- 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述第一网络设备向终端设备发送至少一个网络设备的网络能力信息之前,所述方法还包括:所述第一网络设备接收所述终端设备发送的第一消息,所述第一消息用于请求所述至少一个网络设备的网络能力信息;所述第一网络设备向终端设备发送至少一个网络设备的网络能力信息,包括:所述第一网络设备在接收到所述第一消息之后,向所述终端设备发送所述至少一个网络设备的网络能力信息。
- 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一消息携带所述终端设备的终端能力信息,所述终端能力信息用于表示所述终端设备的业务和/或功能;所述第一网络设备向终端设备发送至少一个网络设备的网络能力信息,包括:所述第一网络设备在接收到所述终端能力信息之后,向所述终端设备发送与所述终端能力信息相匹配的所述至少一个网络设备的网络能力信息。
- 根据权利要求4或5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一消息为所述终端设备首次接入所述第一网络设备时发送的。
- 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述至少 一个网络设备为覆盖第一区域的网络设备。
- 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一区域为位置区,且所述至少一个网络设备包括所述第一网络设备,所述位置区用于确定所述终端设备所处的区域范围。
- 根据权利要求7或8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一消息为位置更新消息,所述位置更新消息用于表示所述终端设备从第二区域移动至所述第一区域;所述第一网络设备向终端设备发送所述至少一个网络设备的网络能力信息,包括:所述第一网络设备在接收到所述位置更新消息之后,向所述终端设备发送所述至少一个网络设备的网络能力信息。
- 根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一网络设备向终端设备发送所述至少一个网络设备的网络能力信息,包括:所述第一网络设备通过单播、多播或广播的方式向所述终端设备发送所述至少一个网络设备的网络能力信息。
- 根据权利要求1至10中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述第一网络设备向终端设备发送至少一个网络设备的网络能力信息之前,所述方法还包括:所述第一网络设备分别接收所述至少一个网络设备中与所述第一网络设备连接的网络设备发送的网络能力信息。
- 根据权利要求1至11中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:所述第一网络设备向所述至少一个网络设备中的第二网络设备发送所述第一网络设备的网络能力信息。
- 根据权利要求1至12中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述至少一个网络设备的网络能力信息还包括映射信息,所述映射信息用于表示所述至少一个网络设备的载波频率和/或所述至少一个网络设备的标识与所述业务和/或所述功能之间的对应关系;和/或所述映射信息用于表示所述至少一个网络设备的载波频率和/或所述至少一个网络设备的标识与所述业务和/或所述功能的配置信息之间的对应关系。
- 根据权利要求1至13中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一网络设备为核心网设备或接入网设备。
- 根据权利要求1至14中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述业务包括下列业务中的至少一种:广播多播业务、VoLTE业务和终端直连D2D业务;所述功能包括下列功能中的至少一种:载波聚合功能、授权辅助接入LAA功能、双连接功能和本地/基站缓存功能。
- 一种信息传输方法,其特征在于,包括:终端设备接收第一网络设备发送的至少一个网络设备的网络能力信息,其中,所述至少一个网络设备包括所述第一网络设备和/或与所述第一网络设备连接的网络设备。
- 根据权利要求16所述的方法,其特征在于,所述至少一个网络设备的网络能力信息用于表示所述至少一个网络设备能够支持的业务和/或功能。
- 根据权利要求16或17所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端设备接收第一网络设备发送的至少一个网络设备中至少一个网络设备的网络能力信息,包括:所述终端设备接收所述第一网络设备根据所述终端设备的信息发送的所述至少一个网络设备的网络能力信息,其中,所述终端设备的信息包括所述终端设备的业务需求信息和/或用户等级信息。
- 根据权利要求16至18中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述终端设备接收第一网络设备发送的至少一个网络设备的网络能力信息之前,所述方法还包括:所述终端设备向所述第一网络设备发送第一消息,所述第一消息用于请求所述至少一个网络设备的网络能力信息;所述终端设备接收第一网络设备发送的至少一个网络设备的网络能力信息,包括:所述终端设备接收所述第一网络设备在接收到所述第一消息之后发送的所述至少一个网络设备的网络能力信息。
- 根据权利要求19所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一消息携带所述终端设备的终端能力信息,所述终端能力信息用于表示所述终端设备的业 务和/或功能;所述终端设备接收第一网络设备发送的至少一个网络设备的网络能力信息,包括:所述终端设备接收所述第一网络设备在接收到所述终端能力信息之后发送的所述至少一个网络设备的网络能力信息。
- 根据权利要求16至20中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述至少一个网络设备为覆盖第一区域的网络设备。
- 根据权利要求21所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一区域为位置区,且所述至少一个网络设备包括所述第一网络设备,所述位置区用于确定所述终端设备所处的区域范围。
- 根据权利要求21或22所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一消息为位置更新消息,所述位置更新消息用于表示所述终端设备从第二区域移动至所述第一区域;所述终端设备接收第一网络设备发送的至少一个网络设备的网络能力信息,包括:所述终端设备接收所述第一网络设备在接收到所述位置更新消息之后发送的所述至少一个网络设备的网络能力信息。
- 根据权利要求16至23中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述终端设备接收第一网络设备发送的至少一个网络设备的网络能力信息,包括:所述终端设备接收所述第一网络设备通过单播、多播或广播的方式发送的所述至少一个网络设备的网络能力信息。
- 根据权利要求16至24中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述终端设备接收第一网络设备发送的至少一个网络设备的网络能力信息之后,所述方法还包括:在所述终端设备移动至所述至少一个网络设备中的第二网络设备的覆盖范围的情况下,所述终端设备根据所述第二网络设备的网络能力信息,确定是否在所述第二网络设备所属的小区进行驻留。
- 根据权利要求16至25中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述至少一个网络设备的网络能力信息还包括映射信息,所述映射信息用于表示所述至少一个网络设备的载波频率和/或所述至少一个网络设备的标识与所述业务和/或所述功能之间的对应关系;和/或所述映射信息用于表示所述至少一个网络设备的载波频率和/或所述至少一个网络设备的标识与所述业务和/或所述功能的配置信息之间的对应关系。
- 根据权利要求16至26中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一网络设备为核心网设备或接入网设备。
- 根据权利要求16至27中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述业务包括下列业务中的至少一种:广播多播业务、VoLTE业务和终端直连D2D业务;所述功能包括下列功能中的至少一种:载波聚合功能、授权辅助接入LAA功能、双连接功能和本地/基站缓存功能。
- 一种信息传输装置,其特征在于,包括:发送单元,用于向终端设备发送至少一个网络设备的网络能力信息,其中,所述至少一个网络设备包括所述装置和/或与所述装置连接的网络设备。
- 根据权利要求29所述的装置,其特征在于,所述网络能力信息分别用于表示所述至少一个网络设备能够支持的业务和/或功能。
- 根据权利要求29或30所述的装置,其特征在于,所述发送单元具体用于:根据所述终端设备的信息,向所述终端设备发送所述至少一个网络设备的网络能力信息,其中,所述终端设备的信息包括所述终端设备的业务需求信息和/或用户等级信息。
- 根据权利要求29至31中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:第一接收单元,用于在所述向终端设备发送至少一个网络设备的网络能力信息之前,接收所述终端设备发送的第一消息,所述第一消息用于请求所述至少一个网络设备的网络能力信息;所述发送单元具体用于:在接收到所述第一消息之后,向所述终端设备发送所述至少一个网络设备的网络能力信息。
- 根据权利要求32所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一消息携带所述终端设备的终端能力信息,所述终端能力信息用于表示所述终端设备的业 务和/或功能;所述发送单元进一步用于:在接收到所述终端能力信息之后,向所述终端设备发送与所述终端能力信息相匹配的所述至少一个网络设备的网络能力信息。
- 根据权利要求32或33所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一消息为所述终端设备首次接入所述装置时发送的。
- 根据权利要求29至34中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述至少一个网络设备为覆盖第一区域的网络设备。
- 根据权利要求35所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一区域为位置区,且所述至少一个网络设备包括所述装置,所述位置区用于确定所述终端设备所处的区域范围。
- 根据权利要求35或36所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一消息为位置更新消息,所述位置更新消息用于表示所述终端设备从第二区域移动至所述第一区域;所述发送单元具体用于:在接收到所述位置更新消息之后,向所述终端设备发送所述至少一个网络设备的网络能力信息。
- 根据权利要求29至37中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述发送单元具体用于:通过单播、多播或广播的方式向所述终端设备发送所述至少一个网络设备的网络能力信息。
- 根据权利要求29至38中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:第二接收单元,用于在所述向终端设备发送至少一个网络设备的网络能力信息之前,分别接收所述至少一个网络设备中与所述装置连接的网络设备发送的网络能力信息。
- 根据权利要求29至39中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述发送单元还用于:向所述至少一个网络设备中的第二网络设备发送所述装置的网络能力信息。
- 根据权利要求29至40中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述至 少一个网络设备的网络能力信息还包括映射信息,所述映射信息用于表示所述至少一个网络设备的载波频率和/或所述至少一个网络设备的标识与所述业务和/或所述功能之间的对应关系;和/或所述映射信息用于表示所述至少一个网络设备的载波频率和/或所述至少一个网络设备的标识与所述业务和/或所述功能的配置信息之间的对应关系。
- 根据权利要求29至41中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置为核心网设备或接入网设备。
- 根据权利要求29至42中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述业务包括下列业务中的至少一种:广播多播业务、VoLTE业务和终端直连D2D业务;所述功能包括下列功能中的至少一种:载波聚合功能、授权辅助接入LAA功能、双连接功能和本地/基站缓存功能。

- 根据权利要求44或45所述的装置,其特征在于,所述接收单元具体用于:接收所述第一网络设备根据所述装置的信息发送的所述至少一个网络设备的网络能力信息,其中,所述装置的信息包括所述装置的业务需求信息和/或用户等级信息。
- 根据权利要求44至46中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:发送单元,用于在所述接收第一网络设备发送的至少一个网络设备的网络能力信息之前,向所述第一网络设备发送第一消息,所述第一消息用于请求所述至少一个网络设备的网络能力信息;所述接收单元具体用于:接收所述第一网络设备在接收到所述第一消息之后发送的所述至少一个网络设备的网络能力信息。
- 根据权利要求47所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一消息携带所述装置的终端能力信息,所述终端能力信息用于表示所述装置的业务和/或功能;所述接收单元具体用于:接收所述第一网络设备在接收到所述终端能力信息之后发送的所述至少一个网络设备的网络能力信息。
- 根据权利要求44至48中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述至少一个网络设备为覆盖第一区域的网络设备。
- 根据权利要求49所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一区域为位置区,且所述至少一个网络设备包括所述第一网络设备,所述位置区用于确定所述装置所处的区域范围。
- 根据权利要求49或50所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一消息为位置更新消息,所述位置更新消息用于表示所述装置从第二区域移动至所述第一区域;所述接收单元具体用于:接收所述第一网络设备在接收到所述位置更新消息之后发送的所述至少一个网络设备的网络能力信息。
- 根据权利要求44至51中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述接收单元具体用于:接收所述第一网络设备通过单播、多播或广播的方式发送的所述至少一个网络设备的网络能力信息。
- 根据权利要求44至52中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:确定单元,用于在所述接收第一网络设备发送的至少一个网络设备的网络能力信息之后,在所述装置移动至所述至少一个网络设备中的第二网络设备的覆盖范围的情况下,根据所述第二网络设备的网络能力信息,确定是否在所述第二网络设备所属的小区进行驻留。
- 根据权利要求44至53中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述至 少一个网络设备的网络能力信息还包括映射信息,所述映射信息用于表示所述至少一个网络设备的载波频率和/或所述至少一个网络设备的标识与所述业务和/或所述功能之间的对应关系;和/或所述映射信息用于表示所述至少一个网络设备的载波频率和/或所述至少一个网络设备的标识与所述业务和/或所述功能的配置信息之间的对应关系。
