优选的,所述底板包括限位部和位于限位部两端的固定部,所述固定部通过螺钉固定连接到所述中壳上,所述限位部贴合到下壳的底部,其中一个底板的限位部用于安装固定到控制器的位置,并适合控制器大小设置,另一个底板的限位部用于安装固定到电源的位置,并适合电源大小设置。通过两个底板分别对控制器和电源进行加固,增加电源和控制器的稳固性能。
优选的,所述底板在通过螺钉与中壳固定时穿过所述下壳,通过螺钉将底板、下壳及中壳三者固定连接。螺钉固定牢固,方便安装和拆卸。
优选的,所述底板为金属材料制成。金属材料强度大,电动平衡车底部容易碰触到障碍物,本发明将金属材料的底板固定到下壳底部外表面上,当底板碰触到障碍物时底板不易受损。
优选的,所述电源及控制器分别设置有与螺钉连接的散热接口。散热接口和螺钉连接并将热量通过螺钉传输到底板上,并通过底板向外散去,这样不仅增加对控制器及电源的限位效果,而且还起到散热的作用。
优选的,所述下壳在与底板连接位置设置有散热孔。通过散热孔直接将热 量传递至底板,从而使得散热效果更好。
优选的,所述散热孔为多个,间隔布置。散热效果好。

优选的,所述下壳底部外表面设置有用于放置所述底板的底板槽。对底板起到限位、固定的作用,使得底板和下壳的连接更加紧密,而且底板置入到底板槽内连接紧密,起到防水的效果。
与现有技术相比,本发明的技术效果是:本发明在下壳底部外表面安装固定两个底板,且底板对应控制器及电源设置,以及底板适合控制器及电源大小设置,这样底板就增加了电源及控制器的固定牢固性,进而可以将下壳其他部位设置薄,在节省材料、减轻下壳重量的前提下,仍旧能够很好的限位、固定电源及控制器。
其中,现有的车体结构一般都是塑料材料制成,其重量轻,成本低,然而,塑料材料的车体散热效果不佳,而本发明在下壳底部外表面固定金属材料制成的底板,并且下壳设置有散热孔,通过散热孔、底板实现散热的效果。另外,金属材料强度大,电动平衡车底部容易碰触到障碍物,本发明将金属材料的底板固定到下壳底部外表面上,当底板碰触到障碍物时底板不易受损。此为,本发明相比额外设置散热孔实现散热的,本发明的散热孔被底板覆盖,并且底板放置到下壳的底板槽位置,从而又起到了防水的效果。

本发明公开一种电动平衡车,包括车体、车轮、用于驱动所述车轮的驱动电机、用于提供动力的电源、设置有传感器的电路板以及控制器,所述控制器分别与电路板、电源及驱动电机电性连接,所述车体包括:
上壳,所述上壳包括成对称设置的第一上壳和第二上壳,所述第一上壳和第二上壳分别设置有踏板孔;
中壳,所述中壳包括成对称设置且可相互转动的第一中壳和第二中壳;
下壳,所述下壳包括成对称设置的第一下壳和第二下壳,所述中壳位于所述上壳和下壳之间;
踏板,所述踏板为两个,分别设置在所述第一上壳、第二上壳的踏板孔内,
底板,所述底板为两个,分别设置在所述第一下壳和第二下壳的底部;所述控制器安装固定在第一下壳和第一中壳之间,所述电源安装固定在第二下壳和第二中壳之间,所述底板分别对应控制器及电源的固定位置设置,以及底板适应控制器及电源大小设置;

本发明在下壳底部外表面安装固定两个底板,且底板对应控制器及电源设置,以及底板适合控制器及电源大小设置,这样底板就增加了电源及控制器的固定牢固性,进而可以将下壳其他部位设置薄,在节省材料、减轻下壳重量的前提下,仍旧能够很好的限位、固定电源及控制器。

下面参考图1至图8描述本发明实施例的电动平衡车10。
如图1至图8所示,本实施例电动平衡车10包括车体100、车轮200、用于驱动所述车轮的驱动电机、用于提供动力的电源300、设置有传感器的电路板400、控制器500以及与所述电源电性连接的发光灯,所述控制器分别与电路板、电源及驱动电机电性连接,所述车体100包括:
上壳110,所述上壳包括成对称设置的第一上壳111和第二上壳112,所述第一上壳和第二上壳分别设置有踏板孔113;
踏板140,所述踏板为两个,分别设置在所述第一上壳111、第二上壳112的踏板孔113内;
中壳120,所述中壳120包括成对称设置且可相互转动的第一中壳121和第二中壳122;
下壳130,所述下壳130包括成对称设置的第一下壳131和第二下壳132,所述中壳位于所述上壳和下壳之间;
灯罩150,用于套设在所述发光灯周围,所述灯罩150上设置有至少两个相互间隔的用于透光的灯条154,对应的,所述车体设置有用于放置所述灯条的灯孔114,所述灯孔114的个数与灯条154的个数相同;
其中,所述车轮200上设置有转轴210,两个所述车轮200通过所述转轴210分别固定在所述中壳两侧,且可围绕所述中壳转动。具体的,电动平衡车10还包括有两个固定块220,分别用于限位两个转轴210,固定块220中部设置有放置转轴的转轴槽,方便转轴在固定块的转轴槽内转动。而且固定块通过多个螺丝安装固定到中壳上,固定牢固,方便实现。
从而本实施例车体100上用于安装固定一个灯罩150时具有至少两个灯孔114,相比仅设置一个灯孔114配合一个灯罩150的结构,本发明使用至少两个灯孔来放置灯条使得单个灯孔的大小变小,这样至少两个灯孔配合灯条,使得至少两个灯孔相互之间分担安装固定灯罩的作用力,进而使得单个灯条和灯孔之间的配合紧密,至少两个灯孔和灯条都固定紧密,就使得灯罩安装固定在车 体上更加牢固,不易产生晃动。
其中,所述灯条154为所述灯罩150向外凸出的条形结构,所述灯孔114适合所述灯条154大小设置。将灯条设置成外凸的条形结构,方便设置条形结构的灯孔,这样就方便将条形结构的灯条与条形结构的灯孔进行安装配合。另外,条形结构的灯条和条形结构的灯孔配合限位效果好,从而使得灯罩对上壳和下壳的固定连接紧密效果更佳。对于本领域技术人员而言,本实施例的灯条也可以设置成其他结构,比如:将灯条设置成弧形结构,以及将灯孔也设置成弧形结构。
其中,所述灯条154顶部设置有倒角,灯条顶部设置倒角就方便灯条插入到灯孔内。
进一步的,所述灯条154从其顶部至其根部的大小逐渐变大,所述灯条154根部的大小适合所述灯孔的大小。更加方便灯条插入到灯孔内,且使得灯条和灯孔之间连接紧密,防止产生间隙。
作为本实施例的一种优选方案,所述上壳110设置有用于放置一个或至少两个所述灯条154的灯孔114,所述下壳130设置有用于放置一个或至少两个所述灯条的灯孔,所述上壳的灯孔和下壳的灯孔之和与所述灯条的个数相同。本实施例上壳和下壳上分别设置有灯孔,从而在固定单个灯罩时,单个灯罩上的灯条同时放置到上壳的灯孔内和放置到下壳的灯孔内,这样灯罩起到连接上壳和下壳的作用,使得上壳和下壳之间的连接更加紧密、固定更加牢固。
在本实施例中,如图4所示,所述灯罩150包括第一板151、第二板152和位于第一板151和第二板152之间的夹角部153,所述夹角部153的夹角小于180°、大于90°,所述灯条154位于所述第一板151和第二板152上,所述第一板151上的灯条154用于放置到所述上壳110的灯孔内,所述第二板152上的灯条用于放置到所述下壳130的灯孔内。这是本发明设置灯罩的一种具体结构,这样设置使得灯罩强度大;而且上壳在可下壳配合连接时,两者相互之间 形成弧度,本发明将灯罩设置成适合上壳及下壳配合连接时的整体结构,进而就方便灯罩分别与上壳及下壳的配合连接,且使得灯罩在分别与上壳及下壳配合连接时紧贴配合,固定连接效果更好。
具体的,所述第一板151上的灯条154至少为两个,所述第二板152上的灯条154至少为两个。灯条的个数设置越多承受力越大,使得上壳和下壳之间的连接效果越好,这是本实施例的一种优选方案,当然,本实施例也可以在第一板上设置一个灯条、以及在第二板上设置一个灯条。另外,所述第一板上的灯条和所述第二板上的灯条的个数相同,第一板和第二板上的灯条设的个数设置相同,使得上壳和下壳之间受力均匀。
在本实施例中,所述第一板上的灯条和所述第二板上的灯条对称设置。对称设置使得受力均匀。这是本实施例设置灯条的一种优选方案,当然,对于本领域技术人员而言,也可以将灯条设置成不对称的。
在本实施例中,所述第一板和第二板之间的夹角部一端向外凸出,形成凸部155;另一端向内凹陷,形成凹部156;所述另一端靠近所述车体的中部,所述灯罩向外凸出的一端大于其另一端,且逐渐变小。车体的中部小于车体两侧的大小,这样设置使得灯罩配合车体结构设置,使得灯罩对上壳和下壳的连接效果更佳,强度更大。这是本实施例设置灯罩结构的一种优选方案,当然,对于本领域技术人员而言,也可以将灯罩设置成其他结构,比如:灯罩两端等大的、相互平行结构。
其中,所述灯条154与夹角部153之间形成大于或等于0°、小于90°的夹角,这是设置灯条的一种具体方式,当然,也可以将灯条设置与夹角部平行。
进一步的,所述第一板151上的灯条的长度从向外凸出的一端向另一端方向逐渐变长,所述第二板152上的灯条的长度从向外凸出的一端向另一端方向逐渐变短;所述第二板上灯条长度变化的幅度大于所述第一板上灯条长度变化的幅度。上壳位于车体顶部位置,由于上壳的第一上壳及第二上壳的中部都设置踏板孔,从而本发明的灯孔设置在第一上壳或/和第二上壳的边沿,上壳边沿 的变化不大,这样就使得设置在上壳上的灯孔长度变化幅度不大。同时,下壳位于车体的底部,下壳的第一下壳和第二下壳的中部用于放置电源、控制器等器件,其中部向外凸出多,这样下壳靠近车体中部的灯孔设置小的幅度大,就方便体现出下壳灯孔长度大的灯孔,以便用户观看到的从灯孔发出的光亮。
其中,所述灯条154靠近所述夹角部153一端的大小大于所述灯条另一端的大小。本实施例灯罩通过第一板及第二板上的灯条将上壳和下壳连接,在上壳和下壳之间受到向外侧的张力时,灯条靠近夹角部的一端受力,而本实施例将靠近夹角部的一端设置大于灯条的另一端,从而就使得灯条在受力的一端设置较大,承受力更强,对上壳和下壳之间的连接更好。这是设置灯条的一种优选方案,当然,对于本领域技术人员而言,本实施例将灯条设置成其他结构也是可以的,比如:将灯条两端设置成等大结构。
在本实施例中,所述发光灯为两个,分别安装固定到两个发光灯板11上,发光灯板11分别与电源300和电路板400电性连接。对应的,所述灯罩150也为两个,两个所述灯罩150分别与两个所述发光灯配合,具体的是两个灯罩150分别覆盖到两个发光灯板11外部,对发光灯板起到限位、保护作用。另外,本实施例中两个所述灯罩成对称设置,以及两个所述发光灯板对称设置。而且,两个灯罩都设置在车体的同一侧,位于车体的中部的两侧。需要说明的是,对于本领域技术人员而言,本实施例设置发光灯及灯罩的个数并不限于此两个。比如:仅仅设置一个发光灯和一个灯罩;再比如:设置三个发光灯及三个灯罩。
在本实施例中,所述发光灯为LED灯,也就是LED灯设置在发光灯板11上,LED灯寿命长,效果好。
在本实施例中,所述发光灯为条形结构,具体的是发光灯板为条形结构,条形结构的发光灯板11方便安装固定在车体内,当然,本实施例的发光灯也可以直接设置一个或多个灯珠,并将灯珠安装固定在灯条内。
在本实施例中,发光灯通过螺丝安装固定在车体内,具体的是发光灯板11通过螺丝固定在车体内,螺丝固定牢固,方便安装固定和拆卸。
在本实施例中,驱动电机为轮毂电机,所述轮毂电机为两个,分别设置在两个所述车轮200内。然而,本实施例也可以将驱动电机设置在车体内,将驱动电机通过转轴与车轮实现驱动连接。
在本实施例中,第一中壳121和第二中壳122之间通过转动机构600固定连接,第一中壳121和第二中壳122通过转动机构可实现相互转动。
其中,转动机构600设置在第一中壳和第二中壳的连接位置的中间位置,转动机构包括一个轴套610、两个轴承620以及一个限位轴630,轴套两端分别固定在第一中壳和第二中壳的内端,两个轴承620固定在轴套61 0上并通过卡簧固定在第一中壳和第二中壳之间,这样中壳的第一中壳和第二中壳就可在转动机构600的配合下转动。另外,限位轴630起到限位固定的作用。
需要说明的是,关于转动机构、电路板及控制器可采用现有技术中的,比如背景技术中给出的现有技术,在此不再进行进一步的描述。
在本实施例中,灯条154和灯孔114之间设置防水圈,将灯条插入到灯孔内时压合防水圈,使得灯条、防水圈及灯孔紧密配合,起到防水的作用,从而在下雨天使用本发明的电动平衡车时防止雨水从灯孔处进入到车体内部。
在本实施例中,防水圈为橡胶材料制成,其弹性好。当然,也可以将防水圈采用其他材料。
进一步的,防水圈和灯条通过胶水粘合、防水圈和灯孔的边沿通过胶水粘合。密封效果更佳。
本实施例在灯条上套设防水圈实现防水的效果,具体的,所述防水圈设置有用于放置所述灯条的放置槽,所述防水圈套设到所述灯条上。防水圈套设到灯条上防水效果好。当然,也可以直接在灯条和灯孔之间通过胶水粘合实现密封,进行防水,但是,这样设置当电动平衡车在转动过程中受到较大震动时就容易使胶水开裂,从而无法继续防水,而本实施例的防水圈具有弹性,在受到震动时会产生形变,依然具有防水效果。另外,本实施例还可以将防水圈套设到灯孔上,比如:所述防水圈边沿设置有用于放置所述灯孔边沿的环形槽,防 水圈边沿卡到灯孔的边沿,然后再将灯条插入到灯孔内与防水圈配合,灯条插入到灯孔内时通过防水圈压紧贴合,防水效果好。同样可以实现防水的效果。
在本实施例中,还可以在指示条上设置防水圈,从而实现对灯盖、指示灯位置的防水。
在本实施例中,所述电动平衡车还包括与电源300电性连接的指示灯,具体的,指示灯设置在指示灯板11上。所述车体100还包括灯盖160,灯盖160用于保护所述指示灯,具体的是灯盖160覆盖到指示灯板11外侧,对其进行限位、保护。所述指示灯设置在所述车体中部的端部,在本实施例中,车体的端部是朝向用户的(当用户使用电动平衡车时),所述灯盖覆盖于所述指示灯上。其中,所述指示灯包括至少两个灯珠,根据所述灯珠个数的多少来显示所述电源电量状况,所述灯盖包括至少两个透光的指示条161,所述指示条的个数与所述灯珠的个数相同,每个所述指示条设置一个所述灯珠。
本实施例用于指示电源电量状态的指示灯设置在车体中部,并通过灯盖覆盖,指示灯上的灯珠分别设置在灯盖的指示条上,从而灯珠发出的光亮通过指示条向外发光,用户方便观察。而且本发明至少两个指示条,每个指示条上配合一个灯珠,当灯珠全部发光时,则表明电源充足,当灯珠发光的个数逐渐减少时,则表明电源的电量在减少。从而用户只需要观看到指示条发光的个数便可以判断出电源电量的状态,大大的方便用户使用。
在本实施例中,所述上壳110设置有用于放置所述指示条的指示孔115,所述指示孔115的个数和所述指示条161的个数相同。灯盖的指示条插入到指示孔内时和上壳相互配合限位,从而对灯盖起到进一步的限位固定作用。
进一步的,所述灯盖160通过螺丝固定在所述中壳120上。螺丝固定牢固,方便安装和拆卸。这样就进一步将中壳和上壳连接在一起,进一步增加上壳和中壳的连接强度。具体的,参见图5,灯盖上设置有灯盖螺孔柱162,用于穿过螺丝进行螺接固定。
在本实施例中,所述灯盖为两个,分别固定在第一中壳和第二中壳上,且 对称设置;对应的,指示灯板12设置为两个,对称的安装固定在第一中壳和第二中壳上。这样设置更加方便用户通过观看指示条个数来了解电源电量。这是本实施例设置灯盖及灯珠的一种优选方式,当然,仅设置一个灯罩也是可以的。
其中,所述指示条中部大于其两端的大小。中部设置大,发光强度大,更加便于用户观看。
其中,所述指示条相互平行设置。这样设置防止指示条相互之间交叉,一旦交叉就不便于用户分辨出指示条的个数。
其中,所述指示条为弧形结构。弧形结构的指示条显示效果更好。当然,也可以将指示条设置成其他结构,比如条形结构。
在本实施例中,还可以在指示条上设置防水圈,从而实现对灯盖、指示灯位置的防水。
比如:指示条161和指示灯孔115之间也设置防水圈,将指示条插入到指示灯孔内时压合防水圈,使得指示条、防水圈及指示灯孔紧密配合,起到防水的作用,从而在下雨天使用本发明的电动平衡车时防止雨水从指示灯孔处进入到车体内部。
在本实施例中,防水圈为橡胶材料制成,其弹性好。当然,也可以将防水圈采用其他材料。
进一步的,防水圈和灯条通过胶水粘合、防水圈和灯孔的边沿通过胶水粘合。密封效果更佳。
本实施例在指示条上套设防水圈实现防水的效果,具体的,所述防水圈设置有用于放置所述指示条的放置槽,所述防水圈套设到所述指示条上。防水圈套设到指示条上防水效果好。当然,也可以直接在指示条和指示灯孔之间通过胶水粘合实现密封,进行防水,但是,这样设置当电动平衡车在转动过程中受到较大震动时就容易使胶水开裂,从而无法继续防水,而本实施例的防水圈具有弹性,在受到震动时会产生形变,依然具有防水效果。另外,本实施例还可以将防水圈套设到指示灯孔上,比如:所述防水圈边沿设置有用于放置所述指 示灯孔边沿的环形槽,防水圈边沿卡到指示灯孔的边沿,然后再将灯条插入到指示灯孔内与防水圈配合,指示条插入到指示灯孔内时通过防水圈压紧贴合,防水效果好。同样可以实现防水的效果。
在本实施例中,如图7和图8所示,两个所述踏板140结构和大小设置相同,分别设置在所述第一上壳111、第二上壳112的踏板孔113内,所述踏板140包括用于放置脚尖部位的第一放置部141、用于放置脚跟部分的第二放置部142以及位于所述第一放置部和第二放置部之间的连接部143,所述连接部143的长度小于所述第一放置部的长度,以及小于所述第二放置部的长度,所述第一放置部和第二放置部在连接部的两端分别形成两个凹口144。
其中,所述上壳110设置有用于放置到所述凹口144位置的延伸部117;由于用户在将脚放置于踏板上时,主要通过脚尖和脚跟部分来踩踏到踏板的前后两端位置上,因此,踏板中间位置的部分并不会被用户的脚踩踏,现有技术中,将踏板整体设置成矩形结构,这样就大大的浪费了踏板中部的部分,而且还需要在中壳及上壳位置设置较大的孔来安放踏板。而本发明的踏板中部的连接部分别连接第一放置部和第二放置部,且连接部的长度小于第一放置部的长度,以及小于第二放置部的长度,第一放置部和第二放置部在连接部的两端分别形成两个凹口,这样就大大减小踏板中部的大小。同时,本发明上壳的延伸部放置到踏板的凹口位置处,这样就增加了上壳的面积,从而增加了上壳的强度。本发明将踏板的中部设置小于前后两端位置,这样仍然方便用户的脚进行踩踏,节省了踏板的材料和生产成本;同时通过上壳的延伸部增加了上壳的强度。
在本实施例中,所述第一放置部141和第二放置部142沿所述连接部143对称设置。对称设置使得第一放置部和第二放置部两部分受力均匀。
在本实施例中,在所述踏板140外表面,所述连接部的高度小于第一放置部的高度,以及小于所述第二放置部的高度。将连接部的高度设置小于第一放置部和第二放置部就防止连接部凸出在外而影响用户的脚踩踏到踏板上。
在本实施例中,所述凹口144为弧形结构。弧形结构强度大,牢固,方便 配合。
在本实施例中,所述第一放置部和第二放置部上分别设置有多个间隔布置的防滑条146。设置防滑条起到防滑的作用。
在本实施例中,所述连接部一端靠近所述车体的中部,另一端靠近所述车体的一侧,所述连接部靠近所述车体中部的一端的大小大于另一端的大小,且逐渐变小。这是设置踏板的一种具体方式。
在本实施例中,所述上壳在延伸部边沿延伸有延伸边,当所述踏板放置到所述踏板孔内时所述踏板的边沿贴合到所述延伸边上。踏板贴合到上壳的延伸边上,使得上壳和踏板之间的固定连接效果更好,强度更大。
在本实施例中,所述中壳设置有用于放置所述踏板的踏板槽123,参见图3。放置槽对踏板起到限位作用。同时,相比直接在中壳上开孔来放置踏板就大大增加了中壳的强度。
在本实施例中,所述踏板内表面设置有限位环145,当所述踏板145放置到所述踏板槽内时所述限位环与所述踏板槽侧壁贴合。限位环和踏板槽配合进一步增加踏板和中壳固定连接的牢固性。
在本实施例中,所述踏板在所述限位环内设置有多条相互交叉布置的加强筋148。设置加强筋增加踏板的强度。
在本实施例中,电动平衡车还包括两个固定架700,固定架700分别安装固定在车体两侧,即靠近两个车轮设置,本实施例固定块备限定到固定架上。固定架的两端位置用于安装固定两个阻挡件710和两个配合件720,配合件对阻挡件起到限位作用,保证其稳定的限位在固定架内。在本实施例中,踏板140底部表面对应阻挡件位置设置有触发件147,当用户踩踏到踏板140上,并将力作用到踏板上时,踏板通过触发件147触发阻挡件,从而使得受力的那个阻挡件处于结合状态,不仅开启轮毂电机工作,而且通过电路板、控制器来分析受力阻挡件的受力状况,并根据此来控制电动平衡车的速度及平衡,以此方便用户控制电动平衡车。
其中,触发件147设置在踏板的其中一个凹口144两侧,即位于第一放置部的一端以及位于第二放置部的一端,这样就将触发件设置在边角位置处,这样在用户踩踏踏板时,就可以将连接部当做转动的轴来控制踏板,进而来控制踏板上的触发件与阻挡件之间的配合关系,由于本实施例的连接部143设置小于第一放置部及第二放置部,从而就大大增加了用户踩踏踏板时的灵敏度,更佳方便用户通过踏板控制电动平衡车。
在本实施例中,电动平衡车还包括定位板13,定位板13设置有与阻挡件相适应的通道,这样就使得阻挡件位于定位板13的通道内,不易移动,方便触发件进行触发,触发灵敏。
在本实施例中,所述下壳130中部外表面设置有弧形结构的凹陷133,所述下壳在所述凹陷133外表面设置有多条水平方向的且间隔布置的条形筋116。由于车体中部设置有驱动机构,上壳及下壳在车体中部的部分用于覆盖住驱动机构,其不需要较大的强度,因此,本发明在下壳中部位置设置适合车体结构的弧形的凹陷,这样就减小了车体中部的大小,不仅方便用户用手拿握,而且还相对的增加了车体中部距离地面的高度,从而更好的防止电动平衡车在跑动时碰触到障碍物。另外,本发明还在凹陷的位置设置水平方向的条形筋,一方面由于设置凹陷使得下壳中部的强度大大降低,而本发明设置条形筋就增加了凹陷位置的强度,另一方面,设置条形筋增加摩擦力,从而大大的方便用户用手拿握电动平衡车的中部。
其中,所述条形筋116的高度低于所述凹陷的高度。这样防止条形筋凸出凹陷外,这样使得电动平衡车的中部距离其跑动地面更高,更加便于电动平衡车跑动,以及有效防止电动平衡车在跑动过程中碰触到障碍物。
其中,所述凹陷133的宽度从下壳中部向其两侧位置逐渐变小。这样设置就使得位于车体正下方的中部位置距离地面更高,防止碰触到障碍物效果更好。
进一步的,所述下壳130上的凹陷133延伸至上壳110的侧部,且所述上壳110在下壳的凹陷延伸处也设置有条形筋116。凹陷延伸到上壳的部分,这样 就更加方便用户用手拿握电动平衡车;在拿握的过程中,用户的手握到下壳的中间位置,大拇指的部分,以及中指的部分伸到上壳的中间位置,这样在上壳的中间位置也设置条形筋就更加方便用户用手拿握。
其中,所述上壳110设置条形筋116的位置大小小于所述下壳130设置条形筋的大小。这样设置使得条形筋适合用户手型。
其中,所述车体在设置有条形筋位置的大小从其中间位置向所述条形筋两端位置逐渐变大。这样设置使得电动平衡车越靠近中部距离地面高度越大,这样防止碰触到障碍物效果更好。
其中,所述条形筋顶面设置成弧形结构。弧形结构方便用户拿握,防止伤害到用户的手部。
在本实施例中,所述车体100还包括底板170,所述底板170为两个,分别设置在所述第一下壳131和第二下壳132的底部;所述控制器500安装固定在第一下壳和第一中壳之间,所述电源300安装固定在第二下壳和第二中壳之间,所述底板分别对应控制器及电源的固定位置设置,以及底板适应控制器及电源大小设置。本实施例在下壳底部外表面安装固定两个底板,且底板对应控制器及电源设置,以及底板适合控制器及电源大小设置,这样底板就增加了电源及控制器的固定牢固性,进而可以将下壳其他部位设置薄,在节省材料、减轻下壳重量的前提下,仍旧能够很好的限位、固定电源及控制器。
具体的,所述底板170包括限位部和位于限位部172两端的固定部171,所述固定部171通过螺钉固定连接到所述中壳120上,所述限位部贴合到下壳的底部,其中一个底板的限位部用于安装固定到控制器的位置,并适合控制器大小设置,另一个底板的限位部用于安装固定到电源的位置,并适合电源大小设置。通过两个底板分别对控制器和电源进行加固,增加电源和控制器的稳固性能。
其中,所述底板170在通过螺钉与中壳固定时穿过所述下壳130,通过螺钉将底板、下壳及中壳三者固定连接。螺钉固定牢固,方便安装和拆卸。
在本实施例中,所述底板170为金属材料制成。金属材料强度大,电动平衡车底部容易碰触到障碍物,本发明将金属材料的底板固定到下壳底部外表面上,当底板碰触到障碍物时底板不易受损。
在本实施例中,所述电源及控制器分别设置有与螺钉连接的散热接口。散热接口和螺钉连接并将热量通过螺钉传输到底板上,并通过底板向外散去,这样不仅增加对控制器及电源的限位效果,而且还起到散热的作用。
进一步的,所述下壳130在与底板连接位置设置有散热孔。通过散热孔直接将热量传递至底板,从而使得散热效果更好。所述散热孔为多个,间隔布置,所述散热孔为圆形孔。散热效果好。
在本实施例中,所述底板外表面设置有内凹的条形口173,增大散热面积,散热效果更好。
在本实施例中,所述下壳底部外表面设置有用于放置所述底板的底板槽134。对底板起到限位、固定的作用,使得底板和下壳的连接更加紧密,而且底板置入到底板槽内连接紧密,起到防水的效果。
现有的车体结构一般都是塑料材料制成,其重量轻,成本低,然而,塑料材料的车体散热效果不佳,而本发明在下壳底部外表面固定金属材料制成的底板,并且下壳设置有散热孔,通过散热孔、底板实现散热的效果。另外,金属材料强度大,电动平衡车底部容易碰触到障碍物,本发明将金属材料的底板固定到下壳底部外表面上,当底板碰触到障碍物时底板不易受损。此为,本发明相比额外设置散热孔实现散热的,本发明的散热孔被底板覆盖,并且底板放置到下壳的底板槽位置,从而又起到了防水的效果。
本发明在安装固定灯罩时,通过灯罩的灯条实现与上壳和下壳的配合连接,这样就使得上壳和下壳之间的连接更加紧密、固定更加牢固。然而,本实施例也可以在灯罩上设置固定结构与上壳或下壳进行固定连接,从而进一步的增加灯罩与上壳或下壳之间的固定连接强度,不仅使得灯罩固定牢固,而且进一步增加上壳和下壳之间的固定连接强度。为了进一步增加灯罩与车体之间的固定 连接强度,比如:本实施例还在灯罩150上设置有灯罩固定部,对应的,在车体上设置有与灯罩固定部固定连接的车体固定部;具体的,灯罩固定部位设置在灯罩上的卡口157,对应的,车体设置有与卡口157配合的卡柱,其中,卡柱可以设置到上壳上,也可以设置到中壳上,还可以设置到下壳上,本实施例优选将卡柱设置到上壳内表面上。
以上是本发明设置灯罩的一种优选方案,当然还可以有其他方案,同样可以解决背景技术中的技术问题。比如:
作为本实施例的另一种方案,灯罩固定在上壳上,也即是灯孔设置在上壳上,而不设置在下壳上,灯罩上的灯条和上壳上的灯孔配合,且灯罩位于上壳的侧部位置,所述灯罩一端靠近所述电动平衡车中部,另一端远离所述平衡车中部,所述灯条的长度从靠近所述平衡车中部至另一端方向的长度逐渐变大。这是设置灯条的一种具体方式,电动平衡车中部位置通过转动机构连接,中部设置较小,两端设置较大,这样设置使得灯条配合车体结构设置,更加方便用户观看到发光灯发出的光亮。而且这样设置在车体较大的部位灯条设置长,在车体较小的部分灯条设置短,配合车体结构设置,从而使得灯罩和车体之间的配合更加紧密、固定更加牢固。当然,也可以将灯条的长度设置成从靠近所述平衡车中部至另一端方向的长度逐渐变小。
作为本实施例的另一种方案,灯罩固定在上壳上,也即是灯孔设置在上壳上,而不设置在下壳上,灯罩上的灯条和上壳上的灯孔配合,且灯罩位于上壳的端部位置,也即是灯罩设置在车体的端面上,或者说灯罩设置在面向人的一面上。所述灯条为弧形结构,所述灯罩一端靠近所述电动平衡车中部,另一端远离所述平衡车中部,所述灯条的长度从靠近所述平衡车中部至另一端方向的长度逐渐变小。这是设置灯条的另一种具体方式,当将灯罩设置在车体的端面上时,也就是将灯罩设置在面向人的一面上时,人的脚踏在踏板上,这样就将灯罩设置于车体的中部位置,将靠近车体端部中部位置的灯条设置大,更加便 于用户观看发光灯发出的光亮。
作为本实施例的又一种方案,灯罩固定在下壳上,也即是灯孔设置在下壳上,而不设置在上壳上,灯罩上的灯条和下壳上的灯孔配合,且灯罩固定在下壳的侧部位置。所述灯罩一端靠近所述电动平衡车中部,另一端远离所述平衡车中部,所述灯条的长度从靠近所述平衡车中部至另一端方向的长度逐渐变大。这是设置灯条的一种具体方式,电动平衡车中部位置通过转动机构连接,中部设置较小,两端设置较大,这样设置使得灯条配合车体结构设置,更加方便用户观看到发光灯发出的光亮。而且这样设置在车体较大的部位灯条设置长,在车体较小的部分灯条设置短,配合车体结构设置,从而使得灯罩和车体之间的配合更加紧密、固定更加牢固。当然,也可以将灯条的长度设置成从靠近所述电动平衡车中部至另一端方向的长度逐渐变小。
本发明的灯孔114优选为通孔,当然,也可以将灯孔设置成盲孔,且将盲孔设置成透光的,以便用户通过盲孔观看到发光灯发出的光亮。
另外,本发明的指示灯孔115也优选为通孔,当然,也可以将指示灯孔设置成盲孔,且将盲孔设置成透光的,以便用户通过盲孔观看到指示灯发出的光亮。
以上内容是结合具体的优选实施方式对本发明所作的进一步详细说明,不能认定本发明的具体实施只局限于这些说明。对于本发明所属技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干简单推演或替换,都应当视为属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电动平衡车,包括车体、车轮、用于驱动所述车轮的驱动电机、用于提供动力的电源、设置有传感器的电路板以及控制器,所述控制器分别与电路板、电源及驱动电机电性连接,其特征在于,所述车体包括:
    上壳,所述上壳包括成对称设置的第一上壳和第二上壳,所述第一上壳和第二上壳分别设置有踏板孔;
    中壳,所述中壳包括成对称设置且可相互转动的第一中壳和第二中壳;
    下壳,所述下壳包括成对称设置的第一下壳和第二下壳,所述中壳位于所述上壳和下壳之间;
    踏板,所述踏板为两个,分别设置在所述第一上壳、第二上壳的踏板孔内;
    底板,所述底板为两个,分别设置在所述第一下壳和第二下壳的底部;所述控制器安装固定在第一下壳和第一中壳之间,所述电源安装固定在第二下壳和第二中壳之间,所述底板分别对应控制器及电源的固定位置设置,以及底板适应控制器及电源大小设置;
    其中,所述车轮上设置有转轴,两个所述车轮通过所述转轴分别固定在所述中壳两侧,且可围绕所述中壳转动。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的电动平衡车,其特征在于,所述底板包括限位部和位于限位部两端的固定部,所述固定部通过螺钉固定连接到所述中壳上,所述限位部贴合到下壳的底部,其中一个底板的限位部用于安装固定到控制器的位置,并适合控制器大小设置,另一个底板的限位部用于安装固定到电源的位置,并适合电源大小设置。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的电动平衡车,其特征在于,所述底板在通过螺钉与中壳固定时穿过所述下壳,通过螺钉将底板、下壳及中壳三者固定连接。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的电动平衡车,其特征在于,所述底板为金属材料制成。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的电动平衡车,其特征在于,所述电源及控制器分别设置有与螺钉连接的散热接口。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的电动平衡车,其特征在于,所述下壳在与底板连接位置设置有散热孔。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的电动平衡车,其特征在于,所述散热孔为多个,间隔布置。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的电动平衡车,其特征在于,所述散热孔为圆形孔。
  9. 如权利要求4所述的电动平衡车,其特征在于,所述底板外表面设置有内凹的条形口。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的电动平衡车,其特征在于,所述下壳底部外表面设置有用于放置所述底板的底板槽。
