Abstract

The invention relates to a women's garment (1) comprising a constructed bust part (2) having two cups (3), and two shoulder straps (4) attached to the cups (3). The cups (3) are formed from at least two foam layers (11) joined together via thermoforming. The two cups (3) have a thickening (10) at the lower edge (7) thereof, which is formed during the thermoforming of the foam layers (11) and runs along the breast. Description

Women's clothing

The invention relates to a piece of women's clothing with a finished bust part, which has two bust cups, according to the closer defined in the preamble of claim 1. Art. Furthermore, the invention relates to a method for producing such a piece of women's clothing.

A generic piece of women's clothing in the form of a brassiere is known from DE 10 2007 040 627 A1.

To achieve a good fit of the bra and a better grip for the chest, the bust cups are often provided at its lower edge with shaped brackets, which are also intended to give the breast a specific shape. However, these straps are sometimes perceived by the wearer as unpleasant and they also exert a certain pressure on the lymphatic system, which can not only lead to bruises, but also increases the risk of breast disease according to various medical studies. DE 10 2009 015 043 A1 describes such a brassiere with ironing.

For this reason, there have recently been efforts to manufacture such bust baskets without a bracket. For this purpose, for example, reference is made to DE 20 2010 012 320 U1.

However, the disadvantage of these known brassiere is a deterioration in the grip of the breast, which leads to a reduced acceptance on the part of the wearer.

It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a piece of women's clothing with an elaborate bust part, which does not require a shaping bracket at the bottom of the bust basket, while ensuring a sufficient grip of the breast received in the bust basket. According to the invention, this object is achieved by the features mentioned in claim 1.

By forming the thermoforming of the foam layers waiving a bar, extending along the chest thickening or reinforcement at the bottom of the bust basket a certain shaping of the bust basket and thus the breast received therein is achieved, but it can by this thickening but advantageously on a shaping bow be dispensed with, as already by the along the lower edge of the bust cups extending and thus extending in the lower chest area thickening or reinforcement a certain shaping effect is achieved. By dispensing with the stabilizing element in the middle region of the bust basket, an excessive stiffness thereof is avoided, which is perceived by the wearer as very pleasant.

In a very advantageous embodiment of the invention can be provided that the stabilizing element has a reverse Ypsilon-like shape. Such Inverse Y-type similar shape reflects very well the above-mentioned embodiment of the stabilizing element with the two sections extending away from the shoulder straps.

Furthermore, it can be provided that extending from the shoulder straps along a portion of the upper edge of the Büstenkörbchen extending portion of the stabilizing element extends between a quarter and a half of the length of the upper edge. A further advantageous embodiment of the invention may consist in that extending from the shoulder straps on an outer edge of the bust cups to the lower edge of the Büstenkörbchen extending portion of the stabilizing element along approximately half the length of the lower edge. In order to further improve the described effect of the stabilizing element, it may further be provided that the stabilizing element has a multiplicity of openings. Through the openings too high stiffening effect of the bust basket is prevented by the stabilizing element and maintain the textile feel of the same.

With regard to the improvement of the initiation of the outgoing of the shoulder straps tensile force in the thickening, it has been found to be advantageous if the stabilizing element is arranged in the thickening. In this way, a simplification of the production is achieved.

The thickening at the lower edge of the bust cups can be produced very simply if the thickening formed during thermoforming of the foam layers on the lower edge of the bust cups is formed by recesses of a thermoforming tool used during thermoforming.

In claim 9, a method for producing a women's clothing piece according to the invention is given.

The two bust cups 3 have at their lower edge 7 in each case a thickening 10 running along the breast, which is shown in FIG. 1 only with a line corresponding to the lower edge 7. The thickening 10 is formed during thermoforming of at least two foam layers 1 1, through which the brush cups 3 are formed in a conventional manner. The openings can have a wide variety of shapes and sizes. Furthermore, a symmetrical arrangement of the openings is possible, but not essential. The thickness and the density of the perforated film are dependent on the material of the stabilizing element 12 used. For example, the thickness of the perforated film may be 0.01-0.05 mm.

As an alternative to using a perforated film, it is also possible to use perforated textiles or plastics, e.g. in mesh form, or to use adhesive fleece as stabilizing element 12. Furthermore, the stabilizing element 12 may be formed by applying silicone to the desired area. The use of viscous media as the stabilizing element 12 is conceivable.

The stabilizing element 12 may be made of polyester, for example, but other materials are conceivable, for example materials with which a higher stiffening effect is achieved. When using such a stiffer material, the thickness of the stabilizing element 12 could possibly be reduced. The stabilizing element 12 should in this case consist of a material which melts during thermoforming of the foam layers 11, so that the presence of a foreign body between the foam layers 11 is prevented. FIG. 4 shows, in a very schematic way, a thermoforming mold 16 used in the thermoforming of the foam layers 11. It can be seen that the two mold halves of the thermoforming mold 16 have two mutually opposite recesses 17. During thermoforming, a larger proportion of the two foam layers 1 1 flows into these recesses 17, so that the thickening 10 is formed in this region.

In the present case, the stabilizing element 12 is also in the region of the bust basket 3 forming the lower edge 7 and thus the thickening 10. Furthermore, the stabilizing element 12 is also provided in the lower part 6 in the exemplary embodiment shown, which simplifies the production of the women's clothing item 1 means.
