本发明的进一步方案为:箱体顶部两侧分别设置左上加强件和右上加强件,左上加强件和右上加强件经至少一条上加强件相连接,上加强件的两端分别凸出左上加强件和右上加强件边缘并与箱体顶端形成间隙。
本发明的进一步方案为:所述铁台面的四边均设有垂直于铁台面平面的折边,铁台面左右两侧折边的端部均设有垂直于折边、并向铁台面中心方向水平弯折的折弯边,所述铁台面前和/或后侧的折边分别与箱体的前侧板或后侧板对应固定连接。
本发明的进一步方案为:所述折弯边具有至少一个缺口,所述缺口与上加强件相交错设置,且缺口的宽度大于等于上加强件的宽度;铁台面左右两侧的折弯边水平卡入上加强件与箱体间形成的间隙,令铁台面与箱体相卡接安装。
由于洗衣机两侧均有由加强件形成的间隙,为了方便铁台面的安装,在其折弯边上设有缺口,可以避开上加强件放置于箱体上,再进行水平滑动调整可以简单地将折弯边卡接于间隙中。
本发明的进一步方案为:所述上加强件两端的同一侧分别设有一个折弯翘角,所述的折弯翘角设于靠近洗衣机背板的一侧。
由于加强件多为金属结构,若两层间平行设置,则铁台面的折弯边在卡入间隙时不易对准,而在加强件两端采用折弯翘角可以作为铁台面的导向,便于安装过程。
本发明的进一步方案为:所述上加强件分为前上加强件和中上加强件,所述前上加强件的前端具有向下弯折的第一折边,后端具有向上弯折的第二折边。
本发明的进一步方案为:左上加强件的前端和右上加强件的前端经前上加强件相连接,前上加强件的两端分别凸出左上加强件和右上加强件的边缘与箱体顶端形成间隙,所述前上加强件在第二折边的两端分别设有折弯翘角。
本发明的进一步方案为:左上加强件的中部和右上加强件的中部经中上加强件相连接,中上加强件的两端分别凸出左上加强件和右上加强件的边缘与箱体顶端形成间隙,所述中上加强件远离前上加强件一侧的两端分别设有折弯翘角。
本发明的进一步方案为:所述铁台面左右两侧的折弯边分别具有两个缺口,第一缺口和第二缺口与前上加强件和中上加强件均相互交错设置,且第二缺口的 宽度大于等于中上加强件的宽度。
本发明的进一步方案为:所述铁台面左右两侧的折弯边与第一折边相限位接触。
前上加强件的第一折边起到了限位作用,防止铁台面从前上加强件的前端滑出安装位置。
本发明的有益效果为:
1.与现有技术相比取消了挂柱小件的设计,相应的不再需要在铁台面上设计挂柱定位孔,极大地缩减了生产成本;
2.铁台面的折弯边在加强件的翘角引导下不需要精准定位即可安装,简化了安装过程;
3.巧妙地利用了材料本身的厚度,将铁台面的折弯边安装于加强件间的间隙中,对机体结构的牢固程度起到了一定的作用。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。附图均为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与发明有关的构成。
实施例1
如图1~7所示,一种洗衣机铁台面的固定结构,洗衣机包括箱体4,箱体4上方扣合设置有铁台面3;箱体4顶部两侧分别设置左上加强件21和右上加强件22,左上加强件21和右上加强件22经上加强件1相连接,上加强件1的两端分别凸出左上加强件21和右上加强件22的边缘,使得上加强件1与箱体4顶端面形成间隙6;铁台面3通过设于其左右两侧的折弯边301卡入间隙6,令铁台面3与箱体4相安装固定。加强件结构间存在有间隙6,因此利用铁台面上简单结构——折弯边301,在填补了间隙6的同时起到了铁台面的引导固定作用。与现有技术中常使用的挂柱小件相比,本发明采用的结构简单合理,避免了挂柱小件对接孔位置偏差导致的安装困难。
本实施例中,如图1所示,箱体4由两个侧板和一个背板组成形成三面包围结构,两侧壁前端底部由一连接件相连与三面包围结构形成闭合矩形结构,在两侧板的底部各设有一加强连接件用以增强闭合矩形结构的强度。
本实施例中,如图1所示,箱体4的侧板表面具有起筋结构,包括若干条加强筋,所述加强筋包括水平加强筋和竖直加强筋,所述水平加强筋的长度大于所述竖直加强筋的长度,且至少在所述洗衣机箱体的侧板的中央设有一由水平加强筋和竖直加强筋相连形成的封闭式加强筋。优选的,所述水平加强筋为圆弧筋,所述圆弧筋的数量为若干条,包括至少一条位于所述侧板上部的上圆弧筋和至少一条位于所述侧板下部的下圆弧筋。优选的,所述竖直加强筋的数量为若干条,至少两条所述竖直加强筋的上端分别连通于所述上圆弧筋的两端,下端分别连通于所述下圆弧筋的两端,组成封闭形式的跑道型加强筋。优选的,所述跑道型加强筋位于所述侧壁的中央,多条开放式的所述圆弧筋依次向所述跑道型加强筋的上下两侧分布。优选的,所有所述圆弧筋的圆心均在同一条竖直线上。优选的,若干条所述加强筋以所述侧板的中央点为中心对称分布。
本实施例中,如图2所示,箱体4的背板设有进水口、出水口、电源线口以及中下部镂空部分的电机检修口,所述检修口四周环绕设有向箱体4内侧凹陷的弧形起筋结构,由于背板与电机距离较近,震动传递比较明显,因此采用该起筋结构可以加强背板结构强度;所述凹陷部设有螺丝孔用以安装箱体4的后罩。
本实施例中,如图3所示,铁台面3中央设有向箱体4内部凹陷的四角为圆 弧的矩形起筋结构,在加强结构强度的同时还可以防止置于台面上的物品因滚动滑落地面。
本实施例中,如图3所示,铁台面3的四边均设有垂直于铁台面3平面的折边,铁台面3左右两侧折边302的端部均设有垂直于折边302、并向铁台面中心方向水平弯折的折弯边301。
本实施例中,如图3和图4所示,铁台面3的折弯边301具有缺口结构,铁台面3通过缺口结构避开上加强件1扣合于箱体4上,铁台面3通过设于其左右两侧的折弯边301水平卡入上加强件1与箱体4间形成的间隙6,令铁台面3与箱体4相安装固定。由于洗衣机两侧均有由加强件形成的间隙6,为了方便铁台面3的安装,在其折弯边301上设有缺口,可以避开上加强件1放置于箱体4上,再进行水平滑动调整可以简单地将折弯边301卡接于间隙6中。
本实施例中,如图3所示,所述铁台面3后侧折边宽度大于左右侧折边302宽度,且设置有螺丝孔;铁台面3前侧折边宽度小于左右侧折边302,所述前侧折边于螺丝固定位置设有含有矩形安装孔的梯形凸起。铁台面3通过设于其左右两侧的折弯边301水平卡入上加强件1与箱体4间形成的间隙6,之后通过设于铁台面3后侧折边上的螺丝孔与箱体4的背板固定。在洗衣机前端安装过程中,通过铁台面3前侧折边上梯形凸起的矩形安装孔将铁台面3最终固定。
本实施例中,如图1、图2和图5所示,所述上加强件1为前上加强件11和中上加强件12,前上加强件11为两端连接部低于中间部分的桥形结构,中间部分设有沿加强件长度方向的凹槽,该凹槽相较于平面结构可以更加有效地起到加强的作用,凹槽中设有螺丝孔,所述前上加强件11的前端具有向下弯折的第一折边101,后端具有向上弯折的第二折边102;中上加强件12为两端连接部低于中间部分的桥形结构,中间部分设有沿加强件长度方向的凹槽,该凹槽相较于平面结构可以更加有效地起到加强的作用,凹槽中设有螺丝孔。
本实施例中,如图6和图7所示,左上加强件21的前端和右上加强件22的前端经前上加强件11相连接,前上加强件11的两端分别凸出左上加强件21和右上加强件22,使得前上加强件11与箱体4间形成间隙6,所述前上加强件11在第二折边102的两端分别设有折弯翘角5。由于前上加强件11为金属结构,与箱体4呈两层平行设置,则铁台面3的折弯边301在卡入间隙6时不易对准, 而在加强件两端采用折弯翘角5可以作为铁台面3的导向,便于安装。
本实施例中,左上加强件21的中部和右上加强件22的中部经中上加强件12相连接,中上加强件12的两端分别凸出左上加强件21和右上加强件22,使得中上加强件12与箱体4间形成间隙6,所述中上加强件12远离前上加强件11一侧的两端分别设有折弯翘角5。由于中上加强件12为金属结构,与箱体4呈两层平行设置,则铁台面3的折弯边301在卡入间隙6时不易对准,而在加强件两端采用折弯翘角5可以作为铁台面3的导向,便于安装。
本实施例中,如图1和图6所示,左上加强件21和右上加强件22侧视均呈L字形,其中“L”的一边分别贴合箱体4侧板的上沿并使用螺丝连接,“L”的另一边分别贴合箱体4侧板内侧上部,同时左上加强件21和右上加强件22同时与箱体4的背板相连接,结合前上加强件11,使得整个箱体4的结构在顶端也形成封闭矩形结构。
本实施例中,如图1~4所示,铁台面3左右两侧的折弯边301分别具有两个缺口,铁台面3分别通过第一缺口303和第二缺口304避开前上加强件11和中上加强件12扣合于箱体4上,铁台面3通过设于其左右两侧的折弯边301水平卡入前上加强件11与箱体4以及中上加强件12与箱体4间形成的间隙6,令铁台面3与箱体4相安装固定。
本实施例中,铁台面3左右两侧的折弯边301卡入前上加强件11与箱体4间形成的间隙6后与前上加强件11的第一折边101接触,所述第一折边101起到了限位作用,限制了铁台面3在加强件间隙6上的晃动,令铁台面3的安装位置固定。
实施例2
一种洗衣机铁台面的固定结构,洗衣机包括箱体4,箱体4上方扣合设置有铁台面3;箱体4顶部两侧分别设置左上加强件21和右上加强件22,左上加强件21和右上加强件22经上加强件1相连接,上加强件1的两端分别凸出左上加强件21和右上加强件22的边缘,使得上加强件1与箱体4顶端面形成间隙6;铁台面3通过设于其左右两侧的折弯边301卡入间隙6,令铁台面3与箱体4相安装固定。加强件结构间存在有间隙6,因此利用铁台面上简单结构——折弯边301,在填补了间隙6的同时起到了铁台面的引导固定作用。与现有技术中常使 用的挂柱小件相比,本发明采用的结构简单合理,避免了挂柱小件对接孔位置偏差导致的安装困难。
本实施例中,箱体4由两个侧板和一个背板组成形成三面包围结构,两侧壁前端底部由一连接件相连与三面包围结构形成闭合矩形结构,在两侧板的底部各设有一加强连接件用以增强闭合矩形结构的强度。
本实施例中,箱体4的侧板表面具有起筋结构,包括若干条加强筋,所述加强筋包括水平加强筋和竖直加强筋,所述水平加强筋的长度大于所述竖直加强筋的长度,且至少在所述洗衣机箱体的侧板的中央设有一由水平加强筋和竖直加强筋相连形成的封闭式加强筋。优选的,所述水平加强筋为圆弧筋,所述圆弧筋的数量为若干条,包括至少一条位于所述侧板上部的上圆弧筋和至少一条位于所述侧板下部的下圆弧筋。优选的,所述竖直加强筋的数量为若干条,至少两条所述竖直加强筋的上端分别连通于所述上圆弧筋的两端,下端分别连通于所述下圆弧筋的两端,组成封闭形式的跑道型加强筋。优选的,所述跑道型加强筋位于所述侧壁的中央,多条开放式的所述圆弧筋依次向所述跑道型加强筋的上下两侧分布。优选的,所有所述圆弧筋的圆心均在同一条竖直线上。优选的,若干条所述加强筋以所述侧板的中央点为中心对称分布。
本实施例中,箱体4的背板设有进水口、出水口、电源线口以及中下部镂空部分的电机检修口,所述检修口四周环绕设有向箱体4内侧凹陷的弧形起筋结构,由于背板与电机距离较近,震动传递比较明显,因此采用该起筋结构可以加强背板结构强度;所述凹陷部设有螺丝孔用以安装箱体4的后罩。
本实施例中,如图3所示,铁台面3中央设有向箱体4内部凹陷的四角为圆弧的矩形起筋结构,在加强结构强度的同时还可以防止置于台面上的物品因滚动滑落地面。
本实施例中,铁台面3的四边均设有垂直于铁台面3平面的折边,铁台面3左右两侧折边302的端部均设有垂直于折边302、并向铁台面中心方向水平弯折的折弯边301。
本实施例中,铁台面3的折弯边301具有缺口结构,铁台面3通过缺口结构避开上加强件1扣合于箱体4上,铁台面3通过设于其左右两侧的折弯边301水平卡入上加强件1与箱体4间形成的间隙6,令铁台面3与箱体4相安装固定。 由于洗衣机两侧均有由加强件形成的间隙6,为了方便铁台面3的安装,在其折弯边301上设有缺口,可以避开上加强件1放置于箱体4上,再进行水平滑动调整可以简单地将折弯边301卡接于间隙6中。
本实施例中,所述铁台面3后侧折边宽度大于左右侧折边302宽度,且设置有螺丝孔;铁台面3前侧折边宽度小于左右侧折边302,所述前侧折边于螺丝固定位置设有含有矩形安装孔的梯形凸起。铁台面3通过设于其左右两侧的折弯边301水平卡入上加强件1与箱体4间形成的间隙6,之后通过设于铁台面3后侧折边上的螺丝孔与箱体4的背板固定。在洗衣机前端安装过程中,通过铁台面3前侧折边上梯形凸起的矩形安装孔将铁台面3最终固定。
本实施例中,所述上加强件1只有一条前上加强件11,所述前上加强件11为两端连接部低于中间部分的桥形结构,中间部分设有沿加强件长度方向的凹槽,该凹槽相较于平面结构可以更加有效地起到加强的作用,凹槽中设有螺丝孔,所述前上加强件11的前端具有向下弯折的第一折边101,后端具有向上弯折的第二折边102。
本实施例中,如图6和图7所示,左上加强件21的前端和右上加强件22的前端经前上加强件11相连接,前上加强件11的两端分别凸出左上加强件21和右上加强件22,使得前上加强件11与箱体4间形成间隙6,所述前上加强件11在第二折边102的两端分别设有折弯翘角5。由于前上加强件11为金属结构,与箱体4呈两层平行设置,则铁台面3的折弯边301在卡入间隙6时不易对准,而在加强件两端采用折弯翘角5可以作为铁台面3的导向,便于安装。

本实施例中,铁台面3左右两侧的折弯边301卡入前上加强件11与箱体4 间形成的间隙6后与前上加强件11的第一折边101接触,所述第一折边101起到了限位作用,限制了铁台面3在加强件间隙6上的晃动,令铁台面3的安装位置固定。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种洗衣机铁台面的固定结构,洗衣机包括箱体(4),箱体(4)上方设置有铁台面(3);其特征在于,箱体(4)顶部两侧经至少一条上加强件(1)相连接,上加强件(1)的两端边缘分别与箱体(4)顶端形成间隙(6);铁台面(3)左右两侧设有折弯边(301),所述折弯边(301)卡入对应间隙(6)实现铁台面(3)与箱体(4)卡接安装。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣机铁台面的固定结构,其特征在于,箱体(4)顶部两侧分别设置左上加强件(21)和右上加强件(22),左上加强件(21)和右上加强件(22)经至少一条上加强件(1)相连接,上加强件(1)的两端分别凸出左上加强件(21)和右上加强件(22)的边缘与箱体(4)顶端形成间隙(6)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣机铁台面的固定结构,其特征在于,所述铁台面(3)的四边均设有垂直于铁台面(3)平面的折边,铁台面(3)左右两侧折边(302)的端部均设有垂直于折边(302)、并向铁台面中心方向水平弯折的折弯边(301),所述铁台面(3)前和/或后侧的折边分别与箱体的前侧板或后侧板对应固定连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种洗衣机铁台面的固定结构,其特征在于,所述折弯边(301)具有至少一个缺口,所述缺口与上加强件(1)相交错设置,且缺口的宽度大于等于上加强件(1)的宽度;铁台面(3)左右两侧的折弯边(301)水平卡入上加强件(1)与箱体(4)间形成的间隙(6),令铁台面(3)与箱体(4)相卡接安装。
  5. 根据权利要求1~4任意一项所述的一种洗衣机铁台面的固定结构,其特征在于,所述上加强件(1)两端的同一侧分别设有一个折弯翘角(5),所述的折弯翘角(5)设于靠近洗衣机背板的一侧。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣机铁台面的固定结构,其特征在于,所述上加强件(1)分为前上加强件(11)和中上加强件(12),所述前上加强件(11)的前端具有向下弯折的第一折边(101),后端具有向上弯折的第二折边(102)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种洗衣机铁台面的固定结构,其特征在于,左上加强件(21)的前端和右上加强件(22)的前端经前上加强件(11)相连接,前上加强件(11)的两端分别凸出左上加强件(21)和右上加强件(22)的边缘与箱体(4)顶端形成间隙(6),所述前上加强件(11)在第二折边(102)的两端分别设有折弯翘角(5)。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的一种洗衣机铁台面的固定结构,其特征在于,左上加强件(21)的中部和右上加强件(22)的中部经中上加强件(12)相连接,中上加强件 (12)的两端分别凸出左上加强件(21)和右上加强件(22)的边缘与箱体(4)顶端形成间隙(6),所述中上加强件(12)远离前上加强件(11)一侧的两端分别设有折弯翘角(5)。
  9. 根据权利要求4或6所述的一种洗衣机铁台面的固定结构,其特征在于,所述铁台面(3)左右两侧的折弯边(301)分别具有两个缺口,第一缺口(303)和第二缺口(304)与前上加强件(11)和中上加强件(12)均相互交错设置,且第二缺口(304)的宽度大于等于中上加强件(12)的宽度。
  10. 根据权利要求4或6所述的一种洗衣机铁台面的固定结构,其特征在于,所述铁台面(3)左右两侧的折弯边(301)与第一折边(101)相限位接触。
