本发明的目的提供一种防霉涂胶,解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
根据本发明的一种防霉涂胶,包括如下重量份的组分,
四异丙氧基钛20~40份,苯酚10~20份,滑石粉40~60份,异丙醇80~100份,聚乙烯醇10~20份,四丙氧基锆10~20份,聚氯乙烯6~20份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯10~30份,乙二胺甲基丙酸酯10~30份。
本发明提供的一种防霉涂胶,制作简单,采用的生产原料选择无毒性的,涂胶的使用效果好,环保,涂抹于金属或塑料制品表面,防止金属表面霉变,能增强产品的贮存稳定性。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种防霉涂胶,包括如下重量份的组分,四异丙氧基钛20份,苯酚10份,滑石粉40份,异丙醇80份,聚乙烯醇10份,四丙氧基锆10份,聚氯 乙烯6份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯10份,乙二胺甲基丙酸酯10份混合后加热只80℃并回流4小时,降温后混合搅拌即得产品。
实施例2
一种防霉涂胶,包括如下重量份的组分,四异丙氧基钛30份,苯酚15份,滑石粉50份,异丙醇90份,聚乙烯醇15份,四丙氧基锆15份,聚氯乙烯13份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯20份,乙二胺甲基丙酸酯20份混合后加热只80℃并回流4小时,降温后混合搅拌即得产品。
实施例3
一种防霉涂胶,包括如下重量份的组分,四异丙氧基钛40份,苯酚20份,滑石粉60份,异丙醇100份,聚乙烯醇20份,四丙氧基锆20份,聚氯乙烯20份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯30份,乙二胺甲基丙酸酯30份混合后加热只80℃并回流4小时,降温后混合搅拌即得产品。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选方式,应当指出,对于本领域普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干相似的变形和改进,这些也应视为本发明的保护范围之内。
