【技术领域】
本发明涉及智能监控技术领域,特别是涉及一种宠物监控系统和方法。
【背景技术】
宠物能够陪伴用户,但当用户外出不能携带宠物时,宠物处于无人照看状态。因此,当宠物有心理或者生理上的诉求时,用户并不能及时进行反馈,导致很多宠物由于长时间无人陪伴出现严重的心理障碍。
【发明内容】
基于此,有必要提供一种能够对动物诉求进行及时反馈的宠物监控系统和方法。
一种宠物监控系统,包括:诱导操纵机构,用于供宠物进行操纵以生成诉求请求;主控系统,与所述诱导操纵机构连接,用于接收所述诉求请求并输出给无线通讯系统;无线通讯系统,与所述主控系统连接;所述无线通讯系统用于与用户侧终端连接,以将所述诉求请求发送给用户侧终端,并接收用户侧终端发送来的应答信息;所述主控系统还用于根据所述应答信息生成执行指令;以及执行装置,与所述主控系统连接,用于根据所述执行指令执行应答操作。
一种宠物监控方法,包括:根据宠物的触动生成诉求请求;将所述诉求请求发送给用户侧终端;接收所述用户侧终端发送来的应答信息;根据所述应答信息生成执行指令;以及根据所述执行指令执行应答操作。
一种宠物监控方法,包括:接收宠物监控系统发送来的诉求请求;向用户展示所述诉求请求;接收用户的应答信息;以及将所述应答信息发送给所述宠物监控系统。

为了便于理解本发明,下面将参照相关附图对本发明进行更全面的描述。附图中给出了本发明的较佳实施例。但是,本发明可以以许多不同的形式来实现,并不限于本文所描述的实施例。相反地,提供这些实施例的目的是使对本发明的公开内容的理解更加透彻全面。
图1为一实施例中的宠物监控系统100的结构框图,该宠物监控系统100包括诱导操纵机构110、主控系统120、无线通讯系统130以及执行装置140。其中,诱导操纵机构110、无线通讯系统130和执行装置140分别与主控系统120连接。
诱导操纵结构110为宠物能够进行轻易识别并进行相关操作的结构,以供宠物进行操纵生成诉求请求。由于动物与人不同,需要对使用电子设备相关操作进行驯化,以使得动物能够快速识别操作目的。诱导操纵结构110可以为声音、光以及机械等运动的操纵杆或者操纵按键。诱导操纵结构110可以一键触动,无需多余操作。诱导操纵结构110可以根据具体宠物的特性进行设置。例如,当宠物为狗类时,可以利用狗类对移动的光点有明显的追逐反应,而将诱导操纵结构110设置为一种红光闪烁的按键,如图2所示。图2中,诱导操纵结构110具有透光壳体210,并且其内固定有闪烁状的红色LED灯220。可以理解,光的颜色可以设置为宠物敏感的颜色,而并不限于红色。又例如,还可以将诱导操纵结构110设置为操纵杆式,可以在操纵杆端设置宠物喜欢的玩具或者其他物品。诱导操纵结构110会在宠物触动后生成诉求请求。诉求请求可以为一电信号。
主控系统120用于接收诱导操纵结构110生成的诉求请求,并控制无线通讯系统130将该诉求请求发送出去。在本实施例中,主控系统120包括主控芯片,用于整个宠物监控系统100的工作进行控制。无线通讯系统130用于与用户侧终端如智能手机、平板电脑等进行连接,从而将该诉求请求发送给用户侧终端。用户侧终端在收到该诉求请求后向用户展示该诉求请求,以供用户做出应答。用户侧终端在展示该诉求请求的同时还会向用户展示可供用户操作的操作选项,如拒绝应答选项和响应请求选项。其中,响应请求选项可以包括视频通话选项和语音通话选项中的至少一种选项以供用户进行选择。在一实施例中,也可以将响应请求选项直接设置为语音通话选项或者视频通话选项,以供用户进行应答操作。在本实施例中,上述宠物监控系统100还包括音视频采集系统150。音视频采集装置150可以包括摄像头等录音录像设备。音视频采集系统150与主控系统120连接,用于在主控系统120的控制下对宠物的音视频信息进行采集。主控系统120将采集到的音视频信息加载在诉求请求中后通过无线通讯系统130发送给用户侧终端。因此,用户侧终端在向用户展示诉求请求的同时还会展示该音视频信息。用户可以根据该音视频信息以及自己当前的状况做出相应的应答,如拒绝应答或者响应请求。用户侧终端会将该应答信息发送给无线通讯系统130。
主控系统120通过无线通讯系统130接收到该应答信息并根据该应答信息生成相应的执行指令。具体地,当应答信息为拒绝应答信息时,主控系统120根据该拒绝应答信息生成默认执行指令。默认执行指令用于控制执行装置140执行系统预先设置的默认操作。默认操作可以包括播放预设音频信息和播放预设视频信息中的至少一种操作。预设音频(或者视频)信息可以为用户预先录制的可以安慰宠物的音频(或者视频)信息,或者用户根据宠物喜好选择的能够对宠物进行一定安慰的音频(或者视频)信息。相应的,执行装置140包括音频播放装置302和视频播放装置304,如图3所示。音频播放装置302可以包括扬声器,视频播放装置304则可以包括显示屏和扬声器。当默认操作为播放预设视频信息时,执行装置140中的视频播放装置304在主控系统120的控制下播放预设视频信息。预设视频信息可以预先存储在宠物监控系统100内的存储系统160中,也可以直接由无线通讯系统130远程获取。通过执行默认操作,可以在用户无法及时进行反馈时,采取默认操作来对宠物进行心理上的安慰,以满足宠物的诉求。当应答信息为响应请求信息时,主控系统120会根据该响应请求信息生成响应执行指令,从而控制执行装置140执行相应的应答操作。在本实施例中,执行装置140还包括语音通话装置306和视频通话装置308。响应请求信息包括语音通话应答信息和视频通话应答信息。主控系统120根据接收到的响应请求信息生成相应的通话指令。例如,当用户发出的响应请求信息为语音通话应答信息时,则生成语音通话指令;当用户发出的响应请求信息为视频通话应答信息时,则生成视频通话指令。执行装置140在接收到通话指令后即控制相应的装置执行该通话指令。具体地,当通话指令为语音通话指令时,语音通话装置306开启,以与用户侧终端进行语音通话连接;当通话指令为视频通话指令时,视频通话装置308开启,以与用户侧终端进行视频通话连接。通过宠物和用户之间的语音或者视频通话,用户可以对宠物的诉求进行反馈并对宠物进行心理安慰。同时用户还可以通过通话了解宠物当前的状态,从而根据宠物当前的状态发送相应的控制指令,以控制宠物监控系统100执行相应的应答操作,实现对宠物的照看,确保宠物的身心健康。在本实施例中,宠物监控系统100还包括增强现实处理系统170。增强现实处理系统(AR处理系统)170用于远程投射虚拟增强现实信息,以增强用户与宠物之间的沟通效果。
上述宠物监控系统100,宠物可以通过诱导操纵机构110向用户发出诉求请求,用户可以在接收到该诉求请求后进行相应的应答。主控系统120通过无线通讯系统130接收该应答信息并控制执行装置140根据该应答执行相应的应答操作。上述宠物监控系统100能够对宠物诉求进行及时的反馈,从而避免宠物由于长时间无人陪伴而出现严重的心理障碍,确保宠物的身心健康。上述宠物监控系统100可以适用于智能家居中,以实现对宠物的监控。上述宠物监控系统100还可以适用于动物园等对动物进行驯养的场所中,以对驯养的动物进行监控,确保该动物的身心健康。
在一实施例中,上述无线通讯系统130还用于接收用户侧终端发送来的控制指令。用户可以主动通过用户侧终端向宠物监控系统100发出控制指令,也可以在对宠物发出的诉求信息进行应答后,根据了解到的宠物状态发出相应的控制指令。控制指令可以为自动喂食指令或者娱乐指令。相应地,执行装置140还包括自动喂食系统310和娱乐系统312。主控系统120用于在接收到控制指令后根据该控制指令控制执行装置140内的相应操作设备执行相应的应答操作,以实现对宠物的照看。例如,当控制指令为自动喂食指令时,主控系统120控制自动喂食系统310工作,以自动对宠物进行喂食。当控制指令为娱乐指令时,主控系统120控制娱乐系统312工作,以娱乐宠物。具体地,自动喂食系统310的结构如图4所示。自动喂食系统310包括食物存储系统402、落料系统404和自动食盒进出系统406。食物存储系统402用于存储供宠物食用的食物。落料系统404则用于在主控系统120的控制下向食盒内注入食物。自动食盒进行系统406则用于控制食盒的进出,从而在需要喂食宠物时,将食盒推出;在不需要进行喂食时,将食盒推入系统内。在本实施例中,自动喂食系统310还包括食盒自动加热系统408和食盒称重系统410。食盒自动加热系统408用于对食盒进行加热,以使得食盒内的食物的温度满足用户的食用温度需求。食盒称重系统410用于称量食盒的重量,以对食盒内的食物的重量进行控制。通过食盒称重系统410可以对喂食的重量进行控制,从而避免宠物过量食用食物的情况发生。同时通过食盒称重系统410的称重,还可以对宠物的食用量进行监测,以供用户了解宠物的进食情况。娱乐系统312可以集成多种娱乐方式以娱乐宠物,满足宠物的心理需求。
无线通讯系统130还用于接收用户侧终端发出的查询指令。查询指令用于查询宠物所处的环境参数信息。环境参数信息可以包括环境温度、湿度、压力等参数信息。相应的,上述宠物监控系统100还包括感知系统180和温湿度调节系统190。感知系统180与主控系统120连接,用于在主控系统120的控制下进行工作。具体地,感知系统180包括温度传感器、湿度传感器以及压力传感器以对环境温度、湿度和压力进行检测,并通过无线通讯系统130将检测结果发送给用户侧终端。用户侧终端接收该检测结果并将检测结果输出给用户,以供用户了解宠物的环境参数信息。当用户认为当前的环境的温湿度不适合宠物的生长环境时,可以通过用户侧终端发出温湿度调节指令。主控系统120通过无线通讯系统130接收该温湿度调节指令并控制温湿度调节系统190工作,以对环境中的温湿度进行调节,从而使得环境温湿度满足宠物的生长需求。
上述宠物监控系统,宠物可以通过诱导操纵结构110发出诉求请求,以请求进行照看。用户可以根据诉求请求做出及时的反馈应答,从而满足宠物的诉求,确保宠物的身心健康。同时,用户还可以通过宠物监控系统主动对宠物进行远程照看,以进一步确保宠物的身心健康。
图5为第一实施例中的宠物监控方法的流程图,该宠物监控方法可以通过宠物监控系统100来实现,具体包括以下步骤:
S502,根据宠物的触动生成诉求请求。
诱导操纵结构在宠物的触动后生成诉求请求。
S504,将诉求请求发送给用户侧终端。
S506,接收用户侧终端发送来的应答信息。
S508,根据用户的应答信息生成执行指令。
S510,根据执行指令执行应答操作。
图6为一具体实施例中的宠物监控方法的流程图,该方法包括以下步骤:
S602,根据宠物的触动生成诉求请求。
S604,将诉求请求发送给用户侧终端。
S606,接收用户侧终端发送来的拒绝应答请求。
S608,根据用户的拒绝应答信息生成默认执行指令。
S610,根据默认执行指令执行默认操作。
默认操作可以包括播放预设音频信息和播放预设视频信息中的至少一种操作。预设音频(或者视频)信息可以为用户预先录制的可以安慰宠物的音频(或者视频)信息,或者用户根据宠物喜好选择的能够对宠物进行一定安慰的音频(或者视频)信息。因此,可以通过音频播放装置来播放预设音频信息或者视频播放装置来播放预设视频信息,以实现对宠物的安慰。
图7为另一具体实施例中的宠物监控方法的流程图,该方法包括以下步骤:
S702,根据宠物的触动生成诉求请求。
S704,将诉求请求发送给用户侧终端。
S706,接收用户侧终端发送来的响应请求信息。
响应请求信息包括语音通话应答信息和视频通话应答信息中的一种。
S708,根据用户的响应请求信息生成通话指令。
S710,根据该通话指令控制宠物监控系统与用户侧终端进行通话连接。
具体地,当响应请求信息为语音通话应答信息时,通过语音通话装置实现宠物监控系统与用户侧终端之间的语音通话连接。当响应请求信息为视频通话应答信息时,通过视频通话装置与用户侧终端进行视频通话连接,以实现宠物与用户的语音通话或者视频通话,从而对宠物进行及时安慰。
在一实施例中,上述宠物监控方法还包括步骤S810~S820,如图8所示。
S810,接收用户侧终端发出的控制指令。
用户可以在与宠物进行语音通话或者视频通话后发出控制指令,也可以主动发出控制指令,以通过宠物监控系统执行相应的应答操作进而对宠物进行照看。控制指令包括自动喂食指令和娱乐指令等指令。
S820,根据该控制指令执行相应的应答操作。
当控制指令为自动喂食指令时,执行自动喂食操作。此时,主控系统控制自动喂食系统开启工作,以对宠物进行喂食。当控制指令为娱乐指令时,主控系统控制娱乐系统工作,以娱乐宠物,从而满足宠物的心理或者生理诉求。
在另一实施例中,上述宠物监控方法还包括步骤S910~S950,如图9所示。
S910,接收用户侧终端发出的查询指令。
查询指令用于查询宠物当前的环境参数信息。环境参数信息可以包括环境温度、湿度、压力等参数信息。
S920,根据该查询指令测量宠物所处的环境参数信息。
感知系统中的温度传感器、湿度传感器以及压力传感器等对宠物所处从环境温度、湿度和压力等进行检测并输出检测结果。
S930,将检测到的环境参数信息发送给用户侧终端。
在本实施例中,用户可以根据接收到的环境参数信息判断宠物当前所处的环境是否适宜,并在不适宜时,发出温湿度调节指令。
S940,接收用户侧终端发送来的温湿度调节指令。
S950,根据该温湿度调节指令对宠物所处的环境的温湿度进行调节。
通过对环境的温湿度进行调节,从而使得宠物能生活在一个适宜的环境下,更有利于宠物的生长。
上述宠物监控方法,宠物可以通过诱导操纵结构发出诉求请求,以请求进行照看。用户可以根据诉求请求做出及时的反馈应答,并通过执行装置执行相应的应答操作,从而满足宠物的诉求,确保宠物的身心健康。同时,用户还可以通过宠物监控方法主动对宠物进行远程照看,提高了对宠物监控的便捷性,且能够确保宠物的身心健康。
图10为一实施例中的宠物监控方法的路程图。该宠物监控方法可以通过用户侧终端来实现,包括以下步骤:
S1010,接收宠物监控系统发送来的诉求请求。
用户侧终端通过无线通信系统与宠物监控系统连接,以接收该诉求请求。
S1020,向用户展示该诉求请求。
用户侧终端在收到该诉求请求后向用户展示该诉求请求,以供用户做出应答。用户侧终端在展示该诉求请求的同时还会向用户展示可供用户操作的操作选项,如拒绝应答选项和响应请求选项。其中,响应请求选项可以包括视频通话选项和语音通话选项中的至少一种选项以供用户进行选择。在一实施例中,也可以将响应请求选项直接设置为语音通话选项或者视频通话选项,以供用户进行应答操作。
S1030,接收用户的应答信息。
用户根据提供的应答选项做出应答,用户侧终端接收该应答信息。
S1040,将应答信息发送给宠物监控系统。
在本实施例中,上述方法还包括步骤S1050。
S1050,向宠物监控系统发送控制指令。
用户可以主动通过用户侧终端向宠物监控系统发出控制指令,也可以在对宠物发出的诉求信息进行应答后,根据了解到的宠物状态发出相应的控制指令。控制指令可以为自动喂食指令或者娱乐指令,从而控制宠物监控系统执行相应的应答操作,以对宠物进行照看。
在另一实施例中,上述宠物监控系统还包括步骤S1110~S1150,如图11所示。
S1110,向宠物监控系统发送查询指令。
查询指令用于查询宠物当前的环境参数信息。环境参数信息可以包括环境温度、湿度、压力等参数信息。
S1120,接收宠物监控系统发送来的环境参数信息并显示。
将宠物监控系统发送来的检测结果进行显示,以供用户了解宠物当前所处的环境状态。
S1130,接收用户发出的温湿度调节指令。
用户可以根据接收到的环境参数信息判断宠物当前所处的环境是否适宜,并在不适宜时,发出温湿度调节指令。
S1140,将该温湿度调节指令发送给宠物监控系统。
上述宠物监控方法,可以对宠物监控系统发出的诉求信息作出应答,从而控制宠物监控系统执行相应的应答操作以对宠物的诉求进行及时应答,满足宠物的诉求。同时,用户还可以通过宠物监控系统主动对宠物进行远程照看,提高了对宠物进行监控的便捷性,且能够确保宠物的身心健康。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种宠物监控系统,包括:
    诱导操纵机构,用于供宠物进行操纵以生成诉求请求;
    主控系统,与所述诱导操纵机构连接,用于接收所述诉求请求并输出给无线通讯系统;
    无线通讯系统,与所述主控系统连接;所述无线通讯系统用于与用户侧终端连接,以将所述诉求请求发送给用户侧终端,并接收用户侧终端发送来的应答信息;
    所述主控系统还用于根据所述应答信息生成执行指令;以及
    执行装置,与所述主控系统连接,用于根据所述执行指令执行应答操作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的宠物监控系统,其特征在于,所述诱导操纵机构包括声音诱导结构、光诱导结构和运动机械体诱导结构中的至少一种。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的宠物监控系统,其特征在于,所述应答信息为拒绝应答信息或者响应请求信息;所述主控系统还用于根据所述拒绝应答信息生成默认执行指令或者根据所述响应请求信息生成相应的响应执行指令;所述执行装置用于在所述默认执行指令的控制下执行默认操作或者根据所述响应执行指令执行相应的应答操作。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的宠物监控系统,其特征在于,所述默认操作包括播放预设音频信息和播放预设视频信息;所述宠物监控系统还包括存储装置,用于存储所述预设音频信息和所述预设视频信息;所述执行装置包括音频播放装置和视频播放装置中的至少一种,以执行所述默认操作。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的宠物监控系统,其特征在于,所述响应请求信息包括语音通话应答信息和视频通话应答信息中的一种;所述主控系统还用于根据所述应答信息生成通话指令;所述执行装置包括语音通话装置和视频通话装置中的至少一种,以根据所述通话指令与用户侧终端进行语音通话连接或者视频通话连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的宠物监控系统,其特征在于,所述无线通讯系统还用于接收用户侧终端发出的控制指令;所述控制指令包括自动喂食指令和娱乐指令中的至少一种指令;所述执行装置还包括自动喂食系统和娱乐系统中的至少一种,以根据所述照看指令执行相应的应答操作。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的宠物监控系统,其特征在于,所述自动喂食系统包括食物存储系统、落料系统和自动食盒进出系统;所述食物存储系统用于存储供宠物食用的食物;所述落料系统与所述主控系统连接,用于在所述主控系统的控制下向食盒注入食物;所述自动食盒进出系统用于控制食盒的进出。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的宠物监控系统,其特征在于,所述自动喂食系统还包括:
    食盒自动加热系统,用于对食盒内的食物进行加热,以满足宠物食用的温度需求;以及
    食盒称重系统,用于称量食盒的重量,以对食盒内的食物的重量进行控制。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的宠物监控系统,其特征在于,还包括音视频采集系统;所述音视频采集系统与所述主控系统连接,用于在所述主控系统的控制下采集宠物的音视频信息;所述主控系统还用于将所述音视频信息通过所述无线通讯系统发送给用户侧终端。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的宠物监控系统,其特征在于,还包括感知系统,用于测量宠物的环境参数信息;所述无线通讯系统还用于接收用户侧终端发出的查询指令;所述主控系统还用于根据所述查询指令控制所述感知系统开始工作并将检测到的环境参数信息通过所述无线通讯系统发送给所述用户侧终端。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的宠物监控系统,其特征在于,还包括温湿度调节系统;所述无线通讯系统还用于接收用户侧终端发出的温湿度调节指令;所述主控系统用于根据所述温湿度调节指令对所述温湿度调节系统进行控制以对环境的温湿度进行调节。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的宠物监控系统,其特征在于,还包括增强现实处理系统;所述增强现实处理系统用于远程投射虚拟增强现实信息。
  13. 一种宠物监控方法,包括:
    根据宠物的触动生成诉求请求;
    将所述诉求请求发送给用户侧终端;
    接收所述用户侧终端发送来的应答信息;
    根据所述应答信息生成执行指令;以及
    根据所述执行指令执行应答操作。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,所述应答信息包括拒绝应答信息或者响应请求信息;所述根据所述应答信息生成执行指令的步骤为,根据所述拒绝应答信息生成默认执行指令或则根据所述响应请求信息生成相应的响应执行指令;所述根据所述执行指令执行应答操作的步骤为,根据所述默认执行指令执行默认操作或者根据所述响应执行指令执行相应的应答操作。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    接收用户侧终端发出的控制指令;所述控制指令包括自动喂食指令和娱乐指令中的至少一种指令;以及
    根据所述控制指令执行相应的应答操作。
  16. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    接收用户侧终端发出的查询指令;
    根据所述查询指令测量宠物所处的环境参数信息;
    将检测到的环境参数信息发送给所述用户侧终端。
  17. 一种宠物监控方法,包括:
    接收宠物监控系统发送来的诉求请求;
    向用户展示所述诉求请求;
    接收用户的应答信息;以及
    将所述应答信息发送给所述宠物监控系统。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的方法,其特征在于,所述向用户展示所述诉求请求的步骤还包括:向用户展示拒绝应答选项和响应请求选项。
  19. 根据权利要求17所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    向所述宠物监控系统发送控制指令;所述控制指令包括自动喂食指令和娱乐指令中的至少一种指令。
  20. 根据权利要求17所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    向所述宠物监控系统发送查询指令;所述查询指令用于查询宠物的环境参数信息;以及
    接收所述宠物监控系统发送来的环境参数信息并显示。
