Description

一种电子积木模块 技术领域
本发明涉及一种益智玩具和教育用机器人的技术领域,特别是一种设置有电子器件的积木。
背景技术
乐高公司是世界著名的玩具制造商,其发明的拼装式玩具能够开发孩子的智力和锻炼孩子动手能力,积木玩具的销量位于世界十大玩具之列。目前市面上乐高款式的拼装式玩具有很多,这些玩具大多都是通过不同体积的积木相互叠加的方式搭建不同主题的玩具模型。
传统的拼装式积木玩具由于缺少与使用者互动功能,从而降低了乐趣性,小朋友慢慢不喜欢玩了。随着微电子技术的发展,国内一些大的玩具生产商推出了模块化电子机器人套件,但这些机器人基本都是通过连接线的方式连接各种内置有电子器件的模块,通过外部导线的连接方式势必需要一个良好的接头以及相配合的接口,当导线和接口数量较多时,容易使用户造成混乱,不利于模型的搭建,小孩误操作也会破坏接口,使功能模块与主控端接触不良。
另外国外玩具厂商采用是的磁石的方式,将两个传感器模块通过磁石粘合在一起,使两模块上的金属弹片相互接触导通从而产生互动。存在问题是:磁石式的连接方式只能横向扩展,各模块之间无法采用常规的积木叠加方式堆叠组合,故无法搭建立体模型;同时磁石式的连接方式容易脱离,电子器件的功能会因线路断开而无法实现其相应的功能,由此可看出该种方式下的电路设计在组合方式上不够灵活,因此,如何提供一种结构简单、堆叠组合方便的电子积木模块,且各模块之间可以导通,不仅可以通过叠加的方式搭建出各种模型,而且搭建出来的模型还可以与使用者产 生互动,除此之外还能与现有的乐高式积木玩具进行混合使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:为了解决上述的问题,提供一种电子积木模块,它采用积木叠加拼接的方式,实现各电子模块之间组装拼接得更加方便和稳固,同时内置在电子积木模块体内的电子器件采用总线的方式进行连接和通信,可搭建出多种智能型机器人模型,具有较高的灵活性,实现人机互动,还可与现有的乐高式积木玩具混合使用。
本发明是这样实现的:本发明所述的一种电子积木模块,它包括本体、设置在本体顶部表面上的凸起、设置在本体底部的可嵌入凸起的凹槽,所述凸起呈圆筒形,所述本体的体内设有一空腔,其特征于:还包括电路板、母连接器和子连接器,所述电路板设置在本体的空腔内;
所述母连接器设置在凸起的上开口内,母连接器包括至少三个导电接触点,该三个导电接触点分别与电路板上信号端、电源端、接地端电连接;
所述子型连接器设置在凹槽的下开口内,子连接器包括至少三个导电接触点,该三个导电接触点分别与本体腔体内的电路板信号端、电源端、接地端进行电连接。
所述母连接器与子连接器可嵌套连接。

  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电子积木模块,其特征在于:所述母连接器呈圆柱形,它包括第一导电套环、第二导电套环,第一导电套环的内表面设有导电层,第二导电套环的外表面设有导电层,第二导电套环的内表面竖立设置导电弹片;
    所述子连接器呈圆柱形,它包括第三导电套环和导电柱,第三导电套环的内表面竖立设置导电弹片,第三导电套环的外表面竖立设置导电弹片;
    母连接器与子连接器嵌套电连接,子连接器上的导电柱与母连接器上的第二导电套环通过导电弹片接触导通,子连接器上的第三导电套环的内表面上导电弹片与第二导电套环的导电层接触导通,子连接器上的第三导电套环的外表面上导电弹片与第一导电套环的导电层导通;母连接器与子连接器实现三线一一对应导通。
  4. 根据权利要求1、2或3所述的电子积木模块,其特征在于:所述电路板包括第一层电路板、第二层电路板,所述母连接器焊接在第一层电路板的上表面,所述子连接器焊接在第二层电路板的下表面,第一层电路板、第二层电路板分别固定在骨架上,第一层电路板与第二层电路板通过导体连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1、2或3所述的电子积木模块,其特征在于:所述母连接器与子连接器在一同轴心线上。
