Description
本发明涉及通信领域,尤其涉及一种处理事故信息的方法和装置。
车载紧急救援是指当车辆发生事故时,将车辆及车上人员、事故相关数据上报给一个指定的公共安全响应平台,用于对事故进行人员及车辆的救助。
车辆发生事故时,车载终端上的通信设备将救援数据发送到公共安全响应点(Public-Safety Answering Point,PSAP)平台,PSAP平台解析得到救援数据后,并分别发送给交通、卫生、安全等系统实施救援。现有技术没有考虑多车连撞或在相近区域、相近时间内出现多起事故的情况,由于每台车均会向PSAP平台发送紧急救援数据,导致救援数据发送的效率不高,而且PSAP平台单独处理每条救援数据,不了解相近区域、相近时间的事故情况,不能合理利用救援资源。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种处理事故信息的方法,使得服务平台能够合理利用救援资源。
第一方面,提供了一种处理事故信息的方法,该方法包括:第一车载终端确定第一车辆发生的第一事故和第二车辆发生的第二事故是否属于相近事故,该第一车载终端配置在该第一车辆上,第二车载终端配置在该第二车辆上,该相近事故为在第一区域内和第一时间段内发生的事故;该第一车载终端在确定该第一事故和该第二事故属于相近事故后,向服务平台发送指示信息,该指示信息用于指示该第一事故和该第二事故属于相近事故。
通过对多起事故进行判断,使得服务平台可以清楚地了解事故情况,从而能够合理利用救援资源。

可选地,该第一车载终端可以获取第一事故的事故信息和接收第二事故的事故信息,并根据第一事故的事故信息和第二事故的事故信息来确定第一事故和第二事故是否属于相近事故。例如,可以根据第一事故发生的时间和第二事故发生的时间、第一事故发生的地点和第二事故发生的地点确定。

应理解,在本发明实施例中,车载终端可以经无线接入网(Radio Access Network,简称为“RAN”)与一个或多个核心网进行通信,该车载终端可称为接入终端、用户设备(User Equipment,简称为“UE”)、用户单元、用户站、移动站、移动台、远方站、远程终端、移动设备、用户终端、终端、无线通信设备、用户代理或用户装置。接入终端可以是蜂窝电话、无绳电话、会话启动协议(Session Initiation Protocol,简称为“SIP”)电话、无线本地环路(Wireless Local Loop,简称为“WLL”)站、个人数字处理(Personal Digital Assistant,简称为“PDA”)、具有无线通信功能的手持设备、计算设备或连接到无线调制解调器的其它处理设备、车载设备、可穿戴设备以及未来(5Generation,5G)网络中的终端设备。
车载紧急救援系统可以分为定位子系统,车载子系统,通信网络子系统,服务平台子系统四部分。定位子系统为车载设备实现位置定位提供参考信号,如全球导航卫星系统(global navigation satellite system,GNSS)、北斗,全球定位系统(Global Positioning System,GPS)等;车载子系统可以完成事故信息感知,事故信息处理,事故信息传输。其中事故信息感知是指通过传感器感知发生车辆碰撞,并获取事故信息;事故信息处理是指将传感器获取的事故信息进行综合处理及打包;事故信息传输是指通过无线的方式实现事故信息的传输;通信网络子系统用于将事故信息传输至服务平台子系统,并支持车载子系统与服务平台子系统之间的语音通话。服务平台子系统包括第一平台、紧急救援平台、公共安全响应点(Public-Safety Answering Point,PSAP)数据库、公安、医疗、保险等紧急救援平台,服务平台子系统用于接收事故信息,及实施救援。
图1示出了车载紧急救援系统的架构图。如图1所示,当车辆发生事故时,车辆上的车载子系统通过通信网络子系统将根据GNSS定位子系统获取的位置信息、事故发生时间以及车辆信息等事故信息发送到服务平台子系统中,具体地,事故信息通过无线网络通信系统发送到信息业务供应商(Telematics Service Provider,TSP)平台,TSP平台也可以称为第一平台,TSP平台再将事故信息转发到紧急救援平台,其中,紧急救援平台包括人员救援平台和车辆救援平台,人员救援平台和车辆救援平台分别根据各自的PSAP数据库实施救援,例如,紧急救援平台可以呼叫保险、公安、医疗等系统对数据进行处理。
当车辆发生事故时,车载终端可以有两种发送事故信息的方式,一种是直接将事故信息发送到PSAP平台,PSAP平台解析得到事故信息后,根据事故信息实施救援;另一种是车载终端通过与TSP平台的数据连接发送事故信息,TSP平台再将数据转发到PSAP救援平台。TSP平台可以解析终端发送的事故信息,增加用户的补充信息,并过滤用户重复发送的信息。TSP平台可以是统一的车载终端管理平台方案,即整合各车厂车载终端管理平台,统一面向后方业务平台,业务平台包括车载紧急救援的PSAP平台。
图1示出了应用于本发明实施例的一种车载紧急救援系统。下面将结合图2对本发明实施例提供的处理事故信息的方法100进行详细描述。如图2所示,该方法100分别由车载终端1、车载终端2、车载终端3、TSP平台以及PSAP平台执行,车载终端1配置在车辆1上,车载终端2配置在车辆2上,车载终端3配置在车辆3上,该方法100包括:
S101和S102,车载终端1和车载终端2分别向TSP平台上报车辆1发生的第一事故的事故信息和车辆2发生的第二事故的事故信息,该第一事故和该第二事故可以为车载终端1和车载终端2共同涉及的事故,该第一事故和该第二事故也可以是不同的事故,该事故信息可以包括事故发生时间、事故发生地点、车辆类型、车辆标识、车辆方向、车辆速度、车辆近一段时间或距离的位置信息;
S103,TSP平台根据第一事故发生的时间和地点、以及第二事故发生的时间和地点,判断第一事故和第二事故是否为相近事故,若是,则执行步骤S104,相近事故是指在第一区域内和第一时间段内发生的事故,TSP平台可以判断第一事故发生的时间与第二事故发生的时间是否在指定的时间段内,
例如,该指定的时间段可以是上午8:00~上午8:10,以及判断第一事故发生的地点和第二事故发生的地点是否在指定的区域内,例如,该指定的区域可以指第一事故与第二事故发生的直线距离在10公里内,该第一时间段的时间间隔和第一区域可以由TSP平台设定;
S104,TSP平台在确定该第一事故和第二事故属于相近事故后,向PSAP平台发送第一事故和第二事故的事故信息及指示信息,该指示信息用于指示该第一事故和该第二事故属于相近事故,具体的,该指示信息可以是包括第一事故的事故信息和第二事故的事故信息,也可以是在第一事故的事故信息已经发送到PSAP平台的情况,指示信息包括第二事故的事故信息和标识信息,该标识信息用于标识第一事故,在第一事故和第二事故的事故信息均已分别发送至PASP平台的情况下,该指示信息还可以是单独用于指示相近事故的信息。其中,该标识信息可以是事故中涉及的车辆的标识信息。若TSP平台判断该第一事故和该第二事故不属于相近事故,则TSP平台可以分别向PSAP平台发送该第一事故的事故信息和该第二事故的事故信息;
S105和S106,PSAP平台分别向车载终端1和车载终端2呼叫确认事故。车载终端1和车载终端2也可以通过主动呼叫PSAP平台的方式确认事故情况,随后PSAP进行救援处理,其中车载终端主动呼叫PSAP平台可以与发送事故信息同时发生;
S107,当PSAP平台获得第一事故及第二事故的事故信息并成功解析到指示信息后,向TSP平台返回数据上报成功响应;
S108,TSP平台接收到数据上报成功响应之后,保存该指示信息,具体地,若该第一事故和该第二事故属于相近事故,TSP平台可以单独保存该指示信息,也可以在第一事故的事故信息中添加第二事故的标识信息,还可以是在第二事故的事故信息中添加第一事故的标识信息,其中所添加的第一事故的标识信息或第二事故的标识信息可以是第一事故或第二事故涉及车辆的标识信息;若该第一事故和该第二事故不属于相近事故,则TSP平台可以分别保存该第一事故的事故信息和该第二事故的事故信息。本文不限定TSP平台实现该步骤的具体实现方式。该保存的指示信息或事故信息可以保存指定的时间长度,例如,可以保存30分钟;
S109和S110,TSP平台分别向车载终端1和车载终端2返回数据上报成功响应;
S111,PSAP平台可以根据该指示信息对第一事故和第二事故共同进行救援处理。例如,若PSAP平台收到该指示信息,则PSAP平台可以将该指示信息中涉及的第一事故的事故信息和第二事故的事故信息发送给同一个接线员处理,并将该指示信息发送给交通、卫生、安全等系统,避免相近事故通过多条消息发送到不同接线员,不同接线员多次处理,造成交通、医疗系统不了解相近事故的情况,无法合理调度救援资源;若PSAP平台已处理第一事故,即已将第一事故的事故信息发送给接线员,则当PSAP平台收到第二事故的事故信息及指示信息后,可以将第二事故的事故信息发送给与处理第一事故相同的接线员处理,避免相近事故通过多条消息发送到不同接线员,不同接线员多次处理,无法合理调度救援资源;若PSAP平台没有接收到该指示信息,而是分别接收到第一事故的事故信息和第二事故的事故信息,则PSAP平台可以确定该第一事故和该第二事故不属于相近事故,则PSAP平台可以根据该第一事故的事故信息对该第一事故进行救援处理,以及根据该第二事故的事故信息对该第二事故进行救援处理;
S112,车载终端3向TSP平台上报车载终端3涉及的第三事故的事故信息,该第三事故的事故信息至少包括事故发生时间、事故发生地点、车辆类型、车辆标识、车辆方向、车辆速度、车辆近一段时间或距离的位置信息;
S113,TSP平台接收到第三事故的事故信息之后,根据时间信息和位置信息判断与已有的事故是否是相近事故,若是,则跳转到步骤S114。例如,可以比较该第三事故的事故信息与之前保存的指示信息中涉及的任一事故的发生时间和地点;

因此,本发明实施例的处理事故信息的方法,TSP平台通过对多起事故进行判断,并在判断多起事故属于相近事故后,向PSAP平台发送指示信息,使得PSAP平台能够对属于相近事故的事故合并处理,从而能够合理利用救援资源。

S201和S202,车载终端1和车载终端2分别向PSAP平台上报车辆1发生的第一事故的事故信息和车辆2发生的第二事故的事故信息,该第一事故和该第二事故可以为车辆1和车辆2共同发生的事故,该第一事故和该第二事故也可以是不同的事故,该事故信息可以包括事故发生时间、事故发生
地点、车辆类型、车辆标识、车辆方向、车辆速度、车辆近一段时间或距离的位置信息;
S203和S204,当PSAP平台成功解析到该第一事故的事故信息和该第二事故的事故信息后,保存第一事故和第二事故的事故信息,并分别向车载终端1和车载终端2返回数据上报成功响应;

S209,车载终端3向PSAP平台上报车载终端3涉及的第三事故的事故信息,该第三事故的事故信息至少包括事故发生时间、事故发生地点、车辆类型、车辆标识、车辆方向、车辆速度、车辆近一段时间或距离的位置信息;
S210,PSAP平台接收到第三事故的事故信息之后,根据时间信息和位置信息判断与已有的事故是否是相近事故,若是,则标记第三事故与已有事

S301,车载终端1、车载终端2和车载终端3所在的车辆先后发生了事故,该事故可以是车载终端1、车载终端2和车载终端3所在的车辆分别发生的事故,也可以是任两个车载终端所在的车辆共同涉及的事故,还可以是该3个车载终端所在的车辆共同涉及的事故,本发明不限定;
S302,车载终端1、车载终端2和车载终端3分别生成第一广播消息、第二广播消息和第三广播消息。具体地,该第一广播消息用于广播该车载终端1涉及的第一事故,该第二广播消息用于广播该车载终端2涉及的第二事故,该第三广播消息用于广播该车载终端3涉及的第三事故,该第一广播消息还可以包括车载终端1生成的第一随机数字,该第二广播消息还可以包括车载终端2生成的第二随机数字,该第三广播消息还可以包括车载终端3生成的第三随机数字;
S303,车载终端互相接收周围车辆生成的广播消息,检测到其他车载终端所在的车辆也发生了事故。具体地,若车载终端1接收到第二广播消息和第三广播消息,可以获知车载终端2和车载终端3分别发生了事故,车载终端1可以根据接收广播消息的信号强度判断车载终端2和车载终端3与本车的距离,信号强度在一定范围内,则可以表示车载终端2和/或车载终端3与车载终端1分别涉及的事故属于相近事故。例如,可以设定以接收的信号强度大于60dBm为门限值,若车载终端1接收第二广播消息的强度为50dBm,则车载终端1可以确定第二事故和第一事故不属于相近事故,若车载终端1接收第二广播消息的强度为66dBm,车载终端1接收第三广播消息的强度为70dbm,则车载终端1可以确定第二事故、第三事故以及第一事故属于相近事故。
车载终端在确定周围车辆发生的事故与本车发生的事故属于相近事故后,可以进一步确定向PSAP平台发送指示信息的车载终端。例如,车载终端1可以比较第一随机数字、第二随机数字以及第三随机数字的大小,判断自身是否是随机数字最大的车载终端,若是,则可以将车载终端1确定为向PSAP平台发送指示信息的车载终端,该指示信息包含第一事故、该第二事故以及该第三事故的事故信息中的一个或多个,该指示信息还用于指示PSAP平台属于相近事故的事故标识。
车载终端2和车载终端3将执行与本步骤中车载终端1相同的逻辑。
S304和S305,若在步骤S303中确定出车载终端1为向PSAP平台发送指示信息的车载终端,则车载终端2和车载终端3可以将第二事故的事故信息和第三事故的事故信息分别发送给车载终端1,以便于车载终端1生成指示信息,可选的第二事故的事故信息还可以包含在第二广播消息中,第三事故的事故信息还可以包含在第三广播消息中。
具体的,车载终端1可以在指示信息中包含第一事故、该第二事故以及第三事故的事故信息,该指示信息同时可以指示第一事故、该第二事故以及第三事故属于相近事故;或指示信息中包含第一事故、第二事故、第三事故的任意一个事故的事故信息,并在指示信息中包含与所包含事故信息对应的事故属于相近事故的标识信息,在此情况车载终端1还应该再次发送在该指示信息中未包含的其它相近事故的事故信息。例如,指示信息中包含第一事故的事故信息,并包含用于标识第二事故和第三事故的标识信息,具体的可以在第一事故的事故信息中添加车载终端2和车载终端3分别所在的车辆的标识信息。
S306,车载终端1可以将生成的指示信息发送给PSAP平台,以便于该PSAP平台根据该指示信息对该第一事故、第二事故和第三事故共同进行救援处理。
S307,当PSAP平台成功解析到该指示信息后,PSAP平台向车载终端1返回数据上报成功响应。
因此,本发明实施例的处理事故信息的方法,车载终端通过对多起事故进行判断,并将判断结果发送给PSAP平台,使得PSAP平台能够对属于相近事故的事故合并处理,从而能够合理利用救援资源。
上文中结合图2至图4,从各设备交互的角度详细描述了根据本发明实施例的处理事故信息的方法,下面将分别从服务平台、车载终端的角度描述本发明实施例的处理事故信息的方法。
图5示出了根据本发明实施例的处理事故信息的方法400的示意性框图,该方法400可以由服务平台执行,例如可以由PSAP平台执行或TSP平台执行,如图5所示,该方法400包括:
S410,服务平台确定第一事故和第二事故是否属于相近事故,该相近事故为在第一区域内和第一时间段内发生的事故;
S420,该服务平台在确定该第一事故和该第二事故属于相近事故后,对该第一事故和/或该第二事故进行救援。
具体而言,服务平台可以先确定第一事故和第二事故是否属于相近事故,例如,可以根据接收到第一事故的事故信息和第二事故的事故信息,具体地,可以判断第一事故发生的时间和第二事故发生的时间是否在第一时间段内,且该第一事故发生的地点和该第二事故发生的地点是否在第一区域
内,该第一时间段的时间间隔和该第一区域是根据具体情况设置的,例如该第一时间段的时间间隔可以是10分钟,该第一区域可以是事故之间的距离在10公里以内。服务平台在确定该第一事故和该第二事故属于相近事故之后,可以对该第一事故/或该第二事故进行救援处理。
因此,本发明实施例的处理事故信息的方法,通过对多起事故进行判断,使得服务平台可以清楚地了解事故情况,从而能够合理利用救援资源。
应理解,在本申请中,事故可以是指造成人员伤亡的重大事故,也可以是指车辆轻微的剐蹭事故,还可以是人员、车辆都没有损失,但有一方违反交通规则需要问责的情况,任何涉及到保险、公安、医疗等方面的都可以称为本发明实施例涉及的事故。
在本申请中,是以第一事故和第二事故为例对相近事故进行处理,只要是在指定区域指定时间段内发生的事故都算相近事故,在本发明实施例中还可以涉及第三事故,第四事故等,本发明对此不够成限定。
可选地,服务平台可以是根据上述举例中的接收到第一事故的事故信息和第二事故的事故信息,确定第一事故和第二事故是否属于相近事故,该接收第一事故的事故信息和第二事故的事故信息的先后顺序在此不作限定,可以是先接收第一事故的事故信息,后接收第二事故的事故信息;也可以是先接收第二事故的事故信息,后接收第一事故的事故信息;还可以同时接收第一事故的事故信息和第二事故的事故信息,比如说服务平台有多个接收通道。具体地,该第一事故的事故信息可以包括第一事故发生的时间和地点,该第二事故的事故信息可以包括第二事故发生的时间和地点,服务平台可以判断该第一事故发生的时间和第二事故的时间是否都在第一时间段内,且判断该第一事故发生的地点和第二事故发生的地点是否都在第一区域内,以此来确定第一事故和第二事故是否属于相近事故。服务平台也可以根据其他事故信息来判断。
可选地,在本发明实施例中,该服务平台可以是TSP平台。具体地,该TSP平台可以根据车载终端发送的指示信息确定该第一事故和该第二事故属于相近事故;例如,可以是车载终端判断第一事故和第二事故是否属于相近事故,并向服务平台发送指示信息,该指示信息用于指示该第一事故和第二事故属于相近事故。该TSP平台也可以根据车载终端发送的第一事故的事故信息和第二事故的事故信息中的时间信息和位置信息确定第一事故和第
二事故是否属于相近事故,若属于,则生成指示信息,该指示信息用于指示该第一事故和该第二事故属于相近事故。在TSP平台无论通过何种方式确定该第一事故和该第二事故属于相近事故后,TSP平台可以向PSAP平台发送该指示信息,以便于该PSAP平台根据该指示信息对第一事故和/或第二事故进行救援处理。
可选地,在本发明实施例中,该服务平台可以是PSAP平台。具体地,该PSAP平台可以根据车载终端或TSP平台发送的指示信息确定该第一事故和该第二事故属于相近事故,即该指示信息可以是车载终端经过判断生成的,也可是TSP平台经过判断生成的。该指示信息用于指示该第一事故和该第二事故属于相近事故。该PSAP平台还可以根据车载终端发送的或经由TSP平台转发的第一事故的事故信息和第二事故的事故信息中的时间信息和位置信息确定第一事故和第二事故是否属于相近事故,若属于,PSAP平台标记第一事故和第二事故为相近事故的指示信息,并根据指示信息对该第一事故和/或第二事故进行救援处理。
应理解,PSAP平台在确定第一事故和第二事故属于相近事故之后,PSAP平台可以是只对第一事故进行救援处理,也可以是只对第二事故进行救援处理,例如,PSAP平台可以先根据接收的第一事故的事故信息对第一事故进行救援处理,在对第一事故进行救援处理的过程中接收到判断第二事故和第一事故属于相近事故的指示信息,PSAP平台可以根据该指示信息对第二事故进行救援处理;PSAP平台还可以是在对第一事故或第二事故进行救援处理之前,接收到第一事故和第二事故属于相近事故的指示信息,PSAP平台可以根据该指示信息同时对第一事故和第二事故进行救援处理。
若PSAP平台判断出第一事故和第二事故不属于相近事故,则PSAP平台可以根据第一事故的事故信息对第一事故进行救援处理,根据第二事故的事故信息对第二事故进行救援处理。
在本发明实施例中,可选的,该指示信息可以是包括该第一事故的事故信息和该第二事故的事故信息,该指示信息也可以是包括该第二事故的事故信息和标识信息,该标识信息可以是第一事故的车辆标识。任何可以指示该第一事故和该第二事故属于相近事故的信息都可以作为指示信息,本发明对此不够成限定。
还应理解,该标识信息可以是第一事故或第二事故中涉及的车辆的标识
信息,或其他可以标识该第一事故或第二事故的事故信息,只要能标识该第一事故或第二事故的信息都可以,本发明不限定。
优选地,该指示信息还包括该第一事故涉及的车辆的速度信息和/或第二事故涉及的车辆的速度信息,以供定责或后续保险相关处理时参考。例如,可以获取车辆发生事故之前一段时间或发生事故时的速度,该速度可以平均速度,也可以是瞬时速度。
应理解,在本发明实施例中,服务平台可以是TSP平台、紧急救援平台、PSAP平台,还可以是公安、医疗、保险等紧急救援平台,本发明实施例仅以TSP平台和PSAP平台为例进行说明,对此不够成限定。

S510,第一车载终端确定第一车辆发生的第一事故和第二车辆发生的第二事故是否属于相近事故,该第一车载终端配置在该第一车辆上,第二车载终端配置在该第二车辆上,该相近事故为在第一区域内和第一时间段内发生的事故;
S520,该第一车载终端在确定该第一事故和该第二事故属于相近事故后,向服务平台发送指示信息,该指示信息用于指示该第一事故和该第二事故属于相近事故。
具体而言,第一车载终端在发生第一事故之后,在第一时间段内获知第二车载终端涉及的第二事故,并且该第一事故的发生地点和该第二事故的发生地点在第一区域内,该第一时间段和该第一区域是根据具体情况设置的,例如该第一时间段的时间间隔可以是10分钟,该第一区域可以是事故之间的距离在10公里以内。第一车载终端可以在确定第一事故和第二事故属于相近事故后,生成指示信息,该指示信息用于指示该第一事故和该第二事故属于相近事故,并将该指示信息发送给服务平台,以便于服务平台根据该指示信息对该第一事故/或该第二事故进行救援处理。
因此,本发明实施例的处理事故信息的方法,通过对多起事故进行判断,
使得服务平台可以清楚地了解事故情况,从而能够合理利用救援资源。

具体地,车载终端只要获知其所在的车辆发生了事故,即可以生成广播消息,换句话说,第一车载终端生成第一广播消息,第二车载终端生成第二广播消息。车载终端可以在一定时间段内接收其他车载终端生成的广播消息,接收强度可以与两起事故发生的距离有关,距离越近,接收强度越大,距离越远,接收强度越小。可以对接收强度与距离的关系预先设定,例如,可以设定接收强度大于某一门限值时,判断为相近事故。
在本申请中,是以第一车载终端涉及的第一事故和第二车载终端涉及的第二事故为例对相近事故进行处理,只要是在指定区域指定时间段内发生的事故都算相近事故,本发明实施例中还可以包括第三车载终端涉及的第三事故,第四车载终端涉及的第四事故等,本发明对此不够成限定。
车载终端确定第一事故和第二事故是否属于相近事故也可以跟服务平台类似。例如,该第一车载终端可以获取第一事故的事故信息和第二事故的事故信息,并根据该第一事故发生的时间和地点以及第二事故发生的时间和地点确定第一事故和第二事故是否属于相近事故。具体地,可以是在第一广播消息中携带第一事故的事故信息,第二广播消息中携带第二事故的事故信息。
可选地,该向服务平台发送指示信息之前,该方法还包括:该第一车载终端确定该第一车载终端向服务平台发送该指示信息。具体地,该第一广播消息包括该第一车载终端生成的第一随机数字,该第二广播消息包括该第二车载终端生成的第二随机数字,该第一车载终端可以比较该第一随机数字与该第二随机数字的大小;该第一车载终端在确定该第一随机数字与该第二随机数字的比较结果满足第一准则时,该第一车载终端确定该第一车载终端向服务平台发送该指示信息。例如,该第一车载终端生成的第一随机数字为5,

在发送指示信息之前可以确定其中一个车载终端向服务平台发送,避免了在同一时间段内PSAP平台接收多个事故信息,从而提高了事故信息发送的效率。
优选地,事故信息还包括车辆的速度信息,以供定责或后续保险相关处理时参考。例如,可以获取车辆发生事故之前一段时间或发生事故时的速度,该速度可以平均速度,也可以是瞬时速度。

在本发明实施例中,优选地,该指示信息还包括该第一事故涉及的车辆的速度信息和/或第二事故涉及的车辆的速度信息,以供定责或后续保险相关处理时参考。例如,可以获取车辆发生事故之前一段时间或发生事故时的速度,该速度可以平均速度,也可以是瞬时速度。
应理解,根据本发明实施例的装置600可对应于本发明方法实施例中的服务平台,并且装置600中的各个模块的上述和其它操作和/或功能分别为了实现图2、图3、图5中的各个方法中的服务平台执行的相应流程,为了简洁,在此不再赘述。
上文中结合图7,从服务平台侧详细描述了根据本发明实施例的处理事故信息的装置,下面将结合图8,从车载终端侧描述根据本发明实施例的处理事故信息的装置。图8示出了根据本发明实施例的处理事故信息的装置700。如图8所示,该装置700包括:
第一确定模块710,用于确定第一车辆发生的第一事故和第二车辆发生的第二事故是否属于相近事故,该第一车载终端配置在该第一车辆上,第二车载终端配置在该第二车辆上,该相近事故为在第一区域内和第一时间段内发生的事故;
发送模块720,用于在确定该第一事故和该第二事故属于相近事故后,向服务平台发送指示信息,该指示信息用于指示该第一事故和该第二事故属于相近事故。
因此,本发明实施例的处理事故信息的装置,通过对多起事故进行判断,使得服务平台可以清楚地了解事故情况,从而能够合理利用救援资源。
在本发明实施例中,可选地,该第一确定模块具体用于:
接收该第二车载终端生成的第二广播消息,该第二广播消息用于表示该第二事故发生了;
在确定该第一事故发生的时间和接收该第二广播消息的时间在该第一时间段内,且接收该第二广播消息的信号强度大于预设值后,确定该第一事故和该第二事故属于相近事故。
可选地,该装置还包括:
第二确定模块,用于确定该第一车载终端向服务平台发送该指示信息。
在发送指示信息之前可以确定其中一个车载终端向服务平台发送,避免了在同一时间段内PSAP平台接收多个事故信息,从而提高了事故信息发送的效率。
在本发明实施例中,可选地,该第二广播消息包括该第二车载终端生成的第二随机数字,该第二确定模块具体用于:生成第一广播消息,该第一广播消息包括该第一车载终端生成的第一随机数字;比较该第一随机数字与该第二随机数字的大小;在确定该第一随机数字与该第二随机数字的比较结果满足第一准则时,该第一车载终端确定该第一车载终端向服务平台发送该指示信息。
优选地,该指示信息还包括该第一事故涉及的车辆的速度信息和/或第二
事故涉及的车辆的速度信息,以供定责或后续保险相关处理时参考。例如,可以获取车辆发生事故之前一段时间或发生事故时的速度,该速度可以平均速度,也可以是瞬时速度。
应理解,该第二事故的事故信息可以包含在该第二广播消息中,也可以在确定该第一随机数字与该第二随机数字的比较结果满足第一准则后,第一车载终端接收第二车载终端发送的第二事故的事故信息,本发明对接收第二事故的事故信息的方式不限定。
该第一准则可以为该第一随机数字大于该第二随机数字,即将多个车载终端产生的最大随机数字确定为指示信息的发送者;同样地,该第一准则也可以为该第一随机数字小于该第二随机数字,即将多个车载终端产生的最小随机数字确定为指示信息的发送者,本发明对此不够成限定。
在本发明实施例中,可选地,该装置700为车载终端。
应理解,根据本发明实施例的装置700可对应于本发明方法实施例中的车载终端,并且装置700中的各个模块的上述和其它操作和/或功能分别为了实现图4和图6中的各个方法的相应流程,为了简洁,在此不再赘述。
如图9所示,本发明实施例还提供了一种处理事故信息的装置800,该装置800包括:处理器810、存储器820、总线系统830和收发器840,其中,该处理器810、该存储器820和该收发器840通过该总线系统830相连,该存储器820用于存储指令,该处理器810用于执行该存储器820存储的指令,以控制该收发器840发送信号;其中,该处理器810用于:确定第一事故和第二事故是否属于相近事故,该相近事故为在第一区域内和第一时间段内发生的事故;在确定该第一事故和该第二事故属于相近事故后,对该第一事故和/或该第二事故进行救援处理。
因此,本发明实施例的处理事故信息的装置,通过对多起事故进行判断,使得服务平台可以清楚地了解事故情况,从而能够合理利用救援资源。
应理解,在本发明实施例中,该处理器810可以是中央处理单元(Central Processing Unit,简称为“CPU”),该处理器810还可以是其他通用处理器、数字信号处理器(DSP)、专用集成电路(ASIC)、现成可编程门阵列(FPGA)或者其他可编程逻辑器件、分立门或者晶体管逻辑器件、分立硬件组件等。通用处理器可以是微处理器或者该处理器也可以是任何常规的处理器等。
该存储器820可以包括只读存储器和随机存取存储器,并向处理器810
提供指令和数据。存储器820的一部分还可以包括非易失性随机存取存储器。例如,存储器820还可以存储设备类型的信息。
该总线系统830除包括数据总线之外,还可以包括电源总线、控制总线和状态信号总线等。但是为了清楚说明起见,在图中将各种总线都标为总线系统830。
在实现过程中,上述方法的各步骤可以通过处理器810中的硬件的集成逻辑电路或者软件形式的指令完成。结合本发明实施例所公开的方法的步骤可以直接体现为硬件处理器执行完成,或者用处理器中的硬件及软件模块组合执行完成。软件模块可以位于随机存储器,闪存、只读存储器,可编程只读存储器或者电可擦写可编程存储器、寄存器等本领域成熟的存储介质中。该存储介质位于存储器820,处理器810读取存储器820中的信息,结合其硬件完成上述方法的步骤。为避免重复,这里不再详细描述。
应理解,根据本发明实施例的处理事故信息的装置800可对应于本发明实施例中的服务平台以及装置600,并可以对应于执行根据本发明实施例的方法100、200以及400中的服务平台,并且装置800中的各个模块的上述和其它操作和/或功能分别为了实现图2、图3以及图5中的各个方法的相应流程,为了简洁,在此不再赘述。
如图10所示,本发明实施例还提供了一种处理事故信息的装置900,该装置900包括:处理器910、存储器920、总线系统930和收发器940,其中,该处理器910、该存储器920和该收发器940通过该总线系统930相连,该存储器920用于存储指令,该处理器910用于执行该存储器920存储的指令,以控制该收发器940接收信号;其中,该处理器910用于:确定第一车辆发生的第一事故和第二车辆发生的第二事故是否属于相近事故,该第一车载终端配置在该第一车辆上,第二车载终端配置在该第二车辆上,该相近事故为在第一区域内和第一时间段内发生的事故;在确定该第一事故和该第二事故属于相近事故后,向服务平台发送指示信息,该指示信息用于指示该第一事故和该第二事故属于相近事故。
因此,本发明实施例的处理事故信息的装置,通过对多起事故进行判断,使得服务平台可以清楚地了解事故情况,从而能够合理利用救援资源。

另外,本文中术语“系统”和“网络”在本文中常被可互换使用。本文中术语“和/或”,仅仅是一种描述关联对象的关联关系,表示可以存在三种关系,例如,A和/或B,可以表示:单独存在A,同时存在A和B,单独存在B这三种情况。另外,本文中字符“/”,一般表示前后关联对象是一种“或”的关系。
应理解,在本发明实施例中,“与A相应的B”表示B与A相关联,根据A可以确定B。但还应理解,根据A确定B并不意味着仅仅根据A确定B,还可以根据A和/或其它信息确定B。

Claims (24)
- 一种处理事故信息的方法,其特征在于,包括:第一车载终端确定第一车辆发生的第一事故和第二车辆发生的第二事故是否属于相近事故,所述第一车载终端配置在所述第一车辆上,第二车载终端配置在所述第二车辆上,所述相近事故为在第一区域内和第一时间段内发生的事故;所述第一车载终端在确定所述第一事故和所述第二事故属于相近事故后,向服务平台发送指示信息,所述指示信息用于指示所述第一事故和所述第二事故属于相近事故。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一车载终端确定第一车辆发生的第一事故和第二车辆发生的第二事故是否属于相近事故,包括:所述第一车载终端接收所述第二车载终端生成的第二广播消息,所述第二广播消息用于表示所述第二事故发生了;所述第一车载终端在确定所述第一事故发生的时间和接收所述第二广播消息的时间在所述第一时间段内,且接收所述第二广播消息的信号强度大于预设值后,确定所述第一事故和所述第二事故属于相近事故。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一车载终端确定第一车辆发生的第一事故和第二车辆发生的第二事故是否属于相近事故,包括:所述第一车载终端获取所述第一事故的事故信息;所述第一车载终端接收所述第二事故的事故信息;所述第一车载终端根据所述第一事故的事故信息和所述第二事故的事故信息,确定所述第一事故和所述第二事故属于相近事故,所述第一事故的事故信息包括所述第一事故发生的时间和所述第一事故发生的地点,所述第二事故的事故信息包括所述第二事故发生的时间和所述第二事故发生的地点。
- 根据权利要求2或3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述向服务平台发送指示信息之前,所述方法还包括:所述第一车载终端确定所述第一车载终端向所述服务平台发送所述指示信息。
- 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一车载终端确定所述第一车载终端向所述服务平台发送所述指示信息,包括:所述第一车载终端生成第一广播消息,所述第一广播消息包括所述第一车载终端生成的第一随机数字;所述第一车载终端接收所述第二车载终端生成的第二广播消息,所述第二广播消息用于表示所述第二事故发生了,所述第二广播消息包括所述第二车载终端生成的第二随机数字;所述第一车载终端比较所述第一随机数字与所述第二随机数字的大小;所述第一车载终端在确定所述第一随机数字与所述第二随机数字的比较结果满足第一准则时,所述第一车载终端确定所述第一车载终端向服务平台发送所述指示信息。
- 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一车载终端接收所述第二事故的事故信息,包括:所述第一车载终端接收所述第二车载终端生成的第二广播消息,所述第二广播消息用于表示所述第二事故发生了,所述第二广播消息包括所述第二事故的事故信息。
- 一种处理事故信息的方法,其特征在于,包括:服务平台确定第一事故和第二事故是否属于相近事故,所述相近事故为在第一区域内和第一时间段内发生的事故;所述服务平台在确定所述第一事故和所述第二事故属于相近事故后,对所述第一事故和/或所述第二事故进行救援处理。
- 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述服务平台确定第一事故和第二事故是否属于相近事故,包括:所述服务平台接收所述第一事故的事故信息和所述第二事故的事故信息;所述服务平台根据所述第一事故的事故信息和所述第二事故的事故信息确定所述第一事故和所述第二事故是否属于相近事故,所述第一事故的事故信息包括所述第一事故发生的时间和所述第一事故发生的地点,所述第二事故的事故信息包括所述第二事故发生的时间和所述第二事故发生的地点。
- 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述服务平台根据所述第一事故的事故信息和所述第二事故的事故信息确定所述第一事故和所述 第二事故是否属于相近事故,包括:所述服务平台在确定所述第一事故发生的时间和所述第二事故发生的时间在所述第一时间段内,且所述第一事故发生的地点和所述第二事故发生的地点在所述第一区域内后,所述服务平台确定所述第一事故和所述第二事故属于相近事故。
- 根据权利要求8或9所述的方法,其特征在于,当所述服务平台为信息业务供应商TSP平台时,所述服务平台在确定第一事故和第二事故属于相近事故后,对所述第一事故和/或所述第二事故进行救援处理,包括:所述TSP平台在确定第一事故和第二事故属于相近事故后,所述TSP平台向公共安全响应点PSAP平台发送指示信息,以便于所述PSAP平台根据所述指示信息对所述第一事故和/或所述第二事故进行救援处理,所述指示信息用于指示所述第一事故和所述第二事故属于相近事故。
- 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述服务平台确定第一事故和第二事故是否属于相近事故,包括:所述服务平台接收指示信息,所述指示信息用于指示所述第一事故和所述第二事故属于相近事故;所述服务平台根据所述指示信息,确定所述第一事故和所述第二事故属于相近事故。
- 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,当所述服务平台为信息业务供应商TSP平台时,所述服务平台在确定第一事故和第二事故属于相近事故后,对所述第一事故和/或所述第二事故进行救援处理,包括:所述TSP平台向公共安全响应点PSAP平台发送所述指示信息,以便于所述PSAP平台根据所述指示信息对所述第一事故和/或所述第二事故进行救援处理。
- 一种处理事故的装置,其特征在于,包括:第一确定模块,用于确定第一车辆发生的第一事故和第二车辆发生的第二事故是否属于相近事故,所述第一车载终端配置在所述第一车辆上,第二车载终端配置在所述第二车辆上,所述相近事故为在第一区域内和第一时间段内发生的事故;发送模块,用于在确定所述第一事故和所述第二事故属于相近事故后,向服务平台发送指示信息,所述指示信息用于指示所述第一事故和所述第二 事故属于相近事故。
- 根据权利要求13所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一确定模块具体用于:接收所述第二车载终端生成的第二广播消息,所述第二广播消息用于表示所述第二事故发生了;在确定所述第一事故发生的时间和接收所述第二广播消息的时间在所述第一时间段内,且接收所述第二广播消息的信号强度大于预设值后,确定所述第一事故和所述第二事故属于相近事故。
- 根据权利要求13所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一确定模块具体用于:获取所述第一事故的事故信息;接收所述第二事故的事故信息;根据所述第一事故的事故信息和所述第二事故的事故信息,确定所述第一事故和所述第二事故属于相近事故,所述第一事故的事故信息包括所述第一事故发生的时间和所述第一事故发生的地点,所述第二事故的事故信息包括所述第二事故发生的时间和所述第二事故发生的地点。
- 根据权利要求14或15所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:第二确定模块,用于确定所述第一车载终端向所述服务平台发送所述指示信息。
- 根据权利要求16所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第二确定模块具体用于:生成第一广播消息,所述第一广播消息包括所述第一车载终端生成的第一随机数字;接收所述第二车载终端生成的第二广播消息,所述第二广播消息用于表示所述第二事故发生了,所述第二广播消息包括所述第二车载终端生成的第二随机数字;比较所述第一随机数字与所述第二随机数字的大小;在确定所述第一随机数字与所述第二随机数字的比较结果满足第一准则时,所述第一车载终端确定所述第一车载终端向服务平台发送所述指示信息。
- 根据权利要求15所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一确定模块接 收所述第二事故的事故信息,包括:接收所述第二车载终端生成的第二广播消息,所述第二广播消息用于表示所述第二事故发生了,所述第二广播消息包括所述第二事故的事故信息。
- 一种处理事故信息的装置,其特征在于,包括:确定模块,用于确定第一事故和第二事故是否属于相近事故,所述相近事故为在第一区域内和第一时间段内发生的事故;处理模块,用于在根据所述确定模块确定所述第一事故和所述第二事故属于相近事故后,对所述第一事故和/或所述第二事故进行救援处理。
- 根据权利要求19所述的装置,其特征在于,所述确定模块包括:第一接收单元,用于接收所述第一事故的事故信息和所述第二事故的事故信息;第一确定单元,用于根据所述第一接收单元接收的所述第一事故的事故信息和所述第二事故的事故信息确定所述第一事故和所述第二事故是否属于相近事故,所述第一事故的事故信息包括所述第一事故发生的时间和所述第一事故发生的地点,所述第二事故的事故信息包括所述第二事故发生的时间和所述第二事故发生的地点。
- 根据权利要求20所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一确定单元具体用于:在确定所述第一事故发生的时间和所述第二事故发生的时间在所述第一时间段内,且所述第一事故发生的地点和所述第二事故发生的地点在所述第一区域内后,所述服务平台确定所述第一事故和所述第二事故属于相近事故。
- 根据权利要求20或21所述的装置,其特征在于,当所述服务平台为信息业务供应商TSP平台时,所述处理模块具体用于:在确定所述第一事故和所述第二事故属于相近事故后,所述TSP平台向公共安全响应点PSAP平台发送指示信息,以便于所述PSAP平台根据所述指示信息对所述第一事故和/或所述第二事故进行救援处理,所述指示信息用于指示所述第一事故和所述第二事故属于相近事故。
- 根据权利要求19所述的装置,其特征在于,所述确定模块包括:第二接收单元,用于接收指示信息,所述指示信息用于指示所述第一事故和所述第二事故属于相近事故;第二确定单元,用于根据所述指示信息,确定所述第一事故和所述第二事故属于相近事故。
