本发明与传感器有关,特别是指一种可以多方面应用的压力感测装置、使用该压力感测装置的压力感测系统及使用该压力感测装置的压力感测开关。
现有技术
传感器是一种能够将待测物理量或化学量按一定规律变换成可用输出信号的装置,目前广泛地应用在汽车、医疗、工业测量及自动控制等领域。
以医疗方面而言,传统的方式都是通过穿戴式感测装置来感测病患的生理状态,同时再配合计算机来监控病患是否有异常状况,但是在操作上需要专业的医护人员,而且也不太适合使用在需要长期追踪病情的病患,再加上病患可能因为穿戴上的不舒服或是无意识的动作而造成感测装置的脱落,这样势必会影响感测结果。因此,传统的穿戴式感测装置在使用上并不方便。
另外就自动控制技术来说,例如动作感测装置,只要有人经过感测范围时就会自动开灯或发出声音,以提醒住家来达到保全效果。但是这种感测装置通常都是安装在户外,很容易受到外界环境因素(如雨水或灰尘)的影响而造成结构上的损坏或发生短路的问题,所以实际所能提供的警示效果并不理想。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提供一种压力感测装置,其具有结构简单、高实用性及应用层面广泛的特色。
为达到上述目的,本发明所提供的一种压力感测装置,其特征在于包含有:至少一弹性管体,所述弹性管体的内部具有一腔室,且所述弹性管体的一端具有一连通所述腔室的开口;至少一压力传感器,设于所述弹性管体的开口内,用于感测所述腔室在所述弹性管体受到外力作用时的压力变化。
上述本发明的技术方案中,所述弹性管体的另一端具有一相对所述开口的端壁,使得所述弹性管体在所述压力传感器与所述端壁之间形成所述腔室。
所述弹性管体的两端分别具有一所述开口,所述压力传感器的数量为二,所述二压力传感器分别设于所述弹性管体的一所述开口内,使得所述弹性管体在所述二压力传感器之间形成所述腔室。
采用上述技术方案,当弹性管体受到外力作用时,腔室内的空气会被压缩而产生压力变化,此时压力传感器便会根据感测到的压力变化发送感测讯号。在实际使用时,利用弹性管体的密闭保护效果,可以将压力感测装置放在需要防水或防尘等特殊环境之下进行使用,不用担心压力传感器受到外在环境因素的影响而损坏。
本发明的次一目的在于提供一种压力感测系统,其能用来感测使用者的生理状态变化。
为达到上述目的,本发明所提供的一种压力感测系统,其特征在于包含有:一如上所述的压力感测装置;一讯号处理装置,电性连接所述压力传感器,用于接收且处理所述压力传感器所发送的一感测讯号。
其中,所述弹性管体的另一端具有一相对所述开口的端壁。
所述弹性管体的两端分别具有一所述开口,所述压力传感器的数量为二,所述二压力传感器分别设于所述弹性管体的一所述开口内,使得所述弹性管体在所述二压力传感器之间形成所述腔室。
由此,在实际使用时可以将压力感测装置埋在病床的床垫内、轮椅或任何椅子的坐垫内,以便随时感测使用者的生理状态变化(如心跳、呼吸或身体动作),一旦出现异常时便能利用讯号处理装置在最短时间内发出警告通知,让医护人员可以进行紧急处理。
本发明的再一目的在于提供一种压力感测开关,其能用来作为居家防护或是帮助提醒店家有顾客进出。
为达到上述目的,本发明所提供的一种压力感测开关,其特征在于包含有:一如上所述的压力感测装置;一控制器,电性连接所述压力传感器,用于接收所述压力传感器所发送的一感测讯号,并且根据所接收到的感测讯号而发送一控制讯号;一负载装置,电性连接所述控制器,用于接收所述控制器的控制讯号,并且根据所接收到的控制讯号进行开启或关闭。
其中,所述弹性管体的另一端具有一相对所述开口的端壁。
所述弹性管体的两端分别具有一所述开口,所述压力传感器的数量为二,所述二压力传感器分别设于所述弹性管体的一所述开口内,使得所述弹性管体在所述二压力传感器之间形成所述腔室。

本发明最佳实施方式
为了详细说明本发明的结构、特点及功效,现举以下较佳实施例并配合附图说明如下。
如图1及图2所示,本发明第1实施例的压力感测装置10包含有一条弹性管体20及两个压力传感器30。
弹性管体20由硅胶、橡胶或其他类似的弹性材质所制成。弹性管体20的内部具有一腔室22,在本实施例中,弹性管体20的两端分别具有一连通腔室22的开口24。
压力传感器30以麦克风为例,并不限于压电式、压阻式或电容式。两个压力传感器30分别塞设于弹性管体20的一个开口24内,使弹性管体30的腔室22可以被两个压力传感器30给封闭住。
由上述可知,如图2所示,当弹性管体20受到外力作用时,腔室22内的空气会被压缩而产生压力变化,此时压力传感器30便会根据感测到的压力变化而发送一感测讯号,一旦外力解除之后,弹性管体20便会回复到原本的状态。
另一方面,压力感测装置10在结构上可以有不同的变化,如图3所示,弹性管体20也可以只有一端具有开口24,开口24内设有压力传感器30,弹性管 体20的另一端具有一端壁26,使得弹性管体20的腔室22可以被端壁26与压力传感器30给封闭住。再如图4所示,弹性管体20也可以是三通管,其中一端塞设一个压力传感器30,另外两端可以配合其他不同形式的弹性管体使用,如此的并接方式可以根据实际需要来达到增加长度的效果。
在实际使用时,本发明的压力感测装置10可以应用在多种不同的场合:
首先利用弹性管体20的密闭保护效果,可以将整个压力感测装置10放在需要防水或防尘等特殊环境之下进行使用,再加上压力传感器30是塞在弹性管体20内,所以不用担心压力传感器30会受到外在环境因素的影响而损坏。此时再配合一控制器42与一负载装置44即可构成一压力感测开关40,如图5所示,当控制器42接收到压力传感器30所发送的感测讯号时,控制器42会根据感测结果发送一控制讯号至负载装置44,使负载装置44进行开启或关闭。
再如图6所示,本发明的压力感测装置10也可以埋设于一般住家门口或商家门口的地垫12内,当有人进出时会通过地垫12对弹性管体20施加踩踏压力,此时的压力传感器30会发送感测讯号至控制器42,接着控制器42会进一步控制负载装置44进行开启或关闭,在负载装置44进行开启或关闭的过程中可以额外搭配灯光或声音来提醒住家或店家,如此便能达到提升住家防护安全及提醒店家有顾客进出的效果。
接着请参阅图7至图9所示,本发明的压力感测装置10可以埋设于病床的床垫14内,并且根据长度的不同来调整位置,如果长度较短,以对应于病患的胸部为最佳埋设位置,如果长度够长,则是以对应于病患的躯干15为最佳埋设位置。由此,当病患躺在病床之后,病患的心跳、呼吸或是身体的任何移动都会对弹性管体20造成不同程度的压力,此时再配合一讯号处理装置52构成一压力感测系统50,如图11所示,当讯号处理装置52接收到压力传感器30的感测讯号之后会将感测结果转换成一生理讯号,一旦病患出现状况时,例如没有心跳、停止呼吸或摔下病床,讯号处理装置52会显示异常的生理讯号且在最短时间内发出警告通知,让医护人员可以立刻进行紧急处理。在相同的原理之下,压力感测系统50也可以用来侦测一般人的睡眠质量,或者也可以埋设于轮椅16的坐垫18内,如图10所示,通过感测病患坐在轮椅16后的肢体动作来达到侦测生理状态的效果。
综上所述,本发明的压力感测装置10利用弹性管体20的密封效果及材料特性,再配合压力传感器30的感测功能,不但可以在特殊环境下使用,同时也 可以用来侦测病患的生理状态,甚至可以运用在一般住家的保全及商家对于顾客进出的提醒效果,进而达到结构简单、高实用性及应用层面广泛的目的。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式。然而,本技术领域中具有通常知识者理应了解,这些详细说明以及实施本发明所列举的特定实施例,仅为举例说明,并非用来限制本案的专利保护范围,其他等效元件的替代或变化,也应被本案的专利保护范围所涵盖。
工业应用性
本发明提供的压力感测装置、使用该压力感测装置的压力感测系统及使用该压力感测装置的压力感测开关的感测功能,不但可以在特殊环境下使用,同时也可以用来侦测病患的生理状态,甚至可以运用在一般住家的保全及商家对于顾客进出的提醒使用,具有广泛的应用前景,因此具有广阔的工业应用性。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种压力感测装置,其特征在于包含有:
    至少一弹性管体,所述弹性管体的内部具有一腔室,且所述弹性管体的一端具有一连通所述腔室的开口;
    至少一压力传感器,设于所述弹性管体的开口内,用于感测所述腔室在所述弹性管体受到外力作用时的压力变化。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的压力感测装置,其特征在于:所述弹性管体的另一端具有一相对所述开口的端壁,使得所述弹性管体在所述压力传感器与所述端壁之间形成所述腔室。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的压力感测装置,其特征在于:所述弹性管体的两端分别具有一所述开口,所述压力传感器的数量为二,所述二压力传感器分别设于所述弹性管体的一所述开口内,使得所述弹性管体在所述二压力传感器之间形成所述腔室。
  4. 一种压力感测系统,其特征在于包含有:
    一如权利要求1所述的压力感测装置;
    一讯号处理装置,电性连接所述压力传感器,用于接收且处理所述压力传感器所发送的一感测讯号。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的压力感测系统,其特征在于:所述弹性管体的另一端具有一相对所述开口的端壁。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的压力感测系统,其特征在于:所述弹性管体的两端分别具有一所述开口,所述压力传感器的数量为二,所述二压力传感器分别设于所述弹性管体的一所述开口内,使得所述弹性管体在所述二压力传感器之间形成所述腔室。
  7. 一种压力感测开关,其特征在于包含有:
    一如权利要求1所述的压力感测装置;
    一控制器,电性连接所述压力传感器,用于接收所述压力传感器所发送的一感测讯号,并且根据所接收到的感测讯号而发送一控制讯号;
    一负载装置,电性连接所述控制器,用于接收所述控制器的控制讯号,并且根据所接收到的控制讯号进行开启或关闭。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的压力感测开关,其特征在于:所述弹性管体的另一 端具有一相对所述开口的端壁。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的压力感测开关,其特征在于:所述弹性管体的两端分别具有一所述开口,所述压力传感器的数量为二,所述二压力传感器分别设于所述弹性管体的一所述开口内,使得所述弹性管体在所述二压力传感器之间形成所述腔室。
