Description

一种整体式转向节 技术领域
本发明涉及转向节技术领域,具体为一种整体式转向节。
背景技术
转向节是汽车转向桥上的主要零件之一,能够使汽车稳定行驶并灵敏传递行驶方向,转向节的功用是承受汽车前部载荷,支承并带动前轮绕主销转动而使汽车转向。在汽车行驶状态下,它承受着多变的冲击载荷,因此,要求其具有很高的强度。转向节通过三个衬套和两个螺栓与车身相连,并通过法兰盘的制动器安装孔与制动系统相连。在车辆高速行驶时,路面通过轮胎传递到转向节上的振动,是我们分析时考虑的主要因素。
整体式转向节的出现大大加强了汽车的转向的控制,但是目前阶段的整体式转向节存在诸多的不足之处,例如,灵活性低,稳定性不高,无法长期承受汽车前部载荷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种整体式转向节,以解决上述背景技术中提出的灵活性低,稳定性不高,无法长期承受汽车前部载荷的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种整体式转向节,包括固定螺栓,所述固定螺栓的下方安装有紧固杆,所述紧固杆的下方安装有第一连接轴,所述第一连接轴的下方安装有第二连接轴,所述第二连接轴的下方安装有第三连接轴,所述第一连接轴内安装有支撑杆,且支撑杆的下方安装有套筒,所述套筒的下方安装有伸缩杆,所述伸缩杆的下方安装有液压装置,所述第三连接轴的下方安装有固定板,所述固定板的底部的左右两侧安 装有固定卡,所述固定卡的下方安装有滚轴连接装置,所述滚轴连接装置上设置有可调固定孔。
优选的,所述第一连接轴、第二连接轴和第三连接轴彼此之间均安装有转动滚轴。
优选的,所述固定卡与滚轴连接装置之间安装有紧固装置。
优选的,所述固定螺栓与紧固杆将固定桶包围。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该一种整体式转向节的内部安装有伸缩杆,可以使装置的连接轴完成变长变短,且在伸缩杆的上方安装有套筒和支撑杆,使其在改变长度后可以稳定下来,避免其晃动对汽车的变向带来影响,大大增大了装置的灵活性,且在三个连接轴之间均安装有转动滚轴,通过其可以使三个连接轴互相弯曲转动,大大加大了装置的灵活性,使通过其连接的汽车,可完成多向的变动,且韧性极高,使其可以承受更多的载荷,且在固定螺栓的下方安装有紧固杆,大大增大了装置的连接稳定性,在滚轴连接装置与固定卡之间安装有紧固装置,通过其可以使连接处更为稳定。

请参阅图1-3,本发明提供的一种实施例:一种整体式转向节,包括固定螺栓1,固定螺栓1的下方安装有紧固杆2,紧固杆2的下方安装有第一连接轴3,第一连接轴3的下方安装有第二连接轴4,第二连接轴4的下方安装有第三连接轴5,第一连接轴3内安装有支撑杆6,且支撑杆6的下方安装有套筒7,套筒7的下方安装有伸缩杆8,伸缩杆8的下方安装有液压装置9,第三连接轴5的下方安装有固定板10,固定板10的底部的左右两侧安装有固定卡11,固定卡11的下方安装有滚轴连接装置13,滚轴连接装置13上设置有可调固定孔14,第一连接轴3、第二连接轴4和第三连接轴5彼此之间均安装有转动滚轴15,固定卡11与滚轴连接装置13之间安装有紧固装置12,固定螺栓1与紧固杆2将固定桶包围,通过其可以使连接处更为稳定。
具体使用方式;该设备在使用时,通过滚轴连接装置13连接于汽车的制动系统,通过可调固定孔14调节松紧,通过固定螺栓1将装置连接在车身上,通过紧固杆2将其紧固,通过液压装置9控制伸缩杆8伸缩,从而控制第一连接轴3、第二连接轴4和第三连接轴5相互变长,调整至适当长度时,通过支撑杆6将其固定,通过转动滚轴15使第一连接轴3、第二连接轴4和第三连接轴5相互转动,改变方向。

  1. 一种整体式转向节,包括固定螺栓(1),其特征在于:所述固定螺栓(1)的下方安装有紧固杆(2),所述紧固杆(2)的下方安装有第一连接轴(3),所述第一连接轴(3)的下方安装有第二连接轴(4),所述第二连接轴(4)的下方安装有第三连接轴(5),所述第一连接轴(3)内安装有支撑杆(6),且支撑杆(6)的下方安装有套筒(7),所述套筒(7)的下方安装有伸缩杆(8),所述伸缩杆(8)的下方安装有液压装置(9),所述第三连接轴(5)的下方安装有固定板(10),所述固定板(10)的底部的左右两侧安装有固定卡(11),所述固定卡(11)的下方安装有滚轴连接装置(13),所述滚轴连接装置(13)上设置有可调固定孔(14)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种整体式转向节,其特征在于:所述第一连接轴(3)、第二连接轴(4)和第三连接轴(5)彼此之间均安装有转动滚轴(15)。
