一种雨伞提示方法及雨伞 技术领域
本发明涉及一种雨伞提示方法及雨伞, 特别涉及一种带有智能提醒的 雨伞。
背景技术
雨伞是常用生活物品, 既可用于遮挡太阳, 亦可用于挡雨, 或辅助年 迈者作拐杖用途等, 用途广泛。 但是, 通常人们在避雨后离开如车站、 咖 啡店的避雨场所时忘记雨伞, 在下次需要使用时往往找不到雨伞; 或者错 拿别人的雨伞而无法返还, 带来不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种雨伞提示方法, 用于提醒用户及时取伞。 本发明的第一方面提供一种雨伞提示方法, 包括: 雨伞包括控制模块, 感应模块;
用户通过第一终端设备向控制模块发送第一识别码, 第一识别码用于建 立第一终端设备与控制模块的连接;
控制模块接收并存储第一识别码, 然后启动感应模块;
当感应模块启动后, 感应模块感应雨伞与第一终端设备的距离, 并把距 离值返回给控制模块;
控制模块比较距离值与预设数值的大小;
当距离值大于预设数值时, 控制模块向第一终端设备发送提醒信号。 本发明的第二方面提供一种基于第一方面所提供雨伞提示方法的雨 伞。
依据本发明的雨伞提示方法, 当用户离开某个场所而忘记携带雨伞时, 雨伞通过提醒信号提示用户, 则用户可以及时携带雨伞离开, 避免丢失雨 伞。 附图说明

以下结合附图, 对依据本发明的具体示例进行详细说明。
实施例一:
依据本发明的雨伞提示方法的一种实施方式可参考图 1, 雨伞除了常见 的伞柄、 伞面外, 还包括控制模块, 感应模块, 具体步骤可包括以下:
S101 : 用户通过第一终端设备向控制模块发送第一识别码, 所述第一 识别码用于建立第一终端设备与控制模块的连接;
第一终端设备包括桌上电脑、 平板电脑、 智能手机等, 第一终端设备 是否具有通话功能, 或者第一终端设备的搡作系统等对本发明都不构成任 何限制。 常见的搡作系统包括塞班 (Symbian) , Linux, Windows Mobiles, 安卓 (Android)、 l〇S及 WP等。 简明起见, 本实施例中以安装安卓系统 的智能手机为例进行说明, 其他类型的搡作系统可以采取类似的方法来实 现。
当用户通过第一终端设备向控制模块发送第一识别码时, 可以通过蓝 牙、 红外线等无线通信技术进行发送与接收, 本实施例以蓝牙 4.1技术为例 进行说明, 具体应用的无线技术对本发明的方法不构成限制, 譬如亦可以 采用蓝牙 4.0或者蓝牙 3.0等其他无线技术。而第一识别码是用于第一终端 设备与控制模块的连接, 即用于第一终端设备与雨伞的连接。 第一识别码 可以只包括第一终端设备的识别码, 譬如本实施例是 I M曰 (International Mobile Equipment Identity, 移动设备国际识别码), 亦可以是随机产生的 代码, 或者是用户自行设定的内容等。 本领域技术人员知道, 在搭载安卓 系统的设备中, 存在多种类型的设备识别码, 包括 IM曰、 M曰 D ( Mobile Equipment Identifier, 移动设备口、另' J码)、 ESN ( Electronic Serial Number, 电子序列号)。 因此优选地, 第一识别码至少包括第一终端设备的识别码。
S102 : 控制模块接收并存储第一识别码, 然后启动感应模块; 本实施例的感应模块包括运动传感器和距离传感器, 启动感应模块即 具体为启动运动传感器。
S103 : 当感应模块启动后, 感应模块感应雨伞与第一终端设备的距离, 并把距离值返回给控制模块;
当运动传感器启动后, 运动传感器探测雨伞是否静止; 如果雨伞处于 移动状态, 距离传感器停止运作, 所述距离值为零。 譬如用户在出门前带 伞, 利用其智能手机运行了前述的 S101和 S102步骤, 则用户在移动时, 譬如走路或跑步, 雨伞亦会跟随用户处于移动状态。 由于此时雨伞是在用 户的控制之下, 从节约能源的角度考虑, 距离传感器无需启动。 如果雨伞 处于静止状态, 譬如用户避雨时, 把淋湿的雨伞放到某个位置, 则距离传 感器启动并感应雨伞与第一终端设备的距离, 并把距离值返回到控制模块。
S 104: 控制模块比较距离值与预设数值的大小;
预设数值可以由用户根据需要随机设定, 亦可以是内置数个固定数值 以供用户选择。 优选地, 预设数值的大小可以根据避雨场所大小而定, 譬 如用户到咖啡馆避雨的预设数值可以小于到体育馆避雨的预设数值。 如用 户可以自行设定预设数值, 则用户可以在本步骤前的任意步骤进行设定。
距离值是指雨伞与用户的距离。 具体地, 由于感应模块可以安装在伞 杆、 手柄或雨伞的其他位置, 雨伞与用户的距离可以认为是感应模块与用 户的距离。 优选地, 由于现代人几乎时刻离不开手机, 感应模块与用户的 距离可认为是感应模块与手机的距离。
S105 : 当距离值大于预设数值时, 控制模块向第一终端设备发送提醒 信号。
当距离值大于预设数值时, 即很有可能用户在离开避雨场所时忘记携 带雨伞。 此时控制模块向第一终端设备, 即本实施例的手机发送提醒信号, 以提醒用户及时取回雨伞。 提醒信号包括声音、 振动、 警示灯等, 具体的 提醒信号类型不构成本发明的限制。
由此, 通过本实施例的雨伞提示方法, 用户在正常使用雨伞时不会受 到干扰, 而在发生忘记雨伞时又能及时地提醒用户, 避免丢失雨伞。 另外, 时, 人们容易在离开公共场合时错拿相似的雨伞而事后无法返还。 通过本 实施例的雨伞提示方法, 如果用户错拿相似的雨伞, 则在用户打算离开该 公共场所时即会收到与自己的雨伞远离的提醒信号, 从而能够及时发现错 拿。 如果该错拿雨伞的主人亦同时使用此雨伞提示方法, 则该主人亦会收 到提醒, 可以更好地避免错拿。 实施例二:
本实施例基于实施例一提供一种雨伞提示方法, 相似的步骤可参照实 施例一相应的步骤执行, 不再赘述。

在其他使用情况下, 亦有可能用户不小心按键, 从而导致第一终端设 备向控制模块发送信号。 但由于解除第一终端设备与控制模块的连接需要 输入匹配的解锁码, 因此不小心按键等情况几乎不可能解除两者的连接, 提高可靠性。 实施例三:
本实施例基于实施例二提供一种雨伞提示方法, 相似的步骤可参照实 施例二相应的步骤执行, 不再赘述。

与第一终端设备相似, 第二终端设备包括桌上电脑、 平板电脑、 智能 手机等。 为说明方便, 本实施例的第二终端设备以安卓系统的智能手机为 例。 蓝牙数据传输应用中, 一对一串口数据通讯是最常见的应用。 但是, 理论上一个蓝牙主端设备可以同时与 7 个蓝牙从端设备进行通讯。 所谓的 蓝牙主端设备与蓝牙从端设备是依据该终端设备所发挥的作用, 并不对其 结构有特定要求。 一个具备蓝牙通讯功能的设备, 可以在两个角色间切换。 譬如, 用户携带已经与第一终端设备连接的雨伞出门。 为方便说明, 此雨伞称为雨伞 A。 用户附近亦有其他用户正好通过其终端设备 (第二终 端设备) 向其雨伞 (雨伞 B) 发送第二识别码, 则雨伞 A的控制模块亦会 接收到第二识别码。 由于雨伞 A 已经与第一终端设备连接, 为了使用的可 靠性, 雨伞 A不能随便与已建立连接的第一终端设备以外的其他设备连接。 因此, 当雨伞 A的控制模块检测到有第一终端设备以外的其他终端设备请 求连接时, 雨伞 A向第二终端设备请求输入解锁码, 以确认用户同意其他 终端设备的连接。
当然, 由于蓝牙可以是一对多的通讯方式, 因此可以是同时有多于一 个终端设备与雨伞的连接。 或者当第二终端设备与雨伞连接后, 控制模块 断开与第一终端设备的连接, 此时无需执行步骤 S309。
S309 : 用户通过第一终端设备向控制模块发送匹配的解锁码, 控制模 块接收该解锁码后, 断开第一终端设备与控制模块的连接。
当在同一个场所有另外的雨伞提示装置要启动时, 为了避免对用户自 身已启动提示装置造成影响, 利用解锁码来消除对用户的骚扰, 提高使用 的友好性。 实施例四:
本实施例基于实施例一提供一种雨伞提示方法, 相似的步骤可参照实 施例一相应的步骤执行, 不再赘述。
S401 : 用户通过第一终端设备向控制模块发送第一识别码, 所述第一 识别码用于建立第一终端设备与控制模块的连接;
S402 : 控制模块请求用户在预设区域进行指 采集, 并与预设指 进 ^亍比较;
预设区域可以是雨伞的任意位置, 优选在手柄。 预设指紋可以是在任 意步骤前录入。
S403 : 若采集的指紋与预设指紋不匹配, 控制模块拒绝接收并存储第 一识别码; 控制模块通知警报模块, 警报模块发出警报信号; 随着个人定制的流行, 雨伞亦存在个人定制。 个人定制物品的经济价 值, 或纪念价值对主人来说往往有特别意义。 错拿雨伞的情况往往发生在 避雨后。因此,假设用户在离开避雨场所时错拿他人雨伞,启用了步骤 S401 准备启动雨伞, 而进行步骤 S402时指紋验证不通过, 则用户会及时地意识 到自己错拿了他人雨伞, 从而可以及时返还。 当然, 若完整地执行了步骤
S403, 则后续步骤无需执行。
警报模块发出警报信号可以包括一种或以上的信号, 包括声音、 影像、 警示灯。
S404: 控制模块接收并存储第一识别码;
S405 : 控制模块向第一终端设备发送解锁码, 并存储解锁码; 所述第 一终端设备接收并存储解锁码;
S406 : 然后启动感应模块;
S407 : 当感应模块启动后, 感应模块感应雨伞与第一终端设备的距离, 并把距离值返回给控制模块;
S408: 控制模块比较距离值与预设数值的大小;
S409 : 当距离值大于预设数值时, 控制模块向第一终端设备发送提醒 信号;
S410 : 用户通过第一终端设备向控制模块发送匹配的解锁码, 控制模 块接收该解锁码后, 断开第一终端设备与控制模块的连接。
为了避免错拿雨伞而事后无法返还, 利用指紋匹配, 用户可以及时发 现错拿雨伞而取回自己的雨伞。 实施例五:
本实施例提供一种雨伞, 使用实施例一所提供的雨伞提示方法。 雨伞 1 包括伞柄、 伞面, 在其他实施方式中, 还可以包括手柄或其他部件。 手柄 的形状不作限制, 譬如常见的勾型手柄。 伞柄的尺寸、 形状, 伞面的材^、 大小都不构成本发明的限制。 本实施例中, 伞柄是中空的, 因此控制模块
1 1、 感应模块 12都安装在伞柄内部。 雨伞的使用方法与普通雨伞无异。 当 用户使用该雨伞时, 配合第一终端设备 21 实施例一的搡作步骤, 则在正常 使用雨伞时不会受到干扰, 而在发生忘记雨伞时又能及时地提醒用户, 避 免丢失雨伞。
在其他实施方式中, 譬如雨伞还可以包括警报模块 13等部件。 或者还 可以利用第二终端设备 22与雨伞进行连接。 以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例, 凡依本发明权利要求范围所做的 均等变化与修饰, 皆应属本发明权利要求的涵盖范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种雨伞提示方法, 其特征在于:
所述雨伞包括控制模块, 感应模块;
用户通过第一终端设备向控制模块发送第一识别码, 所述第一识别码用于建 立第一终端设备与控制模块的连接;
所述控制模块接收并存储第一识别码, 然后启动感应模块;
当感应模块启动后, 感应模块感应雨伞与第一终端设备的距离, 并把距离值 返回给控制模块;
控制模块比较距离值与预设数值的大小;
当距离值大于预设数值时, 控制模块向第一终端设备发送提醒信号。
2、 一种如权利要求 1所述的雨伞提示方法, 其特征在于: 当所述控制模块 接收并存储第一识别码后, 启动感应模块前, 控制模块向第一终端设备发送解 锁码, 并存储解锁码; 所述第一终端设备接收并存储解锁码。
3、 一种如权利要求 2所述的雨伞提示方法, 其特征在于: 用户通过第二终 端设备向控制模块发送第二识别码, 控制模块向第二终端设备请求输入解锁码; 若用户通过第二终端设备输入匹配的解锁码, 控制模块与第二终端设备建立连 接。
4、 一种如权利要求 3所述的雨伞提示方法, 其特征在于: 当控制模块与第 二终端设备建立连接后, 控制模块断开与第一终端设备的连接。
5、 一种如权利要求 2所述的雨伞提示方法, 其特征在于: 用户通过第一终 端设备向控制模块发送匹配的解锁码, 控制模块接收该解锁码后, 断开第一终 端设备与控制模块的连接。
6、 一种如权利要求 1所述的雨伞提示方法, 其特征在于: 所述感应模块包 括运动传感器和距离传感器,
当感应模块启动后, 运动传感器探测雨伞是否静止;
如果雨伞处于移动状态, 距离传感器停止运作, 所述距离值为零。
7、 一种如权利要求 6所述的雨伞提示方法, 其特征在于: 如果雨伞处于静 止状态, 距离传感器启动并感应雨伞与第一终端设备的距离, 并把距离值返回 到控制模块。
8、 一种如权利要求 1所述的雨伞提示方法, 其特征在于: 所述雨伞还包括 指紋识别模块, 在用户通过第一终端设备向控制模块发送第一识别码之后, 控制模块接收 并存储第一识别码之前, 控制模块请求用户在预设区域进行指紋采集, 并与预 设指紋进行比较。
9、 一种如权利要求 8所述的雨伞提示方法, 其特征在于: 所述雨伞包括警 报模块,若采集的指紋与预设指紋不匹配,控制模块拒绝接收并存储第一识别码; 控制模块通知警报模块, 警报模块发出警报信号。
10、 一种如权利要求 9所述的雨伞提示方法, 其特征在于: 所述警报信号 选自声音、 影像、 警示灯的一种。
1 1、 一种如权利要求 1 所述的雨伞提示方法, 其特征在于: 所述雨伞包括 警报模块, 控制模块向第一终端设备发送提醒信号后, 控制模块通知警报模块, 警报模块发出警报信号。
12、 一种应用权利要求 1至 1 1任意一项所述雨伞提示方法的雨伞。
