一体式行车制动卡钳 技术领域
本实用新型涉及制动卡钳技术领域,具体为一体式行车制动卡钳。
背景技术
汽车制动系统是指为了在技术上保证汽车的安全行驶,提高汽车的平均速度等,而在汽车上安装制动装置专门的制动机构。在种类汽车制动系统中,制动器是汽车制动系中用以产生阻止车辆运动或运动趋势力的部件。对汽车起制动作用的只能是作用在汽车上且方向与汽车行驶方向相反的外力,而这些外力的大小都是随机的、不可控制的,因此汽车上必须装设一系列专门装置以实现上述功能。
行车制动卡钳的出现大大方便了汽车的控制,但是目前阶段的行车制动卡钳存在诸多的不足之处,例如,无法进行自动控制,无法避免汽车制动后的拖滞问题,制动效果差。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一体式行车制动卡钳,以解决上述背景技术中提出的无法进行自动控制,无法避免汽车制动后的拖滞问题,制动效果差的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一体式行车制动卡钳,包括上颚板,所述上颚板的下方安装有下颚板,所述上颚板和下颚板内均安装有液压装置,所述液压装置的下方安装有伸缩杆,所述伸缩杆的下方安装有防拖滞卡齿,所述上颚板和下颚板的右侧安装有颚板调节套,所述颚板调节套的右侧安装有连接杆,所述连接杆 的右侧安装有接电装置,所述连接杆的下方安装有连接柱,所述连接柱的中间位置安装有转动轴,所述转动轴的右侧安装有接线管,所述接线管的下方安装有支撑管,所述支撑管的下方安装有控制器。
优选的,所述制动卡钳共设置有两个,且两个制动卡钳通过连接柱连接,且通过转动轴转动连接。
优选的,所述上颚板和下颚板通过铰链转动连接。
优选的,所述接电装置的一端安装在连接杆的右侧的末端,另一端安装在接线管内。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:该一体式行车制动卡钳是两个制动卡钳安装在一起,且两者可以相互转动,可以使装置同时制动多个滚轮,使汽车做到及停,大大增大了制动效果,且此装置的制动卡钳通过控制器统一智能控制,制动方便快捷,且制动精确度高,且在卡钳的上下颚上均安装有防拖滞卡齿,可以防止汽车制动后的拖滞,避免了出现急停情况时,发生的危险事故。

请参阅图1和图2,本实用新型提供的一种实施例:一体式行车制动卡钳,包括上颚板1,上颚板1的下方安装有下颚板4,上颚板1和下颚板4内均安装有液压装置13,液压装置13的下方安装有伸缩杆14,伸缩杆14的下方安装有防拖滞卡齿2,上颚板1和下颚板4的右侧安装有颚板调节套5,颚板调节套5的右侧安装有连接杆6,连接杆6的右侧安装有接电装置8,连接杆6的下方安装有连接柱9,连接柱9的中间位置安装有转动轴7,转动轴7的右侧安装有接线管10,接线管10的下方安装有支撑管11,支撑管11的下方安装有控制器12,制动卡钳共设置有两个,且两个制动卡钳通过连接柱9连接,且通过转动轴7转动连接,上颚板1和下颚板4通过铰链3转动连接,接电装置8的一端安装在连接杆6的右侧的末端,另一端安装在接线管10内。
具体使用方式:该设备在使用时,通过转动轴7将两个制动卡钳分别安装在不同的车轮上,通过控制器12控制颚板调节套5,使其控制上颚板1和下颚板4之间的距离,使其将车轮的转动轴卡紧,使其停止转动,从而做到制动的效果,制动后液压装置13控制伸缩杆14伸长,使其带动防拖滞卡齿2伸长,将车轮转动轴卡死,避免出现拖滞。

  1. 一体式行车制动卡钳,包括上颚板(1),其特征在于:所述上颚板(1)的下方安装有下颚板(4),所述上颚板(1)和下颚板(4)内均安装有液压装置(13),所述液压装置(13)的下方安装有伸缩杆(14),所述伸缩杆(14)的下方安装有防拖滞卡齿(2),所述上颚板(1)和下颚板(4)的右侧安装有颚板调节套(5),所述颚板调节套(5)的右侧安装有连接杆(6),所述连接杆(6)的右侧安装有接电装置(8),所述连接杆(6)的下方安装有连接柱(9),所述连接柱(9)的中间位置安装有转动轴(7),所述转动轴(7)的右侧安装有接线管(10),所述接线管(10)的下方安装有支撑管(11),所述支撑管(11)的下方安装有控制器(12)。
