本发明属于互联网领域，提供了一种推荐酒店房号时的信息推送方法以及推荐系统，方法包括：读取客户的身份证；根据所读取的身份证解析客户的出生月和出生日；根据所述出生月和出生日生成查询代码；判断是否存在于所述查询代码具有相同房间号的为出租房间；若否，保持原样；若是，向用户推送该出租房间信息，同时向用户推送专利信息。该发明通过读取用户身份证信息，分析出含有用户出生日期的数字代码，从而让系统主动向用户推荐带有出生日期相同数字房间号的酒店房间，从而增加酒店服务特色，提升用户体验，并同时保护专利（申请）权人的利益。

Description

推荐酒店房号时的信息推送方法和推荐系统 技术领域
本发明属于互联网领域，尤其是涉及一种推荐酒店房号时的信息推送方法以及推荐系统。
背景技术
知识产权在现在的产品和服务中越来越重要，其中主要包括著作权（版权）、商标权和专利权，这三种权利都能为权利人带来巨大的经济价值。
但与著作权、商标权不同的是，专利权的权利归属比较难以为用户所认识和辨别。比如：一个培训教材或者一部电影里面，会明确的将'版权归特定人所有'的字样告知给用户；商标也以其显著的字或图的特征，在与其他标样区别的同时，也代表着商标权人以及商标权人生产的相关产品。但专利则不然，除了如'滑动解锁'等有限几个专利外，用户很难看到某一专利就知道该专利的申请/权利人。
这种情况所带来的严重后果是：
1 、专利权的保护难度大，一项好的技术出来后，马上就被复制；
2 、专利权/申请人通过专利彰显自己的产品特色的效果差，因为用户也分不清楚某一技术与专利权/申请人的联系。
综上，为充分保护本人的另外一个专利申请《一种根据生日推荐酒店房号的方法和推荐系统》，让该本人的专利申请价值最大化，特提出一个解决办法。
 技术问题
本发明实施例提供了一种推荐酒店房号时的信息推送方法，目的在于针对于当前客户有喜欢根据自己生日的相关数字选择酒店房间的喜好，需要提供一种根据用户的出生日期主动给用户推荐酒店房间的方法，并同时保护专利（申请）权人的利益。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的：一种推荐酒店房号时的信息推送方法，包括以下步骤：
读取客户的身份证；
根据所读取的身份证解析客户的出生月和出生日；
根据所述出生月和出生日生成查询代码；
判断是否存在于所述查询代码具有相同房间号的为出租房间；
若否，保持原样；
若是，向用户推送该出租房间信息，同时向用户推送专利信息。
本发明实施例还提供了一种推荐系统，包括：
读取单元，解析单元，代码生成单元，判断单元，推送单元，专利信息推送单元,其中:
读取单元，用于读取客户的身份证；
解析单元，其输入端与所述读取单元的输出端连接，用于根据所读取的身份证解析客户的出生月和出生日；
代码生成单元，其输入端与所述解析单元的输出端连接，用于根据所述出生月和出生日生成查询代码；
判断单元，其输入端与所述代码生成单元的输出端连接，用于判断是否存在于所述查询代码具有相同房间号的为出租房间；
推送单元，其输入端与所述判断单元的输出端连接，用于向用户推送该出租房间信息；
专利信息推送单元，其输入端与所述推送单元的输出端连接，用于向用户推送专利信息。
 有益效果
该发明通过读取用户身份证信息，分析出含有用户出生日期的数字代码，从而让系统主动向用户推荐带有出生日期相同数字房间号的酒店房间，从而增加酒店服务特色，提升用户体验，并同时保护专利（申请）权人的利益。

 本发明的实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白，以下结合附图及实施例，对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解，此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明，并不用于限定本发明。
图1是发明实施例提供的一种推荐酒店房号时的信息推送方法的流程示意图，为了便于说明，只示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
在步骤S101中，读取客户的身份证。
在本实施例中，以用户在酒店订房间为例，开放前须现读取客户的身份证信息，如身份证号码、姓名、住址等。
在步骤S102中，根据所读取的身份证解析客户的出生月和出生日。
系统解析出客户的身份证号码中所包含有客户的出生月和出生日。
在步骤S103中，根据所述出生月和出生日生成查询代码。
如，解析出客户的出生月为6月，出生日为20日，则生成的查询代码可以为0620、06、20这三个代码。
在步骤S104中，判断是否存在于所述查询代码具有相同房间号的为出租房间；若否，则进入步骤S105，保持原样；若是，则进入步骤S106，向用户推送该出租房间信息,同时向用户推送专利信息。
系统会判断出是否存在含有上述0620、06、20这三个代码的房间号；若存在，比如存在0620这个房间号、或是存在含有06这个数字的房间号0306、或是存在含有20这个数字的房间号0420，就把含有代码的房间信息推荐给用户，以供客户选择。
所述专利信息包括但不限于：该技术的专利申请状态，该技术的专利申请/权利人、该技术的专利申请号、专利申请日等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的，可以根据专利申请的授权与否，向用户动态推送：正在申请专利、已获得专利授权等信息。
所述专利信息是可编辑的，可以根据专利申请权/专利权的转让情况，向用户动态推送：该专利的当前相关的权利人。
所述专利信息的推送方式，可以采取小框显示、语音显示等让用户能够感知的推送方式。
该发明通过读取用户身份证信息，分析出含有用户出生日期的数字代码，从而让系统主动向用户推荐带有出生日期相同数字房间号的酒店房间，从而增加酒店服务特色，提升用户体验，并同时保护专利（申请）权人的利益。
图2是本发明实施例提供的一种推荐系统的结构示意图，该推荐系统包括：
读取单元21，解析单元22，代码生成单元23，判断单元24，推送单元25，专利信息推送单元26，其中：
读取单元21，用于读取客户的身份证；
解析单元22，其输入端与所述读取单元21的输出端连接，用于根据所读取的身份证解析客户的出生月和出生日；
代码生成单元23，其输入端与所述解析单元22的输出端连接，用于根据所述出生月和出生日生成查询代码；
判断单元24，其输入端与所述代码生成单元23的输出端连接，用于判断是否存在于所述查询代码具有相同房间号的为出租房间；
推送单元25，其输入端与所述判断单元24的输出端连接，用于向用户推送该出租房间信息；
专利信息推送单元26，其输入端与所述推送单元25的输出端连接，用于向用户推送专利信息。
其工作原理是：读取单元21读取客户的身份证；解析单元22根据所读取的身份证解析客户的出生月和出生日；代码生成单元23根据所述出生月和出生日生成查询代码；判断单元24判断是否存在于所述查询代码具有相同房间号的为出租房间；当存在于所述查询代码具有相同房间号的为出租房间时，推送单元25向用户推送该出租房间信息,同时，专利信息推送单元26向用户推送专利信息。

  1. 一种推荐酒店房号时的信息推送方法，其特征在于，所述方法包括如下步骤：
    读取客户的身份证；
    根据所读取的身份证解析客户的出生月和出生日；
    根据所述出生月和出生日生成查询代码；
    判断是否存在于所述查询代码具有相同房间号的为出租房间；
    若否，保持原样；
    若是，向用户推送该出租房间信息，同时向用户推送专利信息。
  2. 一种推荐系统，其特征在于，所述推荐系统包括：
    读取单元，解析单元，代码生成单元，判断单元，推送单元，专利信息推送单元,其中:
    读取单元，用于读取客户的身份证；
    解析单元，其输入端与所述读取单元的输出端连接，用于根据所读取的身份证解析客户的出生月和出生日；
    代码生成单元，其输入端与所述解析单元的输出端连接，用于根据所述出生月和出生日生成查询代码；
    判断单元，其输入端与所述代码生成单元的输出端连接，用于判断是否存在于所述查询代码具有相同房间号的为出租房间；
    推送单元，其输入端与所述判断单元的输出端连接，用于向用户推送该出租房间信息；
    专利信息推送单元，其输入端与所述推送单元的输出端连接，用于向用户推送专利信息。
