 根据权利要求21所述的复合防爆阀,其特征在于,所述阻燃结构中含有阻燃剂。
- 根据权利要求22所述的复合防爆阀,其特征在于,所述阻燃剂为固态粉末状,所述阻燃结构由固态粉末状的阻燃剂经压缩、振实后形成。
- 根据权利要求22所述的复合防爆阀,其特征在于,所述阻燃结构为内含阻燃剂的微型胶囊。
- 根据权利要求22所述的复合防爆阀,其特征在于,所述阻燃剂被构造为有机阻燃剂、无机阻燃剂或无机阻燃剂和有机阻燃剂混合形成的混合阻燃剂。
- 根据权利要求25所述的复合防爆阀,其特征在于,所述有机阻燃剂包括卤系阻燃剂、磷系阻燃剂、氮系阻燃剂、磷-卤系阻燃剂中的一种或几种。
- 根据权利要求25所述的复合防爆阀,其特征在于,所述无机阻燃剂包括三氧化二锑、氢氧化镁、氢氧化铝或硅系氧化物中的一种或几种。
- 根据权利要求25所述的复合防爆阀,其特征在于,所述混合阻燃剂包括红磷、氢氧化铝以及膨胀性石墨。
- 根据权利要求11所述的复合防爆阀,其特征在于,所述防爆膜为压控防爆膜,所述压控防爆膜包括周缘的焊接部和中间的压力开启部,所述焊接部焊接在所述顶部安装台阶内。
- 根据权利要求29所述的复合防爆阀,其特征在于,所述压控防爆膜的所述压力开启部上设有防爆刻痕。
- 根据权利要求30所述的复合防爆阀,其特征在于,所述压控防爆膜的所述压力开启部上还设有柔性缓冲结构。
- 根据权利要求31所述的复合防爆阀,其特征在于,所述柔性缓冲结构设置在所述焊接部与所述顶部安装台阶间的焊缝和所述防爆刻痕之间。
- 根据权利要求32所述的复合防爆阀,其特征在于,所述柔性缓冲结构为环形。
- 根据权利要求33所述的复合防爆阀,其特征在于,所述柔性缓冲结构包括一个以上的波峰和/或波谷。
- 根据权利要求34所述的复合防爆阀,其特征在于,所述柔性缓冲结构包括一个波峰和波谷。
- 一种盖板组件,包括盖板本体,其特征在于,所述盖板本体上安装有根据权利要求1-35中任意一项所述的复合防爆阀。
- 一种电池,所述电池包括外壳、极芯和盖板组件,所述盖板组件和外壳形成封闭空间,所述极芯安装于所述封闭空间内;其特征在于,所述盖板组件为权利要求36所述的盖板组件。
