如申请号为CN201410449659.5的专利文献公开了一种助眠系统,其技术方案为通过获取用户的脑电波数据,并通过用户的脑电波数据的频率判断用户的睡眠情况,并根据其睡眠情况自动播放、暂停播放音频文件,以解决用户在睡眠过程中无法关闭播放器的问题,该专利文献中的技术方案是通过播放音频来帮助睡眠,但是该种技术方案只能借助于播放音频来帮助睡眠,也不能判断用户是属哪种性质的失眠,技术方案形式单一,针对失眠用户没有针对性。
如申请号为CN201010540282.6的专利文献公开了一种助眠卧室系统,其包括卧室、床、室内灯具、卧室空调和湿度调节器,控制器、气泵、音频播放装置、视频播放装置、噪音发生器、电磁波发生器、利眠气体喷射器、呼吸遥测器、室内压力检测器、室内低压报警器,根据失眠患者的具体需求提供适合于该患者的睡眠环境,该专利文献中的技术方案虽然能调节睡眠微环境,但该系统的睡眠微环境是基于人体的呼吸频率去调节的,由于人在不同的身体状况和睡眠状况下,呼吸也会不一样,故而,该专利文献的技术方案也不能根据不同的人来调节睡眠系统,也不能判断用户是属哪种性质的失眠,技术方案形式单一,针对失眠用户没有针对性。

当人处于清醒且思维活跃的时候,大脑发出频率为13-30HZ之间的β脑电波;

根据大脑的活动水平,人的睡眠可以分为四个不同的睡眠阶段,包括:
第一阶段:人合上眼睛放松时,开始进入睡眠模式,此时人的脑电波是α脑电波,进入第一阶段后期时,即人开始由清醒向睡眠阶段过渡时,脑电波振幅变大,脑电波开始变成3.5-7.5HZ之间的θ波;
第二阶段:脑电波不规则,出现K-复合波,也会出现少数梭形波,频率在12-14HZ之间;
第三阶段:发出3.5HZ左右的δ脑电波;
第四阶段:这一阶段的睡眠以β脑电波的活动为主要特征,该阶段我们的眼睛开始快速地来回动,称之为快速眼动睡眠( REM sleep),REM阶段人们会做梦,当进入REM睡眠时,大约一个半小时后,人体会进入完全睡眠阶段,在接下来的时间,睡眠会在REM阶段和非REM阶段之间交替。
其中,助眠脑电波提供装置2037可以为一可穿戴设备,通过一可穿戴设备固定于用户的前额部分,与用户的前额相接触,可以采集用户的脑电波数据和为用户提供助眠的脑电波;用户睡眠时,该可穿戴设备佩戴在头部额头部分,与用户的前额相接触,采集用户的脑电波数据;如果用户在想睡眠时不出现θ脑电波和δ脑电波,则用户极有可能是失眠症状,在熟睡状态下,不会出现α脑电波;该可穿戴设备中存储有正常睡眠时各个阶段应该出现的脑电波特征及数据,用户佩戴在前额部分的该可穿戴设备实时采集用户睡眠时的脑电波数据,同时将该采集到的用户的脑电波数据与共自身存储的各个年龄段及不同身体特征的健康人正常睡眠时的脑电波数据相比较,分析出用户是属于哪种情况的睡眠问题,从而提出有针对性的助眠方案;同时,该可穿戴设备所采集到的用户的睡眠数据也存储起来,当用户通打开智能终端上的相应的APP,并以无线方式连接到助眠系统,获取用户的睡眠数据以及对用户睡眠的分析结果,并将分析结果以及睡眠数据曲线呈现在APP的相应的界面上,并呈现给用户相应的改善睡眠和提高睡眠质量的建议。
其中,由于不同年龄段和不同身体状况的人对睡眠环境的要求不同,所以需要对不同的使用者以及使用者的具体情况相应调整助眠方案和调整睡眠建议。关于助眠方案的确定以及根据各用户实际情况不同的调整,本发明通过专家系统完成睡眠质量诊断以及有针对性的睡眠方案制定;根据专家系统的原理,将其编写成程序,在助眠系统工作时,根据采集到的用户睡眠时的包括脑电波数据、环境温度、环境湿度等,再运用专家系统的算法程序,判断出用户的睡眠症状;首先需要收集已经确诊的病例及其症状,并用程序计算出事先概率和条件概率;在已知症状的前提下,通过运算得到各种情况发生的可能性的大小,再根据运算出的概率推算出较佳的助眠方案。
人体处于24摄氏度左右的环境中最容易进入睡眠状态,人体在入睡时需要调低身体温度,故在刚入睡时需要适当调低睡眠环境中的温度,入睡后再将温度回调1到2度,该设定可通过APP来进行具体的设置,用户可以根据自身情况和喜好以及建议的睡眠温湿度进行温湿度的设定和调节。
睡眠时,环境中的相对湿度为60%-70%有助于睡眠,助眠湿度环境提供装置2034实时检测环境中的湿度数据,并通过无线方式包括蓝牙方式、无线WIFI方式等将湿度数据传送到智能终端,用户可以从智能终端上获知当前环境下的湿度数据。用户在APP上设定睡眠时的期望湿度数据后,在用户处于睡眠状态时,主控模块控制湿度调节装置来调节室内的湿度,使室内的湿度保持在用户期望的适合睡眠的范围。
由于人的身体状况不同,对睡眠环境的要求也不同,比如老人、小孩、体弱者比健康成年人对环境中的温度、湿度更敏感,则用户在APP中输入使用者的身体和健康参数后,助眠系统中的专家系统会根据其预先收集的经验数据,对睡眠环境进行调整,以满足不同用户的不同需要。
助眠净化空气提供装置2035实时检测到的环境中的一氧化碳浓度、二氧化碳浓度、氧气浓度数据,如果检测到的这些环境数据超出其存储的环境数据的阈值,则助眠净化空气提供装置2035净化室内环境,为用户提供舒适的睡眠环境;此外,这些数据也通过无线方式包括蓝牙方式、无线WIFI方式等送到智能终端,用户可以通过智能终端的APP查看这些数据,获知当前的环境数据。

助眠灯光提供装置2032获取当前睡眠环境中的光照数据,光线过强和光线过暗的环境都不利于用户入眠,如果光线过强,则本发明助眠系统20提示用户关灯或者拉上窗帘挡光,如果光线过暗,也不利于用户的睡眠,完全黑暗的环境容易使用户产生紧张、恐惧的情绪,则主助眠灯光提供装置2032发出微弱柔和的光线,帮助用户舒缓情绪,放松心情,橙色的光线有助于用户放松心情,进入睡眠。
助眠音乐播放装置2031实时检测当前环境中的噪音数据,并与共自身存储的噪音数据的阈值比较,如果超出阈值,则提醒用户当前环境中的噪音太大,不利于用户的睡眠,此时,用户可以通过关好门窗以隔绝一部分噪音或者通过助眠音乐播放装置2031播放旋律优美的音频来掩盖嘈杂的噪声,帮助用户放松心情、舒缓情绪,帮助入眠;此外,用户在睡眠时,可以开启助眠音乐播放装置2031来播放音频助眠;其中,助眠音乐播放装置2031可以播放从用户的智能终端上的音乐,系统通过无线方式包括蓝牙方式、无线WIFI方式等连接到智能终端,播放智能终端中存储的或者在线获取的音频文件。
本发明提供的助眠方法首先获取当前用户的特征信息,接着根据所获取到的当前用户的特征信息,为当前用户提供助眠方案,然后根据该所提供的助眠方案,帮助当前用户改善睡眠,本发明提供的助眠方法可以根据用户的不同情况,通过获取当前用户的特征信息,判断出用户属于哪种性质的失眠,从而达到实现根据用户的具体情况为用户提供更有针对性和人性化的助眠环境和助眠方案,可以更有针对性地帮助用户改善睡眠。
本发明提供的助眠系统20应用特征信息获取装置201获取当前用户的特征信息,然后应用助眠方案提供装置202根据特征信息获取装置201所获取到的当前用户的特征信息,为当前用户提供助眠方案,接着应用助眠改善装置203根据助眠方案提供装置202所提供的助眠方案,帮助当前用户改善睡眠,本发明提供的助眠系统20可以根据用户的不同情况,通过获取当前用户的特征信息,判断出用户属于哪种性质的失眠,从而达到实现根据用户的具体情况为用户提供更有针对性和人性化的助眠环境和助眠方案,可以更有针对性地帮助用户改善睡眠。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种助眠系统,其特征在于,包括:
    特征信息获取装置,用于获取当前用户的特征信息;
    助眠方案提供装置,用于根据所述特征信息获取装置所获取到的当前用户的特征信息,为当前用户提供助眠方案;
    助眠改善装置,用于根据所述助眠方案提供装置所提供的助眠方案,帮助当前用户改善睡眠;
    所述特征信息获取装置获取到的当前用户的特征信息,包括:当前用户的身体及健康参数包括身高数据、体重数据、年龄数据;当前用户的职业类型包括脑力劳动类型、体力劳动类型;当前用户的睡眠现状信息、失眠症状信息等数据信息。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的助眠系统,其特征在于,所述助眠方案提供装置用于根据所述特征信息获取装置所获取到的当前用户的特征信息,为当前用户播放助眠音乐的助眠方案;
    所述助眠改善装置,包括助眠音乐播放装置,用于根据所述助眠方案提供装置所提供的为当前用户播放助眠音乐的助眠方案,为当前用户播放助眠音乐,帮助当前用户改善睡眠。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的助眠系统,其特征在于,所述助眠方案提供装置用于根据所述特征信息获取装置所获取到的当前用户的特征信息,为当前用户提供助眠灯光的助眠方案;
    所述助眠改善装置,包括助眠灯光提供装置,用于根据所述助眠方案提供装置所提供的为当前用户提供助眠灯光的助眠方案,为当前用户提供助眠灯光,帮助当前用户改善睡眠。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的助眠系统,其特征在于,所述助眠方案提供装置用于根据所述特征信息获取装置所获取到的当前用户的特征信息,为当前用户提供助眠的温度环境的助眠方案,所述温度环境包括室内温度环境;
    所述助眠改善装置,包括助眠温度环境提供装置,用于根据所述助眠方案提供装置所提供的为当前用户提供助眠的温度环境的助眠方案,所述温度环境包括室内温度环境,为当前用户提供助眠的温度环境,所述温度环境包括室内温度环境,帮助当前用户改善睡眠。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的助眠系统,其特征在于,所述助眠方案提供装置用于根据所述特征信息获取装置所获取到的当前用户的特征信息,为当前用户提供助眠的湿度环境的助眠方案,所述湿度环境包括室内湿度环境;
    所述助眠改善装置,包括助眠湿度环境提供装置,用于根据所述助眠方案提供装置所提供的为当前用户提供助眠的湿度环境的助眠方案,所述湿度环境包括室内湿度环境,为当前用户提供助眠的湿度环境,所述湿度环境包括室内湿度环境,帮助当前用户改善睡眠。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的助眠系统,其特征在于,所述助眠方案提供装置用于根据所述特征信息获取装置所获取到的当前用户的特征信息,为当前用户提供助眠的净化空气的助眠方案;
    所述助眠改善装置,包括助眠净化空气提供装置,用于根据所述助眠方案提供装置所提供的为当前用户提供助眠的净化空气的助眠方案,为当前用户提供助眠的净化空气,帮助当前用户改善睡眠。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的助眠系统,其特征在于,所述助眠方案提供装置用于根据所述特征信息获取装置所获取到的当前用户的特征信息,为当前用户提供助眠的香薰的助眠方案;
    所述助眠改善装置,包括助眠香薰提供装置,用于根据所述助眠方案提供装置所提供的为当前用户提供助眠的香薰的助眠方案,为当前用户提供助眠的香薰,帮助当前用户改善睡眠。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的助眠系统,其特征在于,所述助眠方案提供装置用于根据所述特征信息获取装置所获取到的当前用户的特征信息,为当前用户提供助眠的脑电波的助眠方案;
    所述助眠改善装置,包括助眠脑电波提供装置,用于根据所述助眠方案提供装置所提供的为当前用户提供助眠的脑电波的助眠方案,为当前用户提供助眠的脑电波,帮助当前用户改善睡眠。
