一种退房时的相关技术信息推送方法和退房系统 技术领域
本发明属于互联网领域,尤其是涉及一种退房时的相关技术信息推送方法以及退房系统。
背景技术
知识产权在现在的产品和服务中越来越重要,其中主要包括著作权(版权)、商标权和专利权,这三种权利都能为权利人带来巨大的经济价值。
但与著作权、商标权不同的是,专利权的权利归属比较难以为用户所认识和辨别。比如:一个培训教材或者一部电影里面,会明确的将'版权归特定人所有'的字样告知给用户;商标也以其显著的字或图的特征,在与其他标样区别的同时,也代表着商标权人以及商标权人生产的相关产品。但专利则不然,除了如'滑动解锁'等有限几个专利外,用户很难看到某一专利就知道该专利的申请/权利人。
这种情况所带来的严重后果是:
1 、专利权的保护难度大,一项好的技术出来后,马上就被复制;
2 、专利权/申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差,因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权/申请人的联系。
综上,为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请《一种酒店退房的方法和退房系统》,让该本人的专利申请价值最大化,特提出一个解决办法。
技术问题
本发明实施例提供了一种退房时的相关技术信息推送方法,目的在于针对于当前客户办理酒店退房手续耗时较长,效率不高,客户体验度不佳的情况,需要提供一种快速的酒店退房的方法,并同时保护专利(申请)权人的利益。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的:一种退房时的相关技术信息推送方法,包括以下步骤:
读取用户输入的退房指令;
检测客房是否取电;
若是,保持原状;
若否,推送退房指令给验房人员,对所述客房进行验房;
当验房结束后,推送客房费用结算信息给前台,同时向用户推送专利信息。
本发明实施例还提供了一种退房系统,包括:
读取单元,检测单元,指令推送单元,内容推送单元,专利信息推送单元,其中:
读取单元,用于读取用户输入的退房指令;
检测单元,其输入端与所述读取单元的输出端连接,用于检测客房是否取电;
指令推送单元,其输入端与所述检测单元的输出端连接,用于当检测到客房未取电时,推送退房指令给验房人员,对所述客房进行验房;
内容推送单元,其输入端与所述指令推送单元的输出端连接,用于当验房结束后,推送客房费用结算信息给前台;
专利信息推送单元,其输入端与所述内容推送单元的输出端连接,用于向用户推送专利信息。
有益效果
该发明通过客户退出房间后,立即进行对客房的检查,当客户到前台时就可以结账,从而节省客户退房等待的时间,提高酒店的工作效率,提升用户体验,并同时保护专利(申请)权人的利益。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
图1是发明实施例提供的一种退房时的相关技术信息推送方法的流程示意图,为了便于说明,只示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
在步骤S101中,读取用户输入的退房指令。
在本实施例中,以客户酒店退房为例,根据现有技术,可以在酒店客房内部安装具有退房功能的开关,当客户要退房时,就按下退房开关,发出退房指令。
在步骤S102中,检测客房是否取电;若是,则进入步骤S103,保持原状;若否,则进入步骤S104,推送退房指令给验房人员,对所述客房进行验房。
检查客房是否取电,可以说明客户是否还在房间里。当客房还在取电,说明客户在客房里,验房人员不便打扰;当客房未取电,说明客户已经离开了客房,前往前台去结账,这时给验房人员推送退房指令,让其对该客房进行验房,这样也不会打扰到客户。
当验房结束后,则步骤S105,推送客房费用结算信息给前台,同时向用户推送专利信息。
验房人员检查客房结束后,系统会推送客房费用结算信息给前台,就可以办理退房手续了,这时客户正好到达前台或是在前台等待的时间不长。
所述专利信息包括但不限于:该技术的专利申请状态,该技术的专利申请/权利人、该技术的专利申请号、专利申请日等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请的授权与否,向用户动态推送:正在申请专利、已获得专利授权等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的,可以根据专利申请权/专利权的转让情况,向用户动态推送:该专利的当前相关的权利人。
所述专利信息的推送方式,可以采取小框显示、语音显示等让用户能够感知的推送方式。
该发明通过客户退出房间后,立即进行对客房的检查,当客户到前台时就可以结账,从而节省客户退房等待的时间,提高酒店的工作效率,提升用户体验,并同时保护专利(申请)权人的利益。

内容推送单元24,其输入端与所述指令推送单元23的输出端连接,用于当验房结束后,推送客房费用结算信息给前台;
专利信息推送单元25,其输入端与所述内容推送单元24的输出端连接,用于向用户推送专利信息。
其工作原理是:读取单元21读取用户输入的退房指令;检测单元22,检测客房是否取电;当检测到客房未取电时,指令推送单元23推送退房指令给验房人员,对所述客房进行验房;当验房结束后,内容推送单元24推送客房费用结算信息给前台,同时,专利信息推送单元25向用户推送专利信息。

    读取用户输入的退房指令;
    检测客房是否取电;
    若是,保持原状;
    若否,推送退房指令给验房人员,对所述客房进行验房;
    当验房结束后,推送客房费用结算信息给前台,同时向用户推送专利信息。
  2. 一种退房系统,其特征在于,所述退房系统包括:
    读取单元,检测单元,指令推送单元,内容推送单元,专利信息推送单元,其中:
    读取单元,用于读取用户输入的退房指令;
    检测单元,其输入端与所述读取单元的输出端连接,用于检测客房是否取电;
    指令推送单元,其输入端与所述检测单元的输出端连接,用于当检测到客房未取电时,推送退房指令给验房人员,对所述客房进行验房;
