[0002] 目前国内外现有的防护衣, 可依据使用材料的不同分为硬质、 半柔质和软质三 种。 其中, 硬质防护衣是采用金属材料作为防护层, 主要是将盔甲整体性的结 构进行改进, 如将金属分割成为荷叶边形或其他形状的多边形等; 半柔防护衣 主要采用柔性高强纤维材料与金属编织结构复合。 金属编织结构为金属圈、 金 属片; 高强纤维材料有凯夫拉 (Kevlar)、 超高相对分子质量聚乙烯 (UHMWPE)、 碳纤维、 玻璃纤维等。 半柔防护材料可使防护衣重量减轻, 手感变软等, 提高 人员穿着吋的舒适和灵活性能。 虽然硬质和半柔防护材料防穿透性能优异, 但 其重量和刚性对于人体活动仍有较大的影响, 无法保证人在运动过程中的灵活 性。
