一种上行参考信号的传输方法和装置
本申请要求在2016年7月22日提交中国专利局、申请号为201610585098.0、发明名称为“一种上行参考信号的传输方法和装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及无线技术领域,尤其涉及一种上行参考信号的传输方法和装置。
背景技术
高低频基站混合组网,也称高低频基站异构(Heterogeneous Network,HetNet)组网,低频基站覆盖一个范围较大的区域,高频基站在低频基站的覆盖范围内进行热点覆盖,以提升热点地区的容量。由于这种组网模式可以借助低频基站的广覆盖能力,减少高频定向链路传输控制信令的系统开销,因此是未来5G重点部署场景。
现有的LTE系统中,Softcell组网是一种典型的HetNet组网方案。Softcell组网,即微站(micro/pico BS)重用宏站(macro BS)的小区ID,即微站对终端(User Equipment,UE)是透明的。终端在接入网络时,只知道整个HetNet小区的ID或者宏站ID,而无需知道哪个微站在为其服务。在这种组网方案下,为了实现终端与微站之间的同步,现有技术方案如下:
1)终端通过检测小区的主/辅同步信号(Primary/Secondary Synchronization Signal,PSS/SSS),完成与宏站的下行同步过程,获取网络侧的同步时钟。
2)终端完成上行物理随机接入过程,获取终端到宏站的上行定时提前量(Timing Advance,TA)。
3)终端与各微站之间的下行同步和上行定时提前量,直接重用终端与宏站的结果。因为LTE系统中,符号的最小循环前缀(Cyclic Prefix,CP)长度有4.69us;假设宏站半径500m,微站半径100m,宏微之间的时延差最大不超过1.33us,不同终端达到微站的时延差最大不超过0.33us,时延差造成的影响是可以通过CP消除的。
在这种组网方案下,为了实现网络侧对终端服务微站(Transaimission Point,TP)或者微站集的选取,现有技术方案如下:
1)宏站或者HetNet网络的网络控制器向目标终端分配上行测量参考信号以及承载信号的发送资源。
2)终端使用该指定资源发送指定的上行测量参考信号。
3)网络侧,例如HetNet内终端邻近的微站,基于该上行测量参考信号进行测量,例如测量参考信号的接收功率(Reference Signal Received Power,RSRP),从而确定该终端所属的服务微站/微站集;
但是,上述方案不适用于微站为高频基站的场景,因为高频符号的长度在微秒量级,如1.25us,而CP长度一般为符号长度的1/5,即0.25us。根据之前时延差的估计,这个CP长度不足以消除宏微时延差和不同终端TA时间差的影响。
图1描绘了两种时延差将会带来的影响:
Q1:虽然终端与低频宏站(图1中eNB)完成了时间同步和上行定时提前过程,即图 1中网络侧时钟和UE发送到eNB的信号在时间上对齐,但是以该结果重用到微站上时,不同终端(图中UE1和UE2)的上行传输信号到达某一微站(图中TP1)存在随机的时延差,该时延差的出现将会破坏上行测量参考信号时域的正交性,同时还对导致参考测量信号对数据部分造成干扰。
Q2:另一方面,即使对单个终端(图中UE1)而言,与宏站时间对齐的结果,复用到微站(图中TP1)上,也会因为路径传播距离不同,导致低频宏站和高频微站之间出现时延差,这个时延差将会导致波束检测缺失问题,从而无法完整接收某个波束发送的参考信号。
因此,在微站为高频基站,宏站为低频基站的HetNet混合组网场景下,针对现有技术中终端与低频宏站的同步和TA不能重用到终端与高频微站之间而导致无法正确传输上行参考信号的问题,如何设计一种上行参考信号传输方案,以保证上行参考信号的传输准确率是亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种上行参考信号的传输方法和装置,以实现上行参考信号的完整传输,提高数据传输准确率。
本发明实施例提供的具体技术方案如下:
第一方面,本发明实施例提供一种上行参考信号的传输方法,包括:
终端获取该终端在高频链路上的上行参考信号的时域资源发送位置,该上行参考信号的至少一端存在保护间隔;
该终端在到达该时域资源发送位置后,在M个时间片内的不同时间片切换发送波束,传输该上行参考信号,该上行参考信号包括M个不同时间片上传输的上行参考信号,M为大于1的正整数。其中,M个时间片上组成的参考信号可以在时间上连续传输,也可以分成多个区间,进行分布式传输。
这种设计中,终端确定终端在高频链路上的上行参考信号的时域资源发送位置后,基于上行参考信号的传输格式,在上行参考信号对应的M个时间片上的不同时间片切换发送波束,传输该上行参考信号,这种上行参考信号的传输方法适应于高频微站与低频宏站的HetNet组网场景下或高频基站混合组网场景,由于能够实现上行参考信号的完整传输,从而保证数据传输的准确性。
结合第一方面,一种可能的设计中,保护间隔为该终端不传输信号的时长。由于各终端是异步传输,保护间隔的存在能够防止终端传输的上行参考信号与其他终端传输的信号出现干扰。
结合第一方面,一种可能的设计中,该上行参考信号包括同步参考信号和/或上行测量参考信号,该上行测量参考信号包括探测参考信号。同步参考信号用于实现终端与高频基站之间的上行同步;测量参考信号用于测量终端与高频基站站之间的信道状态信息。

第三种方式,该终端接收网络侧发送的该时域资源发送位置的指示信息。其中,在高频微站与低频宏站的HetNet组网场景下,网络侧指的是低频宏站或高频微站和低频宏站组成的HetNet网络的网络控制器;在高频基站混合组网场景下网络侧指的是该混合网络中的网络控制器。
结合第一方面,可选的,一种可能的设计中,所述终端传输所述上行参考信号,包括:
生成无线帧,所述无线帧包括至少一个面向网络的测量时隙间隔,所述面向网络的测量时隙间隔包括保护间隔和用于上行参考信号传输的符号;
发送所述无线帧传输所述上行参考信号。
这种无线帧结构中,保护间隔可以放置于用于上行参考信号传输的符号的任意一端或者两端。
第二方面,提供一种上行参考信号的传输方法,包括:
高频基站确定用于接收终端在该终端的单个时间片上传输的上行参考信号的N个时间片,N为大于1的正整数,
该高频基站在该N个时间片内的不同时间片切换接收波束,接收终端在该终端的单个时间片上传输的上行参考信号,该上行参考信号的至少一端存在保护间隔。
这样,高频基站能够完整接收终端发送的上行参考信号。

该高频基站在终端的单个时间片内,所有的接收波束都遍历后,继续按照该接收波束的切换顺序,切换接收波束接收终端在该终端的单个时间片上传输的参考信号。
这种设计中,由于高频基站在接收终端的上行参考信号时,除遍历自身的接收波束外,还需要多切换至少一次,继续接收终端的上行参考信号,能够完整接收终端的某个发送波束发送的上行参考信号,从而克服波束检测缺失问题。
第三方面,提供一种上行参考信号的传输装置,包括:
确定单元,用于确定终端在高频链路上的上行参考信号的时域资源发送位置,该上行参考信号的至少一端存在保护间隔;

第六方面,提供一种基站,该基站具有实现上述各方面和可能的设计中的任一种中高频基站行为的功能。所述功能可以通过硬件实现,也可以通过硬件执行相应的软件实现。所述硬件或软件包括一个或多个与上述功能相对应的模块。
在一个可能的设计中,基站的结构包括收发器、存储器和处理器,其中,所述存储器用于存储一组程序,所述处理器用于调用所述存储器存储的程序以执行如上述各方面和设计中的任一种所述的方法。
采用本发明提供的上行参考信号的传输方案,能够实现不同组网场景下上行参考信号的完整传输,例如高频微站低频宏站的HetNet组网场景或多个高频微站或高频宏站的混合组网场景,从而提高终端与高频基站之间的数据传输准确率。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,并不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
图2所示,为本发明实施例中的一种应用场景示意图,具体包括:终端、低频宏站和至少一个高频微站,可选的,在此场景下,也可能存在低频微站。其中,高频微站依赖低频宏站实现部分传输功能;终端既配备低频收发机又配备高频收发机,低频收发机通过低频链路与低频宏站进行数据通信,高频收发机通过高频链路与高频微站进行数据通信。
基于图2所示的应用场景示意图,本发明实施例提供一种上行参考信号的传输方法,如图3所示,具体流程包括如下步骤:
步骤31:终端确定所述终端在高频链路上的上行参考信号的时域资源发送位置,所述上行参考信号的至少一端存在保护间隔。
其中,高频链路指的是终端与高频基站的通信链路,高频链路用于高频频段的传输,一般情况下大于6GHz的频段称为高频频段,当然高频频段的设置也可以根据终端的具体组网环境来具体设置。
具体的,终端确定所述终端在高频链路上的上行参考信号的时域资源发送位置时,所述终端在高频链路上的上行参考信号的时域资源发送位置的确定方式可以包括以下三种方式:
第一种方式为:所述终端基于低频链路获取低频基站的系统时钟,将系统时钟指示的 低频链路的一个时隙的起点位置确定为所述终端在高频链路上的上行参考信号的时域资源发送位置。
第二种方式为:所述终端基于低频链路获取低频基站的系统时钟和所述终端在低频链路上的上行定时提前量,将系统时钟指示的低频链路的一个时隙的起点经过所述上行定时提前量的位置确定为所述终端在高频链路上的上行参考信号的时域资源发送位置。
第三种方式为:所述终端接收网络侧发送的所述时域资源发送位置的指示信息。
其中,所述上行参考信号是周期的、集中的在面向网络的测量时隙(NoMP)间隔中传输,可选的,NOMP放置在一个无线帧中,具体的,一个无线帧中可以包括1个或多个NOMP,或者每隔多个无线帧存在一个包括NOMP的无线帧。所述NoMP由上行参考信号和保护间隔组成,具体的放置位置存在三种情况,如图4所示,保护间隔可以放置在参考信号的任意一端,或者放置在参考信号的两端,而且,终端在保护间隔的时间段内不传输任何信号。
需要说明的是,保护间隔的长度根据HetNet网络中宏站和微站的具体部署场景确定,其中,保护间隔的长度不小于终端与任意一个高频微站的上行TA的1/2,即L≥max|TAi/2|,其中L为保护间隔的长度,TAi为终端与任意一个高频微站的上行TA。其中,终端与任意一个高频微站的上行TA,利用终端与低频宏站之间的上行TA、高频微站的位置信息、低频宏站的位置信息进行估计得到的;保护间隔和保护间隔的长度也可以不明确给出,通过NOMP间隔长度和参考信号的长度,能够隐式确定参考信号的至少一端存在保护间隔,从而确定出保护间隔的长度。
所述上行参考信号包括同步参考信号和/或上行测量参考信号。所述同步参考信号用于实现终端与高频基站之间的上行同步;所述测量参考信号用于测量终端与高频基站之间的信道状态信息,例如接收端检测信号强度等。所述上行测量参考信号包括探测参考信号(Sounding Reference Signal,SRS),由终端发送,高频基站通过对该SRS的测量可以实现对上行信道的评估,并据此评估对上行资源进行分配。可见,SRS对于上行信道估计以实现上行资源动态分配来说非常重要。此外,SRS还可以用于终端的上行定时,互易性辅助的下行波束成形等操作,且对这些操作来说也非常重要。
步骤32:所述终端在到达所述时域资源发送位置后,在M个时间片内的不同时间片切换发送波束,传输上行参考信号,所述上行参考信号包括M个不同时间片上传输的上行参考信号,M为大于1的正整数。
其中,传输上行参考信号对应的时间长度被分为M个时间片,每个时间片的长度相同,可以为1个符号,也可以为多个(≥2)符号,其中上行参考信号对应的时间片个数可以预先规定,也可以基于终端的发送波束的数量来具体确定,所述终端的发送波束的数量不小于所述上行参考信号对应的时间片个数M。
图5所示为上行参考信号在终端与高频微站之间的传输示意图。在终端侧,终端在各时间片上使用不同的发送波束进行上行参考信号的发送,例如,时间片B0上通过发送波束#0发送参考信号,在时间片B1上通过发送波束#1发送参考信号。具体的,终端在进行上行参考信号的发送时,可以采用以下两种方式:
第一种方式为集中式发送方式,此时,终端的上行参考信号对应的时间片的数量M不少于终端在某定向区域传输上行参考信号所需的最小发送波束数目。例如终端需覆盖0~60°区域,波束宽度为10°,则最小所需发送波束数目为6,M的值需大于等于6。
第二种方式为分布式发送方式,此时,的上行参考信号对应的时间片的数量M小于终 端在某定向区域传输上行参考信号所需的最小发送波束数目,但是可以通过多个参考信号凑足终端在某定向区域传输上行参考信号所需的最小发送波束数目。
此外,终端在每个时间片上选择不同的发送波束进行上行参考信号发送时,需要携带同步参考信号或者测量参考信号中的至少一种上行参考信号,可选的,还需要携带终端自身的身份标识。
步骤33:高频基站在N个时间片内的不同时间片切换接收波束,接收终端在所述终端的单个时间片上传输的上行参考信号,N为大于1的正整数。
如图5所示,高频微站侧,在终端的单个时间片持续时间内,高频微站又将其分为N个更小的时间片(tiny slides),在这些更小的时间片上使用不同的定向接收波束,对终端发送的上行参考信号进行接收。
上述描述中更小的时间片的长度可以是1个符号,也可以为多个(≥2)符号。
需要注意的是,若高频基站的全部接收波束的数量为Nb,则在终端的单个时间片持续时间内,高频微站需要将其分为(Nb+n)个更小的时间片,其中Nb+n=N,在这(Nb+n)个时间片上以循环的方式使用接收波束对终端发送的上行参考信号进行接收。这里,n的取值一般为1,如图5所示,其中高频微站遍历完自己的接收波束,多出来的1次定向接收使用的波束是它起始时间片使用的波束,如图5,起始接收波束为B0,则多执行的一次接收波束仍是B0。
上述n的取值也可以为2或者更大的正整数,具体取值由高低频基站最大时延差和单次参考信号定向波束发送持续时间有关,例如,高低频基站最大时间差为1.33us,而单次参考信号发送持续时间为一个符号周期,长度为0.64us,则

其中,高频基站在终端的单个时间片内,所有的接收波束都遍历后,继续按照所述接收波束的切换顺序,切换接收波束接收终端在所述终端的单个时间片上传输的参考信号。
上述NoMP间隔中的上行参考信号在终端侧被分为若干时间片,每个时间片由若干符号构成,用于同步或测量的参考信号就是由这些符号承载的,不同终端的上行参考信的资源分配方法可以采用如下正交设计方式。
方式一,码分正交。如图6A所示,不同终端的上行参考信号使用不同的、具有良好互相关特性的正交序列进行编码,以确保接收端可以从时频混合信号中分离出目标参考信号。
方式二,频分正交。如图6B所示,对于多载波系统,可以让不同终端的上行参考信号承载在符号的不同子载波上,通过频域正交的方式避免时域未对齐造成的干扰。
方式三,波分正交。如图6C所示,由于高频微站采用定向波束,可以让不同终端在同一时刻使用不同定向波束指向的波束发送各自的参考信号,这种方法也称为波束的空间复用。
方式四,上述三种方式的任意两种组合或三种组合。当终端数目较多时,可以将上述三种方式任意两种或三种进行混合,例如将终端分成几组,组间采用一种正交复用方式,组内终端再采取另一种正交复用方式。
需要说明的是,上述图3中所示的上行参考信号的传输方法同样适用于图7所示的多个高频基站混合组网的应用场景中,具体包括:终端和多个高频微站,其中,多个高频基站混合组网场景下的高频基站可以是高频微站,也可以是高频宏站。
实施例一
如图8所示,实施例一给出了一种应用于图2所示的高频微站与低频宏站混合组网或图7所示的多个高频基站混合组网的通信系统中的帧结构。其中,多个高频基站混合组网场景下的高频基站可以是高频微站,也可以是高频宏站。
图8中,采用10毫秒作为一个无线帧(frame)的帧长;该无线帧由10个帧长为1毫秒的无线子帧(subframe)组成;一个无线子帧又被划分成8个长度为0.125毫秒的时隙(time slot);其中,每个时隙由Q个符号构成,该符号可以是单载波符号,也可以是多载波符号,如OFDM符号。典型的Q值可以设置为7n,其中,n为正整数。这些时隙又被分为上行时隙和下行时隙。
其中,本发明中的NoMP被放置在某个子帧的某个上行时隙中,既可以是上行时隙头部,也可以是上行时隙尾部。例如,图8中NoMP被放置在第2个子帧的第8个时隙(该时隙为上行时隙)的尾部。
实施例二
如图9A和图9B所示,实施例二给出了另一种应用于图2所示的高频微站与低频宏站混合组网或图7所示的多个高频基站混合组网的通信系统中的帧结构。其中,多个高频基站混合组网场景下的高频基站可以是高频微站,也可以是高频宏站。
如图9A所示,与实施例一不同的是,由于上行参考信号在时域资源上不连续,因此传输上行参考信号的NoMP区间也是分布式的,NoMP间隔被分成若干NoMP片段。
图9B中,采用10毫秒作为一个无线帧(frame)的帧长;该无线帧由10个帧长为1毫秒的无线子帧(subframe)组成;一个无线子帧又被划分成8个长度为0.125毫秒的时隙(time slot);其中,每个时隙由Q个符号构成,该符号可以是单载波符号,也可以是多载波符号,如OFDM符号。典型的Q值可以设置为7n,其中,n为正整数。这些时隙又被分为上行时隙和下行时隙。
其中,本发明中的NoMP片段被放置在某个子帧的某个上行时隙中,既可以是上行时隙头部,也可以是上行时隙尾部。例如,图9B中NoMP片段被放置在第2个子帧的第8个时隙(该时隙为上行时隙)的尾部。
实施例三
基于实施例一、实施例二给出的帧结构,实施例三提供一种上行同步参考信号的传输方法,所述方法应用于图2所示的网络部署场景,如图10所示,具体步骤包括:
步骤101:终端基于低频链路,完成与低频宏站的同步,获取网络侧的系统时钟和终端在低频链路上的上行TA。
步骤102:终端确定自身在高频链路上的上行同步参考信号的时域资源发送位置。
其中确定时域资源发送位置的方法可以用低频链路获取的系统时钟和/或终端在低频链路上获取的上行TA值,以低频链路某个时隙的起点作为高频链路上的上行参考信号的时域资源发送位置,即NoMP的起点时域位置。
步骤103:终端按实施例一或实施例二给出的帧结构,在高频链路上,依不同时间片切换终端的发送波束,发送上行同步参考信号,同时可以携带终端的身份标识。
步骤104:网络侧的各高频微站在NoMP内,在高频链路上,依高频微站侧的不同时间片,切换自身的接收波束,对终端发送的上行同步参考信号进行接收。其中,高频微站侧的时间片长度小于终端侧的时间片长度。当高频微站遍历完自己的接收波束但时间片仍有 剩余时,则继续按原波束切换顺序遍历自己的接收波束,对终端发送的上行同步参考信号进行接收;当终端切换发送波束后,高频微站不改变接收波束顺序,继续对自己的接收波束进行遍历,来检测终端发送的上行同步参考信号进行接收。
步骤105:网络侧的各高频微站根据接收到的上行同步参考信号,完成与终端的同步,获取终端到各高频微站的上行TA。
实施例四
基于实施例一、实施例二给出的帧结构,实施例三提供一种上行测量参考信号的传输方法,所述方法应用于图2所示的网络部署场景,如图11所示,具体步骤包括:
步骤111:终端基于低频链路,完成与低频宏站的同步,获取网络侧的系统时钟和终端在低频链路上的上行TA。
步骤112:终端确定自身在高频链路上的上行测量参考信号的时域资源发送位置。
其中确定时域资源发送位置的方法可以用低频链路获取的系统时钟和/或终端在低频链路上获取的上行TA值,以低频链路某个时隙的起点作为高频链路上的上行参考信号的时域资源发送位置,即NoMP的起点时域位置。
步骤113:终端按实施例一或实施例二给出的帧结构,在高频链路上,依不同时间片切换终端的发送波束,发送上行测量参考信号,同时可以携带终端的身份标识。
步骤114:网络侧的各高频微站在NoMP内,在高频链路上,依高频微站侧的不同时间片,切换自身的接收波束,对终端发送的上行测量参考信号进行接收。其中,高频微站侧的时间片长度小于终端侧的时间片长度。当高频微站遍历完自己的接收波束但时间片仍有剩余时,则继续按原波束切换顺序遍历自己的接收波束,对终端发送的上行测量参考信号进行接收;当终端切换发送波束后,高频微站不改变接收波束顺序,继续对自己的接收波束进行遍历,来检测终端发送的上行测量参考信号进行接收。
步骤115:网络侧的各高频微站根据接收到的上行测量参考信号,获取终端到各高频微站的链路质量等QoS参数,确定该终端的服务微站或者服务微站集合。
需要注意的是,该实施例四的主要步骤与实施例三相同,主要差异是终端上行信号携带的参考信号由同步参考信号替换为测量参考信号;不排除在最后系统设计时,两种参考信号合二为一,即一组参考信号既用于同步也可以用于测量。
实施例五
基于图7所示的应用场景示意图,本发明实施例提供一种上行同步参考信号的传输方法,如图12所示,具体流程包括如下步骤:
步骤121:终端获取自身在高频链路上的上行同步参考信号的时域资源发送位置。其中,具体的,上行同步参考信号的时域资源发送位置的获取方法可以是相邻高频微站通过广播形式告知终端高频微站采用的系统时钟,终端基于该系统时钟计算确定自身在高频链路上的上行参考信号的时域资源发送位置,即NoMP的起点时域位置。
步骤122:按实施例一或实施例二给出的帧结构,终端在高频链路上,依不同时间片切换终端的发送波束,发送上行同步参考信号,同时可以携带终端的身份标识。
步骤123:网络侧的各高频微站在NoMP内,在高频链路上,依高频微站侧的不同时间片,切换自身的接收波束,对终端发送的上行同步参考信号进行接收。

基于上述实施例,如图14所示,为本发明实施例提供的上行参考信号的传输装置结构示意图。该装置1400应用于高频基站为微站,低频基站为宏站的HetNet场景下的终端或高频基站独立组网的场景下的终端,可以用于执行上述方法实施例中终端的执行过程,该装置1400包括:确定单元1401和发送单元1402,其中:
确定单元1401,用于确定终端在高频链路上的上行参考信号的时域资源发送位置,所述上行参考信号的至少一端存在保护间隔;
发送单元1402,用于在到达所述时域资源发送位置后,在M个时间片内的不同时间片切换发送波束,传输上行参考信号,所述上行参考信号包括M个不同时间片上传输的上行参考信号,M为大于1的正整数。
可选的,所述保护间隔为所述终端不传输信号的时长。
可选的,所述上行参考信号包括同步参考信号和/或上行测量参考信号,所述上行测量参考信号包括探测参考信号。
可选的,所述保护间隔的长度不小于所述终端与任意一个高频基站的上行定时提前量的一半。
可选的,所述确定单元1401在确定所述终端在高频链路上的上行参考信号的时域资源发送位置时,具体用于:
基于低频链路获取低频基站的系统时钟,将系统时钟指示的低频链路的一个时隙的起点位置确定为所述终端在高频链路上的上行参考信号的时域资源发送位置;或
基于低频链路获取低频基站的系统时钟和所述终端在低频链路上的上行定时提前量, 将系统时钟指示的低频链路的一个时隙的起点经过所述上行定时提前量的位置确定为所述终端在高频链路上的上行参考信号的时域资源发送位置;或
接收网络侧发送的所述时域资源发送位置的指示信息。
可选的,所述发送单元1402在传输所述上行参考信号时,具体用于:
生成无线帧,所述无线帧包括至少一个面向网络的测量时隙间隔,所述面向网络的测量时隙间隔包括保护间隔和用于上行参考信号传输的符号;
发送所述无线帧传输所述上行参考信号。
本发明实施例上述涉及的装置1400,可以是独立的部件,也可以是集成于其他部件中,例如本发明实施例提供的上述装置1400可以是现有通信网络中的终端,也可以是集成于终端内的部件。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例中的装置1400的各个单元的功能实现以及交互方式可以进一步参照相关方法实施例的描述,在此不再赘述。
另外,以上各“单元”可以通过特定应用集成电路(application-specific integrated circuit,ASIC),执行一个或多个软件或固件程序的处理器和存储器,集成逻辑电路,和/或其他可以提供上述功能的器件来实现。
基于相同的构思,如图15所示,为本发明实施例提供的一种终端设备结构示意图。该终端设备1500可以用于执行上述方法实施例中终端的执行过程。其中:该终端设备1500可以是无线终端,无线终端可以是指向用户提供语音和/或数据连通性的设备,具有无线连接功能的手持式设备、或连接到无线调制解调器的其他处理设备。无线终端可以经无线接入网(例如,RAN,Radio Access Network)与一个或多个核心网进行通信,无线终端可以是移动终端,如移动电话(或称为“蜂窝”电话)和具有移动终端的计算机,例如,可以是便携式、袖珍式、手持式、计算机内置的或者车载的移动装置,它们与无线接入网交换语言和/或数据。例如,个人通信业务(PCS,Personal Communication Service)电话、无绳电话、会话发起协议(SIP)话机、无线本地环路(WLL,Wireless Local Loop)站、个人数字助理(PDA,Personal Digital Assistant)等设备。无线终端也可以称为订户单元(Subscriber Unit)、订户站(Subscriber Station),移动站(Mobile Station)、移动台(Mobile)、远程站(Remote Station)、接入点(Access Point)、远程终端(Remote Terminal)、接入终端(Access Terminal)、用户终端(User Terminal)、用户代理(User Agent)、用户设备(User Device)、或用户设备(User Equipment);本发明对此并不限定,例如终端还包括具有多承载特征的有线接入的终端。。
参见图15,该终端设备1500包括:处理器1501、存储器1502和收发器1503,其中:
所述处理器1501、存储器1502、收发器1503通过总线1504相互连接。
收发器1503可以通过接收机和发射机来实现其功能,收发器1503可以是有线收发器,无线收发器或其组合。有线收发器例如可以为以太网接口。以太网接口可以是光接口,电接口或其组合。无线收发器例如可以为无线局域网收发器,蜂窝网络收发器或其组合。
所述处理器1501,用于调用所述存储器1502中存储的程序,执行:确定所述终端设备的上行参考信号的时域资源发送位置,所述上行参考信号的至少一端存在保护间隔;在到达所述时域资源发送位置后,在M个时间片内的不同时间片切换发送波束,传输上行参考信号,所述上行参考信号包括M个不同时间片上传输的上行参考信号,M为大于1的正整数。
处理器1501可以是中央处理器(CPU),通用处理器、数字信号处理器(DSP)、专用集成电路(ASIC),现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)或者其他可编程逻辑器件、晶体管逻辑器件,硬件部件或者其任意组合。其可以实现或执行结合本发明中终端的公开内容所描述的各种示例性的逻辑方框,模块和电路。所述处理器也可以是实现计算功能的组合,例如包含一个或多个微处理器组合,DSP和微处理器的组合等等。
存储器1502可以包括易失性存储器,例如RAM;存储器1502也可以包括非易失性存储器,例如ROM,快闪存储器,HDD或SSD;存储器1502还可以包括上述种类的存储器的组合。可选的,所述存储器1502中存储有网络频点对应的语音指示信息。
存储器1502可以用于存储通过所述收发器1503接收到的消息和数据,以及存储指令。
处理器1501调用存储在存储器1502中的指令执行本发明方法实施例的方法步骤,实现本发明方法实施例的技术方案。
其中,在图15中,总线1504可以包括任意数量的互联的总线和桥,具体由处理器1501代表的一个或多个处理器和存储器1502代表的存储器的各种电路连接在一起。所述总线1504可以是外设部件互连标准(peripheral component interconnect,简称PCI)总线或扩展工业标准结构(extended industry standard architecture,简称EISA)总线等。所述总线可以分为地址总线、数据总线、控制总线等。为便于表示,图15中仅用一条粗线表示,但并不表示仅有一根总线或一种类型的总线。总线1504还可以将诸如外围设备、稳压器和功率管理电路等之类的各种其他电路连接在一起,这些都是本领域所公知的,因此,本文不再对其进行进一步描述。
由于该终端设备解决问题的实施方式以及有益效果可以参见本发明方法实施例的实施方式以及有益效果,因此该终端设备的实施可以参见方法的实施,重复之处不再赘述。
基于上述实施例,如图16所示,为本发明实施例提供的上行参考信号的传输装置结构示意图。该装置1600应用于高频基站为微站,低频基站为宏站的HetNet场景下的高频微站或高频基站独立组网的场景下的高频基站,可以用于执行上述方法实施例中高频微站或高频基站的执行过程,该装置1600包括:确定单元1601和接收单元1602,其中:
确定单元1601,用于确定用于接收终端在所述终端的单个时间片上传输的上行参考信号的N个时间片,N为大于1的正整数,
接收单元1602,用于在所述N个时间片内的不同时间片切换接收波束,接收终端在所述终端的单个时间片上传输的上行参考信号,所述上行参考信号的至少一端存在保护间隔。
可选的,所述接收单元1602还用于:
在终端的单个时间片内,所有的接收波束都遍历后,继续按照所述接收波束的切换顺序,切换接收波束接收终端在所述终端的单个时间片上传输的参考信号。
本发明实施例上述涉及的装置1600,可以是独立的部件,也可以是集成于其他部件中,例如本发明实施例提供的上述装置1600可以是现有通信网络中的基站,也可以是集成于基站内的部件。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例中的装置1600的各个单元的功能实现以及交互方式可以进一步参照相关方法实施例的描述,在此不再赘述。
另外,以上各“单元”可以通过特定应用集成电路(application-specific integrated circuit,ASIC),执行一个或多个软件或固件程序的处理器和存储器,集成逻辑电路,和/或其他可以提供上述功能的器件来实现。
如图17所示,本发明实施例提供的一种网络侧设备结构示意图。该设备1700可以用于执行上述方法实施例中高频微站或高频基站的执行过程。该设备1700可包括基站,或用于控制基站的无线资源管理设备。
参见图17,该设备1700包括:处理器1701、存储器1702和收发器1703,其中:
所述处理器1701、存储器1702、收发器1703通过总线1704相互连接。
收发器1703可以通过接收机和发射机来实现其功能,收发器1703可以是有线收发器,无线收发器或其组合。有线收发器例如可以为以太网接口。以太网接口可以是光接口,电接口或其组合。无线收发器例如可以为无线局域网收发器,蜂窝网络收发器或其组合。
处理器1701可以是CPU,通用处理器、DSP、ASIC,FPGA或者其他可编程逻辑器件、晶体管逻辑器件,硬件部件或者其任意组合。存储器1702可以包括易失性存储器,例如RAM;存储器1702也可以包括非易失性存储器,例如ROM,快闪存储器,HDD或SSD;存储器1702还可以包括上述种类的存储器的组合。
存储器1702可以用于存储所述收发器1703接收到的消息,以及处理器1701执行的程序。
所述处理器1701,用于调用所述存储器1702中存储的程序,执行:确定用于接收终端在所述终端的单个时间片上传输的上行参考信号的N个时间片,N为大于1的正整数,在所述N个时间片内的不同时间片切换接收波束,通过收发器1703接收终端在所述终端的单个时间片上传输的上行参考信号,所述上行参考信号的至少一端存在保护间隔。
其中,在图17中,总线1704可以包括任意数量的互联的总线和桥,具体由处理器1701代表的一个或多个处理器和存储器1702代表的存储器的各种电路连接在一起。所述总线1704可以是PCI总线或EISA总线等。所述总线可以分为地址总线、数据总线、控制总线等。为便于表示,图17中仅用一条粗线表示,但并不表示仅有一根总线或一种类型的总线。总线1704还可以将诸如外围设备、稳压器和功率管理电路等之类的各种其他电路连接在一起,这些都是本领域所公知的,因此,本文不再对其进行进一步描述。
综上所述,本发明实施例中,在高频基站为微站,低频基站为宏站的HetNet场景下或在高频基站独立组网的场景下,终端确定终端在高频链路上的上行参考信号的时域资源发送位置,该上行参考信号的至少一端存在保护间隔;在到达该时域资源发送位置后,在M个时间片内的不同时间片切换发送波束,传输上行参考信号,所述上行参考信号包括M个不同时间片上传输的上行参考信号,M为大于1的正整数;高频基站确定用于接收终端在终端的单个时间片上传输的上行参考信号的N个时间片;在N个时间片内的不同时间片切换接收波束,接收终端的上行参考信号,这样能够实现不同组网场景下的上行参考信号的准确传输,克服无法完整接收某个发送波束发送的上行参考信号导致的波束检测缺失问题。
本领域内的技术人员应明白,本发明的实施例可提供为方法、系统、或计算机程序产品。因此,本发明可采用完全硬件实施例、完全软件实施例、或结合软件和硬件方面的实施例的形式。而且,本发明可采用在一个或多个其中包含有计算机可用程序代码的计算机可用存储介质(包括但不限于磁盘存储器、CD-ROM、光学存储器等)上实施的计算机程序产品的形式。

这些计算机程序指令也可存储在能引导计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备以特定方式工作的计算机可读存储器中,使得存储在该计算机可读存储器中的指令产生包括指令装置的制造品,该指令装置实现在流程图一个流程或多个流程和/或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能。
这些计算机程序指令也可装载到计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备上,使得在计算机或其他可编程设备上执行一系列操作步骤以产生计算机实现的处理,从而在计算机或其他可编程设备上执行的指令提供用于实现在流程图一个流程或多个流程和/或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能的步骤。
尽管已描述了本发明的优选实施例,但本领域内的技术人员一旦得知了基本创造性概念,则可对这些实施例作出另外的变更和修改。所以,所附权利要求意欲解释为包括优选实施例以及落入本发明范围的所有变更和修改。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明实施例进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明实施例的精神和范围。这样,倘若本发明实施例的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种上行参考信号的传输方法,其特征在于,包括:
    终端获取所述终端在高频链路上的上行参考信号的时域资源发送位置,所述上行参考信号的至少一端存在保护间隔;
    所述终端在到达所述时域资源发送位置后,在M个时间片内的不同时间片切换发送波束,传输所述上行参考信号,所述上行参考信号包括M个不同时间片上传输的上行参考信号,M为大于1的正整数。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述保护间隔为所述终端不传输信号的时长。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述上行参考信号包括同步参考信号和/或上行测量参考信号。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述上行测量参考信号包括探测参考信号。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述保护间隔的长度不小于所述终端与任意一个高频基站的上行定时提前量的一半。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,终端确定所述终端在高频链路上的上行参考信号的时域资源发送位置,包括:
    所述终端基于低频链路获取低频基站的系统时钟,将系统时钟指示的低频链路的一个时隙的起点位置确定为所述终端在高频链路上的上行参考信号的时域资源发送位置;或
    所述终端基于低频链路获取低频基站的系统时钟和所述终端在低频链路上的上行定时提前量,将系统时钟指示的低频链路的一个时隙的起点经过所述上行定时提前量的位置确定为所述终端在高频链路上的上行参考信号的时域资源发送位置;或
    所述终端接收网络侧发送的所述时域资源发送位置的指示信息。
  7. 如权利要求1-6任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端传输所述上行参考信号,包括:
    生成无线帧,所述无线帧包括至少一个面向网络的测量时隙间隔,所述面向网络的测量时隙间隔包括保护间隔和用于上行参考信号传输的符号;
    发送所述无线帧传输所述上行参考信号。
  8. 一种上行参考信号的传输方法,其特征在于,包括:
    高频基站确定用于接收终端在所述终端的单个时间片上传输的上行参考信号的N个时间片,N为大于1的正整数,
    所述高频基站在所述N个时间片内的不同时间片切换接收波束,接收终端在所述终端的单个时间片上传输的上行参考信号,所述上行参考信号的至少一端存在保护间隔。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述高频基站在终端的单个时间片内,所有的接收波束都遍历后,继续按照所述接收波束的切换顺序,切换接收波束接收终端在所述终端的单个时间片上传输的参考信号。
  10. 一种上行参考信号的传输装置,其特征在于,包括:
    确定单元,用于确定终端在高频链路上的上行参考信号的时域资源发送位置,所述上行参考信号的至少一端存在保护间隔;
    发送单元,用于在到达所述时域资源发送位置后,在M个时间片内的不同时间片切换发送波束,传输上行参考信号,所述上行参考信号包括M个不同时间片上传输的上行参考信号,M为大于1的正整数。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述保护间隔为所述终端不传输信号的时长。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述上行参考信号包括同步参考信号和/或上行测量参考信号.
  13. 如权利要求12所述的装置,其特征在于,所述上行测量参考信号包括探测参考信号。
  14. 如权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述保护间隔的长度不小于所述终端与任意一个高频基站的上行定时提前量的一半。
  15. 如权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述确定单元在确定所述终端在高频链路上的上行参考信号的时域资源发送位置时,具体用于:
    确定所述终端在高频链路上的上行参考信号的时域资源发送位置,包括:基于低频链路获取低频基站的系统时钟,将系统时钟指示的低频链路的一个时隙的起点位置确定为所述终端在高频链路上的上行参考信号的时域资源发送位置;或
    基于低频链路获取低频基站的系统时钟和所述终端在低频链路上的上行定时提前量,将系统时钟指示的低频链路的一个时隙的起点经过所述上行定时提前量的位置确定为所述终端在高频链路上的上行参考信号的时域资源发送位置;或
    接收网络侧发送的所述时域资源发送位置的指示信息。
  16. 如权利要求10-15任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述发送单元在传输所述上行参考信号时,具体用于:
    生成无线帧,所述无线帧包括至少一个面向网络的测量时隙间隔,所述面向网络的测量时隙间隔包括保护间隔和用于上行参考信号传输的符号;
    发送所述无线帧传输所述上行参考信号。
  17. 一种上行参考信号的传输装置,其特征在于,包括:
    确定单元,用于确定用于接收终端在所述终端的单个时间片上传输的上行参考信号的N个时间片,N为大于1的正整数,
    接收单元,用于在所述N个时间片内的不同时间片切换接收波束,接收终端在所述终端的单个时间片上传输的上行参考信号,所述上行参考信号的至少一端存在保护间隔。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的装置,其特征在于,所述接收单元还用于:
    在终端的单个时间片内,所有的接收波束都遍历后,继续按照所述接收波束的切换顺序,切换接收波束接收终端在所述终端的单个时间片上传输的参考信号。
