Abstract

본 발명은 크기가 상이한 입자의 비대칭 응집을 이용한 표적 물질 검출 키트 및 표적 물질의 검출 방법에 관한 것으로, 표적 물질에 대하여 서로 다른 결합 분자를 사용하면 입자 간의 비대칭 복합체를 얻을 수 있으며, 이를 분석하여 불특정 응집 효과를 배제하고, 높은 특이적 신호를 확보할 수 있어 각종 표적 물질을 효율적으로 검출할 수 있다.
