Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif pour exercices de gymnastique à haute intensité avec équilibre constitué à partir d'une structure repliée parallèlement à la largeur en plusieurs sections dont les extrémités finales ne sont pas droites mais incurvées, pour permettre un balancement de gauche à droite. Les deux arêtes incurvées des extrémités comportent un revêtement de caoutchouc ou matériau similaire pour protéger le sol sur lequel se pratique l'entraînement. Une des extrémités finales de la structure comprend un prolongement axial vers la gauche et la droite au niveau duquel s'effectuent les différents types de prises par l'utilisateur. Deux poignées se présentant sous forme de continuité latérale de la structure, et deux autres faisant saillie perpendiculairement audit prolongement de l'avant vers l'arrière depuis une zone plus centrale de la structure. Chaque poignée comprend un cylindre du même matériau que la structure recouvert d'un matériau de caoutchouc antidérapant.
