本发明属于互联网领域,尤其是涉及一种酒店退房的方法以及退房系统。
背景技术
随着当今社会经济的不断发展,不同地域的公司与公司之间的业务往来和人与人之间的工作交流沟通也在迅速的密集与频繁,因此,各个城市与乡镇的商务宾馆和快捷酒店也在不断的发展壮大。同时随着人民生活水平和可支配收入的不断提高,旅游度假也成为了人们一种主要的休闲娱乐方式,也因此,各地旅游城市和旅游景点的休闲宾馆和度假酒店规模也越来越大。
但是,随着酒店的数量与日俱增,酒店与酒店之间的竞争压力与日俱增,但酒店提供的服务同质化非常严重,缺少特色和差异化。因此,使服务根据人性化和差异化,提升用户体验度和满意度,是提高竞争力的重要手段。
目前,酒店退房的一般流程是:在客户到酒店前台退房时,前台会通知酒店的服务人员对客房检查,等到检查的结果后,又通知前台检查结果,这时才能进行费用结算,完成退房手续。这样做耗费客户的时间,而且酒店的工作效率也较低。
综上,针对于当前客户办理酒店退房手续耗时较长,效率不高,客户体验度不佳的情况,需要提供一种快速的酒店退房的方法。

本发明实施例提供了一种酒店退房的方法,目的在于针对于当前客户办理酒店退房手续耗时较长,效率不高,客户体验度不佳的情况,需要提供一种快速的酒店退房的方法。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的:一种酒店退房的方法,包括以下步骤:
读取用户输入的退房指令;
检测客房是否取电;
若是,保持原状;
若否,推送退房指令给验房人员,对所述客房进行验房;
当验房结束后,推送客房费用结算信息给前台。
本发明实施例还提供了一种退房系统,包括:
读取单元,检测单元,指令推送单元,内容推送单元,其中:
读取单元,用于读取用户输入的退房指令;
检测单元,其输入端与所述读取单元的输出端连接,用于检测客房是否取电;
指令推送单元,其输入端与所述检测单元的输出端连接,用于当检测到客房未取电时,推送退房指令给验房人员,对所述客房进行验房;
内容推送单元,其输入端与所述指令推送单元的输出端连接,用于当验房结束后,推送客房费用结算信息给前台。
有益效果
该发明通过客户退出房间后,立即进行对客房的检查,当客户到前台时就可以结账,从而节省客户退房等待的时间,提高酒店的工作效率,提升用户体验。

图1是发明实施例提供的一种酒店退房的方法的流程示意图,为了便于说明,只示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
在步骤S101中,读取用户输入的退房指令。
在本实施例中,以客户酒店退房为例,根据现有技术,可以在酒店客房内部安装具有退房功能的开关,当客户要退房时,就按下退房开关,发出退房指令。
在步骤S102中,检测客房是否取电;若是,则进入步骤S103,保持原状;若否,则进入步骤S104,推送退房指令给验房人员,对所述客房进行验房。
检查客房是否取电,可以说明客户是否还在房间里。当客房还在取电,说明客户在客房里,验房人员不便打扰;当客房未取电,说明客户已经离开了客房,前往前台去结账,这时给验房人员推送退房指令,让其对该客房进行验房,这样也不会打扰到客户。
当验房结束后,则步骤S105,推送客房费用结算信息给前台。
验房人员检查客房结束后,系统会推送客房费用结算信息给前台,就可以办理退房手续了,这时客户正好到达前台或是在前台等待的时间不长。
该发明通过客户退出房间后,立即进行对客房的检查,当客户到前台时就可以结账,从而节省客户退房等待的时间,提高酒店的工作效率,提升用户体验。
图2是本发明实施例提供的一种退房系统的结构示意图,该退房系统包括:
读取单元21,检测单元22,指令推送单元23,内容推送单元24,其中:
读取单元21,用于读取用户输入的退房指令;
检测单元22,其输入端与所述读取单元21的输出端连接,用于检测客房是否取电;
指令推送单元23,其输入端与所述检测单元22的输出端连接,用于当检测到客房未取电时,推送退房指令给验房人员,对所述客房进行验房;
内容推送单元24,其输入端与所述指令推送单元23的输出端连接,用于当验房结束后,推送客房费用结算信息给前台。
其工作原理是:读取单元21读取用户输入的退房指令;检测单元22,检测客房是否取电;当检测到客房未取电时,指令推送单元23推送退房指令给验房人员,对所述客房进行验房;当验房结束后,内容推送单元24推送客房费用结算信息给前台。
该发明通过客户退出房间后,立即进行对客房的检查,当客户到前台时就可以结账,从而节省客户退房等待的时间,提高酒店的工作效率,提升用户体验。

    当验房结束后,推送客房费用结算信息给前台。
  2. 一种退房系统,其特征在于,所述退房系统包括:
    读取单元,检测单元,指令推送单元,内容推送单元,其中:
    读取单元,用于读取用户输入的退房指令;
    检测单元,其输入端与所述读取单元的输出端连接,用于检测客房是否取电;
    指令推送单元,其输入端与所述检测单元的输出端连接,用于当检测到客房未取电时,推送退房指令给验房人员,对所述客房进行验房;
