信息采集模块207选自图像采集模块、视频采集模块、音频采集模块中的一种或多种,可根据实际的监控需要进行选择,各个信息采集模块与处理模块106信号连接。处理模块相应增加与信息采集模块相应的控制功能,即在获取到感应芯片105生成的触发信号后,控制信息采集模块207进行信息采集,例如对监控区域进行拍照、录音、摄像等,处理模块所记录和/或传送的安防监控信息即可包含信息采集模块采集到的图像和/或视频和/或音频信息。
由于信息采集模块207获取的安防监控信息通常具有较大的数据量,因此本实施例中增加了存储模块208,与处理模块106信号连接,处理模块增加与存储模块相应的控制功能,即将信息采集模块采集到的图像和/或视频和/或音频信息存储到存储模块。
在其他实施方式中,处理模块106也可以将安防监控信息传送给外部的接收设备,如图5和图6所示。在这种情况下,照明灯具还包括第一通信模块209(图5中示出了其天线2091,在一种实施方式中,该天线也可以是隐藏式的),第一通信模块与处理模块106信号连接,处理模块增加与第一通信模块相应的控制功能,即控制第一通信模块将信息采集模块采集到的图像和/或视频和/或音频信息通过第一通信网络传送给外部的接收设备。第一通信模块与本地的存储模块可以同时采用也可以择一采用,图6中示出了同时采用的情形。接收设备例如可以是与照明灯具分离放置的外部/异地存储设备,也可以是例如手机、电脑等智能终端。第一通信模块的类型与所使用的第一通信网络相匹配,可以是无线或有线通信模块。例如,处理模块可以通过第2代,第3代,或第4代移动通信网络将安防监控信息传送给用户的手机;又如,处理模块可以通过Wifi/2.4G/蓝牙/Wimax等近距无线通信网络将安防监控信息传送给外部存储设备或电脑终端等。当采用有线通信方式时,第一通信网络可以是固定电话网络(PSTN),数字电话网络(ISDN),或者其它网际协议(IP)网络等,第一通信模块所采用的通信方式不构成对本发明的限定。
采用物理分离的外部/异地存储设备能提高所存储的安防监控信息的安全性,即便监控设备(即本实施方式中的照明灯具)被破坏或被盗,安防监控信息也不会丢失。
实施例3
依据本发明的照明灯具的另一种实施方式可参考图7,与实施例2相比,区别在于增加了处理模块对发光体的协同控制,具体表现为,照明灯具还包括功率开关310,用于根据灯光开关信号控制发光体103的开启和关闭;处理模块106还用于,根据感应芯片105生成的触发信号产生灯光开关信号。
基于不同的应用需求,处理模块106可采用不同的控制逻辑来产生灯光开关信号。例如:
在一种实施方式中,处理模块仅在安防监控关闭的状态下,根据触发信号产生灯光开关信号,例如,在获得触发信号时,产生用于开灯的灯光开关信号,在设定时间后,或者经过设定时间仍未获得触发信号时,产生用于关灯的灯光开关信号。这种模式下,当安防监控开启时,照明灯具作为安防设备使用,当安防监控关闭时,照明灯具即作为感应式自动开关灯的照明设备使用。
在另一种实施方式中,处理模块在安防监控开启或关闭的状态下,均根据触发信号产生灯光开关信号。这种模式下,当安防监控开启时,发光体能够在信息采集模块207进行信息采集时,对信息采集的区域进行照明,由此可提高信息采集模块207所采集的图像数据的质量。
在另一种实施方式中,发光体可包括两组以上的发光单元,例如一组为可见光照明单元(如可见光LED),另一组为红外照明单元(如红外LED,可安装在图像采集模块的镜头方向上),每组发光体具有相应的功率开关,处理模块在安防监控开启的状态下,根据触发信号产生其中至少一组发光单元的灯光开关信号(例如产生红外LED的开关信号),在安防监控关闭的状态下,根据触发信号产生其他组发光单元的灯光开关信号(例如可见光LED的开关信号)。这种模式下,当安防监控开启时,照明灯具作为安防设备使用,且能够为安防信息的采集提供特定的照明,当安防监控关闭时,照明灯具即作为感应式自动开关灯的照明设备使用。
在另一种实施方式中,处理模块还用于获取感应模式开关信号,按照感应模式开关信号执行灯光的感应模式的开启或关闭,在感应模式开启的状态下,根据触发信号产生灯光开关信号。此模式可以独立使用也可以与上述3种实施方式中的模式结合使用,即在感应模式开启的状态下再按照上述3种模式生成灯光开关信号。可以在照明灯具上设置特定的按键,根据用户按下按键产生的触发信号来进行感应模式的开启或关闭,也可以根据用户设定的开启或关闭时间,自动进行感应模式的开启或关闭等。
实施例4
依据本发明的照明灯具的另一种实施方式可参考图8和图9,与实施例3相比,主要区别在于增加了时钟模块411,使得能够提供基于时钟的更加丰富的功能设置。例如:
在一种实施方式中,时钟模块用于按照预置的第一定时信息,向处理模块106提供开启或关闭安防监控的监控开关信号。例如,可以设定晚上11点至早晨7点为安防监控的有效时间,实现定时监控。
在另一种实施方式中,时钟模块用于按照预置的第二定时信息,向处理模块提供开启或关闭灯光的感应模式的感应模式开关信号。例如,可以设定早晨7点至晚上11点为自动感应开灯的有效时间,方便用户的使用。此模式可以与上一实施方式中的模式结合使用。
此外,时钟模块还可以单独或与上述各种模式结合提供其他功能,例如,用于提供供显示的时钟信息;又如,用于按照预置的第三定时信息,在处理模块根据触发信号产生用于开灯的灯光开关信号后,触发处理模块产生用于关灯的灯光开关信号;又如,按照预置的第四定时信息,直接触发处理模块产生用于开灯的灯光开关信号,以实现“灯光闹钟”的功能等。
为便于用户使用,本实施例照明灯具还包括显示屏412,可用于显示时钟模块411提供的时钟信息,和/或,用于显示处理模块106的控制界面,和/或,用于显示灯具的工作状态信息,例如安防监控是否开启,灯光的感应模式是否开启等。在一些实施方式中,用户可通过灯具上设置的按键或者显示屏提供的虚拟触摸按键来进行各种操作,例如设置或查看。在另一些实施方式中,用户也可以通过遥控器来进行操作。所称遥控器可以是一种专用于控制本发明照明灯具的设备,通过无线或可插拔的连线与处理模块连接;也可以与其他电器的通用遥控器集成在一起;还可以通过在其他具有无线通信功能的电子设备上安装软件插件来充当。例如,可以在具有操作系统平台的智能手机上安装适当的软件,将智能手机转变为上述遥控器。在采用具有显示界面的遥控器的情况下,灯具本体上的显示屏和操作按钮可以保留也可以省略。
实施例5
本申请中照明灯具的另一种实施方式可参考图10,与前述实施例相比,区别在于增加了与安防系统中的其他安防设备通信的第二通信模块513(简明起见,图10在实施例4基础上作出,本实施例方案也可与其他实施例方案结合),将本实施方式的照明灯具从单一的安防监控设备升级为安防系统设备。
第二通信模块513与处理模块106信号连接,处理模块106增加与第二通信模块513相应的控制功能,例如,通过第二通信模块获取外部的布防控制设备发送的开启或关闭安防监控的监控开关信号(所称布防控制设备可以是安防系统的控制中心,例如一个能够发送布防开启或关闭指令的遥控器,当然,该布防控制设备还可以具有其他功能,例如提供用户设置的界面等),或者通过第二通信模块接收其他安防设备发送的报警信号,以及根据所述报警信号执行安防监控信息的记录和/或传送,和/或启动报警设备(如警铃、警笛)等。在这种情况下,安防监控信息可以包括报警信号和/或发出该报警信号的安防设备的编号。所称安防设备的编号用来标记安防系统中的不同设备,使得可以分别控制这些设备,也使得设备之间可以方便的进行信息交换。安防监控信息中的安防设备的编号,还可以用来表明报警信号的类型,例如由门禁或越界报警设备发送的报警信号通常表示入侵事件,由烟感发送的报警信号通常表示火情,由煤气报警设备发送的报警信号通常表示煤气漏气现象。第二通信模块具体可采用安防设备之间通常使用的通信方式,例如红外通信方式或公共无线频道(例如355M或433M)通信方式等。
本实施方式中具有安防监控功能的照明灯具与其他类型的安防设备级联起来,形成安防系统,使得安防监控功能更加完善。
以上应用具体个例对本发明的原理及实施方式进行了阐述,应该理解,以上实施方式只是用于帮助理解本发明,而不应理解为对本发明的限制。对于本领域的一般技术人员,依据本发明的思想,可以对上述具体实施方式进行变化。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种照明灯具,包括,支撑结构(101)、电源模块(102)和发光体(103),
    所述支撑结构支撑所述发光体,所述电源模块用于供电,
    其特征在于,还包括:
    信号检测部件(104),用于获取来自外部环境的检测信号,
    感应芯片(105),用于感应所述检测信号,生成相应的触发信号,
    处理模块(106),用于获取监控开关信号,按照监控开关信号执行安防监控的开启或关闭,以及用于获取所述触发信号,在安防监控开启的状态下根据所述触发信号执行安防监控信息的记录和/或传送,
    所述感应芯片和处理模块容纳在所述支撑结构内,所述信号检测部件安装在所述支撑结构表面。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的灯具,其特征在于,还包括:
    功率开关(310),用于根据灯光开关信号控制所述发光体(103)的开启和关闭;所述处理模块(106)还用于,根据所述触发信号产生所述灯光开关信号。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的灯具,其特征在于,
    所述处理模块(106)仅在安防监控关闭的状态下,根据所述触发信号产生所述灯光开关信号;或者,
    所述处理模块在安防监控开启或关闭的状态下,均根据所述触发信号产生所述灯光开关信号;或者,
    所述发光体(103)包括两组以上的发光单元,每组发光单元具有相应的功率开关(310),所述处理模块在安防监控开启的状态下,根据所述触发信号产生其中至少一组发光单元的灯光开关信号,在安防监控关闭的状态下,根据所述触发信号产生其他组发光单元的灯光开关信号;或者,
    所述处理模块还用于获取感应模式开关信号,按照感应模式开关信号执行灯光的感应模式的开启或关闭,在感应模式开启的状态下,根据所述触发信号产生所述灯光开关信号。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述电源模块(102)包括用于外接交流或直流供电线路的电源转换模块,和/或能够更换的可充电电池;和/或,
    所述发光体(103)包括至少一个可见光LED灯,和/或至少一个红外光LED灯;和/或,
    所述信号检测部件(104)包括用于检测红外信号的运动检测部件和/或用于检测声音的声音检测部件。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的灯具,其特征在于,还包括信息采集模块(207),安装在所述支撑结构(101)表面,所述信息采集模块选自图像采集模块、视频采集模块、音频采集模块中的一种或多种,各个信息采集模块与处理模块(106)信号连接,
    所述处理模块根据触发信号执行安防监控信息的记录和/或传送具体为:在收到所述触发信号后,控制所述信息采集模块进行信息采集,然后记录和/或传送所述信息采集模块采集到的图像和/或视频和/或音频信息。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的灯具,其特征在于,还包括存储模块(208),所述存储模块与所述处理模块(106)信号连接,所述处理模块记录信息采集模块采集到的图像和/或视频和/或音频信息具体为:将信息采集模块采集到的图像和/或视频和/或音频信息存储到所述存储模块;和/或,
    还包括第一通信模块(209),第一通信模块与所述处理模块信号连接,所述处理模块传送信息采集模块采集到的图像和/或视频和/或音频信息具体为:控制第一通信模块将信息采集模块采集到的图像和/或视频和/或音频信息通过第一通信网络传送给外部的接收设备。
  7. 如权利要求1-6任一项所述的灯具,其特征在于,还包括时钟模块(411),用于按照预置的第一定时信息,向所述处理模块(106)提供开启或关闭安防监控的监控开关信号;或者,
    还包括第二通信模块(513),第二通信模块与所述处理模块信号连接,所述处理模块通过第二通信模块获取外部的布防控制设备发送的开启或关闭安防监控的监控开关信号。
  8. 如权利要求3所述的灯具,其特征在于,还包括时钟模块(411),用于按照预置的第二定时信息,向所述处理模块(106)提供开启或关闭灯光的感应模式的感应模式开关信号。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的灯具,其特征在于,所述处理模块(106)还用于通过第二通信模块(513)接收其他安防设备发送的报警信号,以及根据所述报警信号执行安防监控信息的记录和/或传送,所述安防监控信息包括所述报警信号和/或发出所述报警信号的安防设备的编号。
  10. 如权利要求7所述的灯具,其特征在于,还包括显示屏(412),用于显示所述时钟模块(411)提供的时钟信息,和/或,用于显示所述处理模块(106)的控制界面,和/或,用于显示灯具的工作状态信息。
