为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
天气应用通常为终端装机时的必备应用,现有的天气应用常态性地处于等待访问状态或后台刷新状态,只有用户访问时才能从其应用界面中获取到
天气信息,而且,天气应用与本地信息的关联性并不强,仅是根据本地时间显示当前时间之后的天气信息或者根据终端当前所属的城市显示当前城市的天气信息,因此,现有的天气应用的被动使用状态无法为用户提供更多的辅助功能。
本发明实施例提供的出行提醒方法及出行提醒装置,可应用于用户的日常出行场景中,以出行提醒通知的方式,充分利用天气应用的现有资源,结合用户的出行习惯,主动地为用户提供出行提醒,给用户的出行提供了及时、准确且智能的辅助和建议。
当然,本发明实施例提供的出行提醒方法及出行提醒装置,还可应用于其它需要进行天气状况预报或出行方式建议的场景中,在此并不做具体限定,而且,虽然本发明实施例中将各种场景中需要进行天气状况预报或出行方式建议的事件定义为“出行事件”,但应当理解的是,其它的名称,如天气事件、待处理事件等应当理解为与所述出行事件具有相同的含义。
参考图1,本发明实施例提供一种出行提醒方法,包括:
101,监听本地信息,判断本地信息是否与出行数据表中的出行事件相匹配;
102,如果本地信息与所述出行数据表中的出行事件相匹配,则根据所述出行事件包含的出行时间参数或出行位置参数获取所述出行事件对应的天气数据;
103,根据所述天气数据生成出行提醒消息,并显示所述出行提醒消息。
本发明实施例提供的出行提醒方法,可由具备天气应用功能的出行提醒装置来执行,用以生成出行提醒消息,扩展天气应用的辅助功能。
具体地,步骤101中监听的本地信息可以是时间信息、位置信息或事件信息;优选地,出行数据表可根据统计的用户出行习惯而建立,所述出行数据表中配置有本地信息与出行事件之间的对应关系。
例如,用户每天17点下班,下班后的行程通常为回家,则出行数据表中可配置17点的时间信息和回家事件的对应关系。
又例如,当用户处于健身场馆的位置时,通常在2小时后会启程去公司,则出行数据表中可配置健身场馆的位置信息与去公司事件的对应关系。
再例如,当用户接到某需求商的电话时,通常会启程去该需求商的所在地,则出行数据表中可配置接到需求商电话的事件信息与去需求商所在地事件的对应关系。
需要说明的是,这些场景仅是示例性的,本发明实施例还可根据其它的本地信息和出行事件建立所述出行数据表,而且,所述出行数据表中本地信息和出行事件的对应关系不一定是一对一的,还可是多条本地信息结合对应一条出行事件,或者一条本地信息对应多条出行事件,或者多条本地信息结合后对应多条出行事件,在此不做具体限定。
另外,所述出行数据表也可根据用户操作执行配置和更新,可根据用户的手动操作在出行数据表中增加本地信息与出行事件之间的对应关系,或当统计的用户出行习惯与所述出行数据表中的出行事件不一致时,更新所述出行数据表。
步骤102中,根据步骤101监听到的本地信息,比对所述本地信息与所述出行数据表中出行事件相匹配,具体地,可根据所述出行数据表中与出行事件相关的有限数量的本地信息进行本地监听,以节省数据处理量,如果所述出行事件对应的是一组本地信息的组合,则优选地,在该组本地信息全部发生时判定本地信息与所述出行数据表中的出行事件相匹配,以避免过多的无效提醒。
承接上文的示例性场景,当本地时钟为17点时,判定本地时间信息与回家事件相匹配;当用户的当前位置为健身场馆时,则判定本地位置信息与去公司事件相匹配;当用户接到预设的需求商的来电时,则判定本地事件信息与去需求商所在地事件相匹配。
当判定本地信息与所述出行数据表中的出行事件相匹配时,步骤102会根据所述出行时间包含的出行时间参数或出行位置参数获取对应的天气数据。具体地,可根据所述出行事件起始时间、出行事件持续时间、出行事件的起点和终点位置区域等等参数获取天气数据。
承接上述示例性场景,步骤102可根据回家事件的起始时间17点、公司地址(起点)、家的地址(终点)、从公司到家的事件持续时间30分钟,获取17点后至少30分钟内的,从公司至家途径的区域相关的天气数据。
因此,步骤102根据步骤101中获取的本地信息以及出行数据表中的本地信息与出行事件的对应关系,确定了获取天气数据过程的筛选条件,本发明实施例仅需获取出行事件相关的有效天气数据即可,节省了数据下载量。
步骤103中,根据所述天气数据生成出行提醒消息并展示所述出行提醒消息。具体地,根据步骤102获取的与出行事件相关的有效天气数据,生成所述天气数据对应的出行提醒消息,所述出行提醒消息可以是能够展示为用户出行提供的出行建议的任何消息格式,本发明实施例对此不作限定。本发明实施例的步骤103可理解为,当本地信息与出行数据表中的出行事件相匹配时,以主动弹出消息的方式展示所述出行提醒消息,以发挥所述出行提醒消息的提醒作用。
本发明实施例中,通过监听本地信息,触发获取与本地信息相匹配的出行事件对应的天气数据,并根据所述天气数据生成所述出行事件对应的出行提醒消息,而出行提醒消息则根据获取的所述天气数据为用户出行提供出行建议。根据本发明实施例提供的出行提醒方法,至少可获得以下几个方面的改进效果:
1)改进了现有天气应用的被动使用状态,通过监听本地信息与出行时间的匹配关系,触发天气应用主动地为用户推送出行提醒消息,从而扩展了现有天气应用的辅助功能。
2)出行提醒消息不仅起到出行建议的作用,还可起到闹钟或便签的事件提醒作用,为用户提供了及时、全面、智能的出行提醒服务。
在一可选实施例中,步骤101,包括:
当本地时间与所述出行事件中包含的出行事件起始时间之间的时间间隔达到预定的时间间隔时,判定所述本地事件与所述出行事件相匹配。
本实施例中,在出行事件发生前一段时间即可触发步骤102的天气数据
获取过程和步骤103的出行提醒消息生成及显示过程,从而可在用户出行之前实现对用户出行的预先提醒,以便保证用户有足够的时间进行出行准备。
在一可选实施例中,步骤103,包括:
解析所述天气数据中携带的天气状况信息并生成与所述出行事件对应的天气状况预报;
根据所述天气状况信息生成所述天气状况信息对应的出行方式建议;
将所述天气状况预报或出行方式建议配置到所述出行提醒消息中。
本实施例中,通过解析所述天气数据可获得对应的天气状况信息,例如,下雨、阴天、雾霾等天气状况信息,根据天气状况信息可生成天气状况预报,如,未来2小时内下雨的概率预计为60%、或者是13点将由多云天转为雨天等等;优选地,根据天气状况信息可从预置的出行方式选择表中查找获取出行方式建议,具体地,可在出行方式选择表中预先配置天气状况信息与出行方式建议的关联关系,例如,在出行方式选择表中配置下雨与带伞的关联关系、雾霾与带口罩的关联关系、晴天与骑车出行的关联关系等等。其中,出行方式选择表可根据用户操作进行配置和更新,以便满足用户的个性化需求。
在一可选实施例中,步骤103,包括:
按照预定格式生成出行提醒消息;
以短信息或应用通知方式显示所述出行提醒消息。
例如,可以以下格式显示所述出行提醒消息:
出行事件:下班回家
天气状况预报:未来1小时内降雨概率为60%,风力6级
出行方式建议:携带雨衣,避免打伞。
所述出行提醒消息可以短信息的形式发送至用户终端,也可以应用通知的形式弹出至用户终端的主界面中,而当用户点选所述出行提醒消息时,还可调出天气应用界面或展示所述出行提醒消息的详细信息。
在一可选实施例中,步骤101中,出行数据表可上传至云端服务器中,由云端服务器判断用户终端监听到的本地信息是否与出行数据表中的出行事件相匹配,并将判断结果下发给用户终端。
在另一可选实施例中,步骤102中,可由云端服务器根据判断结果将出行事件相关的天气数据下发至用户终端。
在另一可选实施例中,步骤103中,可由云端服务器生成出行提醒消息并下发至用户终端进行显示。
上述与云端服务器相关的实施例涉及的各步骤的实施方式可单独应用到本发明的出行提醒方法中,也可结合应用到本发明的出行提醒方法中,即本发明的出行提醒方法可由出行提醒装置在本地执行;也可由出行提醒装置借用云端服务器执行,以减轻用户终端的处理压力。
参考图2,本发明实施例提供一种出行提醒装置,包括:
判断模块11,用于监听本地信息,判断本地信息是否与出行数据表中的出行事件相匹配;
数据获取模块12,用于如果本地信息与所述出行数据表中的出行事件相匹配,则根据所述出行事件包含的出行时间参数或出行位置参数获取所述出行事件对应的天气数据;
数据处理模块13,用于根据所述天气数据生成出行提醒消息,并将所述出行提醒消息发送至显示模块;
显示模块14,用于显示所述出行提醒消息。
具体地,判断模块11中监听的本地信息可以是时间信息、位置信息或事件信息;优选地,出行数据表可根据统计的用户出行习惯而建立,所述出行数据表中配置有本地信息与出行事件之间的对应关系。
例如,用户每天17点下班,下班后的行程通常为回家,则出行数据表中可配置17点的时间信息和回家事件的对应关系。
又例如,当用户处于健身场馆的位置时,通常在2小时后会启程去公司,则出行数据表中可配置健身场馆的位置信息与去公司事件的对应关系。
再例如,当用户接到某需求商的电话时,通常会启程去该需求商的所在地,则出行数据表中可配置接到需求商电话的事件信息与去需求商所在地事件的对应关系。

图4为本发明电子设备的实施例的结构示意图,本实施例所述设备可以为出行提醒服务器或出行提醒务器中的一部分,该设备可以包括:
一个或多个处理器401以及存储器402,图4中以一个处理器401为例。
出行提醒电子设备还可以包括:输入装置403和输出装置404。
处理器401、存储器402、输入装置403和输出装置404可以通过总线或者其他方式连接。
存储器402作为一种非暂态计算机可读存储介质,可用于存储非暂态软件程序、非暂态计算机可执行程序以及模块,如本发明实施例中的出行提醒方法对应的程序指令/模块。处理器401通过运行存储在存储器402中的非暂态软件程序、指令以及模块,从而执行服务器的各种功能应用以及数据处理,即实现上述方法实施例出行提醒方法。
存储器402可以包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需要的应用程序;存储数据区可存储根据出行提醒装置的使用所创建的数据等。此外,存储器402可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非暂态存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他非暂态固态存储器件。在一些实施例中,存储器402可选包括相对于处理器401远程设置的存储器,这些远程存储器可以通过网络连接至列表项操作的处理装置。上述网络的实例包括但不限于互联网、企业内部网、局域网、移动通信网及其组合。
输入装置403可接收输入的数字或字符信息,以及产生与出行提醒装置的用户设置以及功能控制有关的键信号输入。输出装置404可包括显示屏等显示设备。
所述一个或者多个模块存储在所述存储器402中,当被所述一个或者多个处理器401执行时,执行上述任意方法实施例中的出行提醒方法。
上述产品可执行本发明实施例所提供的方法,具备执行方法相应的功能模块和有益效果。未在本实施例中详尽描述的技术细节,可参见本发明实施例所提供的方法。
本发明实施例的电子设备以多种形式存在,包括但不限于:
(1)移动通信设备:这类设备的特点是具备移动通信功能,并且以提供话音、数据通信为主要目标。这类终端包括:智能手机(例如iPhone)、多媒体手机、功能性手机,以及低端手机等。
(2)超移动个人计算机设备:这类设备属于个人计算机的范畴,有计算和处理功能,一般也具备移动上网特性。这类终端包括:PDA、MID和UMPC设备等,例如iPad。
(3)便携式娱乐设备:这类设备可以显示和播放多媒体内容。该类设备包括:音频、视频播放器(例如iPod),掌上游戏机,电子书,以及智能玩具和便携式车载导航设备。
(4)服务器:提供计算服务的设备,服务器的构成包括处理器、硬盘、内存、系统总线等,服务器和通用的计算机架构类似,但是由于需要提供高可靠的服务,因此在处理能力、稳定性、可靠性、安全性、可扩展性、可管理性等方面要求较高。
(5)其他具有数据交互功能的电子装置。
相应地,本发明实施例还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质中存储有用于执行上述实施例方法的程序。

- 一种出行提醒方法,其特征在于,包括:监听本地信息,判断本地信息是否与出行数据表中的出行事件相匹配;如果本地信息与所述出行数据表中的出行事件相匹配,则根据所述出行事件包含的出行时间参数或出行位置参数获取所述出行事件对应的天气数据;根据所述天气数据生成出行提醒消息,并显示所述出行提醒消息。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:根据统计的用户出行习惯建立出行数据表,所述出行数据表中配置有本地信息与出行事件之间的对应关系。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述判断本地信息是否与出行数据表中的出行事件相匹配,包括:当本地时间与所述出行事件中包含的出行事件起始时间之间的时间间隔达到预定的时间间隔时,判定所述本地事件与所述出行事件相匹配。
- 根据权利要求1或3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述天气数据生成出行提醒消息,包括:解析所述天气数据中携带的天气状况信息并生成与所述出行事件对应的天气状况预报;根据所述天气状况信息生成所述天气状况信息对应的出行方式建议;将所述天气状况预报或出行方式建议配置到所述出行提醒消息中。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述天气数据生成出行提醒消息,显示所述出行提醒消息,包括:按照预定格式生成出行提醒消息;以短信息或应用通知方式显示所述出行提醒消息。
- 一种出行提醒装置,其特征在于,包括:判断模块,用于监听本地信息,判断本地信息是否与出行数据表中的出行事件相匹配;数据获取模块,用于如果本地信息与所述出行数据表中的出行事件相匹配,则根据所述出行事件包含的出行时间参数或出行位置参数获取所述出行事件对应的天气数据;数据处理模块,用于根据所述天气数据生成出行提醒消息,并将所述出行提醒消息发送至显示模块;显示模块,用于显示所述出行提醒消息。
- 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:数据表维护模块,用于根据统计的用户出行习惯建立出行数据表,所述出行数据表中配置有本地信息与出行事件之间的对应关系。
- 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述判断模块,用于:当本地时间与所述出行事件中包含的出行事件起始时间之间的时间间隔达到预定的时间间隔时,判定所述本地事件与所述出行事件相匹配。
- 根据权利要求6或8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述数据处理模块,用于:解析所述天气数据中携带的天气状况信息并生成与所述出行事件对应的天气状况预报;根据所述天气状况信息生成所述天气状况信息对应的出行方式建议;将所述天气状况预报或出行方式建议配置到所述出行提醒消息中。
- 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述数据处理模块,用于按照预定格式生成出行提醒消息;所述显示模块,用于以短信息或应用通知方式显示所述出行提醒消息。
- 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:至少一个处理器;以及,与所述至少一个处理器通信连接的存储器;其中,所述存储器存储有可被所述一个处理器执行的指令,所述指令被所述至少一个处理器执行,以使所述至少一个处理器能够:监听本地信息,判断本地信息是否与出行数据表中的出行事件相匹配;如果本地信息与所述出行数据表中的出行事件相匹配,则根据所述出行事件包含的出行时间参数或出行位置参数获取所述出行事件对应的天气数据;根据所述天气数据生成出行提醒消息,并显示所述出行提醒消息。
