一种导电性涂胶,甲基丙烯酸40~60份,过氧化苯甲酰12~24份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯10~20份,聚酯8~16份,丁二醇丙烯酸酯20~30份,三羟甲基丙烷4~6份,丁二醇10~20份,甲氧基苯酚10~20份,丙烯酰胺8~12份,苯乙烯10~20份,乙醇18~24份,二甲苯12~18份。该导电性涂胶,制作简单,采用的生产原料选择无毒性的,涂胶的使用效果好,环保,作用于皮革表面涂饰可形成坚固的光亮涂膜。
Description
本发明涉及一种化学用品的技术领域,具体涉及导电性涂胶。
涂胶在生产和生活中的作用非常大,广泛应用与各个领域,涂胶形成的涂膜可对物体起到装饰、保护和标致作用,目前市面上的大部分涂胶虽然制作简单、售价便宜但同时带有一定的毒副作用,作为家用的话会对人体产生一定危害,且涂胶功能比较单一,适用范围不广,不能用于很多领域,局限性很大。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供导电性涂胶,解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
根据本发明的一个方面,导电性涂胶,甲基丙烯酸40~60份,过氧化苯甲酰12~24份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯10~20份,聚酯8~16份,丁二醇丙烯酸酯20~30份,三羟甲基丙烷4~6份,丁二醇10~20份,甲氧基苯酚10~20份,丙烯酰胺8~12份,苯乙烯10~20份,乙醇18~24份,二甲苯12~18份。
本发明提供的导电性涂胶,制作简单,采用的生产原料选择无毒性的,的使用效果好,环保,作用于皮革表面涂饰可形成坚固的光亮涂膜。
实施例1
将甲基丙烯酸40份,过氧化苯甲酰12份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯10份,聚酯8份,丁二醇丙烯酸酯20份,三羟甲基丙烷4份,丁二醇10份,甲氧基苯酚10份,丙烯酰胺8份,苯乙烯10份,乙醇18份,二甲苯12~18份
放入反应器中,不断搅拌,混合完全后加热至65℃,以16m/min的速度在200W/cm的紫外灯下通过反应两次后,即得产品。
实施例2
将甲基丙烯酸40~60份,过氧化苯甲酰18份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯15份,聚酯12份,丁二醇丙烯酸酯25份,三羟甲基丙烷5份,丁二醇15份,甲氧基苯酚15份,丙烯酰胺10份,苯乙烯15份,乙醇21份,二甲苯15份放入反应器中,不断搅拌,混合完全后加热至65℃,以16m/min的速度在200W/cm的紫外灯下通过反应两次后,即得产品。
实施例3
将甲基丙烯酸60份,过氧化苯甲酰24份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯20份,聚酯16份,丁二醇丙烯酸酯30份,三羟甲基丙烷6份,丁二醇20份,甲氧基苯酚20份,丙烯酰胺12份,苯乙烯20份,乙醇24份,二甲苯18份放入反应器中,不断搅拌,混合完全后加热至65℃,以16m/min的速度在200W/cm的紫外灯下通过反应两次后,即得产品。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选方式,应当指出,对于本领域普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干相似的变形和改进,这些也应视为本发明的保护范围之内。

- 导电性涂胶,其特征在于:包括如下重量份的组分,甲基丙烯酸40~60份,过氧化苯甲酰12~24份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯10~20份,聚酯8~16份,丁二醇丙烯酸酯20~30份,三羟甲基丙烷4~6份,丁二醇10~20份,甲氧基苯酚10~20份,丙烯酰胺8~12份,苯乙烯10~20份,乙醇18~24份,二甲苯12~18份。
