在其中的一个实施例中,所述旋钮部包括连接柱和桶状部,所述连接柱设置在所述桶状部上,所述连接柱与所述卡位部通过所述弹性件弹性连接。
在其中的一个实施例中,所述桶状部上设有至少一个卡位件,所述卡位件与所述卡位部卡接。
在其中的一个实施例中,所述卡位部上开设有至少一个卡位槽,所述卡位件卡入所述卡位槽内。
在其中的一个实施例中,所述卡位件的数量为四个,沿所述桶状部周向均匀设置,所述卡位件与所述限位件配合,当处于所述第一状态的所述旋钮部旋转时,所述限位件限制所述卡位件在预设范围内旋转,处于所述第二状态的所述旋钮部旋转时,所述卡位件能够避让所述限位件。
在其中的一个实施例中,所述旋钮部处于所述第一状态时,所述弹性件处于非压缩状态;所述旋钮部处于所述第二状态时,所述弹性件处于压缩状态。
本申请的第二方面,提供了一种电烤箱,包括电烤箱本体和上述任一项实施例所述的定时组件,所述定时组件设于所述电烤箱本体上。
本实用新型的优点和有益效果为:本实用新型的定时组件,由于该定时组件中,设有与安装面板固定连接的限位件,且该限位件与旋钮部配合,当处于第一状态的旋钮部旋转时, 限位件能够限制旋钮部在一定范围内旋转,处于所述第二状态的所述旋钮部旋转时,所述旋钮部能够避让所述限位件,通过改变旋钮部的状态,使其处于第一状态或者第二状态,方便调节该定时组件,在第一状态时,定时器达到预先设定的时间以后就可以自动关闭,能够防止定时器故障或因其他原因引起造成该定时组件转到常通模式,防止设备一直处于工作状态,造成安全隐患;而处于第二状态的旋钮部旋转时能够避让限位件;当用户需要在常通下使用该定时组件时,只需要使得旋钮部处于第二状态,该旋钮组件便可以通过该限位件,从而切换到常通模式。本实用新型结构简单,且能够避免产生安全隐患。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型的具体实施方式作进一步描述,以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本实用新型的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本实用新型的保护范围。
参考图1和图2,本实施例的定时组件100,包括安装面板120,旋钮组件110,旋钮组 件110包括旋钮部112和旋钮轴114,其中,旋钮部112位于安装面板120的一侧,且旋钮部112能够相对安装面板120旋转,此处旋钮部112不仅可以沿着第一方向(通常为顺时针方向)旋转,也可以沿着第二方向(通常为逆时针方向)旋转。旋钮轴114与旋钮部112连接,且能够随旋钮部112旋转,此处旋钮轴114不仅可以沿着第一方向(通常为顺时针方向)旋转,也可以沿着第二方向(通常为逆时针方向)旋转。该旋钮部112具有两个状态,分别为第一状态和第二状态。
还包括定时器130,该定时器130可以是一种机械定时结构,该定时器130包括本体132和第一连接轴134,其中本体132位于安装面板120的另一侧,且与安装面板120固定连接,此处本体132可以通过螺栓或者螺钉与安装面板120连接;第一连接轴134设置在该本体132上,且该第一连接轴134与旋钮部112固定连接。
还包括限位件140,该限位件140与安装面板120固定连接,且该限位件140与旋钮部112配合,此处配合可以是指至少部分旋钮部112与该限位件140配合,使得处于第一状态的旋钮部112不能够自由旋转,即当处于第一状态的旋钮部112旋转时,限位件140能够限制旋钮部112在预设范围内旋转,处于第二状态的旋钮部112旋转时,旋钮部112能够避让该限位件140,本实施例采用的限位件140可以为挡片,当然其他满足同样功能的限位件140也可以,此处需要说明的是,旋钮部112处于第一状态时,该定时组件100为选择定时模式,旋钮部112处于第二状态时,该定时组件100为选择常通模式,此处,定时模式是指该定时组件100处于预设时间模式,即该定时组件100能够获取用户预设的定时时间,该预设的定时时间与旋钮部112在预设范围内旋转相对应,常通模式是指该定时组件100一直处于工作状态。
在使用本实施例定时组件100时,在旋钮部112处于第一状态下,此时该定时组件100处于定时模式,此时通过沿着第一方向(通常为顺时针方向)旋转旋钮部112,预先设定该定时器130的定时时间,此时定时器130便开始工作,当达到预设时间以后,该定时器130便可以自动关闭;另外,当该定时器130出现非人为性故障时,比如到了预设时间以后该定时器130并未停止,该定时组件100上的挡片,能够阻止该定时器130跳转到常通模式,使得机器一直在工作,防止产生安全隐患;另外,用户可能对该定时器130预设的时间过长,超出了实际需要的时间,比如原本需要30分钟但是用户设置了45分钟或者以上的时间,此时用户可能需要主动对该定时器130进行归零操作,需要沿着第二方向(通常为逆时针方向)旋转该旋钮部112,由于定时器130从工作状态到关的方向和选择常通方向一致,因此有可 能会出现用户以为关掉了该定时器130,但是定时器130却一直处于工作状态的情况,造成安全隐患,此时设置的该挡片能够防止上述两种情况事件发生,安全性大大提高;当需要选择常通模式时,通过改变旋钮部112,使得旋钮部112处于第二状态,此时,处于第二状态的旋钮部112旋转时能够避让该挡片,方便用户选择常通模式的定时器130,本实施例结构简单,且能够防止产生安全隐患。
继续参考图2和图3,图2为图1中所示定时组件的旋钮组件结构示意图,图3为图2中所示定时组件的旋钮组件装配示意图。如图2和图3所示,上述旋钮组件110还可以包括弹性件116,此时,旋钮轴114可以通过该弹性件116与旋钮部112弹性连接,此处该弹性件116可以是弹簧,当然,其他具有同样功能的能够产生弹性的部件也可以,为了固定该弹簧,该旋钮组件110还可以包括紧固件118,该紧固件118与弹簧连接,使得该弹簧可以固定于旋钮部112上,上述紧固件118可以是螺钉,其他满足同样功能的紧固件118也可以,此处采用弹簧和螺钉可以使得该定时组件100结构更加简单紧凑。
旋钮轴114进一步的可以包括卡位部114a和第二连接轴114b,该第二连接轴114b与卡位部114a固定连接,卡位部114a通过弹簧与旋钮部112弹性连接。
旋钮部112进一步的可以包括连接柱112a和桶状部112b,该连接柱112a可以为圆柱状,固定设置在桶状部112b上,连接柱112a可以和桶状部112b一起旋转,相应卡位部114a与连接柱112a对应位置上开设有与连接柱112a适配的通孔,此时,弹簧贯穿卡位部上的通孔,与连接柱112a弹性连接,螺钉将该弹簧固定到连接柱112a上。
上述桶状部112b上进一步的开设有至少一个卡位件112c,本实施例优选的可以开设四个卡位件112c,沿着桶状部112b的周向均匀设置,当然其他数目的卡位件112c也可以,本实施例并不限制卡位件112c沿桶状部112b周向均匀设置,其只要满足卡位功能,以及确保处于第一状态的旋钮部112在预设范围内旋转即可,该卡位件112c与卡位部114a卡接,同时,该卡位件112c与挡片配合,当处于第一状态的旋钮部112旋转时,挡片可以限制该卡位件112c在预设范围内旋转,本实施例所指的预设范围即是指该定时组件100处于定时模式时,旋转旋钮部112以期获得对应机器所需要的定时时间,处于第二状态的旋钮部112旋转时,该卡位件112c能够避让挡片。
为了更好地与上述卡位件112c卡接,可以在卡位部114a上开设有至少一个卡位槽114c,该卡位槽114c与卡位件112c相适配,卡位件112c卡入卡位槽114c内,开设的卡位槽114c数目以及沿卡位部114a周向的距离设置与上述卡位件112c相对应,本实施例的卡位槽114c 数目并不仅仅限于此,其数目以及沿卡位部114a的设置只要与卡位件112c相对应即可,本实施例中通过卡位件112c与卡位槽114c卡接,可以周向固定该旋钮轴114,使得该旋钮轴114与旋钮部112处于一个整体,其只能够随旋钮部112一起旋转,结构简单。
本实施例中,旋钮部112处于第一状态时,此时弹簧处于非压缩状态;旋钮部112处于第二状态时,弹簧处于压缩状态,更为具体地,当用户需要改变旋钮部112的状态,期望该定时组件100处于常通模式时,由于旋钮部112与旋钮轴114之间通过弹簧弹性连接,另外第二连接轴114b与第一连接轴134连接,将该旋钮部112往上拉时,此时弹簧处于压缩状态,该旋钮部112往上运动,此时,设置在其中的卡位件112c可以避开挡片,旋钮部112可以正常旋转到常通模式,本实施例结构简单,且方便切换定时模式,避免安全隐患的发生。
在组装该旋钮组件110时,如图3所示,第一步:参考图中A所示,先行将旋钮轴114组装到旋钮部112上,此时卡位件112c与卡位槽114c卡接,周向定位该旋钮轴114,另外卡位部114a上开设的通孔与连接柱112a对应;第二步:参考图中B所示,将弹簧组装到卡位部114a上的通孔中;第三步:参考图中C所示,组装螺钉,将该螺钉组装到弹簧上,固定该弹簧到连接柱112a上。结构简单,装配方便。
继续参考图4,为图1中所示定时组件100的安装面板120的局部示意图,如图所示,安装面板120上设有限位件140,本实施例优选的限位件140包括挡片,该挡片设于安装面板120上,且凸出于安装面板120,当然也可以使用其他结构形式的能够满足同样功能的限位件140。
继续参考图5,为图1中所示一实施例中定时组件100处于第一状态时的剖视图,图5中,当定时组件100达到预设时间以后,挡片便会阻止卡位件114a通过该挡片,进一步阻止旋钮部112继续旋转,从而使得该定时器130能够立马停止计时,相应机器便会停止工作。
继续参考图6,为图1中一实施例中定时组件100处于第二状态时的剖视图,如图6所示,当需要使用第二状态的定时组件100时,只需要将旋钮部112往上拉,从而压缩弹簧,此时由于旋钮部112往上运动,设置在其中的卡位件114a便可以避开该挡片,进一步旋钮部112可以正常旋转。
继续参考图7,为图1中一实施例中定时组件100工作方式情景图,正如图7中所示,定时组件100有两种状态,定时模式,顺时针旋转,预设定时器130的定时时间,当实际工作时间比预设时间少时,此时需要用户手动归零,其旋转方向为逆时针方向,而选择常通模式的旋转方向与归零方向一样,都为逆时针方向,两者方向一致,容易产生安全隐患,本申 请文件设置的挡片以及旋钮部112,切换旋钮部112不同的状态,能够方便地选择这两种模式,同时也避免了产生上述的安全隐患。
下面将继续描述本实用新型的工作原理:
当用户在定时模式使用该定时组件100时,手动从工作状态关闭定时器130时,只要定时器130达到关的位置,挡片阻挡旋钮部112继续往常通模式方向转动,从而防止定时器130达到常通状态。当用户需要在常通模式使用该定时组件100时,用户需要将旋钮部112往上拉,从而压缩弹簧,卡位件114a避开挡片140,如图6所示,从而旋钮部112可以从定时模式正常旋转到常通模式,不影响用户使用常通模式的定时组件100。
另外本装置还可以防止定时器130在出现故障时跳到常通模式导致机器一直运作,避免因此带来的安全隐患。
继续参考图8,为一实施例中电烤箱的结构示意图,涉及本申请的第二方面,一种电烤箱,包括电烤箱本体200和上述任一项实施例的定时组件100,该定时组件100设于电烤箱本体200上。可以一并参考图2,当需要在定时模式使用该电烤箱时,只需要沿着顺时针方向旋转该定时组件100中的旋钮部112,该旋钮部112旋转到需要的刻度时,释放旋钮部112,则定时器130内的触点就会接通,此时电烤箱开始工作;当需要在常通模式使用该电烤箱时,可以改变定时组件100中的旋钮部112,使其处于第二状态,此时可以避让挡片。更为具体的定时组件100结构可以参考本申请第一方面所描述的定时组件100,在此不作赘述。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本实用新型的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对实用新型专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本实用新型的保护范围。因此,本实用新型专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种定时组件,其特征在于,包括:
    安装面板;
    旋钮组件,包括旋钮部和旋钮轴,所述旋钮部位于所述安装面板的一侧,所述旋钮部能够相对所述安装面板旋转,且所述旋钮部具有第一状态和第二状态,所述旋钮轴与所述旋钮部连接;
    定时器,包括本体和第一连接轴,所述本体位于所述安装面板的另一侧,所述本体与所述安装面板固定连接,所述第一连接轴设置在所述本体上,所述第一连接轴与所述旋钮轴固定连接;以及
    限位件,与所述安装面板固定连接,且所述限位件与所述旋钮部配合,当处于所述第一状态的旋钮部旋转时,所述限位件能够限制所述旋钮部在预设范围内旋转,处于所述第二状态的所述旋钮部旋转时,所述旋钮部能够避让所述限位件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的定时组件,其特征在于,所述旋钮组件还包括弹性件和紧固件,所述旋钮轴通过所述弹性件与所述旋钮部弹性连接,所述紧固件与所述弹性件连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的定时组件,其特征在于,所述旋钮部包括连接柱和桶状部,所述连接柱设置在所述桶状部上,所述连接柱与所述旋钮轴通过所述弹性件弹性连接。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的定时组件,其特征在于,所述旋钮轴包括卡位部和第二连接轴,所述第二连接轴与所述卡位部固定连接,所述卡位部通过所述弹性件与所述旋钮部弹性连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的定时组件,其特征在于,所述旋钮部包括连接柱和桶状部,所述连接柱设置在所述桶状部上,所述连接柱与所述卡位部通过所述弹性件弹性连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的定时组件,其特征在于,所述桶状部上设有至少一个卡位件,所述卡位件与所述卡位部卡接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的定时组件,其特征在于,所述卡位部上开设有至少一个卡位槽,所述卡位件卡入所述卡位槽内。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的定时组件,其特征在于,所述卡位件的数量为四个,沿所述桶状部周向均匀设置,所述卡位件与所述限位件配合,当处于所述第一状态的所述旋钮部旋转时,所述限位件限制所述卡位件在预设范围内旋转,处于所述第二状态的所述旋钮部旋转时,所述卡位件能够避让所述限位件。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的定时组件,其特征在于,所述旋钮部处于所述第一状态时,所述弹性件处于非压缩状态;所述旋钮部处于所述第二状态时,所述弹性件处于压缩状态。
  10. 一种电烤箱,其特征在于,包括电烤箱本体和上述权利要求1-9任一项所述的定时组件,所述定时组件设于所述电烤箱本体上。
