目前的机场航显屏只能为旅客提供最基本的航班信息,旅客并不能很直观清晰的知道自己的登机口到底在机场内的什么位置、如有航班延误,也不清楚具体的航班到港时间。当旅客遇到上述问题时,通常会去机场内的咨询台进行询问,而这也正是现在大多数机场咨询台前都经常出现人满为患现象的主要原因。这种现象会大大增加机场工作人员的工作难度,同时也浪费了旅客自己的宝贵时间。
因此有必要提升机场航显的性能,使旅客能够更方便、更全面地获取在机场所需的与机场以及航班有关的信息。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供一种基于人脸识别技术的机场智慧航显方法和系统,有助于使旅客在机场的航显屏设备更方便、更全面地获取自己在机场所需的与机场以及航班有关的信息。

    在旅客使用航显屏设备查询信息时,航显屏设备在接收到人脸图像的情况下,从该人脸图像中获取查询信息的旅客的人脸特征数据然后发送给计算系统,由计算系统根据所述对应关系确定该人脸特征数据对应的航班号,然后将该航班号对应的航班信息发送给航显屏设备,由航显屏设备呈现该航班信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的机场智慧航显方法,其特征在于,从该人脸图像中获取查询信息的旅客的人脸特征数据的步骤包括:
    从接收到的多个人脸图像中,根据人脸在航显屏设备的图像采集装置前的停留时长和人脸朝向确定查询信息的旅客的人脸图像,再从该旅客的人脸图像中获取人脸特征数据。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的机场智慧航显方法,其特征在于,所述计算系统根据所述对应关系确定该人脸特征数据对应的航班号的步骤之后,还包括:
    计算系统确定所述航显屏设备的地理位置;
    计算系统向航显屏设备发送机场的航站楼室内的地图,该航站楼室内的地图中标注有所述航显屏设备的地理位置和所述航班号对应的航班的登机口的地理位置;
    航显屏设备呈现所述机场的航站楼室内的地图。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的机场智慧航显方法,其特征在于,
    所述计算系统确定所述航显屏设备的地理位置的步骤之后,还包括:计算系统确定所述航显屏设备至所述航班号对应的航班的登机口的路径;
    并且,所述航站楼室内的地图中还标注有所述路径。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的机场智慧航显方法,其特征在于,所述计算系统根据所述对应关系确定该人脸特征数据对应的航班号的步骤之后,还包括:
    计算系统确定所述航显屏设备的地理位置;
    计算系统向航显屏设备发送机场的室外地图,该室外地图中包含如下的一种或几种:机场地理位置、当前时刻机场附近上空飞行的航空器位置、机场附近的预设地点的地理位置;
    航显屏设备呈现所述机场的室外地图。
  6. 基于人脸识别技术的机场智慧航显系统,其特征在于,包括信息采集系统、计算系统、以及多个航显屏设备,其中:
    信息采集系统包括图像采集设备、图像处理设备、信息获取设备,其中图像采集设备用于采集旅客人脸图像,图像处理设备用于根据人脸图像得出人脸特征数据,信息获取设备用于从芯片或条码中获取信息;
    计算系统包括航班信息系统和人脸特征处理系统,其中航班信息系统用于根据旅客信息确定该旅客的航班号,以及向航显屏设备发送该航班号对应的航班信息;人脸特征处理系统用于保存该旅客的人脸特征数据与该旅客的航班号之间的对应关系,以及根据该对应关系确定航显屏设备发来的人脸特征数据对应的航班号;
    航显屏设备用于在接收到人脸图像的情况下,从该人脸图像中获取查询信息的旅客的人脸特征数据然后发送给计算系统,以及呈现计算系统发来的航班信息。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的机场智慧航显系统,其特征在于,所述 航显屏设备还用于从接收到的多个人脸图像中,根据人脸在航显屏设备的图像采集装置前的停留时长和人脸朝向确定查询信息的旅客的人脸图像,再从该旅客的人脸图像中获取人脸特征数据。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的机场智慧航显系统,其特征在于,
    所述计算系统还用于在根据所述对应关系确定该人脸特征数据对应的航班号之后,确定所述航显屏设备的地理位置;以及向航显屏设备发送机场的航站楼室内的地图,该航站楼室内的地图中标注有所述航显屏设备的地理位置和所述航班号对应的航班的登机口的地理位置;
    所述航显屏设备还用于呈现所述机场的航站楼室内的地图。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的机场智慧航显系统,其特征在于,
    所述计算系统还用于在确定所述航显屏设备的地理位置之后,确定所述航显屏设备至所述航班号对应的航班的登机口的路径,然后将该路径标注在所述航站楼室内的地图中。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的机场智慧航显系统,其特征在于,
    所述计算系统还用于在根据所述对应关系确定该人脸特征数据对应的航班号之后,确定所述航显屏设备的地理位置;以及向航显屏设备发送机场的室外地图,该室外地图中包含如下的一种或几种:机场地理位置、当前时刻机场附近上空飞行的航空器位置、机场附近的预设地点的地理位置;
    所述航显屏设备还用于呈现所述机场的室外地图。
