Abstract

一种可自动更换吊瓶的输液装置,包括:吊瓶支架(2)、吊瓶固定架(12)、插拔吊针单元、自动换位单元、瓶口消毒单元和输液调速单元。该输液装置能避免现有护士人工插拔吊针中容易出现的血液回流问题,同时能极大程度减轻护士工作量,提高工作效率,并且能提高调速准确性。

Description

一种可自动更换吊瓶的输液装置 技术领域
本发明涉及医疗辅助设备领域,尤其是涉及一种可自动更换吊瓶的输液装置
背景技术
输液是现在医院里广泛采用的治疗手段,可用来治愈各种疾病。在输液的过程中,很多情况下,同一病人需要连续输送几瓶不同的药液,同时各瓶的输送速度也不同。在常规的输液过程中,病人需要时刻关注吊瓶中药液的液面情况,当药液不足时再通知护士更换药瓶。在此期间,若病人忘记观测药瓶中药液,就可能会出现血液回流现象,不利于病人的治疗。同时,在输液过程中,不同的药物要求在不同的持续时间内输完,现有医院普遍是通过护士的经验来调节输液速度,没有准确可靠的流速显示来提供参考。此外,当需要输液的病人较多时,护士需要不停地替很多病人更换输液瓶,导致工作量很大,较易出现差错。
因此,需要一种能够自动更换输液吊瓶且可以自动调节输液速度的装置来实现输液,以便减少护士工作量,避免换药不及时造成的血液回流,并能方便、准确的调速。
技术问题
当需要输液的病人较多时,护士需要不停地替很多病人更换输液瓶,导致工作量很大,较易出现差错。
技术解决方案
本发明的目的在于提供一种可自动更换吊瓶的输液装置。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下内容:
一种可自动更换吊瓶的输液装置,包括:
吊瓶支架,用来固定若干吊瓶;
吊瓶固定架,用于支撑固定吊瓶支架、插拔吊针单元、自动换位单元、瓶口消毒单元和输液调速单元;
插拔吊针单元,包括吊针固定机构、第一驱动电机和第一传动机构,所述吊针固定机构经第一传动机构与第一驱动电机相连;
自动换位单元,包括第二驱动电机和第二传动机构,所述吊瓶支架经齿轮机构与第二传动机构相连;
瓶口消毒单元,用来对吊瓶的瓶口进行消毒;
输液调速单元,包括第三驱动电机、输液管固定架、凸轮和输液管;所述输液管固定架上具有可容纳凸轮的空间,所述输液管设置在凸轮和输液管固定架之间的缝隙中。
所述吊瓶支架用来固定若干吊瓶,其上具有若干可容纳吊瓶的瓶口的孔。优选地,吊瓶瓶口经卡扣固定在吊瓶支架上,卡扣上装有永磁铁。所述瓶口消毒单元包括消毒帽和消毒帽消除杆,所述消毒帽的两端安装有永磁铁,并通过永磁铁吸力固定在卡扣上;所述消毒帽内放置有酒精消毒棉签;所述消毒帽消除杆用来在当其与消毒帽接触时将消毒帽与卡扣脱离。在自动换位单元的转动过程中,当消毒帽与消毒帽消除杆接触时,消毒帽消除杆会自动将消毒帽与卡扣脱离,方便插拔吊针。消毒帽与卡扣、吊瓶的顶部形成一个相对密闭的空间,保证瓶口清洁,防止在等待时吊瓶被污染。
所述插拔吊针单元用来将吊针插入或拔出吊瓶。所述吊针固定机构用来固定吊针,优选为夹子形状的吊针夹,所述吊针夹的口部与吊针的形状契合。利用该吊针夹固定吊针能保证吊针稳定、可靠地固定在吊针夹上,同时始终保持头部垂直朝上。所述第一传动机构优选为丝杆螺母机构,包括丝杆和螺母。第一驱动电机可连续旋转。丝杆螺母机构中,螺母与丝杆相互配合,其中,丝杆通过联轴器与第一驱动电机的输出轴连接,螺母与吊针夹固定。即吊针夹经丝杆螺母机构与第一驱动电机连接。在第一驱动电机的输出轴的支撑下,丝杆会跟随第一驱动电机转动,随着丝杆转动,螺母就带着吊针夹上下运动,从而实现插拔吊针的动作。优选地,所述插拔吊针单元还包括直线轴承和导轨。直线轴承固定在吊针夹的尾部,导轨为沿竖直方向的导轨,直线轴承与导轨配合,来保证吊针夹在上下运动过程中不会转动。
所述自动换位单元用来将输完药液的第一吊瓶从吊针所在方位移开,并将待输药液的其他吊瓶移到吊针所在方位。所述第二传动机构可以是任意可提供传动的装置,例如齿轮、同步带轮、V带轮。优选地,第二传动机构为齿轮机构,包括第一直齿轮和第二直齿轮;所述第一直齿轮固定在第二驱动电机的输出轴上;所述第一直齿轮和第二直齿轮相互配合;所述第二直齿轮与吊瓶固定架固定。优选地,所述第二直齿轮与吊瓶固定架同轴固定。更优选地,所述第二直齿轮、吊瓶支架和吊瓶固定架均同轴固定。进一步地,所述自动换位单元还包括转动轴和止推轴承,所述吊瓶固定架经止推轴承与转动轴相连,并且可自由转动。
进一步地,所述输液管固定架固定在吊瓶固定架上,所述第三驱动电机固定在输液管固定架上,所述凸轮固定在第三驱动电机上。
进一步地,所述吊瓶固定架上设有支撑板;所述第一驱动电机通过法兰安装在支撑板下方;所述导轨、转动轴、第二驱动电机、消毒帽消除杆均固定在支撑板上。
有益效果
本发明使用插拔吊针单元来实现插拔吊针,配合自动换位单元,在使用时可以满足给使用者依次输入不同药液,同时使用瓶口消毒单元来保持药液的安全,使用者还可以利用输液调速单元来根据需要进行调速。该装置能避免现有护士人工插拔吊针中容易出现的血液回流问题,同时能极大程度减轻护士工作量,提高工作效率,并且能提高调速准确性。

本发明的最佳实施方式
为了更清楚地说明本发明,下面结合优选实施例对本发明做进一步的说明。本领域技术人员应当理解,下面所具体描述的内容是说明性的而非限制性的,不应以此限制本发明的保护范围。
如图1-3所示,是本发明的可自动更换吊瓶的输液装置的结构示意图。该可自动更换吊瓶的输液装置包括:若干吊瓶1、吊瓶支架2、吊瓶固定架12、插拔吊针单元、自动换位单元、瓶口消毒单元和输液调速单元。吊瓶1倒置在吊瓶支架2上,吊瓶支架2上具有可容纳吊瓶1瓶口的孔,吊瓶1的瓶口经卡扣3固定。吊瓶固定架12具有位于下端具有底座的第一部分和位于上端设置有吊瓶支架2的第二部分,所述第一部分的顶端设有支撑板16。
插拔吊针单元包括吊针夹6、第一驱动电机8、丝杆螺母机构4(包括丝杆和螺母)、导轨14和直线轴承13。利用吊针夹6固定吊针5,吊针夹6为夹子形式,夹子的口部与吊针5的形状契合,能保证吊针5稳定、可靠地固定在吊针夹6上,同时始终保持头部垂直朝上。第一驱动电机8通过法兰7安装在支撑板16下方,其可连续旋转。丝杆螺母机构4中,螺母与丝杆相互配合,其中,丝杆通过联轴器与第一驱动电机8的输出轴连接,螺母与吊针夹6固定。即吊针夹6经丝杆螺母机构4与第一驱动电机8连接。在第一驱动电机8的输出轴的支撑下,丝杆会跟随第一驱动电机8转动,随着丝杆转动,螺母就带着吊针夹6上下运动,从而实现插拔吊针的动作。在优选方式中,在吊针夹6的尾部固定有直线轴承13,在支撑板16 上方设有导轨14,直线轴承13与导轨14配合,以保证吊针夹6在上下运动过程中不会转动。
自动换位单元包括第二驱动电机17、第一直齿轮20、第二直齿轮21、转动轴15和止推轴承19。第二驱动电机17固定在支撑板16上。第一直齿轮20固定在第二驱动电机17的输出轴上。第一直齿轮20和第二直齿轮21相互配合,第一直齿轮20可带动第二直齿轮21转动。第二直齿轮21与吊瓶固定架12同轴。转动轴15设置在支撑板16上,吊瓶固定架12经止推轴承19与转动轴15相连,且可以自由转动。
瓶口消毒单元包括消毒帽18和消毒帽消除杆22。卡扣3的下方安装有永磁铁。消毒帽18的两端安装有永磁铁。消毒帽18通过永磁铁吸力固定在卡扣3上,来保证吊瓶1瓶口密封。消毒帽18内放置有酒精消毒棉签,来保证瓶口卫生。消毒帽消除杆22安装在支撑板16上。吊瓶固定架12在转动时带着消毒帽18转动,在转动过程中消毒帽18与消毒帽消除杆22接触时,消毒帽消除杆22会自动将消毒帽18与卡扣3脱离,方便插拔吊针5。消毒帽18与卡扣3、吊瓶1的顶部形成一个相对密闭的空间,保证瓶口清洁,防止在等待时吊瓶1被污染。
输液调速单元包括第三驱动电机(图中未示出)、输液管固定架10、凸轮9和输液管11。输液管固定架10上具有可容纳第三驱动电机和凸轮9的空间。第三驱动电机固定在输液管固定架10上,凸轮9固定在第三驱动电机上,输液管11设置在凸轮9和输液管固定架10之间的缝隙中。凸轮9在转动过程中与输液管固定架10的间隙不断变化,输液管11在受到凸轮9的挤压下管道半径不断变化,药液流速也相应地不断变化。
本发明的可自动更换吊瓶的输液装置在换液过程中,插拔吊针单元将吊针5插入吊瓶1中;当液体输完后,该单元会自动将吊针5拔出;自动换位单元将下一瓶吊瓶旋转至输液位置,同时将用于瓶口消毒的消毒帽18去除;插拔吊针单元将吊针5插入新的吊瓶1中,最后通过输液调速单元可根据需要准确调节输液速度,完成输液。本发明的输液装置在充分考虑患者和护士人员情况,设计了相互配合的几个单元,最终实现了在一个吊瓶支架上完成自动换液、方便调速、自动消毒等功能,结构简单,制造方便。
显然,本发明的上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明本发明所作的举例,而并非是对本发明的实施方式的限定,对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动,这里无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举,凡是属于本发明的技术方案所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明的保护范围之列。
本发明的实施方式
如图1-3所示,是本发明的可自动更换吊瓶的输液装置的结构示意图。该可自动更换吊瓶的输液装置包括:若干吊瓶1、吊瓶支架2、吊瓶固定架12、插拔吊针单元、自动换位单元、瓶口消毒单元和输液调速单元。吊瓶1倒置在吊瓶支架2上,吊瓶支架2上具有可容纳吊瓶1瓶口的孔,吊瓶1的瓶口经卡扣3固定。吊瓶固定架12具有位于下端具有底座的第一部分和位于上端设置有吊瓶支架2的第二部分,所述第一部分的顶端设有支撑板16。
插拔吊针单元包括吊针夹6、第一驱动电机8、丝杆螺母机构4(包括丝杆和螺母)、导轨14和直线轴承13。利用吊针夹6固定吊针5,吊针夹6为夹子形式,夹子的口部与吊针5的形状契合,能保证吊针5稳定、可靠地固定在吊针夹6上,同时始终保持头部垂直朝上。第一驱动电机8通过法兰7安装在支撑板16下方,其可连续旋转。丝杆螺母机构4中,螺母与丝杆相互配合,其中,丝杆通过联轴器与第一驱动电机8的输出轴连接,螺母与吊针夹6固定。即吊针夹6经丝杆螺母机构4与第一驱动电机8连接。在第一驱动电机8的输出轴的支撑下,丝杆会跟随第一驱动电机8转动,随着丝杆转动,螺母就带着吊针夹6上下运动,从而实现插拔吊针的动作。在优选方式中,在吊针夹6的尾部固定有直线轴承13,在支撑板16 上方设有导轨14,直线轴承13与导轨14配合,以保证吊针夹6在上下运动过程中不会转动。
自动换位单元包括第二驱动电机17、第一直齿轮20、第二直齿轮21、转动轴15和止推轴承19。第二驱动电机17固定在支撑板16上。第一直齿轮20固定在第二驱动电机17的输出轴上。第一直齿轮20和第二直齿轮21相互配合,第一直齿轮20可带动第二直齿轮21转动。第二直齿轮21与吊瓶固定架12同轴。转动轴15设置在支撑板16上,吊瓶固定架12经止推轴承19与转动轴15相连,且可以自由转动。
瓶口消毒单元包括消毒帽18和消毒帽消除杆22。卡扣3的下方安装有永磁铁。消毒帽18的两端安装有永磁铁。消毒帽18通过永磁铁吸力固定在卡扣3上,来保证吊瓶1瓶口密封。消毒帽18内放置有酒精消毒棉签,来保证瓶口卫生。消毒帽消除杆22安装在支撑板16上。吊瓶固定架12在转动时带着消毒帽18转动,在转动过程中消毒帽18与消毒帽消除杆22接触时,消毒帽消除杆22会自动将消毒帽18与卡扣3脱离,方便插拔吊针5。消毒帽18与卡扣3、吊瓶1的顶部形成一个相对密闭的空间,保证瓶口清洁,防止在等待时吊瓶1被污染。
输液调速单元包括第三驱动电机(图中未示出)、输液管固定架10、凸轮9和输液管11。输液管固定架10上具有可容纳第三驱动电机和凸轮9的空间。第三驱动电机固定在输液管固定架10上,凸轮9固定在第三驱动电机上,输液管11设置在凸轮9和输液管固定架10之间的缝隙中。凸轮9在转动过程中与输液管固定架10的间隙不断变化,输液管11在受到凸轮9的挤压下管道半径不断变化,药液流速也相应地不断变化。
本发明的可自动更换吊瓶的输液装置在换液过程中,插拔吊针单元将吊针5插入吊瓶1中;当液体输完后,该单元会自动将吊针5拔出;自动换位单元将下一瓶吊瓶旋转至输液位置,同时将用于瓶口消毒的消毒帽18去除;插拔吊针单元将吊针5插入新的吊瓶1中,最后通过输液调速单元可根据需要准确调节输液速度,完成输液。本发明的输液装置在充分考虑患者和护士人员情况,设计了相互配合的几个单元,最终实现了在一个吊瓶支架上完成自动换液、方便调速、自动消毒等功能,结构简单,制造方便。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可自动更换吊瓶的输液装置,其特征在于,所述输液装置包括:
    吊瓶支架,用来固定若干吊瓶;
    吊瓶固定架,用于支撑固定吊瓶支架、插拔吊针单元、自动换位单元、瓶口消毒单元和输液调速单元;
    插拔吊针单元,包括吊针固定机构、第一驱动电机和第一传动机构,所述吊针固定机构经第一传动机构与第一驱动电机相连;
    自动换位单元,包括第二驱动电机和第二传动机构,所述吊瓶支架经第二传动机构与第二驱动电机相连;
    瓶口消毒单元,用来对吊瓶瓶口进行消毒;和
    输液调速单元,包括第三驱动电机、输液管固定架、凸轮和输液管。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可自动更换吊瓶的输液装置,其特征在于,所述吊瓶支架上具有若干可容纳吊瓶的瓶口的孔,吊瓶瓶口经卡扣固定在吊瓶支架上,卡扣上装有永磁铁;所述瓶口消毒单元包括消毒帽和消毒帽消除杆,所述消毒帽的两端安装有永磁铁。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种可自动更换吊瓶的输液装置,其特征在于,所述消毒帽内设置有酒精消毒棉签。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可自动更换吊瓶的输液装置,其特征在于,所述吊针固定机构为夹子形状的吊针夹,所述吊针夹的口部与吊针的形状契合。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可自动更换吊瓶的输液装置,其特征在于,所述第一传动机构为丝杆螺母机构,包括丝杆和螺母,所述丝杆与第一驱动电机的输出轴连接,所述螺母与吊针夹固定。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可自动更换吊瓶的输液装置,其特征在于,所述插拔吊针单元还包括直线轴承和导轨,所述直线轴承固定在吊针夹的尾部,导轨为沿竖直方向的导轨,直线轴承与导轨配合。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可自动更换吊瓶的输液装置,其特征在于,所述第二传动机构为齿轮机构,包括第一直齿轮和第二直齿轮;所述第一直齿轮固定在第二驱动电机的输出轴上;所述第一直齿轮和第二直齿轮相互配合;所述第二直齿轮与吊瓶固定架固定。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可自动更换吊瓶的输液装置,其特征在于,所述自动换位单元还包括转动轴和止推轴承,所述吊瓶固定架经止推轴承与转动轴相连。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可自动更换吊瓶的输液装置,其特征在于,所述输液管固定架上具有可容纳凸轮的空间,所述输液管设置在凸轮和输液管固定架的间隙中,所述输液管固定架固定在吊瓶固定架上,所述第三驱动电机固定在输液管固定架上,所述凸轮固定在第三驱动电机上。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可自动更换吊瓶的输液装置,其特征在于,所述吊瓶固定架上设有支撑板。
