波轮及全自动洗衣机 技术领域

背景技术
波轮全自动洗衣机的内桶中装有一个圆盘波轮,波轮盘面上设有凸出的搅拌叶。在波轮的带动下,桶内水流形成了时而右旋、时而左旋的涡流,带动衣物跟着旋转、翻滚,使衣物之间、衣物与桶壁之间,在水中进行柔和地摩擦,在洗涤剂的作用下实现去污清洗。随着生活水平提高,高档面料衣物进入人们生活,为防止洗衣机工作时波轮刮伤或者损坏衣物毛面,研究人员用金属波轮代替塑料波轮防止衣物损坏。
全自动洗衣机洗涤效果和波轮上的搅拌叶的高度关系密切,在相关技术的基础上,搅拌叶较高时,洗涤效果更好。当采用金属波轮时,为了达到更好的洗涤效果,需要对金属材料进行深拉伸,以产生较高的搅拌叶,但是一般的金属材料在深拉伸过程中容易起皱,导致无法成型为具有较好洗涤效果的波轮,若选择价格昂贵的金属材料进行成型,将导致成本过高。因此,相关波轮无法实现金属材质、洗涤效果以及生产成本的相互协调。
发明内容
本公开提出一种波轮,具有金属材质外观、较高的搅拌叶以及良好的洗涤效果,降低了生产成本。
本公开提出一种全自动洗衣机,具有上述波轮,洗涤效果好,降低了生产成本。
一种波轮,包括金属波轮罩和塑料波轮,其中,所述金属波轮罩包括波轮罩本体和波轮罩搅拌叶,所述塑料波轮包括波轮本体和波轮搅拌叶,所述波轮罩搅拌叶顶部设有开口,所述波轮搅拌叶穿过所述开口形成所述波轮的搅拌叶。
作为上述波轮的一种可选方案,所述波轮罩本体的形状与所述波轮本体的外形相吻合,以及所述波轮本体上表面与所述波轮罩本体贴合。

本公开中,波轮由金属波轮罩和塑料波轮叠设而成,上层的金属波轮罩,使得波轮的大部分表面保持金属材质,能够与金属材质的内桶保持统一,提升洗衣机的质感和美观,还能防止塑料波轮表面容易出现刮伤或毛面;下层的塑料波轮的搅拌叶穿过波轮罩搅拌叶上的开口凸出金属波轮罩上表面,达到搅拌叶所需要的设计高度,实现相应的洗涤效果,避免了使用成本高的金属材料,控制了生产成本。

在本实施方式中,通过金属波轮罩1叠设在塑料波轮2之上,保证了波轮的金属外观,能够和洗衣机的全钢内桶保持统一,保证了洗衣机内部的结构美观,同时防止损坏衣物。波轮搅拌叶22通过开口121凸出于金属波轮罩1上表面,能够根据洗涤效果确定波轮搅拌叶22的高度,采用低成本金属材料即可避免搅拌叶高度较高时出现起皱现象,控制了成本,同时保证了波轮的洗涤效果和金属外观造型。
可选的,波轮罩本体11的形状与波轮本体21的外形相吻合,波轮本体21的上表面与波轮罩本体11贴合。使得金属波轮罩1和塑料波轮2之间的结合更加牢固、稳定,不易出现相对移动等问题。
塑料波轮2可以为多个部分组合而成,可选的,如图3所示,波轮搅拌叶22包括基座221和增高部222,增高部222安装在基座221上,增高部222凸出于金属波轮罩1的上表面。增高部222单独制造,能够在塑料波轮2甚至塑料波轮2上的基座221的结构保持不变的情况下,单独生产不同规格的增高部222,使得组合而成的不同规格塑料波轮2适应于不同规格型号的洗衣机。
可选的,增高部222可拆卸的安装在基座221上,使得增高部222出现磨 损或毛面后可以及时更换,便于维修,还可以根据不同规格型号的洗衣机更换不同结构的增高部222。可选的,增高部222通过卡扣或者螺丝安装在基座221上,保证增高部222和基座221的连接牢固、稳定。
可选的,基座221和增高部222的材质相同,在相互配合连接时,更容易实现稳定连接。
本实施方式中的塑料波轮2的基座221和增高部222与波轮本体21可以为一体成型,使得塑料波轮2结构牢固,不易损坏。
本实施方式中,金属波轮罩1的材质可以选择为容易成型的不锈钢或者铝合金。
下面对于金属波轮罩1和塑料波轮2的配合结构进行说明,可选的,参照图4和图5,金属波轮罩1的外周边缘设置有第一连接部13,第一连接部13包覆塑料波轮2的外周边缘,能够使得金属波轮罩1和塑料波轮2固定为一体,能够保证金属波轮罩1和塑料波轮2之间的紧密贴合。
可选的,波轮搅拌叶22的中部设有凹槽223,波轮罩搅拌叶12的开口121边缘设有第二连接部122,第二连接部122弯折在凹槽223中形成与波轮搅拌叶22的固定连接,第二连接部122伸入到凹槽223中并卡设凹槽223中,能够对金属波轮罩1和塑料波轮2之间的位置进行限定,与上述第一连接部13和塑料波轮2的外周边缘的连接结构相结合,能够防止金属波轮罩1和塑料波轮2之间相对移动。
本实施方式提供一种全自动洗衣机,该全自动洗衣机具有上述任一金属外观的波轮,全自动洗衣机的内桶与波轮的金属外观一致,保证了洗衣机的质感和美观,还能调整波轮上搅拌叶的高度,获得良好的洗涤效果,控制了该全自动洗衣机的成本。
