  • a suitable covering and finishing case 8 may be provided and installed (Fig. 13) conveniently provided with suitable openings 80 adapted to receive and retain sealing means or seals (not illustrated).
  • Said first plate 11 is positioned and fixed such that the fixing means 1 10 is in the proximity of the lower part of said slot 112, such that the plate 11 is located as high as possible relative to the translation allowed by said slot 112.
  • Said maximum height position allows positioning the first cavity 210 of the wing 202 above the projection 101 of the bracket 10; the next downwards translation, due to the unscrewing of the tightening nuts 111, of the said first plate 11, and consequently the section bar 20, allows approaching and coupling said first cavity 210 with said projection 101.
  • the edge 123 of the second plate 12 serves as a guide for said rotation movement, keeping said second cavity 211 in contact with said second projection 102.
  • said second plate 12 prevents said second appendix 221 from uncoupling from said projection 102.
  • the rotation movement of the section bar 20 is performed by lifting the panel 3, acting advantageously on the part of the panel 3 projecting outwards of the said section bar 20.
  • the coupling between said second projection 102 and said second cavity 21 1 provides a support and anchoring point for the movement of said panelling 3 during the installation procedure, easing the operator in the lifting and rotation step of said panelling 3.
  • said coupling keeps said panelling 3 in a stable hanging position (Fig. 11), allowing the operator to move freely so as to equip himself and set up the next installation steps in complete safety.
  • the system according to the present invention allows the operator to use different and known grasping and lifting means, such as for example lift trucks, lifts, or the like; this enables the operator to work safely, benefiting from lifting means that prevents him from manually maneuver heavy and bulky objects.
  • the rotation of the section bar 20 relative to the bracket 10, in accordance with what illustrated, allows a gradual and progressive lifting of the panel 3, enabling the operator to control the elevation of said panel 3 and the correct positioning thereof.
  • the operator may stop the lifting of the panel 3, by acting on the lifting means, by changing and adjusting the position and set-up of said panel 3 as needed.
  • a suitable covering and finishing case 8 may be provided and installed (Fig. 16).
  • the second plate 12 is optional, since there is no rotation movement of the section bar 20; thus, only the fixing 120 and clamping 121 means may be installed, which serves as a stop for the section bar 20.
  • the clamping means 121 may optionally also serve as adjustment means for positioning the section bar 20 more accurately.
  • the fastening system according to the present invention allows providing a reference and a support point for the operator that has to install the cantilever roof.
  • the operator in order to proceed with the installation of a generic cantilever roof, the operator has to prepare and make holes on the wall 9 for the fixing means or for the coupling means that allow locking said cantilever roof to the wall.
  • the system according to the present invention allows the operator to easily use said support bracket 10 as a jig for establishing and arranging said holes on the wall 9, guaranteeing an optimal alignment and positioning accuracy.
  • the bracket 10 in fact, is more manageable and easy to move with respect to a panelling, since it has lower overall dimensions and weight, so that the operator may operate with less effort and greater safety.
  • the operator therefore, having established and made said holes, fixes said bracket 10 to the wall and proceeds by lifting the panelling 3 and approaching the section bar 20 to the support bracket 10.
  • the support bracket 10 being already fixed to the wall 9, eases the operator providing him a reference during the movement of the panelling, by indicating him where and how to direct the section bar 20 to place it on the bracket 10, in accordance with the procedures described above, i.e. by coupling said second projection 102 with said second cavity 211 (Fig. 1 1) or by coupling said first projection 101 with said first cavity 210 (Fig. 14). As already anticipated, the operator is thus facilitated in the correct positioning and installing of said cantilever roof.
  • the fastening system according to the present invention may further provide finishing cases 13 to be fixed, by interference and/or snapwise, or by means of other equivalent known systems, on the wings 201 and 202 and/or on at least a part of the outer outline of the section bar 20, providing an increased aesthetic appeal.
  • Said casings 13 may be provided with suitable seals that allow sealing the cavity 203, preserving it from infiltrations of rainwater, humidity and dirt.
  • section bar 20 may be provided with suitable openings 230 adapted to receive and retain sealing means or seals (not illustrated).
  • the fastening system 1 moreover, by means of the adjustment of the inclination of the panelling 3, allows connecting side by side one or more panellings compensating for any gradients and planarity defects of the installation surfaces of the building element whereon said system 1 is fixed.
  • the adjustment means 4 in fact, besides retaining and locking said panelling 3, allow compensating said planarity defects, allowing to achieve and keep the desired laying set-up for said panellings.
  • said section bar 1 allows adjusting the set-up and laying inclination of said panellings 3 relative to the surface of the building element whereon it is fixed.
  • the fastening system according to the invention also allows the possibility of installing a light source (e.g., LED) for the lighting of the panelling 3, particularly useful and scenographic in case of glazed panellings 2.

  • said light source may be positioned inside the section bar 20, between its bottom 200 and the panelling 3, or externally on the wings 201 and 202 of said section bar 20.
  • the system comprises at least a support element 10 and a section bar 20 couplable with a panelling 3, advantageously with an end 30 of said panelling 3; - said support element 10 is suitably fixed to the building element, and it is provided with suitable first support means 101 and second support means 102, where said support means 101 and 102 serves as a support for the positioning and fixing of said section bar 20.
  • the system according to the present invention is characterised by said support element 10, suitably provided with support means 101 and 102 adapted to cooperate with said section bar 20.
  • the system according to the present invention may comprise one or more additional components, adapted to allow a correct and safe coupling between the said support element 10 and the said section bar 20.

Abstract

Un système de fixation (1) d'un ou de plusieurs panneaux (3) à un composant de bâtiment (9), en particulier pour la fabrication et l'installation de toits en porte-à-faux, de toits ou similaires de n'importe quel matériau et forme, comprenant une barre de section (20) ayant une section sensiblement en forme de U avec une base (200) et une première (201) et une seconde (202) aile, opposées et sensiblement parallèles l'une à l'autre, entre lesdites ailes (201 202) et ladite base (200) une cavité (203) est ainsi défini et sert de siège pour au moins l'extrémité inférieure (30) dudit habillage (3) qui fait saillie vers l'extérieur pour sa partie restante, ladite barre de section (20) étant pourvue de moyens de réglage appropriés (4 ; 40) qui permettent de retenir l'habillage (3) à l'intérieur de ladite cavité (203), caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un élément de support (10) susceptible d'être fixé audit élément de construction (9), ladite barre de section (20) susceptible d'être installée et fixée audit élément de support (10).
