Abstract

一种具有AF膜的触控面板及其制造设备,其中具有AF膜的触控面板包括触控面板基板(100)以及设于触控面板基板(100)上表面的AF膜(200),AF膜(200)为疏水性膜层,AF膜(200)的厚度为10-20nm;上述触控面板制造设备包括等离子清洗装置(1)、常压蒸镀装置(5)和烘烤装置(6),触控面板基板(100)经过等离子清洗装置(1)清洗以使触控面板基板(100)上表面清洁,送至常压蒸镀装置(5)进行常压蒸镀,再送至烘烤装置(6)进行烘烤,以使触控面板基板(100)上表面形成AF膜(200)。由于在触控面板基板(100)上表面增设一层AF膜(200),能够有效增强触控面板的防污抗指纹性能。

Description

一种具有AF膜的触控面板及其制造设备 技术领域
本发明涉及触控面板技术领域,尤其涉及一种具有AF膜的触控面板及其制造设备、以及使用该具有AF膜的触控面板的电子产品。
背景技术
随着电子通信技术的飞速发展,各种使用触控面板的智能终端电子设备逐渐成为人们生活的必需品。利用人的手指与电子设备之间进行直接交互的方式固然极大方便了人们的工作和生活,然而人们在享受手指触控这种便捷操作方式的同时,也不得不面对触控面板容易被手指上的油渍、环境中的灰尘污染,从而引起触控面板显示不清晰、触控面板的表面较脏难以清洁的问题。
为了保证触控面板的清洁,目前人们最常采用的方式是在触控面板的表面贴附一层保护膜。虽然这种方法看似有效,但是仍存在一些问题:一方面,保护膜在使用一段时间之后仍会出现表面被污染、难以清洁的问题,故贴附在触控面板上的保护膜需要定期更换,不仅操作麻烦、花费时间,而且成本也相对较高。另一方面,在触控面板上贴附保护膜后会增加触控面板的整体厚度,可能会导致触控面板的触控灵敏度降低、响应速度变慢。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有AF膜的触控面板及其制造方法,以解决现有触控面板的表面污染问题,并解决因触控面板贴有保护膜而带来的一系列问题。
第一个方面,本发明公开一种具有AF膜的触控面板,包括触控面板基板以及设于所述触控面板基板上表面的AF膜,所述AF膜为疏水性膜层,所述AF膜的厚度为10-20nm。
其中,所述AF膜的厚度为10-20nm包括了该数值范围内的任一点值,例如所述AF膜的厚度为10nm、12nm、14nm、15nm、17nm、18nm或 20nm。
可以理解的是,AF膜是指Anti-Fingerprint的缩写,即防指纹膜。
优选地,所述疏水性膜层选用材料为全氟聚醚聚合物。更优选地,所述疏水性膜层选用全氟聚醚烷氧基硅烷。
进一步地,所述AF膜的水滴角为α,110°≤α≤180°。其中,110°≤α≤180°包括了该数值范围内的任一点值,例如α=110°、α=112.5°、α=113°、α=113.3°、α=114°、α=114.9°、α=116°、α=116.8°、α=120°、α=130°、α=150°、α=160°、α=170°、α=175°或α=180°。
优选地,112°≤α≤117°。
进一步地,所述AF膜层的透光率β,85%≤β<100%。其中,85%≤β<100%%包括了该数值范围内的任一点值,例如β=85%、88%、89%、90%、91%、92%、95%、98%或99%。
优选地,88%≤β≤95%。
第二个方面,本发明提供一种上述具有AF膜的触控面板的制造设备,包括:等离子清洗装置、常压蒸镀装置和烘烤装置,所述触控面板基板经过所述等离子清洗装置清洗后,送至所述常压蒸镀装置进行常压蒸镀,再送至所述烘烤装置进行烘烤,以使所述触控面板基板上表面形成所述AF膜。
进一步地,所述制造设备还包括上料装置,所述触控面板下表面固定贴附在所述上料装置上,再通过所述等离子清洗装置清洗所述触控面板上表面。
进一步地,所述制造设备还包括覆膜装置,所述触控面板先通过所述覆膜装置将保护膜贴附所述触控面板下表面后,再送至所述上料装置进行固定。
进一步地,所述制造设备还包括超声波清洗装置,所述触控面板先经过所述超声波清洗装置清洗,以使所述触控面板基板的表面清洁,再送至覆膜装置贴附保护膜。
第三个方面,本发明提供一种电子设备,所述电子设备包括上述具有AF膜的触控面板,所述电子设备为手机、平板电脑、ATM机、自动售票机或车载导航系统中的一种。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明中,通过在触控面板基板上表面增设一层较薄的AF膜,能够有效增强触控面板的防污抗指纹性能。由于触控面板本身具有防污抗指纹性能,因此无需再在触控面板上贴附一层保护膜,既省去了贴膜的操作、又节省成本。另外,本发明中触控面板的制造设备中并未采用传统的真空蒸镀装置,而是采用了常压蒸镀装置,并结合等离子清洗装置,能够缩短具有AF膜的触控面板的生产周期,降低成本。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例
如图1所示,本实施例提供一种具有AF膜的触控面板,包括触控面板基板100以及设于该触控面板基板上表面的AF膜200。其中,AF膜200的厚度为15nm;AF膜的水滴角为α,且110°≤α≤180°,优选112°≤α≤117°;AF膜的透光率为β,且85%≤β<100%,优选88%≤β≤95%。另外,AF膜200为疏水性膜层,该疏水性膜层选用的材料是全氟聚醚烷氧基硅烷。
本实施例还提供一种上述具有AF膜的触控面板的制造设备,如图2所示,该制造设备包括超声波清洗装置1、覆膜装置2、上料装置3、等离子清洗装置 4、常压蒸镀装置5和烘烤装置6。
其中,触控面板基板先经过超声波清洗装置1进行清洗,以使触控面板基板的上表面和下表面均清洁;清洁后的触控面板基板送至覆膜装置2,利用覆膜装置2将耐高温保护膜贴附在触控面板基板下表面,使触控面板基板下表面得到保护,防止在后续步骤的操作中被刮花;贴附有耐高温保护膜后,触控面板基板再送至上料装置3处进行上料固定,以使触控面板基板固定在上料装置3上。
然后,将触控面板基板送至等离子清洗装置4,触控面板基板经过等离子清洗装置4进行清洗,以使所述触控面板上表面清洁、无异物;清洗后的触控面板基板送至常压蒸镀装置5进行常压蒸镀,将用于形成疏水性膜层的液体药水蒸镀在触控面板基板上表面,初步形成疏水性膜层,即AF膜;而后将初步形成有AF膜的触控面板基板再送至烘烤装置6进行烘烤固化,以使AF膜层固定在触控面板基板上表面,形成最终的AF膜。
此外,本实施例还提供一种电子设备,该电子设备包括上述有AF膜的触控面板,该电子设备为手机、平板电脑、ATM机、自动售票机或车载导航系统中的一种。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种具有AF膜的触控面板,其特征在于,包括触控面板基板以及设于所述触控面板基板上表面的AF膜,所述AF膜为疏水性膜层,所述AF膜的厚度为10-20nm。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的触控面板,其特征在于,所述AF膜的水滴角为α,110°≤α≤180°。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的触控面板,其特征在于,所述AF膜层的透光率β,85%≤β<100%。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的触控面板,其特征在于,所述疏水性膜层选用材料为全氟聚醚聚合物。
  5. 一种权利要求1至4任一项所述的具有AF膜的触控面板的制造设备,其特征在于,所述制造设备包括等离子清洗装置、常压蒸镀装置和烘烤装置,所述触控面板基板经过所述等离子清洗装置清洗后,送至所述常压蒸镀装置进行常压蒸镀,再送至所述烘烤装置进行烘烤,以使所述触控面板基板上表面形成所述AF膜。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的制造设备,其特征在于,所述制造设备还包括上料装置,所述触控面板基板下表面固定贴附在所述上料装置上,再通过所述等离子清洗装置清洗所述触控面板基板上表面。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的制造设备,其特征在于:所述制造设备还包括覆膜装置,所述触控面板基板先通过所述覆膜装置将保护膜贴附所述触控面板下表面后,再送至所述上料装置进行固定。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的制造设备,其特征在于:所述制造设备还包括超声波清洗装置,所述触控面板基板先经过所述超声波清洗装置清洗,以使所述触控面板基板的表面清洁,再送至覆膜装置贴附所述保护膜。
  9. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,所述电子设备包括权利要求1至4任一项所述的具有AF膜的触控面板,所述电子设备为手机、平板电脑、ATM机、自动售票机或车载导航系统中的一种。
