Abstract

L'invention porte sur un dispositif à main (100) qui permet de trancher et de presser un fruit en deux étapes de tranchage et d'extraction de jus. Le dispositif comprend une partie d'appui (144), une partie presse à fruits (148) et un ensemble lame (146) tous reliés au niveau d'une articulation commune. Un citron ou un autre fruit non tranché est placé dans la partie d'appui (144) du dispositif, et dans une première étape de tranchage, l'utilisateur saisit une poignée de lame pour faire tourner une lame (126) dans le fruit. Lors de la seconde étape d'extraction de jus, l'utilisateur saisit une poignée de la partie presse à fruits (148) et fait tourner la partie presse à fruits dans le fruit pour extraire le jus du fruit. Un entonnoir est fourni pour recueillir le jus. Il n'est pas nécessaire de trancher les citrons ou autres fruits au moyen d'un couteau avant l'extraction du jus ou de toucher le fruit tranché.
