可拆卸式多用途台灯 技术领域
本发明涉及照明设备,特别涉及一种可拆卸式多用途台灯。
背景技术
台灯(Desk lamp)是人们生活中用来照明的一种家用电器,此电器主要放置在写字台或餐桌上,以供照明之用。台灯的光亮照射范围相对比较小和集中,因而不会影响到整个房间的光线,作用在在台灯周围,便于阅读、学习,节省能源。
相关技术中的台灯,一般包括灯座、连接于灯座上的灯杆及连接于灯杆上的灯头,通过灯头通过灯座中的电源供电。这种结构的台灯,其功能单一,只能作为台灯使用,不能满足人们人性化的要求。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少在一定程度上解决相关技术中的技术问题之一。为此,本发明的目的在于提出一种可拆卸式多用途台灯。
为了实现上述目的,一方面,本发明实施例的可拆卸式多用途台灯,包括:
灯座;
灯杆,所述灯杆的下端与所述灯座相连,所述灯杆的上端设有第一端子;
灯头,所述灯头包括壳体、设置于壳体上的照明单元及设置于壳体内的可充电电池,所述壳体的一端被构造成适于与所述灯杆的所述一端插拔连接,且所述壳体的所述一端设有第二端子;
当所述壳体的所述一端与所述灯杆的上端插接时,所述第一端子与所述第二端子相抵,以通过所述第一端子为所述照明单元供电以及为所述可充电电池供电,当所述壳体的所述一端从所述灯杆的上端拔出时,所述第一端子与所述第二端子分离,以通过所述可充电电池为所述照明单元供电。
根据本发明提供的可拆卸式多用途台灯,灯头与灯杆之间插拔连接,当灯头与灯杆的上端插接时,灯头内的第一端子与灯杆上的第二端子相抵,以通过第一端子为照明单元供电以及为可充电电池供电,当灯头从灯杆的上端拔出时,第一端子与第二端子分离,以通过可充电电池为所述照明单元供电。如此,在需要时,可以将灯头部分拔出作为独立的照明工具,可以随身携带,具有手电筒的功能,使用更加方便。

参照图1至图5所示,本发明实施例提供了一种可拆卸式多用途台灯,包括灯座10、灯杆11及灯头12。
具体的,灯杆11的下端与所述灯座10相连,所述灯杆11的上端设有第一端子1112,该第一端子1112可以接入市电,例如:在灯座10上设有与第一端子1112通过穿过灯杆11的导线连接电源插头,该电源插头与市电连接,并将市电通过灯杆11内的导线传导至第一端子1112上。在图1至图5示例中,灯杆11构造成扁状管体结构,当然,可以理解的是,灯杆11可以根据需要构造成不同形状,例如截面为圆形、方形等。此外,该灯杆11可以是直杆、也可以是带有一定弯曲角度的曲杆,还可以是又两根或两根以上的支杆枢转连接形成。
灯头12包括壳体121、设置于壳体121上的照明单元123及设置于壳体121内的可充电电池,所述壳体121的一端被构造成适于与所述灯杆11的所述一端插拔连接,且所述壳体121的所述一端设有第二端子。在图1至图5示例中,壳体121构造成与灯杆11相同的扁状管体结构,照明单元123位于壳体121的下表面。可以理解的是,灯头12也可以根据需要构造成其他形状。
当所述壳体121的所述一端与所述灯杆11的上端插接时,所述第一端子1112与所述第二端子相抵,以通过所述第一端子1112为所述照明单元123供电以及为所述可充电电池供电,当所述壳体121的所述一端从所述灯杆11的上端拔出时,所述第一端子1112与所述第二端子分离,以通过所述可充电电池为所述照明单元123供电。
也就是说,灯头12与灯杆11的上端之间是可拆卸连接的,而且,一方面,灯头12具有与第一端子1112对应的第二端子,当灯头12与灯杆11的上端插接在一起时,灯头12内的第二端子刚好与灯杆11上端的第一端子1112相抵形成电性接触,此时,可以通过第一端子1112接入的市电为照明单元123供电,照明单元123一般可以包括驱动电路及LED灯具,驱动电路将市电转换为直流电进而为LED灯具供电,使得LED灯具正常工作。另一方面,灯头12内还具有可充电电池,该可充电电池可以作为备用电源,当灯头12与灯杆11的上端分离时,也即是灯头12从灯杆11的上端拔出,此时,灯头12内的第二端子与灯杆11内的第一端子1112分离,市电断开,则可以通过可充电电池为照明单元123供电,使得 照明单元123能够正常工作。
根据本发明提供的可拆卸式多用途台灯,灯头12与灯杆11之间插拔连接,当灯头12与灯杆11的上端插接时,灯头12内的第一端子1112与灯杆11上的第二端子相抵,以通过第一端子1112为照明单元123供电以及为可充电电池供电,当灯头12从灯杆11的上端拔出时,第一端子1112与第二端子分离,以通过可充电电池为所述照明单元123供电。如此,在需要时,可以将灯头12部分拔出作为独立的照明工具,可以随身携带,具有手电筒的功能,使用更加方便。
在本发明的一个实施例中,灯杆11的上端具有一收容所述第一端子1112的收容腔1111,所述收容腔1111的一端敞开形成一对接口。所述壳体121的所述一端具有一适于自所述对接口插入所述收容腔1111中的插接部122,所述第二端子嵌设于所述插接部122内。在图3、图5示例中,收容腔1111内设置有装载头1114、第一端子1112安装于装载头1114上,且沿灯杆11的轴线延伸,而壳体121一端的插接部122上设有插孔,第二端子固定与插孔内。当插接部122与收容腔1111插接时,装载头1114上的第一端子1112插入至插接部122上的插孔内与第二端子接触。
也就是说,灯杆11的上端设置有收容腔1111,壳体121的所述一端设置有能够插入该收容腔1111内的插接部122,利用插接部122与收容腔1111的配合实现灯头12与灯杆11之间的插拔连接。而且,在插接部122插入至收容腔1111内时,其收容腔1111内的第一端子1112刚好与插接部122内的第二端子相抵形成电性接触。本实施例中,采用插接部122与收容腔1111插接配合的方式,可以确保灯头12与灯杆11插接后更加牢固可靠,不易脱离,同时结构简单,插拔方便。
在本发明的一个具体实施例中,壳体121为长条形,所述插接部122沿所述壳体121的长度方向延伸。例如图1至图5示例中,壳体121为扁状管体。插接部122可以是通过螺钉等紧固件固定于壳体121的一端,也可以是与壳体121一体成型的结构。
也就是说,插接部122的延伸方向与壳体121的长度方向一致,如此,一方面,可以使得结构更加简单,外观更加简洁美观,另一方面,在使用时,沿着壳体121的长度方向将插接部122插入至收容腔1111内即可,其使用更加方便。
有利的,在本发明的一个实施例中,插接部122上设有沿所述壳体121长度方向延伸的导向槽1222,所述收容腔1111的内壁设有沿与所述导向槽1222滑动配合导向筋1113。例如图3、图5示例中,在插接部122的上表面设置两个相互平行且沿壳体121长度方向延伸的导向槽1222,在插接部122的下表面设置一个壳体121长度方向延伸的导向槽 1222。对应的,在收容腔1111的内顶壁设有与插接部122的上表面两个导向槽1222相对应的两个导向筋1113,收容腔1111的内底壁设有与插接部122的下表面导向槽1222相对应导向筋1113。
在将灯头12上的插接部122与灯杆11上的收容腔1111相插接时,插接部122上的导向槽1222刚好与收容腔1111内的导向筋1113滑动配合,使得插接部122在导向槽1222与导向筋1113的导向作用下顺利的插入至收容腔1111内,同时,导向槽1222与导向筋1113的配合也起到定位作用,确保插接部122与收容腔1111插接时,插接部122上的第二端子刚好能够与收容腔1111内的第一端子1112相抵形成电性接触。由此,本实施例中的台灯,灯头12插拔连接更加可靠,插拔更加顺利,使用更加简单方便。
更为有利的,在本发明的一些实施例中,插接部122上设有挂孔1221,如此,在将灯头12从灯杆11上拔出作为独立的照明工具时,可以利用该挂孔1221将其挂在墙上等位置,使得灯头12单独使用时更加方便。
在本发明的一些实施例中,灯杆11包括支撑杆112及枢转杆111。支撑杆112的下端与所述底座相连。枢转杆111的一端通过一枢转机构13沿所述枢转杆111轴线可枢转地连接于所述支撑杆112的上端,所述枢转杆111的另一端形成有所述收容腔1111。
也就是说,枢转杆111的一端与支撑杆112的上端枢转连接,该枢转杆111可以绕着自身的轴线旋转,而灯头12与该枢转杆111的另一端插拔连接,如此,当灯头12插接在枢转杆111的所述另一端时,旋转该枢转杆111,则可以使得灯头12一同旋转,进而实现调节灯头12角度。例如在图3示例中,灯头12的壳体121为扁状管体,插接部122沿壳体121的轴线方向延伸,照明单元123设置于壳体121的下表面,在灯头12随着枢转杆111旋转时,则壳体121的下表面的照明单元123可以改变照射角度,如此,起到了角度调节功能,提供了使用的方便性。
有利的,本发明的一个实施例中,枢转机构13包括第一端盖131、第二端盖132、轴杆133及弹性件135。
具体的,第一端盖131固设于所述枢转杆111的所述一端。第二端盖132固设于所述支撑杆112的上端。例如图5示例中,第一端盖131及及第二端盖132通过螺钉分别固定于枢转杆111的所述一端和支撑杆112的上端。
轴杆133与所述枢转杆111、支撑杆112同轴设置且具有定位段1331及螺纹段1332,所述第一端盖131与所述定位段1331周向固定,所述第二端盖132与所述定位段1331可枢转连接。也即是第一端盖131与轴杆133是相对固定的可以同步旋转,而第一端 盖131又是和枢转杆111固定的,因此,枢转杆111可以与轴杆133同步旋转。第二端盖132与定位段1331可以沿轴杆133的轴线旋转,而第二端盖132又是和支撑杆112固定的,因此,支撑杆112与轴杆133是可以相对旋转的。
定位段1331套设一摩擦环134,所述摩擦环134位于所述第一端盖131和第二端盖132之间,所述螺纹段1332螺纹配合一定位螺母137。也就是说,摩擦环134位于第一端盖131和第二端盖132之间,且其一侧面是与第一端盖131相抵的,另一侧面是与第二端盖132相抵的。定位螺母137可以在螺纹段1332旋转而沿轴杆133的轴线移动一定距离。
弹性件135套设于所述定位段1331且位于所述第二端盖132和所述定位螺母137之间且处于被压缩状态,以提供所述第一端盖131、第二端盖132与摩擦环134之间正向压力,使得所述枢转杆111与所述支撑杆112相对转动时,所述第一端盖131、第二端盖132与摩擦环134之间产生摩擦力。
也就是说,弹性件135被夹持在第二端盖132和定位螺母137之间,而且定位螺母137与第二端盖132之间的间隙小于弹性件135自然状态时的长度,使其弹性件135处于压缩状态,如此,弹性件135在压缩状态下提供沿轴杆133轴线方向的正向压力,该正向压力作用于第二端盖132上,使得第二端盖132与摩擦环134紧贴,摩擦环134与第一端盖131紧贴,由此,当枢转杆111旋转时,由于正向压力的作用,使得第二端盖132与摩擦环134,摩擦环134与第一端盖131之间形成摩擦力,该摩擦力在枢转杆111与支撑杆112相对旋转时充当阻力,因此,可以使得枢转杆111转动至一定角度后能够可靠的停止在该位置,由此,实现灯具角度的可靠调节。
需要说明的是,由于定位螺母137可以在螺纹段1332旋转而移动,所以,可以通过调节定位螺母137在轴杆133上的位置进而调节弹性件135的压缩量,进而调节沿轴杆133轴线方向的正向压力,最终利用正向压力调节第二端盖132与摩擦环134,摩擦环134与第一端盖131之间的摩擦力。由此,如果需要枢转杆111与支撑杆112之间转动更紧固,则可以借助扳手等工具旋转定位螺母137使得定位螺母137沿靠近弹性件135的方向移动。如果需要枢转杆111与支撑杆112之间转动更轻松,则可以借助扳手等工具旋转螺母使得定位螺母137沿远离弹性件135的方向移动即可,其使用更加灵活方便。此外,在使用一定时间后,如果因磨损使得枢转杆111和支撑杆112之间的转动时变得松动了,则也可以通过旋转该定位螺母137使得定位螺母137沿靠近弹性件135的方向移动解决松动问题。
可以理解的是,弹性件135可以采用碟形弹簧或压簧等,可以直接套设于轴杆133上,且能够提供较大的弹性作用,进而增大摩擦力。
参照图6所示,在本发明的一个实施例中,定位段1331的横截面为非圆形,对应的,第一端盖131上设有与定位段1331横截面形状相适配的第一装配孔1311,第一端盖131通过第一装配孔1311过盈套配在定位段1331上,实现与轴杆133同步旋转。
定位段1331具有的圆弧面,第二端盖132上设置横截面为圆形的第二装配孔1321,第二端盖132通过该所述第二装配孔1321与所述定位段1331的圆弧面配合,实现可以与轴杆133相对枢转。
本实施例中,采用上述结构可以实现第一端盖131与轴杆133之间的固定以及第二端盖132与轴杆133之间的枢转,其结构简单,装配方便,固定和枢转均更加可靠。
在本发明的一个实施例中,枢转机构13还包括限位件136,该限位件136固定于所述定位段1331,且所述限位件136具有一缺口1361,所述第二端盖132上沿轴向凸出形成有一延伸至所述缺口1361中的凸起1322,当所述枢转杆111与所述支撑杆112相对转动时,所述凸起1322在所述缺口1361内相对滑动。
也就是说,限位件136与轴杆133是同步转动的,在枢转杆111与支撑杆112相对旋转时,限位件136上的缺口1361与第二端盖132上的凸起1322相对滑动。缺口1361的尺寸决定了凸起1322滑动的行程,而凸起1322是与第二端盖132是固定的,因此,凸起1322在缺口1361内滑动的行程限定了枢转杆111与支撑杆112相对旋转的角度范围。本实施例中,通过限位件136上的缺口1361与第二端盖132上的凸起1322之间的滑动配合实现了对枢转杆111与支撑杆112相对转动的角度进行限定,其结构简单牢固。
有利的,在本发明的一个示例中,限位件136具有一与所述定位段1331横截面形状相适配的第三装配孔,该限位件136通过该第三装配孔过盈套配在定位段1331,进而实现与轴杆133同步旋转,其结构简单,装配方便,周向固定牢固可靠。
在本发明的一个实施例中,枢转机构13还包括第一耐磨片139及第二耐磨片138,第一耐磨片139套设于所述轴杆133且位于所述限位件136和弹性件135之间。第二耐磨片138套设于所述轴杆133且位于所述弹性件135和所述定位螺母137之间。如此,通过第一耐磨片139和第二耐磨片138可以对限位件136、定位螺母137等起到保护作用,避免轴杆133旋转时对限位件136和定位螺母137造成磨损,提高其使用的可靠性。
示例性的,第一耐磨片139设有一非圆形的第四装配孔,且第一耐磨片139通过第四装配孔过盈套配在轴杆133的定位段1331,第二耐磨片138设有一非圆形的第五装配孔,且第二耐磨片138通过第五装配孔过盈套配在轴杆133的定位段1331。如此,当轴杆133旋转时,第一耐磨片139和第二耐磨片138可以随轴杆133同步旋转,由此,第一耐磨 片139与第二耐磨片138与弹性件135之间形成摩擦力,进而增大旋转阻力,提高其角度调节的可靠性。
在本发明的一些实施例中,支撑杆112包括第一杆体1122及第二杆体1121,所述第一杆体1122的下端与所述灯座10相连;所述第二杆体1121的一端可沿与所述第一杆体1122垂直的轴线可枢转地连接于所述第一杆体1122的上端,所述第二杆体1121的另一端通过所述枢转机构13与所述枢转杆111相连。
也就是说,支撑杆112构造成有第一杆体1122和第二杆体1121铰接形成的转动结构,第一杆体1122与第二杆体1121可以相对转动形成一定的夹角,如此,可以通过调节的第一杆体1122和第二杆体1121之间的夹角,进而调节灯头12的俯仰角度。
由此,利用支撑杆112调节灯头12的俯仰角度,利用枢转杆111调节灯头12的水平倾斜角度,进而实现灯头12可以根据需要任意调节角度,进一步提高使用的便利性。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可拆卸式多用途台灯,其特征在于,包括:
    灯座;
    灯杆,所述灯杆的下端与所述灯座相连,所述灯杆的上端设有第一端子;
    灯头,所述灯头包括壳体、设置于壳体上的照明单元及设置于壳体内的可充电电池,所述壳体的一端被构造成适于与所述灯杆的所述一端插拔连接,且所述壳体的所述一端设有第二端子;
    当所述壳体的所述一端与所述灯杆的上端插接时,所述第一端子与所述第二端子相抵,以通过所述第一端子为所述照明单元供电以及为所述可充电电池供电,当所述壳体的所述一端从所述灯杆的上端拔出时,所述第一端子与所述第二端子分离,以通过所述可充电电池为所述照明单元供电。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可拆卸式多用途台灯,其特征在于,所述灯杆的上端具有一收容所述第一端子的收容腔,所述收容腔的一端敞开形成一对接口;所述壳体的所述一端具有一适于自所述对接口插入所述收容腔中的插接部,所述第二端子嵌设于所述插接部内。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的可拆卸式多用途台灯,其特征在于,所述壳体为长条形,所述插接部沿所述壳体的长度方向延伸。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的可拆卸式多用途台灯,其特征在于,所述插接部上设有沿所述壳体长度方向延伸的导向槽,所述收容腔的内壁设有沿与所述导向槽滑动配合导向筋。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的可拆卸式多用途台灯,其特征在于,所述插接部上设有挂孔。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的可拆卸式多用途台灯,其特征在于,所述灯杆包括:支撑杆,所述支撑杆的下端与所述底座相连;
    枢转杆,所述枢转杆的一端通过一枢转机构沿所述枢转杆轴线可枢转地连接于所述支撑杆的上端,所述枢转杆的另一端形成有所述收容腔。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的可拆卸式多用途台灯,其特征在于,所述枢转机构包括:
    第一端盖,所述第一端盖固设于所述枢转杆的所述一端;
    第二端盖,所述第二端盖固设于所述支撑杆的上端;
    轴杆,所述轴杆与所述枢转杆、支撑杆同轴设置且具有定位段及螺纹段,所述第一端盖与所述定位段周向固定,所述第二端盖与所述定位段可枢转连接;所述定位段套设一摩擦环,所述摩擦环位于所述第一端盖和第二端盖之间,所述螺纹段螺纹配合一定位螺母;
    弹性件,所述弹性件套设于所述定位段且位于所述第二端盖和所述定位螺母之间且处于被压缩状态,以提供所述第一端盖、第二端盖与摩擦环之间正向压力,使得所述枢转杆与所述支撑杆相对转动时,所述第一端盖、第二端盖与摩擦环之间产生摩擦力。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的可拆卸式多用途台灯,其特征在于,所述枢转机构还包括:
    限位件,所述限位件固定于所述定位段,且所述限位件具有一缺口,所述第二端盖上沿轴向凸出形成有一延伸至所述缺口中的凸起,当所述枢转杆与所述支撑杆相对转动时,所述凸起在所述缺口内相对滑动。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的可拆卸式多用途台灯,其特征在于,所述枢转机构还包括:
    第一耐磨片,所述第一耐磨片套设于所述轴杆且位于所述限位件和弹性件之间;第二耐磨片,所述第二耐磨片套设于所述轴杆且位于所述弹性件和所述定位螺母之间。
  10. 根据权利要求6至9中任一项所述的可拆卸式多用途台灯,其特征在于,所述支撑杆包括:
    第一杆体,所述第一杆体的下端与所述灯座相连;
    第二杆体,所述第二杆体的一端可沿与所述第一杆体垂直的轴线可枢转地连接于所述第一杆体的上端,所述第二杆体的另一端通过所述枢转机构与所述枢转杆相连。
