Claims (8)

  1. Profilé (1) pour connecter un ou plusieurs panneaux (2) à un élément de construction (E) comprenant :
    - un fond (10) capable d'être ancré à une surface d'installation (SE) dudit élément de construction (E)
    - une première (11) et une seconde (12) aile, opposée et sensiblement parallèles l'une à l'autre, entre lesdites ailes (11, 12) et ledit fond (10) étant définie une cavité (13) qui sert de siège pour au moins le bord inférieur (20) desdits un ou plusieurs panneaux (2), ledit bord (20) reposant au fond sur une surface de support (6; 10)
    - des moyens de réglage (4, 4', F) de l'inclinaison dudit ou desdits panneaux (2), lesdits moyens de réglage (4, 4', F) servant également de moyens de verrouillage (4, 4', F) adaptés pour retenir ledit ou lesdits panneaux (2) dans la position de pose souhaitée lesdits moyens de réglage (4, 4', F) comprenant:
    - au moins un premier (41) et un deuxième (41') actionneur:
    - capable de se translater transversalement à l'intérieur de ladite cavité (13) dudit profilé (1) et d'exercer une pression sur une face dudit ou desdits panneaux (2), lesdits premier (41) et second (41') actionneurs étant sensiblement situés sur ladite première aile (11) dudit profilé (1) à une distance (H) l'un de l'autre de manière à déterminer au moins un premier actionneur (41) et au moins un second actionneur (41'),
    - manœuvrable de l'extérieur avec un outil de manœuvre approprié,
    la translation desdits actionneurs (41, 41'), en les maintenant en contact avec la face opposée dudit ou desdits panneaux (2), permettant, à l'intérieur de la cavité (13) dudit profilé (1), la rotation autour d'au moins un point d'appui (F) dudit bord inférieur (20) dudit ou desdits panneaux (2) et le verrouillage de celui-ci dans la position de pose souhaitée ;
    ledit au moins un point d'appui (F) est sensiblement situé au niveau d'un élément de butée (40) fixé et faisant saillie à partir de ladite seconde aile (12), pouvant être couplé avec l'autre face desdits un ou plusieurs panneaux (2), la hauteur dudit élément de butée (40) à partir de ladite surface de support (6; 10) par le bord inférieur (20) desdits un ou plusieurs panneaux (2) étant intermédiaire entre celles desdits premier et second actionneurs (41, 41') à partir de la même surface (6; 10);
    dans lequel lesdits actionneurs (41, 41') sont accessibles de l'extérieur par ledit outil de manoeuvre en y accédant depuis l'ouverture sommitale (14) dudit profilé (1), ledit au moins un premier actionneur (41) étant désaligné et décalé par rapport audit au moins un second actionneur (41').
  2. Profilé (1) selon la revendication précédente,
    caractérisé en ce que lesdits actionneurs (41, 41') peuvent consister en des vis de réglage comprenant :
    - une première tête, fixe, (43, 43') retenue dans un siège (26, 26') de la paroi intérieure de ladite première aile (11) dudit profilé (1) et à laquelle on empêche de tourner par interférence ou par accouplement de forme
    - une tige filetée (44, 44') qui fait saillie transversalement à partir dudit siège (26, 26')
    - une seconde tête (45, 45') coaxiale à ladite broche (44, 44') sur laquelle elle est vissée/dévissée au moyen de l'outil de manœuvre ci-dessus, et coopérant avec une mâchoire (42, 42') capable d'exercer une pression sur lesdits un ou plusieurs panneaux (2), ladite seconde tête (45, 45') ayant une surface extérieure capable d'un couplage de forme avec ledit outil de manœuvre.
  3. Profilé (1) selon toute revendication précédente,
    caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une pluralité d'actionneurs (41, 41') le long de tout son développement longitudinal de manière à former un premier réseau d'actionneurs supérieurs (41) situés à proximité de la zone apicale dudit profilé (1) et un second réseau d'actionneurs inférieurs (41') proches de son fond (10).
  4. Profilé (1) selon une ou plusieurs revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que ledit élément de butée (40) est au moins un secteur de la paroi intérieure de ladite seconde aile (12) dudit profilé (1).
  5. Profilé (1) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisé en ce que ledit élément de butée (40) est au moins une mâchoire fixe (40) pouvant être contrainte à la paroi interne de ladite seconde aile (12) dudit profilé (1), ladite mâchoire pouvant être constituée d'une barre rigide.
  6. Profilé (1) selon les revendications de 1 à 3,
    caractérisé en ce que ledit élément de butée (40) est une mâchoire pouvant être déplacée transversalement dans ladite cavité (13) dudit profilé (1).
  7. Profilé (1) selon une ou plusieurs revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que le dos dudit élément de butée (40) capable de s'associer en couplage frontal avec une face dudit ou desdits panneaux (2) est une surface plate ou convexe.
  8. Profilé (1) selon toute revendication précédente,
    caractérisé en ce que ledit profilé (1) est capable d'être ancré :
    - à un élément de construction (E) comprenant une paroi sensiblement verticale (SE);
    - et à un élément de construction (E) comprenant un plancher ou un revêtement de sol utilisable (SE).
