Description

一种带预锁结构的连接器 技术领域
本发明涉及一种连接器,尤其是涉及一种带预锁结构的连接器。
背景技术
目前,市场上有很多连接器都带有预锁结构,例如中国专利公开号201220300375.6公开了一种杆结构的预锁定装置包括杠杆预锁机构、弹性锁定机构、杠杆及支撑轴,杠杆的端部连接在支撑轴上,杠杆预锁机构卡接在杠杆与支撑轴的连接处,弹性锁定机构连接在杠杆锁定机构的下方,其能够抗50N的误操作力,因此现有技术中的预锁结构的保持力难以达到GM测试规范150N的要求,且无法实现预装位置到位自动打开的功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种保持力大、操作简便的带预锁结构的连接器。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种带预锁结构的连接器,该连接器与对配件连接,其特征在于,所述的连接器包括壳体以及分别安装壳体上的摇杆和罩盖,所述的摇杆上设有使摇杆处于预锁位置的预锁结构,安装时,所述的对配件顶开预锁机构,并带动摇杆转动。
所述的预锁机构包括弹性臂以及分别设在弹性臂两端的上凸台和下凸台,所述的上凸台与罩盖锁定,从而使摇杆处于预装状态,当下凸台被对配件顶开后,带动上凸台使其从罩盖处解锁。
所述的摇杆上设有用于安装预锁机构的导槽。
所述的对配件上设有导向柱,所述的摇杆上设有与导向柱对应的导轨,所述的导向柱带动导轨运动,从而使摇杆转动。
所述的导轨为弧形结构。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
1)保持力大,本发明预锁结构能够满足GM 150N测试要求;
2)操作简便,更加直观,预装到位后摇杆自动打开,有助于使用者直观地知道零件安装状态。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都应属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1-4所示,一种带预锁结构的连接器,该连接器与对配件7连接,所述的连接器包括壳体4以及分别安装壳体4上的摇杆1和罩盖3,所述的摇杆1上设有使摇杆1处于预锁位置的预锁结构,安装时,所述的对配件7顶开预锁机构,并带动摇杆1转动。
所述的预锁机构包括弹性臂5以及分别设在弹性臂5两端的上凸台2和下凸台6,所述的上凸台2与罩盖3锁定,从而使摇杆1处于预装状态,当下凸台6被对配件7顶开后,带动上凸台2使摇杆1从罩盖处解锁。
所述的摇杆1上设有用于安装预锁机构的导槽。
所述的对配件7上设有导向柱9,所述的摇杆1上设有与导向柱9对应的导轨8,所述的导向柱9带动导轨8运动,从而使摇杆1转动。所述的导轨8为弧形结构。
如图2所示,摇杆1上的上凸台2被罩盖3挡住,使得摇杆保持在预装位 置;
如图3所示,连接器安装到预装位置时,下凸台6被对配件7顶开,带动弹性臂5上的上凸台2使得其从罩壳3处解锁;
如图4所示,导向柱9带动导轨8,使得摇杆1转动,从而自动打开一定角度。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种带预锁结构的连接器,该连接器与对配件连接,其特征在于,所述的连接器包括壳体以及分别安装壳体上的摇杆和罩盖,所述的摇杆上设有使摇杆处于预锁位置的预锁结构,安装时,所述的对配件顶开预锁机构,并带动摇杆转动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述的预锁机构包括弹性臂以及分别设在弹性臂两端的上凸台和下凸台,所述的上凸台与罩盖锁定,从而使摇杆处于预装状态,当下凸台被对配件顶开后,带动上凸台使其从罩盖处解锁。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述的摇杆上设有用于安装预锁机构的导槽。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述的对配件上设有导向柱,所述的摇杆上设有与导向柱对应的导轨,所述的导向柱带动导轨运动,从而使摇杆转动。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的连接器,其特征在于,所述的导轨为弧形结构。
