如图2所示一种立式新型按摩机,能够给予呈直立姿势的用户实施按摩操作,在呈直立姿势下,用户不需要主动依靠按摩机即可享受本发明提供的按摩服务,这和传统的按摩机存在根本性的区别,在使用传统按摩机时,用户需要就座后,倚靠在按摩机的靠背上,背部在重力的作用下与按摩手臂相互抵压,按摩手臂运动对用户的背部进行按摩,对如图1所示,而发明的按摩机包括:
机体1,其为立式配置,所谓立式配置是对应于用户直立姿势,在本实施例中为竖直方向立式配置,即和水平面垂直呈90°夹角,在按摩器件2实施按摩操作时,机体1与用户保持一定的间隙,用户不需倚靠在机体1上。本实施例的机体1为长形板状,且在本实施例中机体1安装在直立的墙体外部,机体1具有将其挂设式固定在墙体上的连接结构101,该连接结构101可以是螺钉螺母式紧固结构,也可以是类似于电视机、空调等家用电器的安装结构。在其他实施方式中也可以部分嵌入在墙体内,只要在按摩时,按摩手臂和限位机构3伸出墙体外可以触及用户即可,嵌入墙体内将更节约空间。
按摩器件2,其被配置在机体1上,及按摩器件2按在机体1上且可以在机体1上运动,如专利CN201127700Y中所示的按摩器件2结构,也可以是专利CN201469617U中示出的按摩器件2结构(即按摩机芯);按摩器件2通常包括按摩手臂、按摩头、按摩驱动机构、行走机构及壳体,按摩驱动机构通过传动机构及偏心件驱动按摩手臂产生偏摆运动以对用户实施揉捏或敲击按摩操作,按摩 头安装在按摩手臂上,行走机构带动按摩器件2在机体1上移动以将按摩手臂移动到用户背部需要实施按摩操作的部位,按摩器件2根据定位信号移动到对应机体1的指定位置,并给予用户对应于驱动信号的按摩操作,控制电路,产生驱动信号和定位信号给按摩器件2。控制电路产生定位信号给按摩器件2的行走机构,控制行走机构的电机运转或停止,然后通过传动机构将运动传递到行走轮上,从而带动整个按摩器件2在机体1上行走运动。控制电路产生驱动信号给按摩驱动机构,控制按摩驱动机构的电机运转或停止,然后通过传动机构带动转轴旋转,转轴上安装有偏心件,按摩手臂上设有与偏心件相适配的轴套,偏心件旋转带动轴套偏摆,从而带动整个按摩手臂摆动产生揉捏按摩动作,此外也可以产生敲击按摩动作,具体敲击按摩结构见专利CN201469617U中所示。
限位机构3,其用于限制用户向前移位以使按摩操作良好地施加于用户,所谓良好地施加于用户是指在按摩操作时,用户不会因为按摩手臂的作用力而向前移位,进而与按摩手臂分离,使按摩操作不能作用在用户身体上。限位机构3包括两个与用户肩部相适配的夹持臂301,如图2所示,两个夹持臂301卡住用户的肩部防止用户向前移位,夹持臂301的张口可以是固定的,也可以是可变的,本实施例中采用固定方式,结构较为简单,在其它实施例中可以设置在可变的,例如活动钳口结构或者类似于专利CN201127700Y中的按摩手臂的开合结构,限位机构3可移动至用户肩部位置并对其限位,限位机构3夹住用户的肩部后,按摩器件2对用户的背部进行按摩,由于从背部实施按摩,而且用户又处于直立状态,按摩手臂是向前推用户,而限位机构3则固定住用户肩部防止移位,使得按摩手臂的按摩运动可以良好地作用在用户的背部上。在本实施例中,夹持臂301通过柔性带连接在机体1上,柔性带具有柔性但不可拉伸,用户使用时只需将夹持臂301扣置在肩部上即可,当然也可以扣置在其他部位,例如腰部,只要能够阻挡用户向前移位即可。在其他实施方式中,限位机构3可以是自动机构,例如可以采用类似于专利CN1275586C中所描述的按摩摆臂结构(如该专利文件中的图11所示),在位于人体的肩部时,驱动机构将两个按摩摆臂向前推出,前部按摩摆臂移动到肩部的前侧,后部按摩摆臂从后侧顶住肩部后侧,实现了对肩部的限位,同时还可以对肩部进行揉捏按摩动作,限位机构3同时具有了限位和揉捏按摩两个功能,此种情况下,限位机构3对肩部进行按摩,按摩器件2对背部进 行按摩。
控制电路包括侦测用户身高并输出身高信息的身高评价单元,控制电路依据身高信息制定对应的按摩处方,并在按摩时,根据该按摩处方产生对应的驱动信号和定位信号,以驱动按摩器件2,对用户的身体区域给予相对应的按摩。身高评价单元包括非接触式探测器和信号处理模块,非接触式探测器可以是红外线探测器或者超声波探测器,本实施例中采用常用且成本较低的红外线探测器,红外线探测器可以探测到人体存在的区域。信号处理模块依据非接触式探测器检测的用户肩部位置产生身高信息,非接触式探测器设置在按摩器件2上且可随按摩器件2上下移动,当按摩器件2由上向下移动时,红外线探测器可以探测到用户肩部的位置区域,然后将探测到的肩部信息发送给信号处理模块,信号处理模块据此生成身高信息,控制单元依据该身高信息确定实施按摩的区域;在对于采用自动控制方式的限位机构3的实施方式中,控制单元还可以依据该身高信息控制限位机构3移动到用户的肩部位置并将其固定,非接触探测器还可以探测用户的其他身体部位信息,例如腰部、腿部、臂部等,该类信息均可用于确定按摩器件2的按摩区域和限位机构3的固定位置。另外,红外线探测器还可以探测是否有用户存在,如果红外探测器探测有用户接近按摩机,可以立刻通过语音告知用户如何使用该按摩机以及相关的注意事项,提高了产品的体验感受。在其他实施方式中,身高评价单元还可以包括位移传感器和信号处理模块,位移传感器检测按摩器件2在定位信号驱动下碰触到用户肩部时在其特定部件上产生的位移信息,位移传感器检测按摩手臂的伸出量,当按摩器件2位于用户的肩部上方时,由于没有阻挡,所以按摩手臂可以伸出更长的距离,当按摩器件2位于用户的肩部下方是,由于被用户的背部阻挡,所以按摩手臂伸出的距离较短,位移传感器安装在可以检测到该位移的位置上并将该位移信息传送给信号处理模块,信号处理模块依据该位移信息产生身高信息。
本实施例在工作时,首先用户接近按摩机后,并以站立姿势背对按摩机,非接触式探测器探测到用户并将按摩器件2移动到最高处,并提醒用将限位机构3戴在肩部上,按摩器件2向下移动,非接触式探测器探测用户的肩部,检测到肩部信息和腰部信息后,控制单元计算出实施按摩的区域,然后输出定位信号将按摩器件2移动到用户肩部位置,之后输出驱动信号控制按摩器件2开始工作实 施按摩操作,当按摩器件2移动到腰部以下位置时,控制单元控制按摩器件2停止向下行走,然后控制单元根据预设的按摩处方控制按摩器件2完成按摩操作或者继续按摩操作。
由于将机体1立式设置以给呈直立姿态的用户提供按摩服务,用户不是采用躺的姿态,而是采用直立姿态就可以享受按摩服务,大大增强了按摩的便利性,避免了用户在公共场所使用按摩机时的尴尬心理,有利于按摩机在公共场所的推广使用,同时,由于机体1为立式设置,不再具有占空间较大的座部和腿部按摩机构,不仅大大节省了占用空间,同时还简化了现有按摩机的结构,显著降低了成本,降低了使用按摩器的资金成本。当然本发明并不限定用户的使用方式,用户可以不采用站立姿势,也可以坐在凳子等坐具上,只要保持上身直立即可。
由于机体1立式设置,而按摩机是从后部对用户实施按摩操作,极易将用户推开,再加上用户直立享受按摩服务时不会像使用传统按摩机一样依靠在按摩器件2上,因此按摩器件2和用户的贴合强度较小,按摩体验不好,故本发明还设置了对用户限位的限位机构3,以防止在实施按摩操作时,按摩器件2将用户推开移位,使立式按摩具有了可行性。
由于人在直立时,身高相差甚大,为适用不同身高的用户使用本发明的按摩机时均具有良好的按摩体验,因此,本发明还设置了身高评价单元以探测用户身高并根据该身高来调整按摩处方,提升该产品的商业推广性。
对于直立的用户,通常肩部按摩的体验需求大大增强,因此本发明的限位机构3可在限制用户肩部移位的同时对肩部实施揉捏按摩,使用户得到了全方位的按摩体验,按摩舒适性显著增强。
图3是本发明的另一种实施形态,基本结构和前述实施例相同,所不同之处在于,机体1具有将其直立式配置在工作面上的支撑腿102,按摩机的形态大致和立式衣柜相似,用户可以站立使用,也可以坐在凳子上保持上身直立方式使用。
本领域的普通技术人员应当知道,上述实施方式仅是对本发明的一个优化实施方式,并不是本发明的全部,任何基于上述实施方式所作的特征组合、分解等方式变换而成的相同或等同实施方式都应当属于本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种立式新型按摩机,能够给予呈直立姿势的用户实施按摩操作,包括:
    机体,其为立式配置;
    按摩器件,其被配置在机体上,根据定位信号移动到对应所述机体的指定位置,并给予用户对应于驱动信号的按摩操作;
    限位机构,其用于限制用户向前移位以使所述按摩操作良好地施加于用户;
    控制电路,产生所述驱动信号和定位信号给按摩器件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的立式新型按摩机,其特征在于,所述控制电路包括侦测用户身高并输出身高信息的身高评价单元,控制电路依据身高信息制定对应的按摩处方,并在按摩时,根据该按摩处方产生对应的驱动信号和定位信号,以驱动所述按摩器件,对用户的身体区域给予相对应的按摩。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的立式新型按摩机,其特征在于,所述身高评价单元包括非接触式探测器和信号处理模块,所述信号处理模块依据非接触式探测器检测的用户肩部位置产生身高信息。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的立式新型按摩机,其特征在于,所述身高评价单元包括位移传感器和信号处理模块,所述位移传感器检测按摩器件在定位信号驱动下碰触到用户肩部时在其特定部件上产生的位移信息,所述信号处理模块依据该位移信息产生身高信息。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的立式新型按摩机,其特征在于,所述限位机构包括两个与用户肩部相适配的夹持臂,限位机构可移动至用户肩部位置并对其限位。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的立式新型按摩机,其特征在于,所述机体在竖直方向上立式配置且在按摩器件实施按摩操作时与用户保持一定的间隙。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的立式新型按摩机,其特征在于,所述机体具有将其挂设式固定在墙体上的连接结构。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的立式新型按摩机,其特征在于,所述机体具有将其直立式配置在工作面上的支撑腿。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8任一项所述的立式新型按摩机,其特征在于,所述限位机构位于按摩器件上且可随按摩器件运动。
  10. 根据权利要求1至8任一项所述的立式新型按摩机,其特征在于,所述限位机构具有揉捏按摩用户肩部的揉捏装置。
