一种拍照方法、装置及移动终端 技术领域
本申请涉及但不限于拍照技术领域。
背景技术
随着移动终端的不断发展,在使用这些移动终端进行拍照时,为了拍出令用户满意的照片,越来越多的智能终端厂商内置了美颜功能,另外,用于美颜的应用程序也越来越多。
相关技术中,移动终端上美颜技术的实现方案主要分为实时美颜和后处理美颜两种。其中,实时美颜技术时在移动终端的拍照预览界面上可实时看到美颜处理后的图像效果。该移动终端以进度条或按键等形式提供从低到高不同美颜级别,但无论用户选择哪个级别的美颜效果,处于移动终端镜头中的目标对象的美颜参数都是统一的,无法对多个目标对象分别进行个性化的区分。
后处理美颜技术可以在用户拍照成像后,在图库或者美图类的应用程序中,对照片进行美化处理。后处理美颜技术可以提供同一张照片内的所有人物不同的美颜效果,但缺乏实时性。
当然,相关技术中还有一种智能美颜技术,需要用户预先对镜头内的拍照对象进行固定的人脸特征值设置和对应的拍照处理参数设置,才可以对拍照对象进行美颜处理,该美颜方式不能动态、实时的对镜头内的拍照对象进行美颜操作。

本文提供一种拍照方法、装置及移动终端,以解决相关技术中移动终端无法在拍照过程中对拍照预览界面中的拍照对象进行个性化美颜的问题。
一种拍照方法,包括:
接收第一选择操作,所述第一选择操作用于在拍照预览界面上选定第一预设图像区域;
根据所述第一选择操作的触发,在所述拍照预览界面上显示用于调整所述第一预设图像区域的拍照参数的拍照处理参数;

本发明针对相关技术中移动终端无法在拍照过程中对拍照预览界面中的拍照对象进行个性化美颜的问题,提供一种拍照方法,满足拍照预览界面中的不同拍照对象的不同美颜需求,实现对拍照预览界面中的拍照对象的个性化美颜,提升用户体验。

步骤101,接收第一选择操作,该第一选择操作用于在拍照预览界面上选定第一预设图像区域。
在实际应用中,选择操作可以包括:在拍照预览界面上获取到的对选定的预设图像区域的触摸操作或手势操作。
可选地,触摸操作例如可以包括:点按触摸或滑动触摸。
在本发明实施例中,第一预设图像区域可以为拍照预览界面上待美颜对象,如人脸,所占据的图像区域。第一预设图像区域也就是拍照预览界面上待美颜对象所在的图像区域。
步骤102,根据第一选择操作的触发,在拍照预览界面上显示用于调整所述第一预设图像区域的拍照参数的拍照处理参数。

在本发明实施例中,对第一预设图像区域的图像处理,也就是对拍照预览界面上的待美颜对象的美颜处理。
可选地,可以在移动终端的相机美颜模式下,增加“动态美颜”开关。也就是,在步骤101,移动终端接收用于在拍照预览界面上选定第一预设图像区域的第一选择操作之前,需确定拍照模式为美颜模式,且“动态美颜”开关打开,此时可获取所选定的第一预设图像区域,对其进行拍照处理参数的实时调整。

需要说明的是,当拍照预览界面中包括有多个预设图像区域,也就是,多个待美颜对象时,均可检测预设图像区域在拍照预览界面上的位置是否发生移动,来对预设图像区域进行相应的处理。
本发明实施例提供的拍照方法,在拍照之前通过在拍照预览界面上选定 不同的预设图像区域,并通过在拍照预览界面上显示的用于调整对应预设图像区域的拍照参数的拍照处理参数,实时获取拍照参数调整后的相应最终拍照处理参数,并且根据预设图像区域在拍照预览界面上的位置变化进行相应的处理,从而在接收到拍照指令时,根据该最终拍照处理参数对相应的预设图像区域进行图像处理获得拍照图像;本发明实施例提供的拍照方法,拍照处理参数可根据拍照预览界面中的不同预设图像区域的不同图像处理需求进行调整,实现对拍照预览界面中的预设图像区域的个性化图像处理,也就是实现对拍照预览界面中的拍照对象的个性化美颜需求,提升用户体验。
如图4所示,为本发明实施例提供的一种拍照装置的结构示意图。本发明实施例提供的拍照装置,可以包括:
第一接收模块401,设置为:接收第一选择操作,所述第一选择操作用于在拍照预览界面上选定第一预设图像区域。
在实际应用中,选择操作可以包括:在拍照预览界面上获取到的对选定的预设图像区域的触摸操作或手势操作。
可选地,触摸操作例如可以包括:点按触摸或滑动触摸。
在本发明实施例中,第一预设图像区域可以为拍照预览界面上待美颜对象,如人脸,所占据的图像区域。第一预设图像区域也就是拍照预览界面上待美颜对象所在的图像区域。
第一显示模块402,设置为:根据第一接收模块401接收的第一选择操作的触发,在拍照预览界面上显示用于调整第一预设图像区域的拍照参数的拍照处理参数。
在实际应用中,拍照处理参数的显示方式可以有多种。例如可以根据获取到的选择操作在拍照预览界面上弹出一显示有拍照处理参数的对话框,或可以根据获取到的选择操作直接在拍照预览界面上的预设位置上显示拍照处理参数等。
可选地,本发明实施例中的拍照处理参数可以包括但不限于:肤色调整、磨皮、大眼和瘦脸等;另外,在照预览界面上的拍照处理参数对应有可供调 节的调节按钮或调节条。
第一参数获取模块403,设置为:实时获取拍照参数调整后的第一最终拍照处理参数。
在实际应用中,移动终端在获取经拍照参数调整后的第一最终拍照处理参数之前,移动终端在实时获取对所选定的第一预设图像区域的拍照参数的调整。
在本发明实施例中,可以通过检测预设时间内接收到拍照处理参数对应的数值是否发生改变确定第一最终拍照处理参数,若预设时间内接收到的拍照处理参数对应的数值未改变,则将该未改变数值的拍照处理参数确定为第一最终拍照处理参数。
拍照处理模块404,设置为:接收拍照指令,并根据第一参数获取模块403获取的第一最终拍照处理参数对第一预设图像区域进行图像处理,获得拍照图像。
在本发明实施例中,对第一预设图像区域的图像处理,也就是对拍照预览界面上的待美颜对象的美颜处理。
可选地,可以在移动终端的相机美颜模式下,增加“动态美颜”开关。移动终端接收用于在拍照预览界面上选定第一预设图像区域的第一选择操作之前,需确定拍照模式为美颜模式,且“动态美颜”开关打开,此时可获取所选定的第一预设图像区域,对其进行拍照处理参数的实时调整。
可选地,图5为本发明实施例提供的另一种拍照装置的结构示意图。在图4所示装置的结构基础上,本发明实施例中的拍照预览界面上包括多个预设图像区域,该拍照装置还可以包括:
第二接收模块405,设置为:在拍照处理模块404接收拍照指令之前,接收第二选择操作,该第二选择操作用于在拍照预览界面上选定第二预设图像区域。
在本发明实施例中,第二预设图像区域为拍照预览界面上除第一预设图像区域之外的图像区域。
第二显示模块406,设置为:根据第二接收模块405接收的第二选择操作 的触发,在拍照预览界面上显示用于调整第二预设图像区域的拍照参数的拍照处理参数。
第二参数获取模块407,设置为:实时获取拍照参数调整后的第二最终拍照处理参数。
拍照处理模块404,还设置为:接收拍照指令,并根据第一参数获取模块403获取的第一最终拍照处理参数对第一预设图像区域进行图像处理,以及根据第二参数获取模块407获取的第二最终拍照处理参数对第二预设图像区域进行图像处理,获得拍照图像。
在本发明实施例中,对预设图像区域的图像处理,也就是对拍照预览界面上的待美颜对象的美颜处理。
可选地,图6为本发明实施例提供的又一种拍照装置的结构示意图。在图5所示装置的结构基础上,本发明实施例中提供的拍照装置还可以包括:
检测模块408,设置为:在拍照处理模块404接拍照指令之前,检测预设图像区域在拍照预览界面上的位置是否发生移动,该预设图像区域包括第一预设图像区域和第二预设图像区域中的一个或多个;
跟踪模块409,设置为:当检测模块408检测出位置发生移动时,跟踪预设图像区域;
本发明实施例的移动终端的相机模块需具有跟踪拍照对象的功能。
第三参数获取模块410,设置为:当跟踪模块409跟踪到预设图像区域时,继续实时获取拍照参数调整后的最终拍照处理参数。
信息生成模块411,当跟踪模块409未跟踪到预设图像区域时,生成用于提示重新选择图像区域的提示信息。
在实际应用中,提示信息的提示方式可以有多种。例如,语音提示、振铃提示或文本提示等。
可选地,在本发明实施例中,该拍照装置还可以包括:
第三显示模块412,设置为:在第一参数获取模块403实时获取拍照参数调整后的第一最终拍照处理参数之后,在拍照预览界面上实时显示第一预设图像区域的图像处理结果。
需要说明的是,该第三显示模块412,还设置为:在第二参数获取模块407实时获取拍照参数调整后的第二最终拍照处理参数之后,在拍照预览界面上实时显示第二预设图像区域的图像处理结果,以及在第三参数获取模块410实时获取拍照参数调整后的拍照处理参数之后,在拍照预览界面上实时显示预设图像区域的图像处理结果。
在实际应用中,预设图像区域的图像处理结果,也就是待美颜对象的美颜效果可以实时的显示于拍照预览界面上。也就是说,在调整拍照处理参数时,移动终端上的拍照预览界面可实时显示预设图像区域的图像处理结果,也就是待美颜对象的美颜效果。若拍照用户不满意,可继续对拍照处理参数进行调整直到达到用户的要求为止。
本发明实施例还提供一种移动终端,包括如本发明上述任一实施例所述的拍照装置。本发明实施例提供的移动终端如可以是手机、平板电脑、个人数字助理(PersonalDigital Assistant,简称为:PDA)、或车载电脑等等移动终端。
本发明实施例提供的拍照装置,在拍照之前通过在拍照预览界面上选定不同的预设图像区域,并通过在拍照预览界面上显示的用于调整对应预设图像区域的拍照参数的拍照处理参数,实时获取拍照参数调整后的相应最终拍照处理参数,从而在接收到拍照指令时,根据该最终拍照处理参数对相应的预设图像区域进行图像处理获得拍照图像;本发明实施例提供的拍照装置,拍照处理参数可根据拍照预览界面中的不同预设图像区域的不同图像处理需求进行调整,实现对拍照预览界面中的预设图像区域的个性化图像处理,也就是实现对拍照预览界面中的拍照对象的个性化美颜需求,提升用户体验。
本发明的实施例还提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,该计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机可执行指令,该处理器执行计算机可执行指令时,进行如下操作,即S10~S40:
S10,接收第一选择操作,该第一选择操作用于在拍照预览界面上选定第一预设图像区域;
S20,根据第一选择操作的触发,在拍照预览界面上显示用于调整第一 预设图像区域的拍照参数的拍照处理参数;
S30,实时获取拍照参数调整后的第一最终拍照处理参数;
S40,接收拍照指令,并根据第一最终拍照处理参数对第一预设图像区域进行图像处理,获得拍照图像。
可选地,在本发明实施例中,上述拍照预览界面上可以包括多个预设图像区域,上述处理器执行计算机可执行指令时,在S40之前,还进行如下操作,即S31~S33:
S31,接收第二选择操作,该第二选择操作用于在拍照预览界面上选定第二预设图像区域;
S32,根据第二选择操作的触发,在拍照预览界面上显示用于调整第二预设图像区域的拍照参数的拍照处理参数;
S33,实时获取拍照参数调整后的第二最终拍照处理参数;
上述处理器执行计算机可执行指令时,执行S40的实现方式,可以包括:
接收拍照指令,并根据第一最终拍照处理参数对第一预设图像区域进行图像处理,以及根据第二最终拍照处理参数对第二预设图像区域进行图像处理,获得所述拍照图像。
可选地,在本发明实施例中,上述处理器执行计算机可执行指令时,在S40之前,还进行如下操作,即S34~S37:
S34,检测预设图像区域在拍照预览界面上的位置是否发生移动,该预设图像区域包括第一预设图像区域和第二预设图像区域中的一个或多个;
S35,当检测出位置发生移动时,跟踪预设图像区域;
S36,当跟踪到预设图像区域时,继续实时获取拍照参数调整后的最终拍照处理参数;
S37,当未跟踪到预设图像区域时,生成用于提示重新选择图像区域的提示信息。
可选地,在本发明实施例中,上述处理器执行计算机可执行指令时,在S30之前,还进行如下操作:
S38,在拍照预览界面上实时显示第一预设图像区域的图像处理结果。

上述实施例中的装置/功能模块/功能单元可以采用通用的计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,也可以分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上。
上述实施例中的装置/功能模块/功能单元以软件功能模块的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。上述提到的计算机可读取存储介质可以是只读存储器,磁盘或光盘等。
工业实用性
本发明实施例提供的技术方案,在拍照之前通过在拍照预览界面上选定不同的预设图像区域,并通过在拍照预览界面上显示的用于调整对应预设图像区域的拍照参数的拍照处理参数,实时获取拍照参数调整后的相应最终拍照处理参数,从而在接收到拍照指令时,根据该最终拍照处理参数对相应的预设图像区域进行图像处理获得拍照图像;本发明实施例的技术方案中,拍照处理参数可根据拍照预览界面中的不同预设图像区域的不同图像处理需求进行调整,实现对拍照预览界面中的预设图像区域的个性化图像处理,也就是实现对拍照预览界面中的拍照对象的个性化美颜需求,提升用户体验。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种拍照方法,包括:
    接收第一选择操作,所述第一选择操作用于在拍照预览界面上选定第一预设图像区域;
    根据所述第一选择操作的触发,在所述拍照预览界面上显示用于调整所述第一预设图像区域的拍照参数的拍照处理参数;
    实时获取拍照参数调整后的第一最终拍照处理参数;
    接收拍照指令,并根据所述第一最终拍照处理参数对所述第一预设图像区域进行图像处理,获得拍照图像。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的拍照方法,其中,所述拍照预览界面上包括多个预设图像区域,所述接收拍照指令之前,所述方法还包括:
    接收第二选择操作,所述第二选择操作用于在拍照预览界面上选定第二预设图像区域;
    根据所述第二选择操作的触发,在所述拍照预览界面上显示用于调整所述第二预设图像区域的拍照参数的拍照处理参数;
    实时获取拍照参数调整后的第二最终拍照处理参数;
    所述接收拍照指令,并根据所述第一最终拍照处理参数对所述第一预设图像区域进行图像处理,获得拍照图像,包括:
    接收所述拍照指令,并根据所述第一最终拍照处理参数对所述第一预设图像区域进行图像处理,以及根据所述第二最终拍照处理参数对所述第二预设图像区域进行图像处理,获得所述拍照图像。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的拍照方法,其中,所述接收拍照指令之前,所述方法还包括:
    检测预设图像区域在所述拍照预览界面上的位置是否发生移动,所述预设图像区域包括所述第一预设图像区域和所述第二预设图像区域中的一个或多个;
    当检测出所述位置发生移动时,跟踪所述预设图像区域;
    当跟踪到所述预设图像区域时,继续实时获取拍照参数调整后的最终拍照处理参数。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的拍照方法,其中,当检测出所述位置发生移动时,跟踪所述预设图像区域之后,所述方法还包括:
    当未跟踪到所述预设图像区域时,生成用于提示重新选择图像区域的提示信息。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的拍照方法,其中,所述实时获取拍照参数调整后的第一最终拍照参数之后,所述方法还包括:
    在所述拍照预览界面上实时显示所述第一预设图像区域的图像处理结果。
  6. 一种拍照装置,包括:
    第一接收模块,设置为:接收第一选择操作,所述第一选择操作用于在拍照预览界面上选定第一预设图像区域;
    第一显示模块,设置为:根据所述第一接收模块接收的所述第一选择操作的触发,在所述拍照预览界面上显示用于调整所述第一预设图像区域的拍照参数的拍照处理参数;
    第一参数获取模块,设置为:实时获取拍照参数调整后的第一最终拍照处理参数;
    拍照处理模块,设置为:接收拍照指令,并根据所述第一参数获取模块获取的所述第一最终拍照处理参数对所述第一预设图像区域进行图像处理,获得拍照图像。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的拍照装置,其中,所述拍照预览界面上包括多个预设图像区域,所述拍照装置还包括:
    第二接收模块,设置为:在所述拍照处理模块接收拍照指令之前,接收第二选择操作,所述第二选择操作用于在拍照预览界面上选定第二预设图像区域;
    第二显示模块,设置为:根据所述第二接收模块接收的所述第二选择操作的触发,在所述拍照预览界面上显示用于调整所述第二预设图像区域的拍 照参数的拍照处理参数;
    第二参数获取模块,设置为:实时获取拍照参数调整后的第二最终拍照处理参数;
    所述拍照处理模块,还设置为:接收所述拍照指令,并根据所述第一参数获取模块获取的所述第一最终拍照处理参数对所述第一预设图像区域进行图像处理,以及根据所述第二参数获取模块获取的所述第二最终拍照处理参数对所述第二预设图像区域进行图像处理,获得所述拍照图像。
  8. 根据权利要求6或7所述的拍照装置,还包括:
    检测模块,设置为:在所述拍照处理模块接收拍照指令之前,检测预设图像区域在所述拍照预览界面上的位置是否发生移动,所述预设图像区域包括所述第一预设图像区域和所述第二预设图像区域中的一个或多个;
    跟踪模块,设置为:当所述检测模块检测出所述位置发生移动时,跟踪所述预设图像区域;
    第三参数获取模块,设置为:当所述跟踪模块跟踪到所述预设图像区域时,继续实时获取拍照参数调整后的最终拍照处理参数。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的拍照装置,还包括:
    信息生成模块,设置为:当所述跟踪模块未跟踪到所述预设图像区域时,生成用于提示重新选择图像区域的提示信息。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的拍照装置,还包括:
    第三显示模块,设置为:在所述第一参数获取模块实时获取拍照参数调整后的第一最终拍照处理参数之后,在所述拍照预览界面上实时显示所述第一预设图像区域的图像处理结果。
  11. 一种移动终端,包括:如权利要求6~10任一项所述的拍照装置。
  12. 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机可执行指令,处理器执行所述计算机可执行指令时,进行如下操作:
    接收第一选择操作,所述第一选择操作用于在拍照预览界面上选定第一预设图像区域;
    根据所述第一选择操作的触发,在所述拍照预览界面上显示用于调整所述第一预设图像区域的拍照参数的拍照处理参数;
    实时获取拍照参数调整后的第一最终拍照处理参数;
    接收拍照指令,并根据所述第一最终拍照处理参数对所述第一预设图像区域进行图像处理,获得拍照图像。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的计算机可读存储介质,其中,所述拍照预览界面上包括多个预设图像区域,所述处理器执行所述计算机可执行指令时,在所述接收拍照指令之前,还进行如下操作:
    接收第二选择操作,所述第二选择操作用于在拍照预览界面上选定第二预设图像区域;
    根据所述第二选择操作的触发,在所述拍照预览界面上显示用于调整所述第二预设图像区域的拍照参数的拍照处理参数;
    实时获取拍照参数调整后的第二最终拍照处理参数;
    所述处理器执行所述计算机可执行指令时,所述接收拍照指令,并根据所述第一最终拍照处理参数对所述第一预设图像区域进行图像处理,获得拍照图像,包括:
    接收所述拍照指令,并根据所述第一最终拍照处理参数对所述第一预设图像区域进行图像处理,以及根据所述第二最终拍照处理参数对所述第二预设图像区域进行图像处理,获得所述拍照图像。
  14. 根据权利要求12或13所述的计算机可读存储介质,其中,所述处理器执行所述计算机可执行指令时,在所述接收拍照指令之前,还进行如下操作:
    检测预设图像区域在所述拍照预览界面上的位置是否发生移动,所述预设图像区域包括所述第一预设图像区域和所述第二预设图像区域中的一个或多个;
    当检测出所述位置发生移动时,跟踪所述预设图像区域;
    当跟踪到所述预设图像区域时,继续实时获取拍照参数调整后的最终拍照处理参数;
    当未跟踪到所述预设图像区域时,生成用于提示重新选择图像区域的提示信息。
  15. 根据权利要求12所述的计算机可读存储介质,其中,所述处理器执行所述计算机可执行指令时,在所述实时获取拍照参数调整后的第一最终拍照参数之后,还进行如下操作:
    在所述拍照预览界面上实时显示所述第一预设图像区域的图像处理结果。
