Abstract

一种图片的组合方法,包括:获取待填充的布局模板,根据所述待填充的布局模板生成图片填充请求(S100);将所述图片填充请求推送给第二电子设备(S101);接收所述第二电子设备响应所述图片填充请求返回的图片填充信息(S102);接收所述第二电子设备响应所述图片填充请求返回的图片填充信息(S103)。还公开了一种图片的组合装置、电子设备及系统。采用该方法生成组合图片,第一电子设备可与其他电子设备进行协同图片组合,可降低与其他设备中的图片进行组合的复杂度,并增加图片组合过程中的互动性,提高操作趣味性。

Description

一种图片的组合方法、装置、电子设备及系统
本申请要求于2016年6月30日提交中国专利局、申请号为201610509217.4发明名称为“一种图片的组合方法、装置、电子设备及系统”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及电子技术领域,尤其涉及一种图片的组合方法、装置、电子设备及系统。
背景技术
随着电子设备的发展,越来越多的用户会利用手机、平板电脑等电子设备拍摄图片。通常情况下,用户会调用图片的布局模板将拍摄的多张图片组合为一张图片与其他用户进行分享,如上传至互联网上进行分享。
但是,目前用户在依据布局模板进行图片组合的过程中,仅能从电子设备自身存储的图片中选择需要进行组合的图片,然后进行图片组合,若图片组合过程中,用户发现其他电子设备中存储有其满意的图片时,用户需从其他电子设备中收集到该图片再进行图片组合,这增加了用户操作复杂度。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供了一种图片的组合方法、装置、电子设备及系统,以解决如何降低用户操作复杂度的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本申请实施例提供了一种图片的组合方法,所述方法应用于第一电子设备,所述方法包括:
获取待填充的布局模板,根据所述待填充的布局模板生成图片填充请求,其中,所述图片填充请求用于请求对所述待填充的布局模板进行图片填充;
将所述图片填充请求推送给第二电子设备;
接收所述第二电子设备响应所述图片填充请求返回的图片填充信息,其中,所述图片填充信息用于获取填充后的布局模板,所述填充后的布局模板为对所述待填充的布局模板进行图片填充后的布局模板;
基于所述图片填充信息获取填充后的布局模板,根据填充后的布局模板进行图片组合。
在本申请的一种实现方式中,所述获取待填充的布局模板的步骤包括:
获取被选择进行图片填充的布局模板,将被选择的布局模板设置为待填充的布局模板。
在本申请的一种实现方式中,所述获取待填充的布局模板的步骤包括:
获取填充有至少一张图片的布局模板,将所述填充有至少一张图片的布局模板设置为所述待填充的布局模板。
在本申请的一种实现方式中,在所述将所述图片填充请求推送给第二电子设备的步骤之前,还包括:
接收针对预置联系人列表的联系人选择操作;
获取所述联系人选择操作选中的目标联系人;
确定所选中目标联系人对应的电子设备,作为第二电子设备。
在本申请的一种实现方式中,所述根据所述待填充的布局模板生成图片填充请求的步骤,包括:
获取所述待填充的布局模板的参数信息,作为第一参数信息,并获取所述待填充的布局模板内已填充的图片,作为第一图片;
将所述第一参数信息以及第一图片上传至服务器;
接收所述服务器返回的第一下载信息,根据所述第一下载信息生成图片填充请求,其中,所述第一下载信息为:用于下载所述第一参数信息以及第一图片的信息。
在本申请的一种实现方式中,所述填充后的布局模板的信息包括第二下载信息,其中,所述第二下载信息为:用于从服务器下载第二参数信息和第二图片的信息,所述第二参数信息为:填充后的布局模板的参数信息,所述第二图片为:填充后的布局模板内已填充的图片;

将所述第一组合图片分享至预设的应用中。
本申请实施例还提供了一种图片的组合方法,所述方法应用于第二电子设备,所述方法包括:
接收第一电子设备发送的图片填充请求,根据所述图片填充请求获取待填充的布局模板,其中,所述图片填充请求用于请求对所述待填充的布局模板进行填充;
获取被选择进行图片组合的目标待组合图片,将所述目标待组合图片填充至所述待填充的布局模板中,获得填充后的布局模板;
根据所述填充后的布局模板生成图片填充信息,将所述图片填充信息发送给所述第一电子设备,以使得所述第一电子设备根据所述图片填充信息获取所述填充后的布局模板并根据所述填充后的布局模板进行图片组合,其中,所述图片填充信息用于获取所述填充后的布局模板。
在本申请的一种实现方式中,在所述根据所述填充后的布局模板生成图片填充信息,将所述图片填充信息发送给所述第一电子设备的步骤之后,还包括:
基于所述填充后的布局模板生成第二组合图片;
将所述第二组合图片分享至预设的应用中。
在本申请的一种实现方式中,所述图片填充请求携带第一下载信息,其中,所述第一下载信息为:用于从服务器下载第一参数信息和第一图片的信息,所述第一参数信息为:待填充的布局模板的参数信息,所述第一图片为:所述待填充的布局模板内已填充的图片;
所述根据所述图片填充请求获取待填充的布局模板的步骤,包括:

推送单元,用于将所述图片填充请求推送给第二电子设备;
第一接收单元,用于接收所述第二电子设备响应所述图片填充请求返回的图片填充信息,其中,所述图片填充信息用于获取填充后的布局模板,所述填充后的布局模板为对所述待填充的布局模板进行图片填充后的布局模板;
组合图片单元,用于基于所述图片填充信息获取填充后的布局模板,根据填充后的布局模板进行图片组合。

第二获取单元,用于获取被选择进行图片组合的目标待组合图片,将所述目标待组合图片填充至所述待填充的布局模板中,获得填充后的布局模板;
发送单元,用于根据所述填充后的布局模板生成图片填充信息,将所述图片填充信息发送给所述第一电子设备,其中,所述图片填充信息用于获取所述填充后的布局模板。

生成图片单元,用于在所述发送单元将所述图片填充信息发送给所述第一电子设备之后,基于所述填充后的布局模板生成第二组合图片;
第二分享单元,用于将所述第二组合图片分享至预设的应用中。

在本申请实施例提供的技术方案中,第一电子设备可获取待填充的布局 模板,根据所述待填充的布局模板生成图片填充请求,将所述图片填充请求推送给第二电子设备,并接收所述第二设备响应所述图片填充请求返回的图片填充信息,基于所述填充后的布局模板的信息获取填充后的布局模板,根据所述填充后的布局模板进行组合图片,这使得第一电子设备可与其他电子设备进行协同图片组合,可降低与其他设备中的图片进行组合的复杂度,并增加图片组合过程中的互动性,提高操作趣味性。

为使本申请的目的、技术方案、及优点更加清楚明白,以下参照附图并举实施例,对本申请进一步详细说明。显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
在本申请实施例中,所描述的第一电子设备与第二电子设备建立网络连接,第一电子设备与第二电子设备可包括:手机、平板电脑、掌上电脑或者移动互联网设备(Mobile Internet Device,MID)等,上述电子设备仅是举例, 而非穷举,包含但不限于上述电子设备。
下面将结合附图1-附图3,对本申请实施例提供的图片的组合方法进行详细介绍,其中,实施例的执行主体为第一电子设备。
请参见图1,为本申请一种图片的组合方法的第一实施例流程示意图。如图1所示,本实施例所述一种图片的组合方法包括步骤:
S100,获取待填充的布局模板,根据所述待填充的布局模板生成图片填充请求。
在本申请实施例中,当用户需将多张图片组合成一张图片时,用户可操作第一电子设备输入图片组合指令,当第一电子设备接收到用户输入的图片组合指令后,第一电子设备可显示图片组合操作界面,从而用户可操作该操作界面,使得第一电子设备读取布局模板库并向用户展示布局模板库中的各个布局模板,这时用户可从布局模板库中选择用于组合图片的布局模板,其中,第一电子设备可建立布局模板库,布局模板库可包括至少一个布局模板,每个布局模板可包括至少一个相格。第一电子设备可以接收其他电子设备发送的布局模板并存储至布局模板库中,或者获取用户自行设置的布局模板并存储至布局模板库中。
需要说明的是,上述布局模板库可以是由第一电子设备构建,并存储于第一电子设备中;另外,上述布局模板库也可以是由服务器等其他电子设备构建,并存储于构建该布局模板库的电子设备中。本申请仅仅以上述为例进行说明,并不对布局模板库的构建主体以及存储位置进行限定。
上述布局模板可以理解为:用于进行图片组合的各张图片的排布模式。
上述相格可以理解为:布局模板中用于填充图片的独立区域,一个相格可用于填充一张完整的图片,也可以仅仅用于填充一张图片的一部分。
另外,由于上述布局模板是用于进行图片组合的,因此通常情况下,上述布局模板中包含至少两个相格,每一相格可以对应于规则区域,也可以对应于不规则区域。
在利用布局模板生成组合图片时,不同相格可以对应于不同的图片,也可以对应于相同的图片。在不同相格对应于相同图片的情况下,填充至不同相格中的图片内容可以是相同的,也可以是不相同的。
在本申请实施例中,当用户选择好布局模板后,第一电子设备可确定用于组合图片的布局模板,也就是上述待填充的布局模板,此时用户可通过图片组合操作界面浏览第一电子设备中存储的图片,例如:第一电子设备相册中的图片,并选择用于填充至上述待填充的布局模板的待组合图片,从而第一电子设备可将待组合图片填充进上述待填充的布局模板中。
在本申请实施例中,用户在没有填充完毕待填充的布局模板内的所有相格的情况下,若用户需与其他用户协同填充布局模板时,用户可以操作第一电子设备输入协同操作指令。当第一电子设备获取到协同操作指令后,第一电子设备可以获取待填充的布局模板。
其中,第一电子设备获取待填充的布局模板具体可以是:第一电子设备获取用户在布局模板库中选择的布局模板,将其设置为待填充的布局模板,如当用户在布局模板库中选择好布局模板时,用户可对第一电子设备进行操作输入协同操作指令,从而第一电子设备可获取到协同操作指令,并将用户选择的布局模板作为待填充的布局模板。
上述布局模板库可以是第一电子设备本地存储的布局模板库,还可以是从网络端的服务器中缓存至第一电子设备的布局模板库,本申请并不对此进行限定。
另外,第一电子设备获取待填充的布局模板具体还可以是:第一电子设备获取用户已进行填充图片的布局模板,如用户已从相册中选择至少一张图片填充至布局模板中,当用户需将该已填充至少一张图片的布局模板与其他用户协同填充时,用户可对第一电子设备进行操作输入协同操作指令,从而第一电子设备可获取到协同操作指令,并将上述已填充至少一张图片的布局模板作为待填充的布局模板。在具体应用中,待填充的布局模板可如图2所示。
综合以上,本申请实施例中所涉及的待填充的布局模板可以包括以下两种情况:
第一种情况:待填充的布局模板为原始布局模板,其中,原始模板可以理解为:从布局模板库中获得模板后,未进行过图片填充的模板;
第二种情况:待填充的布局模板为在原始布局模板上填充了图片之后的 模板,也就是从布局模板库中获得模板后,在所获得的模板中进行过图片填充而得到的模板。
在本申请实施例中,当第一电子设备获取到待填充的布局模板后,第一电子设备可根据待填充的布局模板生成图片填充请求,其中,图片填充请求用于向其他用户请求对所述待填充的布局模板进行图片填充。具体的,图片填充请求可携带待填充的布局模板,或者图片填充请求可以携带待填充的布局模板参数信息以及待填充的布局模板内已填充的图片,其中,待填充的布局模板参数信息可以包括待填充的布局模板标识符和第一图片填充规则,第一图片填充规则用于指示待填充的布局模板内已填充的图片所填充的相格等信息。上述待填充的布局模板参数信息中包括的待填充布局模板标识符可以理解为:待填充的布局模板所对应的原始布局模板的标识符。
进一步的,在本申请的另一具体实现方式中,为了避免图片填充请求携带过多的信息导致发送不成功,图片填充请求可以仅仅携带第一下载信息,第一电子设备可将待填充的布局模板上传至服务器,或者第一电子设备可将待填充的布局模板参数信息以及待填充的布局模板内已填充的图片上传至服务器,并接收服务器返回的第一下载信息,将第一下载信息添加至图片填充请求中,从而使得接收图片填充请求的第二电子设备可根据第一下载信息进行下载信息并获取待填充的布局模板,其中,第一下载信息可以是服务器的地址链接。
在本申请的一种可选实现方式中,第一电子设备根据待填充的布局模板生成图片填充请求时,第一电子设备可以获取待填充的布局模板的参数信息,作为第一参数信息,并获取待填充的布局模板内已填充的图片,作为第一图片;将第一参数信息以及第一图片上传至服务器;服务器接收到上述第一参数信息和第一图片后,生成用于下载第一参数信息和第一图片的第一下载信息,并将第一下载信息发送至第一电子设备;第一电子设备接收到服务器返回的第一下载信息后,根据第一下载信息生成图片填充请求,这样第二电子设备接收到上述图片填充请求后,可以根据第一下载信息从服务器获得第一参数信息和第一图片,进而根据所获得的信息进行图片组合。
当然,上述图片填充请求中可以在携带前述待填充的布局模板、待填充 的布局模板参数以及待填充的布局模板内已填充的图片等信息中的一种或者几种的情况下,还携带上述第一下载信息,这样可以有效保证第二电子设备可以通过多种方式获得待填充的布局模板、已填充的图片等信息,提高成功进行图片组合的概率。
在本申请实施例中,用户可操作第一电子设备指定待填充的布局模板中所要填充的相格,从而第一电子设备可根据用户的操作生成指令信息,并将指令信息添加至图片填充请求中,其中,该指令信息用于指示第二电子设备进行填充的指定相格,从而使得接收到图片填充请求的第二电子设备根据指定的相格进行填充图片。
S101,将所述图片填充请求推送给第二电子设备。
在向第二电子设备推送上述图片填充请求之前,第一电子设备需知晓第二电子设备,具体的,第一电子设备可以通过用户直接设定的方式确定第二电子设备,另外,第一电子设备中可以预置有联系人列表,这样第一电子设备还可以通过上述联系人列表确定第二电子设备。
在本申请实施例中,用户可以操作第一电子设备,使得第一电子设备获取第一电子设备存储的预置联系人列表并进行显示,这样用户可以从显示的联系人列表中选择至少一个目标联系人,从而第一电子设备可接收到用户针对预置的联系人列表进行选择的至少一个目标联系人的选择操作,根据该选择操作获取至少一个目标联系人,并基于至少一个目标联系人确定各个联系人分别对应的第二电子设备,从而第一电子设备可将图片填充请求推送给至少一个第二电子设备,以使的第二电子设备根据图片填充请求对待填充的布局模板进行图片填充。
也就是说,第一电子设备可以接收针对预置联系人列表的联系人选择操作,然后获取该联系人选择操作选中的目标联系人,并确定所选中的目标联系人对应的电子设备,作为第二电子设备。其中,联系人选择操作选中的目标联系人可以仅仅对应一个联系人,也可以对应两个及两个以上联系人。另外,每个联系人可能对应一个或者一个以上电子设备,所以上述所选中的目标联系人对应的电子设备可能为一个或者一个以上,也就是上述第二电子设备对应至少一个电子设备。
S102,接收所述第二电子设备响应所述图片填充请求返回的图片填充信息。
在本申请实施例中,当第一电子设备将图片填充请求推送给第二电子设备后,第一电子设备可接收到第二电子设备响应图片填充请求返回的图片填充信息。其中,图片填充信息用于获取填充后的布局模板,所述填充后的布局模板为对所述待填充的布局模板进行图片填充后的布局模板。具体的,图片填充信息可以包括填充后的布局模板,或者图片填充信息可以包括填充后的布局模板的参数信息以及填充后的布局模板内已填充的图片,其中,待填充的布局模板参数信息可以包括待填充的布局模板标识符以及第二图片填充规则,第二图片填充规则用于指示填充后的布局模板内已填充的图片所填充的相格。上述待填充的布局模板参数信息中包括的待填充布局模板标识符可以理解为:待填充的布局模板所对应的原始布局模板的标识符。

具体的,当图片填充信息包括填充后的布局模板的参数信息以及填充后的布局模板内已填充的图片时,第一电子设备可根据填充后的布局模板的参数信息和填充后的布局模板内已填充的图片获取填充后的布局模板。其中,填充后的布局模板的参数信息可以包括:填充后的布局模板标识符以及图片填充规则。上述待填充的布局模板参数信息中包括的待填充布局模板标识符可以理解为:待填充的布局模板所对应的原始布局模板的标识符。第一电子设备根据上述参数信息中包含的标识符从布局模板库中获取相应的布局模板,也就是原始布局模板,并根据图片填充规则将已填充的图片填充至所获取布局模板中相应的相格上,进而获得填充后的布局模板,并可以在图片组合操作界面上显示填充后的布局模板。
当图片填充信息为第二下载信息时,第一电子设备可根据第二下载信息从服务器下载的信息包括以下两种情况:
第一种情况:填充后的布局模板;
第二种情况:填充后的布局模板的参数信息以及填充后的布局模板内已填充的图片。
在上述第二种情况下,第一电子设备可根据填充后的布局模板的参数信息和填充后的布局模板内已填充的图片获取填充后的布局模板。
进一步的,在得到填充后的布局模板后,可在图片组合操作界面上显示填充后的布局模板。在具体应用中,第一电子设备显示的填充后的布局模板可如图3所示。
在本申请实施例中,当用户对第一电子设备显示的填充后的布局模板所填充的图片不满意时,第一电子设备可向用户提供用于修改填充后的布局模板的操作界面,如删除填充后的布局模板中的某张图片。
在本申请实施例中,当第一电子设备显示的填充后的布局模板仍有未填 充的相格时,用户仍可对填充后的布局模板进行操作输入协同操作指令,从而第一电子设备可根据填充后的布局模板生成填充图片请求并发送给第二电子设备,请求第二电子设备继续填充布局模板。
在本申请实施例中,当第一电子设备显示的填充后的布局模板仍有未填充的相格时,用户可对填充后的布局模板进行图片填充。其中,第一电子设备可获取用户从相册中选择的待组合图片,将待组合图片填充至未填充的相格中,进而获得已填充的布局模板。当已填充的布局模板中没有未填充的相格时,用户可输入生成组合图片指令,从而第一电子设备可响应该指令,基于已填充的布局模板生成第一组合图片,该第一组合图片由多张图片组合而成,其中,多张图片可以理解为:两张及两张以上图片。
当第一电子设备生成第一组合图片后,第一电子设备可将第一组合图片分享至预设的应用中,如分享至微博和微信等应用中。
在本申请实施例中,第一电子设备可安装用于组合图片的应用程序,第一电子设备可通过该应用程序实施以上方式。
在本申请实施例提供的技术方案中,第一电子设备可获取待填充的布局模板,根据所述待填充的布局模板生成图片填充请求,将所述图片填充请求推送给第二电子设备,接收所述第二设备响应所述图片填充请求返回的图片填充信息,基于所述图片填充信息获取填充后的布局模板,根据所述填充后的布局模板进行图片组合,这使得第一电子设备可与其他电子设备协同进行图片组合,可降低与其他设备中的图片进行组合的复杂度,并增加图片组合过程中的互动性,提高操作趣味性。

S200,接收第一电子设备发送的图片填充请求,根据所述图片填充请求获取待填充的布局模板。
在本申请实施例中,当第二电子设备接收到图片填充请求后,第二电子设备可检测是否有承载该请求的应用程序,当第二电子设备检测没有承载该 请求的应用程序时,第二电子设备可提示用户下载承载该请求的应用程序。
在本申请实施例中,图片填充请求用于向其他用户请求对所述待填充的布局模板进行图片填充。具体的,图片填充请求可携带待填充的布局模板,或者图片填充请求可以携带待填充的布局模板参数信息以及待填充的布局模板内已填充的图片,其中,待填充的布局模板参数信息可以包括待填充的布局模板标识符和第一图片填充规则,第一图片填充规则用于指示待填充的布局模板内已填充的图片所填充的相格等信息。
需要说明的是,本申请实施例中所涉及的待填充的布局模板可以包括以下两种情况:
第一种情况:待填充的布局模板为原始布局模板,其中,原始布局模板可以理解为:从布局模板库中获得模板后,未进行过图片填充的模板;
第二种情况:待填充的布局模板为在原始布局模板上填充了图片之后的模板,也就是从布局模板库中获得模板后,在所获得的模板中进行过图片填充而得到的模板。
另外,本申请实施例中所涉及的、待填充的布局模板参数信息中包括的待填充布局模板标识符,可以理解为:待填充的布局模板所对应的原始布局模板的标识符。
进一步的,在本申请的另一实施例中,为了避免图片填充请求携带过多的信息导致发送不成功,图片填充请求可以仅仅携带第一下载信息,第一电子设备可将待填充的布局模板上传至服务器,或者第一电子设备可将待填充的布局模板参数信息以及待填充的布局模板内已填充的图片上传至服务器,并接收服务器返回的第一下载信息,将第一下载信息添加至图片填充请求中,从而使得接收图片填充请求的第二电子设备可根据第一下载信息进行下载信息并获取待填充的布局模板,其中,第一下载信息可以是服务器的地址链接。
也就是说,上述图片填充请求携带第一下载信息,其中,第一下载信息为:用于从服务器下载第一参数信息和第一图片的信息,第一参数信息为:待填充的布局模板的参数信息,第一图片为:待填充的布局模板内已填充的图片;
基于此,第二电子设备根据图片填充请求获取待填充的布局模板时,第 二电子设备可以根据第一下载信息,从服务器中下载第一参数信息以及第一图片,然后根据第一参数信息以及第一图片获取待填充的布局模板。
在本申请实施例中,当图片填充请求携带待填充的布局模板时,第二电子设备可解析图片填充请求获取待填充的布局模板;
当图片填充请求携带待填充的布局模板参数信息以及待填充的布局模板内已填充的图片时,第二电子设备可根据待填充的布局模板的参数信息和待填充的布局模板内已填充的图片获取填充后的布局模板。其中,待填充的布局模板的参数信息可以包括待填充的布局模板标识符以及图片填充规则。上述待填充的布局模板参数信息中包括的待填充布局模板标识符可以理解为:待填充的布局模板所对应的原始布局模板的标识符。第二电子设备根据上述参数信息中包含的标识符,从布局模板库中获取相应的布局模板,并根据图片填充规则将已填充的图片填充至所获取布局模板中相应的相格上,进而获得待填充的布局模板,并可以在图片组合操作界面上显示待填充的布局模板;
当图片填充请求携带第一下载信息时,第二电子设备可根据第一下载信息从服务器下载待填充的布局模板,并可在第二电子设备的图片组合操作界面上显示待填充的布局模板;或者第二电子设备可根据第一下载信息从服务器下载待填充的布局模板的参数信息以及待填充的布局模板内已填充的图片,并可根据待填充的布局模板的参数信息和待填充的布局模板内已填充的图片获取待填充的布局模板,并可在第二电子设备的图片组合操作界面上进行显示待填充的布局模板。在具体应用中,第二电子设备显示的待填充的布局模板可如图2所示。
在本申请实施例中,当第二电子设备获得并显示待填充的布局模板后,第二电子设备可提示用户对待填充的布局模板进行图片填充。进一步的,当图片填充请求携带用于指示第二电子设备进行填充的指定相格的指令信息时,第二电子设备可根据该指令信息进行提示用户对待填充的布局模板中的指定相格进行填充图片。
S201,获取被选择进行图片组合的目标待组合图片,将所述目标待组合图片填充至所述待填充的布局模板中,生成填充后的布局模板。
在本申请实施例中,用户可根据第二电子设备显示的待填充的布局模板, 通过操作页面浏览第二电子设备中存储的图片,例如:第二电子设备的相册中存储的图片,选择进行图片组合的目标待组合图片,其中,用户可根据第二电子设备显示的待填充的布局模板中未填充的相格选择相应数量的目标待组合图片,从而第二电子设备可获取被选择进行图片组合的目标待组合图片。
在本申请实施例中,若第一电子设备指定待填充的布局模板中可进行填充的相格时,则第二电子设备可将获得的目标待组合图片填充至指定的相格中。进一步的,若第一电子设备没有指定待填充的布局模板中可进行填充的相格时,第二电子设备可根据用户的操作将目标待组合图片填充至待填充的布局模板的相应的相格中,获得填充后的布局模板。其中,第二电子设备可显示填充后的布局模板,填充后的布局模板具体可参见图3示意图。
S202,根据所述填充后的布局模板生成图片填充信息,将所述图片填充信息发送给所述第一电子设备。
第二电子设备将图片填充信息发送给第一电子设备后,第一电子设备可以根据图片填充信息获取填充后的布局模板并根据填充后的布局模板进行图片组合,实现图片的组合。

在本申请实施例中,当第二电子设备获取到图片填充信息后,第二电子设备可将图片填充信息推送给第一电子设备,以使的第一电子设备根据图片填充信息获得填充后的布局模板。
在本申请实施例中,第二电子设备可对待填充的布局模板中所有未填充的相格进行图片填充,获得已填充的布局模板。第二电子设备可基于已填充的布局模板生成第二组合图片,如用户可针对已填充的布局模板输入生成组合图片指令,从而第二电子设备可响应该指令,基于已填充的布局模板生成第二组合图片,第二组合图片可由多张图片组合而成,上述多张图片可以理解为两张或者两张以上图片。
当第二电子设备生成第二组合图片后,第二电子设备可将第二组合图片分享至预设的应用中,如分享至微博和微信等应用中。

  1. 一种图片的组合方法,其特征在于,所述方法应用于第一电子设备,所述方法包括:
    获取待填充的布局模板,根据所述待填充的布局模板生成图片填充请求,其中,所述图片填充请求用于请求对所述待填充的布局模板进行图片填充;
    将所述图片填充请求推送给第二电子设备;
    接收所述第二电子设备响应所述图片填充请求返回的图片填充信息,其中,所述图片填充信息用于获取填充后的布局模板,所述填充后的布局模板为对所述待填充的布局模板进行图片填充后的布局模板;
    基于所述图片填充信息获取填充后的布局模板,根据填充后的布局模板进行图片组合。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取待填充的布局模板的步骤,包括:
    获取被选择进行图片填充的布局模板,将被选择的布局模板设置为待填充的布局模板。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取待填充的布局模板的步骤,包括:
    获取填充有至少一张图片的布局模板,将所述填充有至少一张图片的布局模板设置为待填充的布局模板。
  4. 如权利要求1-3中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述将所述图片填充请求推送给第二电子设备的步骤之前,还包括:
    接收针对预置联系人列表的联系人选择操作;
    获取所述联系人选择操作选中的目标联系人;
    确定所选中目标联系人对应的电子设备,作为第二电子设备。
  5. 如权利要求1-3中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述待填充的布局模板生成图片填充请求的步骤,包括:
    获取所述待填充的布局模板的参数信息,作为第一参数信息,并获取所述待填充的布局模板内已填充的图片,作为第一图片;
    将所述第一参数信息以及第一图片上传至服务器;
    接收所述服务器返回的第一下载信息,根据所述第一下载信息生成图片填充请求,其中,所述第一下载信息为:用于下载所述第一参数信息以及第一图片的信息。
  6. 如权利要求1-3中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述填充后的布局模板的信息包括第二下载信息,其中,所述第二下载信息为:用于从服务器下载第二参数信息和第二图片的信息,所述第二参数信息为:填充后的布局模板的参数信息,所述第二图片为:填充后的布局模板内已填充的图片;
    所述基于所述填充后的布局模板的信息获取填充后的布局模板的步骤,包括:
    根据所述第二下载信息,从服务器中下载所述第二参数信息以及第二图片;
    根据所述第二参数信息以及第二图片获取填充后的布局模板。
  7. 如权利要求1-3中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述填充后的布局模板进行图片组合的步骤,包括:
    当所述填充后的布局模板有未填充的相格时,获取待组合图片;
    将所述待组合图片填充至所述未填充的相格中,获得已填充的布局模板;
    基于所述已填充的布局模板生成第一组合图片。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述基于所述已填充的布局模板生成第一组合图片的步骤之后,还包括:
    将所述第一组合图片分享至预设的应用中。
  9. 一种图片的组合方法,其特征在于,所述方法应用于第二电子设备,所述方法包括:
    接收第一电子设备发送的图片填充请求,根据所述图片填充请求获取待填充的布局模板,其中,所述图片填充请求用于请求对所述待填充的布局模板进行填充;
    获取被选择进行图片组合的目标待组合图片,将所述目标待组合图片填充至所述待填充的布局模板中,获得填充后的布局模板;
    根据所述填充后的布局模板生成图片填充信息,将所述图片填充信息发送给所述第一电子设备,其中,所述图片填充信息用于获取所述填充后的布 局模板。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述根据所述填充后的布局模板生成图片填充信息,将所述图片填充信息发送给所述第一电子设备的步骤之后,还包括:
    基于所述填充后的布局模板生成第二组合图片;
    将所述第二组合图片分享至预设的应用中。
  11. 如权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述图片填充请求携带第一下载信息,其中,所述第一下载信息为:用于从服务器下载第一参数信息和第一图片的信息,所述第一参数信息为:待填充的布局模板的参数信息,所述第一图片为:所述待填充的布局模板内已填充的图片;
    所述根据所述图片填充请求获取待填充的布局模板的步骤,包括:
    根据所述第一下载信息,从服务器中下载所述第一参数信息以及第一图片;

    将所述第二参数信息以及第二图片上传至服务器;
    获取服务器返回的第二下载信息,将所述第二下载信息作为所述图片填充信息,其中,所述第二下载信息为:用于从服务器下载所述第二参数信息和第二图片的信息。
  13. 一种图片的组合装置,其特征在于,所述装置应用于第一电子设备,所述装置包括:
    生成单元,用于获取待填充的布局模板,根据所述待填充的布局模板生成图片填充请求,其中,所述图片填充请求用于请求对所述待填充的布局模板进行图片填充;
    推送单元,用于将所述图片填充请求推送给第二电子设备;
    第一接收单元,用于接收所述第二电子设备响应所述图片填充请求返回 的图片填充信息,其中,所述图片填充信息用于获取填充后的布局模板,所述填充后的布局模板为对所述待填充的布局模板进行图片填充后的布局模板;
    组合图片单元,用于基于所述图片填充信息获取填充后的布局模板,根据填充后的布局模板进行图片组合。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的装置,其特征在于,所述生成单元具体用于:
    获取被选择进行图片填充的布局模板,将被选择的布局模板设置为所述待填充的布局模板。
  15. 如权利要求13所述的装置,其特征在于,所述生成单元具体用于:
    获取填充有至少一张图片的布局模板,将所述填充有至少一张图片的布局模板设置为待填充的布局模板。
  16. 如权利要求13-15中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    第二接收单元,用于在所述推送单元向所述第二电子设备推送所述图片填充请求之前,接收针对预置联系人列表的联系人选择操作,获取所述联系人选择操作选中的目标联系人;
    确定单元,用于确定所选中目标联系人对应的电子设备,作为第二电子设备。
  17. 如权利要求13-15中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述生成单元,具体用于:
    获取待填充的布局模板,获取所述待填充的布局模板的参数信息,作为第一参数信息,并获取所述待填充的布局模板内已填充的图片,作为第一图片;将所述第一参数信息以及所述第一图片上传至服务器;接收所述服务器返回的第一下载信息,根据所述第一下载信息生成图片填充请求,其中,所述第一下载信息为:用于下载所述第一参数信息以及第一图片的信息。

    所述组合图片单元包括:
    第一下载子单元,用于根据所述第二下载信息,从服务器中下载所述第二参数信息以及第二图片;
    第一获取子单元,用于根据所述第二参数信息以及第二图片获取填充后的布局模板。

    第二获取子单元,用于当所述填充后的布局模板有未填充的相格时,获取待组合图片;
    第三获取子单元,用于将所述待组合图片填充至所述未填充的相格中,获得已填充的布局模板;
    生成图片子单元,用于基于所述已填充的布局模板生成第一组合图片。

    第一分享单元,用于在所述生成图片子单元生成第一组合图片之后,将所述第一组合图片分享至预设的应用中。

    第四接收单元,用于接收第一电子设备发送的图片填充请求,根据所述图片填充请求获取待填充的布局模板,其中,所述图片填充请求用于请求对所述待填充的布局模板进行填充;
    第二获取单元,用于获取进选择进行图片组合的目标待组合图片,将所述目标待组合图片填充至所述待填充的布局模板中,获得填充后的布局模板;

  22. 如权利要求21所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    生成图片单元,用于在所述发送单元将所述图片填充信息发送给所述第一电子设备之后,基于所述填充后的布局模板生成第二组合图片;
    第二分享单元,用于将所述第二组合图片分享至预设的应用中。
  23. 如权利要求21所述的装置,其特征在于,所述图片填充请求携带第 一下载信息,其中,所述第一下载信息为:用于从服务器下载第一参数信息和第一图片的信息,所述第一参数信息为:待填充的布局模板的参数信息,所述第一图片为:所述待填充的布局模板内已填充的图片;
    所述第二获取单元包括:
    第二下载子单元,用于根据所述第一下载信息,从服务器中下载所述第一参数信息以及第一图片;
    第四获取子单元,用于根据所述第一参数信息以及第一图片获取所述待填充的布局模板。
  24. 如权利要求21-23中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第四接收单元包括:
    第五获取子单元,获取所述填充后的布局模板的参数信息作为第二参数信息,并获取所述填充后的布局模板内已填充的图片,作为第二图片;
    第二上传数据子单元,用于将所述第二参数信息以及第二图片上传至服务器;
    第六获取子单元,用于获取服务器返回的第二下载信息,将所述第二下载信息作为所述图片填充信息,其中,所述第二下载信息为:用于从服务器下载所述第二参数信息和第二图片的信息。
  25. 一种图片组合系统,其特征在于,所述系统包括第一电子设备和第二电子设备,其中,所述第一电子设备包括如权利要求13-20任一项所述的装置,所述第二电子设备包括如权利要求21-24任一项所述的装置。
  26. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,所述电子设备包括:壳体、处理器、存储器、电路板和电源电路,其中,电路板安置在壳体围成的空间内部,处理器和存储器设置在电路板上;电源电路,用于为电子设备的各个电路或器件供电;存储器用于存储可执行程序代码;处理器通过读取存储器中存储的可执行程序代码来运行与可执行程序代码对应的程序,以用于执行权利要求1-8中任一项所述的图片的组合方法。
  27. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,所述电子设备包括:壳体、处理器、存储器、电路板和电源电路,其中,电路板安置在壳体围成的空间内部,处理器和存储器设置在电路板上;电源电路,用于为电子设备的各个电路或器 件供电;存储器用于存储可执行程序代码;处理器通过读取存储器中存储的可执行程序代码来运行与可执行程序代码对应的程序,以用于执行权利要求9-12中任一项所述的图片的组合方法。
  28. 一种应用程序,其特征在于,所述应用程序用于在运行时执行权利要求1-8中任一项所述的图片的组合方法。
  29. 一种应用程序,其特征在于,所述应用程序用于在运行时执行权利要求9-12中任一项所述的图片的组合方法。
  30. 一种存储介质,其特征在于,所述存储介质用于存储可执行代码,所述可执行代码用于在运行时执行权利要求1-8中任一项所述的图片的组合方法。
  31. 一种存储介质,其特征在于,所述存储介质用于存储可执行代码,所述可执行代码用于在运行时执行权利要求9-12中任一项所述的图片的组合方法。
