如图5所示,上述洗衣桶上还开有进水长孔。卡位水管工作时,洗衣桶保持不转,且此时卡位水管正对洗衣桶上的进水长孔,水流从进水长孔中进入。
综上所述,本发明中输送通道、洗衣桶、甩干桶和存储箱依次安装在底座上,衣物从放置口中放入,被输送通道一侧的冲击水管冲击到洗衣桶中并在卡位水管水流的卡位下留在了洗衣桶中,卡位水管能够防止需要清洗的衣物直接被冲击水管中的水冲击到甩干桶中。之后卡位水管使洗衣桶储水槽中充满水将洗衣桶的衣 物变湿,洗衣桶在洗衣电机齿轮与环形导轨上的齿型啮合下被带动,对衣物进行旋转摩擦清洗。当清洗完成后,冲击水管打开和卡位水管关闭,被清洗干净的衣物会被冲击水流冲到甩干桶中,此时甩干桶在甩干电机的带动下对衣物进行甩干。当衣物逐渐被甩干后,衣物的重量会变轻,此时甩干桶加速,甩干桶的直径沿轴线方向逐渐变大的设计,使衣物被甩到存储箱中。之后通过取衣口取出衣物。本发明将衣物的清洗和甩干两个过程设计成类似流水线似的作业,能够小件衣物进行快速的清洗;另外设计利用高压水流的冲击完成衣物转移,减少了大量的机械结构,并且较好的实现了清洗功能,具有较好的实用效果。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种小件衣物直通式快速清洗机,其特征在于:它包括冲击水管、放置口、输送通道、洗衣桶、环形导轨、卡位水管、卡位固定板、甩干桶、存储箱、底座、高压水进出口、增压机、增压电机、增压支座、第一支撑、第二支撑、洗衣储水槽、洗衣电机、第三支撑、甩干导水槽、第四支撑、取衣口、导轨卡槽、第五支撑、导轨凹槽,其中输送通道一侧上方开有放置口,冲击水管安装在输送通道一侧的侧面上;冲击水管一端在输送通道外侧,另一端在输送通道内侧;输送通道通过两个第一支撑安装在底座上;增压电机通过增压支座安装在底座上,增压机安装在增压电机上,增压机上安装有两个高压水进出口,两个高压水进出口一个作为常压水输入口,另一个作为高压水出水口;洗衣储水槽通过在其底部安装储水槽支撑固定在底座上,甩干导水槽通过在其底部安装导水槽支撑固定在底座上,甩干导水槽底部开有圆孔,洗衣储水槽和甩干导水槽中间位置处分别开有一个导轨卡槽;洗衣桶为表面开有多个圆孔的空心回转体壳,且壳体的中心直径大小大于壳体的两端直径大小;洗衣桶外表面中间位置安装有环形导轨,环形导轨两侧开有导轨凹槽,环形导轨通过导轨凹槽与洗衣储水槽上的导轨卡槽配合;甩干桶为表面开有多个圆孔的空心回转体壳,且壳体一端到另一端直径从小到大变化,甩干桶外表面中间位置安装有环形导轨,环形导轨通过导轨凹槽与甩干导水槽上的导轨卡槽配合;环形导轨外缘面上具有齿型,通过第二支撑安装在底座上的洗衣电机通过齿轮与洗衣桶上的环形导轨齿型啮合;通过第三支撑安装在底座上的甩干电机通过齿轮与甩干桶上的环形导轨齿型啮合;存储箱通过两个第四支撑安装在底座上,存储箱上开有取衣口;卡位固定板通过第五支撑安装在底座上,卡位水管安装在卡位固定板上;
    上述冲击水管通过控制开关、水管与两个高压水进出口中的高压出水口相连;卡位水管通过控制开关、水管与两个高压水进出口中的高压出水口相连;
    上述输送通道、洗衣桶、甩干桶和存储箱依次安装在底座上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种小件衣物直通式快速清洗机,其特征在于:上述输送通道与洗衣桶的接口位置处,输送通道的直径小于洗衣桶的直径;洗衣桶与甩干桶的接口位置处,洗衣桶的直径小于甩干桶的直径;甩干桶与存储箱的接口位置处,甩干桶的直径小于存储箱的直径。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种小件衣物直通式快速清洗机,其特征在于: 上述卡位水管具有5根。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种小件衣物直通式快速清洗机,其特征在于:上述冲击水管具有6根,且周向均匀安装在输送通道一侧上。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种小件衣物直通式快速清洗机,其特征在于:上述洗衣桶上还开有进水长孔。
