具体实施方式
下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
请参阅图1,本实用新型实施例提供一种插拔模块100,所述插拔模块100可插入智能平板的主体部的插槽内或者从智能平板的主体部的插槽内拔出。其中,所述主体部可包括显示屏、触摸屏等,当所述插拔模块插入到所述插槽内时,所述主体部与所述插拔模块100电连接,其可显示来自所述插拔模块100传输的视频信号及识别用户的操作,并根据用户的操作生成相应的指令。
如图1所示,在本实用新型实施例中,所述插拔模块100具有第一侧面110,所述第一侧面110的同一端部设置有第一弹片10和第一拉手20。所述第一弹片10呈长条状,且所述第一弹片10的背对所述第一侧面110的第一表面设置有至少一个第一限位片11。以所述第一弹片10与所述第一拉手20相互靠近一端为相对端,另一端为远离端,所述远离端与所述第一侧面110相互固定,所述相对端设置有弹片拨头12,所述弹片拨头12与所述第一拉手20对应设置。
在本实用新型实施例中,所述第一弹片10可为由具有一定弹性的材料(例如,较薄的金属)制成的条状片体,其远离端固定在所述第一侧面110上,且除了所述远离端,所述第一弹片10的其余部分并不贴合所述第一侧面100(即与所述第一侧面110形成有间隙),因而当所述弹片拨头12受到外力的提拉时,可引起所述第一弹片10发生弹性的弯折形变。
在本实用新型实施例中,所述主体部的插槽内可设置有第一导轨200,所述第一导轨200上开设有与所述第一限位片11相对应的第一限位孔210。其中,当所述插拔模块100插入所述插槽内时,所述第一侧面110紧贴所述第一导轨200,且使得所述第一限位片11插入所述第一限位孔210内并被所述第一限位孔210卡死,从而实现了所述插拔模块110与所述第一导轨200的卡合连接。其中,较佳地,所述第一限位片11的数目为两个,并对称分布于所述第一表面的两侧。
在本实用新型实施例中,所述插拔模块100还具有与所述第一侧面110的所述端部相接的第二侧面120,所述第一拉手20包括第一把手22及两个第一连接臂21,其中,所述第一连接臂21的一端设置于所述第二侧面120上,所述第一把手22连接两个第一连接臂21的另一端,所述弹片拨头12位于所述第一拉手20下方。更具体地,所述弹片拨头12位于所述的两个第一连接臂21形成的间隙之间,并延伸至所述第一把手22的下方,如此,当所述弹片拨头12被向上提拉时,可穿过两个所述第一连接臂21之间的间隙并勾住所述第一把手22。
在本实用新型实施例中,为了使得所述弹片拨头12能勾住所述第一把手22,所述弹片拨头12的末端离所述第二侧面120的距离应略大于所述第一把手22离所述第二侧面120的距离,且所述弹片拨头12的朝向所述第一拉手20的顶面可设置成圆弧面,从而使得所述弹片拨头12向上运动时,其顶面与所述第一把手22圆滑接触。此外,为了保护所述弹片拨头12与所述第一把手22,所述弹片拨头12的顶面包裹有硅胶材料,避免二者因产生大的摩擦而导致表面出现滑痕。
在本实用新型实施例中,当需要从所述主体部的插槽内拔出所述插拔模块100时,可沿远离所述第一侧面110的方向托起所述弹片拨头12时,并使得所述弹片拨头12勾住所述第一把手22,所述第一弹片10发生弹性的弯折形变,所述第一限位片11沿托起的方向移动,并解除了被所述第一限位孔210卡死的状态,如此即可通过拉动所述第一把手22来实现所述插拔模块110在所述第一导轨200上的滑动,以使得所述插拔模块100从所述插槽内拔出。而当需要将所述插拔模块100插入所述插槽内时,可将所述插拔模块100直接插入所述插槽内,由于所述第一弹片10本身具有弹性,因而所述第一限位片11可自动嵌入所述第一导轨200上的第一限位孔210内。
综上所述,本实用新型实施例提供的插拔模块100,由于所述第一弹片10呈长条状且其远离端固定与所述第一侧面110上,因而可以起到弹片的作用。又由于所述第一弹片10与所述第一拉手20相对靠近放置,使得在抽拉所述插拔模块100时,把住所述第一把手22的同时可以操作所述第一弹片10的弹片拨头12,从而实现了单手抽拉所述插拔模块100,简化了操作的流程,提高了用户的使用体验。
为了便于对本实用新型的了解,下面将对本实用新型的一些优选实施例做更进一步的描述。
第一个优选实施例:
优选地,如图2和图3所示,所述弹片拨头12的与所述顶面相对的底面设置有凹槽122,用户的手指可通过所述凹槽122方便的向上托起所述弹片拨头12,一方面,可以对托起的位置进行定位,另一方面,也避免了托起时出现手滑的现象。
第二个优选实施例:
优选地,如图3所示,所述第一把手22具有朝向所述弹片拨头的内侧壁,所述内侧壁上设置有防滑纹221,所述防滑纹221可增加拉动所述第一把手22时的摩擦力,防止在拉动时出现打滑的现象。
第三个优选实施例:
优选地,请一并参阅图4,所述第一限位片11包括第一限位部111及第二限位部112,其中,所述第一限位部111大致呈长方体状,其长度和厚度均略小于所述第一限位孔210的长度和宽度,如此,当所述第一限位片11插入所述第一限位孔210内时,所述第一限位部111将卡合住所述第一限位孔210,因而此时,所述插拔模块100将被固定在所述第一导轨200上,无法相对所述第一导轨200进行滑动。
在本优选实施例中,所述第二限位部112的边缘呈弧形,且由于所述第二限位部112的边缘呈弧形,因而只需要所述第一限位部111脱离所述第一限位孔210,就可以实现所述插拔模块100在所述第一导轨200上滑动。具体地,当所述第二限位部112与所述第一限位孔210接触时,若受到水平方向的力,可将这个力分解为沿水平方向的力和沿垂直方向的力,其中,这个沿垂直方向的力可引起所述第一弹片10发生弹性的弯折形变,进而使得所述第二限位部112自动从所述第一限位孔210内脱离出。
在本优选实施例中,由于仅需使得所述第一限位部111脱离所述第一限位孔210就可以实现所述插拔模块100的拉动,节省了向上拨动所述弹片拨头12所需的力,方便了用户的使用和操作。
第四个优选实施例:
优选地,请一并参阅图5,在本实用新型实施例中,所述第一弹片10还具有与所述第一 表面相对的第二表面,所述第二表面设置有卡件14,所述第一侧面110开设有一个卡孔(图未示),所述卡件14的自由端穿过所述卡孔并进入所述插拔模块100的内部,所述第二侧面120上开设有与所述卡件的自由端对应的锁孔121。其中,具体地,所述锁孔121与所述第一侧面110的距离略大于所述卡件14的自由端到所述第一侧面110的距离。
其作用在于,所述锁孔121可接入一个螺丝122,且当所述螺丝122接入后,正好顶在所述卡件14的自由端,此时,所述第一弹片10被固定死,无法向上移动,只有当所述螺丝122被拧开后才可以操作所述第一弹片10,如此防止了所述插拔模块100被随意插拔或移动。
需要说明的是,在本实用新型实施例中,所述卡件14大致呈Γ型,从而方便所述螺丝122顶住所述卡件14的自由端。
第五个优选实施例:
当所述插拔模块100的体积较大时,仅通过一个拉手进行拉动可能会比较难,而且不易保持主机平衡。而且对于一些特定的场景,有时需要对插拔模块100的两侧均进行固定,以保证稳定性。
具体地,请一并参阅图6至图9,在本优选实施例中,所述插拔模块100还具有与所述第一侧面110相对的第三侧面130,所述第三侧面130的同一端部还设置有第二弹片30及第二拉手40,所述第二弹片30呈长条状并固定在所述第三侧面130上,所述第二拉手40安装在所述第二侧面120上;所述第二弹片30与所述第二拉手40相互靠近的一端设置有至少一个第二限位片32,所述第二限位片32的边缘呈弧形。
其中,所述插槽还包括与所述第二导轨200对应的第二导轨300,所述插拔模块100的第三侧面130设置于所述第二导轨300上,且所述第二限位片32插入位于所述第二导轨300上的第二限位孔310,从而实现两侧的同时固定。
如图7所示,在本优选实施例中,所述第二限位片32的边缘呈弧形,因而当通过拉动所述第二拉手40时,所述第二限位片32将在其边缘处受到的力分解为沿水平方向的力和沿垂直方向的力,其中,这个沿垂直方向的力可引起所述第二弹片30发生弹性形变,并呈向上弯曲的形态,进而使得所述第二限位片32自动从所述第二限位孔310内脱离出。
需要说明的是,为了方便拉动,所述第二把手42上也设置有防滑纹,从而增强了拉拔时的摩擦力,避免了拉动时出现手滑的现象。
本优选实施例中,通过加入所述第二弹片30及所述第二拉手40来辅助拉动所述插拔模块100,可使得整个拉动过程更平稳。
第六个优选实施例:
出于安全考虑,一般来说,所述插拔模块100还需要接地。因此,在本优选实施例中,所述插拔模块100还包括接地装置50,所述插拔模块100还具有第四侧面140,所述接地装置50包括至少两个接地弹片51及连接所述接地弹片51的接地板52,每个所述接地弹片51上开设有一个接地孔511,所述第四侧面140上开设有与所述接地孔对应的安装孔141,所述接地孔511嵌入所述安装孔141内。
其中,所述接地弹片51的接地孔511大致为半球结构,可保证与所述插拔模块100充分接触,又由于所述接地弹片51的数量为至少两个,因而可从多个方面防止接地不良导致的安全问题。
第七个优选实施例:
优选地,所述第一侧面110呈梯形,即所述插拔模块100整体呈梯形台结构(相应的,所述主体部的插槽的截面也是梯形的),如此,可保证所述插拔模块100正确的插入到所述插槽内,避免插入方向相反而引起接触端子(固定于与所述第一侧面相对的侧面)损坏,从而导致插拔模块100无法正常与所述主体部实现电连接。
本实用新型实施例还提供一种智能平板,所述智能平板包括主体部及上述的插拔模块100,其中,所述插拔模块100可插入所述智能平板的主体部的插槽内或者从所述主体部的插槽内拔出,且当所述插拔模块100插入到所述插槽内时,所述插拔模块100与所述主体部形成电连接。
本实用新型实施例提供的智能平板,由于所述第一弹片10呈长条状且其远离端固定与所述第一侧面110上,因而可以起到弹片的作用。又由于所述第一弹片10与所述第一拉手20相对靠近放置,使得在抽拉所述插拔模块100时,把住所述第一把手22的同时可以操作所述第一弹片10的弹片拨头12,从而实现了单手抽拉所述插拔模块100,简化了操作的流程,提高了用户的使用体验。
以上所述,仅为本实用新型的具体实施方式,但本实用新型的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本领域技术的技术人员在本实用新型公开的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本实用新型的保护范围之内。因此,本实用新型的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种插拔模块,具有第一侧面,其特征在于,包括设置于所述第一侧面同一端部的第一弹片和第一拉手;所述第一弹片呈长条状,且所述第一弹片的背对所述第一侧面的第一表面设置有至少一个第一限位片,以所述第一弹片与所述第一拉手相互靠近一端为相对端,另一端为远离端,所述远离端与所述第一侧面相互固定;所述相对端设置有弹片拔头,所述弹片拔头与所述第一拉手对应设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的插拔模块,其特征在于,所述第一限位片包括一体成型的第一限位部及第二限位部,所述第一限位部呈长方体状,并固定于所述第一表面上;所述第二限位部连接于所述第一限位部上,且所述第二限位部的边缘呈弧形。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的插拔模块,其特征在于,所述插拔模块还具有与所述第一侧面的所述端部相接的第二侧面;所述第一拉手包括第一把手及两个第一连接臂,所述的两个第一连接臂的一端设置于所述第二侧面,所述第一把手连接所述两个第一连接臂的另一端,所述弹片拔头设置于所述的两个第一连接臂之间。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的插拔模块,其特征在于,所述第二侧面呈梯形,所述插拔模块呈梯形台结构。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的插拔模块,其特征在于,所述第一把手具有朝向所述弹片拔头的内侧壁,所述内侧壁上设置有防滑纹。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的插拔模块,其特征在于,所述弹片拔头具有朝向所述第一拉手的顶面,所述顶面呈圆弧面,且所述顶面包裹有硅胶材料。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的插拔模块,其特征在于,所述弹片拔头的与所述顶面相对的底面设置有凹槽。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的插拔模块,其特征在于,所述第一弹片还具有与所述第一表面相对的第二表面,所述第二表面设置有卡件,所述第一侧面开设有一个卡孔,所述卡件的自由端穿过所述卡孔并进入所述插拔模块的内部,所述第二侧面上开设有与所述卡件的自由端 对应的锁孔。
  9. 根据权利要求3所述的插拔模块,其特征在于,所述插拔模块还具有与所述第一侧面相对的第三侧面,所述第三侧面的同一端部还设置有第二弹片及第二拉手,所述第二弹片呈长条状并固定在所述第三侧面上,所述第二拉手安装在所述第二侧面上;所述第二弹片与所述第二拉手相互靠近的一端设置有至少一个第二限位片,所述第二限位片的边缘呈弧形。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的插拔模块,其特征在于,所述插拔模块还包括接地装置,所述插拔模块还具有第四侧面,所述接地装置包括至少两个接地弹片及连接所述接地弹片的接地板,每个所述接地弹片上开设有一个接地孔,所述第四侧面上开设有与所述接地孔对应的安装孔,所述接地孔嵌入所述安装孔内。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的插拔模块,其特征在于,所述接地孔呈半球形。
  12. 一种智能平板,包括主体部,所述主体部开设有插槽,所述插槽内设置有至少一个第一限位孔,其特征在于,还包括如权利要求1至11任意一项所述的插拔模块,所述插拔模块插入所述插槽内,并使得所述第一限位片接入所述第一限位孔内。
